Abstract

Penelitian dengan judul Pengaruh Penempatan Kerja, Motivasi, dan Kompetensi Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai adalah penelitian kuantitatif, dilakukan di Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Kabupaten Empat Lawang. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh penempatan kerja, motivasi, dan kompetensi terhadap kinerja. Sampel dalam penelitian berjumlah 40 pegawai. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pengujian regresi linear berganda, uji koefisien determinasi, uji F dan uji t. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh adalah 1). Uji parsial (Uji t) yang dilakukan membuktikan penempatan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja, di mana ????ℎ???????????????????? 4,173 >???????????????????????? 2,021 dan nilai Sig 0,001 < 0,05. 2). Motivasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja, di mana ????ℎ???????????????????? 3,240 >???????????????????????? 2,021 dan nilai Sig 0,004 < 0,05. 3). Kompetensi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja, di mana ????ℎ???????????????????? 3,709 >???????????????????????? 2,021 dan nilai Sig sebesar 0,000 < 0,05. 4). Penempatan kerja dan motivasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja, di mana Fhitung 13,086 > Ftabel 3,25 dan nilai Sig 0,000 < 0,05. 5). Motivasi dan kompetensi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, di mana Fhitung 7,426 > Ftabel 3,25 dan nilai Sig 0,002 < 0,05. 6). Penempatan kerja dan kompetensi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap, di mana Fhitung 12,014 > Ftabel 3,25 dan nilai Sig 0,000 < 0,05. 7). Penempatan kerja, motivasi, dan kompetensi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap, di mana Fhitung 9,070 > Ftabel 2,87 dan nilai Sig 0,000 < 0,05.

Abstract

Technological advances enable scientists and researchers to develop more automated systems for life's convenience. Transportation is among those conveniences needed in daily activities, including warehouses. The easy-to-build and straightforward transport robot are desired to ease human workers' working conditions. The application of artificial intelligence (AI), Fuzzy Logic Controller, and Neural Network ensures the robot is able to finish assigned tasks better and faster. This paper shows the concept design of an AI-controlled good transport robot applied in the warehouse. The design is made as fast and straightforward forward possible, and the feasibility of the proposed method is proven by simulation in Scilab FLT and Neuroph.

Abstract

Currently the accumulation of waste due to bad management will certainly polute the environtment, especially in residential areas. For this reason, a system is needed that can help manage thus waste so that is runs well. This study aims to design and bulid a system that will help to monitoring the weight and volume of waste based on the Internet of Things (IoT) to make it easier for waste workers to know when the waste is full and must be disposed of immediately to a landfill. This monitoring system is uses a load cell weight sensor and ultrasonic sensor JSN-SR04T which is instaleed on the organic and inorganic waste box that integrated with the internet via the NodemCU ESP8266 and controlled by the Arduini Uni microcontroller. This system can measure the weight and volume of waste in real time and send notifications when the waste box is full from a test disatance of 1 km.

Abstract

The Waste is a prevalent problem in Indonesia, causing environmental pollution, diseases such as dengue, malaria, vomiting, and diarrhea, as well as emitting strong odors in residential areas. Waste sorting is an effective solution to address this issue. Implementing the Conveyor-Based Organic and Inorganic Waste Sorting Tool technology at Tanjung Barangan can help to overcome waste problems in residential areas and facilitate the decomposition and recycling process. This research aims to assess the reliability of capacitive, inductive, and infrared proximity sensors in waste sorting. The study found that the system performed well. The capacitive proximity sensor successfully detected organic waste with a success rate of 75%, while the inductive proximity sensor detected inorganic waste with a success rate of 70%. Once the waste is detected, the information is displayed on the LCD screen, and it is sorted directly into the appropriate trash box based on its type, whether organic or inorganic.The proximity sensors have different detection distances: capacitive proximity sensors can detect objects within a range of 0 to 6 mm, inductive proximity sensors have a range of 0 to 10 mm, and infrared proximity sensors can detect objects within a range of 0 to 14 mm.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPengembangan profesi guru adalah untuk menjaga dan meningkatkan kualitas guru agar semakin professional dalam melaksanakan tugasnya menggunakan media aplikasi Microsoft office power point. Ada beberapa faktor mengapa kegiatan ini diselenggarakan. Ada guru yang tidak terbiasa menggunakan teknologi sebagai media dalam pengajaran di kelas. Sekolah tidak menyediakan fasilitas yang memadai yang memungkinkan guru menciptakan media ajar mereka. Tidak adanya pembimbing dan pendampingan yang memberikan pendidikan singkat tentang bagaimana membuat media animasi untuk pengajaran di sekolah dasar. Dengan adanya pelatihan ini guru-guru SDN 130 Palembang diharapkan mampu menguasai dan memahami fitur dan fungsi yang ada pada Microsoft power point serta mampu membuat animasi untuk pembelajaran dengan menggunakan Microsoft power point.Kata kunci: animasi pembelajaran; pelatihan microsoft power point; presentasi atraktif. ABSTRACT Teacher professional development is to maintain and improve the quality of teachers to be more professional in carrying out their duties using Microsoft Office Power Point application media. There are several factors why this activity is held. There are teachers who are not used to using technology as a medium in classroom teaching. Schools do not provide adequate facilities that allow teachers to create their teaching media. The absence of mentors and mentors who provide short education about how to make animation media for teaching in elementary schools. With this training the SDN 130 Palembang teachers are expected to be able to master and understand the features and functions that exist in Microsoft power point and be able to create animations for learning using Microsoft power point.Keywords: attractif presentation; microsoft power point training; learning animation.

Abstract

The increasing adoption of rooftop photovoltaic (PV) systems as a renewable energy source is often hindered by the negative impact of high operating temperatures on their efficiency. To address this, a hybrid passive cooling system offers a promising solution to enhance the power output of PV panels while supporting environmental sustainability. This study investigates the effects of varying the height clearance between a PV panel and the roof surface on the thermal performance and energy efficiency of a hybrid passive cooling system. The research integrates a passive cooling setup, which utilizes natural airflow without additional energy consumption, with a thermoelectric generator (TEG) based on a Peltier module to convert waste heat into supplementary electrical energy. The study employed both simulation and experimental methods to analyze the thermal and energy performance of the system at different height configurations. Five identical 30W Maysun solar panels were tested at heights of 1 cm, 5 cm, 10 cm, 15 cm, and 20 cm, with data on temperature and voltage collected throughout the day. The results indicate that increasing the installation height significantly improves air circulation, leading to lower panel temperatures and higher voltage outputs. The optimal configuration was found to be at a height of 20 cm, which consistently yielded the highest voltage. Furthermore, the integration of a Peltier module with a heatsink proved effective, generating up to 623 mV of additional voltage by converting waste heat. These findings provide valuable insights and practical recommendations for designing more efficient rooftop PV installations, contributing to the advancement of sustainable building technologies and the global effort to reduce carbon emissions.

Abstract

Penerapan teknologi kecerdasan buatan (AI) terus mengalami kemajuan pesat dan memiliki potensi yang luar biasa dalam mendukung transformasi digital di berbagai sektor. Dalam rangka pengembangan ekstrakurikuler di KIR 03, dilaksanakan sosialisasi inovasi AI dengan memanfaatkan robot personal assistant guna mendorong digitalisasi. Tujuan utama dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pemahaman peserta mengenai manfaat dan potensi penggunaan teknologi AI dalam konteks kegiatan ekstrakurikuler. Pendekatan yang digunakan meliputi penyampaian materi presentasi yang mendalam, interaksi tanya jawab yang aktif, serta dokumentasi kegiatan secara komprehensif. Hasil analisis data dari kuesioner menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman peserta setelah dilakukan sosialisasi. Respon positif peserta terhadap manfaat dan kemudahan penggunaan robot personal assistant menggambarkan kesuksesan sosialisasi ini. Sosialisasi ini memberikan implikasi potensial yang kuat dalam mendukung digitalisasi di KIR 03 dan berkontribusi bagi masyarakat pada umumnya.

Abstract

Tujuan jangka panjang dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mensosialisasikan sistem pencegahan bahaya kebakaran yang bersifat preventif serta mandiri, diperuntukkan bagi rumah padat penduduk yang sulit dijangkau oleh mobil PBK (Pembasmi Bahaya Kebakaran. Sistem dapat bekerja secara otomatis tanpa bantuan operator dan akan tetap bekerja walaupun jaringan listrik putus. Target khusus yang hendak dicapai adalah membuat model perangkat keras sistem pemadam kebakaran yang bekerja berdasarkan kenaikan temperatur udara. Prinsip kerja dari model dimulai dari pembacaan data kenaikan temperatur udara yang  disebabkan oleh  adanya  sumber  api. Pembacaan  data  dilakukan  oleh sensor temperatur. Dalam penelitian ini, sensor temperatur yang akan diujicobakan ada dua jenis, masing-msaing jenis thermoelectric dan jenis thermomekanics. Oleh transformer, data temperatur diubah menjadi tegangan listrik yang akan menggerakkan katup salenoid dan pompa. Ketika kedua komponen tersebut bekerja maka air akan keluar dari sprayer sehinggga dapat memadamkan  api. Suplai  listrik  untuk  menggerakkan  instrumen  dan  sistem kendali berasal dari baterai sedemikian rupa hingga  jika terjadi kebakaran dan listrik dari PLN terputus, model akan tetap bekerja efektif.   Metode penelitian yang diterapkan adalah Kaji Eksperimental yang didukung oleh data-data otentik yang berkaitan dengan mekanisme pemadaman api. Kegiatan dimulai dengan membuat rancang bangun model pemadam kebakaran, dilanjutkan dengan pengujian untuk mengetahui kinerja model. Hasil pengujian kinerja prototipe menunjukan kehandalan dari mesin yang dibuat, dengan melibatkan dua jenis sensor yang masing-masing memiliki kelebiah dan kekurangannya. Berdasarkan perhitungan statistik untuk kedua jenis sensor menghasilkan nilai optimum yaitu: a. Sensor Thermoelektrik, Setpoint pada nilai 500C, dengan respon pemadaman 167 detik dan durasi pemadaman selam 132 detik. Kondisi komponen mesin dan instalasi baik, b. Sensor Thermomechanics pada nilai 400C, dengan respon pemadaman 45 detik dan durasi pemadaman selam 152 detik. Kondisi komponen mesin dan instalasi baik.

Abstract

This study presents a real-time smart access control system that combines facial recognition with blink-based liveness detection to strengthen security and reduce spoofing risks. The main purpose is to provide a lightweight and efficient method that verifies both identity and physical presence in real time. The system employs two YOLOv11 models: one for detecting facial regions and another for distinguishing eye states through “open” and “closed” transitions. Identity verification is carried out by comparing facial embeddings using Euclidean distance. A private dataset was collected for facial images, while blink data was obtained from a public source, both annotated in YOLO format. After 100 epochs, the face detection model achieved 0.999 precision, 1.000 recall, 0.995 mAP50, and 0.868 mAP50–90, while the blink detection model recorded 0.959 precision, 0.962 recall, 0.967 mAP50, and 0.678 mAP50–90. These outcomes confirm that the objectives were achieved, demonstrating a practical and reliable biometric authentication solution with integrated liveness verification. The system also offers scalability for future multi-modal applications.
