Abstract

Pendahuluan: Demam Berdarah Dengue (DBD) adalah penyakit yang disebabka noleh virus Dengue yang ditularkan ke manusia melalui gigitan nyamuk Aedes aegypti dan Aedes albopictus. Demam Berdarah Dengue dipilih sebagai topik dikarenakan tingginya kasus tersebut pada Puskesmas Tanon II dan berharap dapat membantu mengurangi insidensi kasus dan meningkatkan kewaspadaan masyarakat terhadap penyakit Demam Berdarah Dengue.Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian observasional dan menggunakan metode deskriptif analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional.Hasil: Dari hasil penelitian, didapatkan kenaikan signifikan pada tahun 2019 dibanding tahun-tahun sebelumnya.Kesimpulan: Dapat disimpulkan dari penelitian yang telah dilakukan bahwa factor risiko terjadinya Demam Berdarah Dengue meliputi aspek lingkungan dan aspek masyarakat.Kata Kunci: Fever; Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever; Risk Factors

Abstract

This study aims to find out whether there is an influence of the use of the jigsaw method on learning outcomes in students of fiqih class VIII MTs Sat Gresik and how much influence the jigsaw method has on learning outcomes in fiqih lesson students in Mts. Researchers used Pre Experimental with Design One Group Pretest-Postest. In this design, it only uses one group, namely the experimental group without a control group. The population is class VIII which numbers 13 students. Its data collection techniques use tests, and observations. The data analysis technique uses the T-test and KD formulas. The results showed that there was an influence of the jigsaw method in improving learning outcomes in students of Fiqh class VIII MTs lessons.

Abstract

Penelitian tindakan kelas ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan minat dan hasil belajar siswa dengan model pembelajaran Flipped Classroom berbasis online. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMK N 3 Jakarta tahun 2022 untuk kelas XII OTKP sebanyak 35 siswa. Data minat belajar diperoleh melalui angket dan observasi, sedangkan data hasil belajar diperoleh melalui tes hasil belajar pada setiap akhir tindakan penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa berdasarkan hasil observasi penerapan model pembelajaran Flipped Classroom berbasis online mampu meningkatkan minat belajar siswa pada pembelajaran jarak jauh dari prosentase minat belajar pra siklus sebesar 39,14% meningkat pada siklus 1 menjadi 67,71%, dan pada siklus 2 menjadi 80,86%. Berdasarkan kuesioner penggunaan model pembelajaran Flipped Classroom mampu meningkatkan minat belajar siswa pada pembelajaran jarak jauh dari kategosi lemah pada pra tindakan menjadi kategori kuat pada siklus I dan siklus II. Bahwa model pembelajaran Flipped Classroom berbasis online mampu meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa dengan perkembangan ketuntasan (KKM) 42,86% pada pra tindakan, 68,57% pada Tindakan awal siklus I dan 85,71% tuntas pada siklus I.

Abstract

This study aims to increase student learning motivation and learning outcomes by implementing the Blended Learning and Google Classroom system in the Office Management and Business Services Study Program of SMKN 14 Jakarta. The method in this study is Class Action Research which is carried out with 2 cycles. The subjects in this study were 35 students in archival subjects and the object of research was carried out at the time of the study. The data analysis technique used is descriptive quantitative by referring to the percentage paad as a measure of motivation level and through the evaluation of each meeting to measure learning outcomes. The results of this study on cyclical I were obtained an average learning motivation of 69% and learning outcomes with an average grade of 80.8. Of course, the situation in the first cycle experienced an increase of 29% for learning motivation and 7.8 points for the average class of learning outcomes. The second cycle experienced a 28% increase from the previous cycle with an average learning motivation

Abstract

Institut Agama Islam Nahdlatul Ulama Tuban merupakan lembaga pendidikan tinggi kegamaan Islam swasta yang menggunakan aplikasi Tiktok sebagai salah satu media promosinya. Tiktok dinilai sebagai platform yang mampu menjangkau lebih banyak audiens dan menghasilkan engagement rate yang terpantau. Dalam penelitian Efektivitas Strategi Promosi Institut Agama Islam Nahdlatul Ulama Tuban melalui Aplikasi Sosial Media Tiktok ini diukur menggunakan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Model analisis yang digunakan yaitu three layers of social media yang mencakup media analysis, conversation analysis, dan network analysis dan yang kedua metode yang digunakan Analisis SWOT. Hasil pengukuran three layers of social media terhadap konten video yang ada di akun Tiktok @iainutuban mendapatkan respon positif dan mendapatkan engagement rate sebesar 4,38%. Hasil dari analisis SWOT memberikan gambaran strategi yang bisa diambil untuk pengembangan konten Tiktok @iainutuban, khususnya dalam penerimaan mahasiswa baru (PMB).

Abstract

The amylase is an enzyme that widely used in industry. In this research, amylase was isolated from endosymbiont bacteria (EKA 4) of cockroach Pycnoscelus surinamensis from household garbage dump Surabaya. This research aims to identify bacteria EKA 4, produce and characterize amylase from it at various temperature, pH and effect of metal ions. Amylase screening assay was done by imoculating the isolate into medium contain 2% of starch then incubated for 24 hours. Detection of amylase was done qualitatively by measured presence of halozone and quantitatively using DNS method. 16S rRNA analysis found that bacteria EKA 4 has similarity to Bacillus subtilis with 100% of percent identity. Result showed that optimum activity of amylase from B. subtilis were at 40°C, pH 6 and could use ion CaCl2 as a cofactor in a reaction. Thus, utilization of amylase from endosymbiont P. surinamensis could be as an alternative source in big industries.

Abstract

The spirit and essence of everything that is prescribed by Islam, is basically between bringing benefit to humans and preventing danger to humans. So, it is important to know other than undergoing all the shari'a that Allah entrusts to his servant, namely to know and determine the ins and outs of the intent and purpose of the preservation of a certain law. In this study, put a big response to the hard efforts of Ibn 'Asyur in reformulating universal legal concepts which were then called the science of maqashid al-sharia. This is important, because approaching the universality of the Shari'a is one of the vital elves that is needed, especially in the era of globalization like today which presupposes a fast-paced change and was not taken into account before. According to Ibn 'Asyur, the main reason for the decline of fiqh is that the scholars are ignorant of the study of maqashid, and this will lead us to castrate the values of the Shari'a itself. In line with Ibn 'Asyur, Alal al-Fasi, one of the experts in contemporary maqashid al-sharia also views that the main condition for success in dialoguing fiqh with contemporary reality today is the massive response of scholars on the study of maqashid. This is where the function and role of maqashid al-shari'ah find its momentum. Its elastic character, across space and time is expected to be able to dialectically with problems that continue to emerge.

Abstract

Kajian ini bertujuan untuk menerangkan pembelajaran pendidikan agama Islam dengan menggunakan pendekatan pembelajaran inkuiri berdasarkan aktiviti yang diaplikasikan di Mts Tarbiyatul Islamiyah Lengkong. Kajian ini adalah kajian lapangan. Kaidah yang digunakan pengkaji untuk menyusun kajian ini ialah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan contoh berdasarkan analisis taksonomi (pengkelasan) kebimbangan dalam salah satu kawasan dan hanya dengan satu ciri umum. Data dikumpulkan melalui pemerhatian dan dokumen. Kajian ini merupakan aplikasi pembelajaran dalam Pendidikan Agama Islam yang menggunakan pendekatan pembelajaran inkuiri berdasarkan aktiviti di Mts Tarbiyatul Islamiyah Lengkong yaitu mengklasifikasikan pembelajaran setiap pelajar contoh: kebolehan membaca dan menulis al-Quran, kebolehan menghafal huruf, dan kebolehan memahami konteks ajaran al-Quran dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Artikulasi kemampuan memahami agama tidak hanya diprioritaskan pada pembagian kelas yang terstruktur, seperti kebanyakan sekolah yang menyelenggarakan pendidikan agama Islam secara umum. Di Mts Tarbiyatul Islamiyah pembelajaran disebut kegiatan daerah yang merupakan pengembangan dari kegiatan pagi hari. Pelaksanaan pembelajaran PAI berbasis kegiatan wilayah yang berlangsung dengan langkah-langkah seperti: perancangan RPP, penerapan, dan penilaian
