Abstract

Pertumbuhan ekonomi Indonesia yang berkelanjutan menjadi fokus pemerintah, terutama melalui langkah-langkah strategis dalam perekonomian nasional. Dalam konteks ini, pembentukan Holding BUMN Pangan PT Rajawali Nusantara Indonesia (Persero), atau ID FOOD, menunjukkan komitmen pemerintah untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan melalui sektor pertanian, agroindustri, dan perdagangan pangan. Manajemen aset ID FOOD, terutama melibatkan tanah, infrastruktur, dan sumber daya manusia, menjadi krusial dalam meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dan nilai perusahaan. Oleh karena itu, ID FOOD memutuskan untuk mengimplementasikan Sistem Informasi Manajemen Aset (SIMA) yang berfokus pada integrasi Citra Google Satelit, Surat Ukur, dan informasi Situs Bhumi ATR/BPN. SIMA membawa manfaat signifikan, mulai dari visualisasi bidang tanah, pengelolaan sertifikasi aset, hingga integrasi dengan bagian keuangan dan akuntansi. Pemetaan digital aset ID FOOD melalui Google My Maps membantu identifikasi letak dan bentuk bidang tanah, memanfaatkan citra satelit, Surat Ukur, dan informasi dari Bhumi ATR/BPN. Langkah-langkah ini mendukung keberlanjutan operasional, kepatuhan regulasi, dan pengambilan keputusan strategis perusahaan.

Abstract

Controlling temperature is crucial because it is the most significant factor in the distillation process. Temperature instability is a result of manual and traditional control, and several errors may occur. Therefore, the low quality of the product that is produced during the distillation process has an additional effect. In order to effectively control or manage the system, an automatic temperature control system is designed using an electronic controller with a closed system control mode that not only delivers setpoint values but also feedback.The procedure of distillation that is being employed involves combining two different kinds of solutions: water and ethanol, which has a boiling point of 78°C.Thermocouple sensors are used to monitor temperature, and PLCs with PID control are used to process the temperature data that are obtained. For plant supervision, control, and data collecting, a SCADA is necessary. A number of tests have been conducted, including near loops with and without PID that are SCADA-monitored. The temperature stability response is then examined by analyzing the outcomes of multiple tests that have been conducted. Values of Kp = 5188, Ti = 182, and Td = 457 were found by using the Ziegler Nichols method to the temperature control of the distillation equipment. Furthermore, the steady state error was no more than 1% and the overshoot characteristics were only 2.5%, according to the system response graph.. From the Ziegler Nichols PID control parameters, it shows a good system response and produces ethanol distillation results with a concentration of 88%.

Abstract

Patients with chronic kidney disease (CKD) undergoing routine hemodialysis (HD) may experience psychiatric comorbidities like depression. The coping mechanism is thought to be associated with the emergence of depression in patients with CKD. This cross-sectional study examines the association between coping mechanisms and depression in CKD patients undergoing routine HD therapy at Dr. Moewardi Hospital, Surakarta. Brief COPE and Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale (HADS) questionnaire were used as study instruments. The result showed that 29 (78.38%) research subjects used adaptive coping, while 8 (21.62%) used maladaptive coping. There are 13 (35%) participants with mild depression. Spearman’s rank correlation showed a strong negative correlation between adaptive coping mechanisms and the severity of depression in CKD patients undergoing hemodialysis (r=-0,655; p<0,01)

AbstractIntroduction: Neutrophil-lymphocyte ratio is a simple and affordable marker of inflammation that has recently been widely used to assess systemic inflammation in psychiatric patients. This study aimed to determine and analyze the effectiveness of meloxicam as adjuvant therapy to improve negative symptoms and changes in the neutrophil-lymphocyte ratio (NLR) in schizophrenic patients. Methods: This was a quasi-experimental study using a single-blind, pretest–post-test design. Subjects were determined using a purposive sampling technique based on inclusion criteria. This study examined 34 samples and divided them into two groups. The treatment group consisted of 17 subjects who received adjuvant therapy with meloxicam 15 mg/day for 4 weeks and 17 subjects in the control group. Data collection was obtained from medical records, interviews, field notes, positive scale, negative scale, and general psychopathology scale (PANSS) assessment sheets, and blood NLR examinations. Data analysis used SPSS 25.0.Results: The negative subscale PANSS score in the treatment group decreased lower than in the control group, with p-value = 0.640. However, the decrease in NLR values was more significant in the treatment group than in the control group, with p-value = 0.094. There was a decrease in the negative subscale PANSS scores and clinical NLR scores, but it was not statistically significant.Conclusion: Adjuvant therapy with Meloxicam, given once a day for four weeks, had an effect on decreasing the negative subscale PANSS score and NLR scores for schizophrenic patients at Dr. Arif Zainudin Regional Mental Hospital (RSJD), Surakarta, clinically, but it was not statistically significant.

AbstractIntroduction: Schizophrenia is a mental disorder that has a negative symptom domain. Negative symptoms are commonly referred to as the essence of schizophrenia. Treatment of negative symptoms is still considered less than optimal. The ratio of neutrophils and lymphocytes is one of the markers of inflammation. This study aimed to analyze the effectiveness of N-acetylcysteine as adjuvant therapy for improving negative symptoms and changes in the neutrophil-lymphocyte ratio (NLR) in schizophrenic patients. Methods: This was a quasi-experimental study using a single-blind, pretest–post-test design. The subjects were 34 schizophrenic patients who were inpatients at Dr. Arif Zainuddin Regional Mental Hospital (RSJD), Surakarta, from May to July 2020. The subjects were assigned using a purposive sampling technique based on inclusion criteria and received adjuvant N-acetylcysteine therapy at 400 mg/day for 4 weeks. Data collection was obtained from medical records, interviews, field notes, positive scale, negative scale, and general psychopathology scale (PANSS) assessment sheets, and blood NLR examinations. Data analysis used SPSS 25.0.Results: There was a significant difference between the treatment and control groups in reducing negative PANSS subscale measurement after adjuvant N-acetylcysteine treatment. However, there was no significant difference between the control and treatment groups after N-acetylcysteine administration for NLR.Conclusion: The dose of adjuvant therapy N-acetylcysteine given to patients in this study had an effect on decreasing the negative subscale PANSS score.

Abstract

Laporan kasus ini mendokumentasikan intervensi Electroconvulsive Therapy (ECT) pada seorang pria berusia 30 tahun yang didiagnosis dengan skizofrenia katatonik, di mana pengobatan farmakologis tidak memberikan hasil yang memadai. Skizofrenia katatonik merupakan subtipe yang jarang namun parah, ditandai dengan gangguan motorik seperti katalepsi, mutisme, dan gerakan motorik yang tidak teratur. Pasien dalam laporan ini menunjukkan resistensi terhadap obat-obatan antipsikotik, termasuk Haloperidol dan Clozapine, yang mendorong tim medis untuk melakukan ECT sebagai alternatif terapeutik. Prosedur ECT dilakukan dengan pengawasan ketat, dan hasilnya menunjukkan perbaikan signifikan pada gejala katatonik pasien, dengan pengurangan halusinasi dan peningkatan interaksi sosial. Laporan ini menegaskan efektivitas ECT dalam mengatasi gejala katatonik pada kasus skizofrenia yang resisten terhadap pengobatan, serta pentingnya pendekatan individualisasi dalam pengelolaan gangguan ini.

Abstract

UMKM (Usaha Menengah, Kecil, dan Mikro) adalah unit usaha produktif yang berdiri sendiri, yang dilakukan oleh orang perorangan atau badan usaha disemua sektor ekonomi. UMKM menopang lebih dari 90 persen ekonomi Indonesia. Salah satu kendala yang dihadapi UMKM adalah minimnya peralatan pendukung baik untuk kebutuhan pemasaran, branding, ataupun kegiatan operasional usaha. Jikapun ada, terkadang peralatan yang digunakan kurang sesuai dengan citra/branding usaha. Tim pengabdian kepada masyarakat kemudian melakukan kunjungan, analisa, perencanaan, dan produksi peralatan penunjang usaha, terutama yang berkaitan dengan produk multimedia, seperti banner (spanduk), buku menu, dan stiker. Kegiatan pengabdian dilakukan pada empat obyek UMKM selama periode 1-31 Juli 2023. Hasil produksi diterima dengan baik dan digunakan oleh pemilik usaha untuk menunjang kegiatan usahanya.

Abstract

A battery must be monitored in real-time to ensure it meets its designed lifetime. Additionally, energy costs from the battery supply must be calculated and controlled to enable solar power plant entrepreneurs to profit practically. This project aims to develop an IoT-based monitoring and controlling system for battery conditions, especially energy consumption costs from battery supply. This system uses an ESP32 microcontroller, INA219 sensor, single channel 5 VDC optocoupler relay, and OLED display. The ESP32 processes the current and voltage from the INA219 sensor and then displays on the OLED display. The parameters displayed include consumed energy costs, current, voltage, power, consumed energy, and used battery capacity. Data is also sent to the Blynk website using IoT, allowing these parameters to be monitored in real time. Based on test results, the average error in calculating energy costs is 0.046%, and other measured or calculated parameters are below 1%. This system can also turn the power flow to the load on and off using the Blynk platform. It can be concluded that the system works well, enabling IoT-based monitoring and control of battery parameters.

Abstract

Post-COVID-19 learning has left various difficulties experienced by teachers. The purpose of this study is to provide an overview of the mapping of teacher difficulties in learning. The selection of research subjects was based on recommendations from the principals of the schools where the research was conducted. Qualitative research was used in this study to provide a comprehensive overview of the difficulties experienced by teachers. Thematic analysis was used as one of the keys to solving the problem of mapping teacher difficulties. The results show that post-pandemic teacher difficulties are divided into three aspects, namely difficulties in dealing with student psychology, and lack of student motivation. These difficulties have an impact on many things in maintaining better learning quality.   Pembelajaran pasca COVID-19 menyisakan berbagai kesulitan yang dialami oleh guru. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu memberikan gambaran pemetaan kesulitan guru dalam pembelajaran. Pemilihan subjek penelitian didasarkan atas rekomendasi dari pimpinan kepala sekolah yang menjadi tempat penelitian. Penelitian kualitatif digunakan dalam penelitian ini untuk memberikan gambaran komprehensif mengenai kesulitan yang dialami oleh guru. Analisis tematik digunakan sebagai salah satu kunci menyelesaikan masalah pemetaan kesulitan guru. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa kesulitan guru pasca pandemi menjadi tiga aspek yaitu kesulitan menghadapi psikologis siswa, dan motivasi siswa yang kurang. Kesulitan ini berdampak kepada banyak hal dalam menjaga kualitas pembelajaran yang lebih baik.

Abstract

Pemanfaatan pompa air listrik tenaga surya atau berbasis panel surya jalan adalah inovasi yang tepat guna merupakan hasil rekayasa energi surya (matahari) yang dikonversi menjadi energi listrik, dan disimpan dalam baterai yang nantinya dijadikan sumber daya untuk pompa air. Keuntungan menggunakan tenaga surya ialah tidak terpengaruh ketika suplai dari listrik PLN padam, karena energi yang digunakan adalah energi panas dari matahari serta tidak perlu lagi menarik sumber listrik dari jaringan listrik PLN. Selain itu, penggunaannya bisa menjangkau area yang jauh dari sumber listrik PLN. Pada dasarnya, penerapan pompa air listrik tenaga surya di desa Mulyoagung untuk tanaman hidroponik dikarenakan banyak tempat yang agak jauh dari sumber listrik PLN, sehingga dapat menggangu kontinuitas aliran air dalam perawatan tanaman hidroponik. Latar belakang masyarakat di wilayah ini di bidang pertanian, mulai mengembangkan ke tanaman hidroponik karena ke praktisannya baik dari segi biaya maupun lahan, sehingga penggunaan pompa air tenaga surya saling melengkapi dari segi tersebut. Dengan adanya pemanfaatan pompa air tenaga surya dapat memberikan kemudahan perawatan tanaman hidroponik.
