Abstract

Mengingat peran usaha mikro kecil terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja dan peningkatan pendapatan masyarakat yang telah terbukti di era krisis ekonomi tahun 1998 yang lalu, menjadi alasan yang mendasar bagi banyak pihak untuk mencurahkan perhatian yang lebih dalam kegiatan pengembangan usaha mikro kecil, tetapi dalam kegiatan usahanya, banyak kendala yang dihadapi yang menyebabkan usaha mikro kecil sulit berkembang seperti halnya usaha skala menengah dan besar. Artikel ini merupakan hasil dari kegiatan Ipteks berbasis Masyarakat (IbM) dari tim pengabdian STIE Harapan Medan yang didanai oleh Ristek Dikti lewat hibah pengabdian IbM pendanaan tahun 2016. Mitra dalam kegiatan IbM ini adalah dua pengusaha ikan asin Cincang Rebung, yang dalam kegiatan usahanya menghadapi kendala dibidang produksi dan pemasaran. Melalui kegiatan pengabdian disepakati cara mengatasi kendala – kendala tersebut. Setelah kegiatan terealisasi, kendala dibidang produksi dapat teratasi lewat penggunaan mesin pengering ikan asin, kendala di bidang pemasaran dapat teratasi dengan pengurusan izin – izin legalitas yang dibutuhkan untuk menembus pasar modern, disamping desain kemasan, merk dan hal – hal yang mendukung kegiatan pemasaran

Abstract

Program Kemitraan Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan masyarakat yang mandiri secara ekonomi ibu-ibu rumah tangga Desa Damak Maliho Kecamatan Bangun Purba yang membuat gula merah berbahan baku air nira kelapa sawit. Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh mitra adalah 1) belum memiliki mindset berwirausaha, 2) peralatan produksi kurang efisien, 3) mitra tidak melakukan pencatatan pengeluaran, 4) kualitas hasil produksi berbeda dengan hasil produksi masyarakat lain. Solusi dan target luaran yang dihasilkan dari PKM Ibu-Ibu Rumah Tangga Desa Damak Maliho adalah 1) Terbentuknya mindset berwirausaha pada mitra, 2) mesin pemotong pohon, tungku, kuali besar, sikai besar. memberikan peralatan produksi yang efisien, 3) laporan keuangan, 4) pengujian laboratorium, 5) legalitas. Metode yang dipakai untuk mencapai tujuan adalah diberikan pelatihan dan pendampingan tentang mindset berwirausaha, melakukan pengadaaan peralatan untuk proses produksi yang efesien, pelatihan dan pendampingan penyusunan laporan keuangan, dan pengujian laboratorium di Balai Riset dan Standarsasi Industri Medan, serta membuat merek di Direktorat Jenderal Kekayaan Intelektual Kemenkumham Republik Indonesia. Melalui PKM ini maka pengetahuan mitra bertambah, dan mampu mengaplikasikan pengetahuan tersebut dalam kehidupan sehari-hari selanjutnya berdampak pada meningkatkan pendapatan ibu-ibu rumah tangga Desa Damak Maliho untuk kemudian mampu memberikan pengetahuan bagi usaha sejenis dan usaha lain yang terkait dengannya.Kata kunci: Ibu Rumah Tangga; Gula Merah; Kelapa Sawit.AbstractProgram Kemitraan Masyarakat (PKM) aims to develop an economically independent community of housewives in Damak Maliho Village, Bangun Purba District, which makes brown sugar made from palm oil palm juice. The problems faced by partners are 1) not having an entrepreneurial mindset, 2) inefficient production equipment, 3) partners do not record expenses, 4) the quality of production is different from the products of other communities. The solutions and the output targets produced by PKM of Housewives in Malako Damak Village are 1) Establishment of an entrepreneurial mindset on partners, 2) tree cutting machines, stoves, large cauldrons, large sikai. provide efficient production equipment, 3) financial reports, 4) laboratory testing, 5) legality. The methods used to achieve the objectives are training and mentoring on the entrepreneurial mindset, providing equipment for efficient production processes, training and assistance in preparing financial reports, and testing laboratories at the Medan Industrial Research and Standardization Center, and creating a brand at Direktorat Jenderal Kekayaan Intelektual Kemenkumham Republik Indonesia. Through this PKM the partner's knowledge increases, and being able to apply that knowledge in daily life subsequently has an impact on increasing the income of the housewives of Maliho Damak Village to then be able to provide knowledge for similar businesses and other businesses associated with it.Keywords: Housewife; Brown Sugar; Palm Oil.

Abstract

An organization in carrying out its activities to achieve its goals has several factors that are mutually bound and influential. One of the most important factors used to drive other factors is human resources. Therefore, the organization is required to manage and optimize human resources. Management of human resources itself is very important in a company in addition to other factors such as capital. Because the management of Human Resources itself to get a reliable employee and able to carry out their duties properly and responsibilities that can improve the effectiveness of the organization in order to achieve the goal.The purpose of this study is to know that the work environment and discipline to give effect to the performance of employees in PDAM Tirtanadi North Sumatra Medan either partially or simultaneously. The population of this study is all employees who work in the company. Where samples taken in this study were as many as 91 people. Data were collected using observations and questionnaires. Data are tested using validity and reliability tests, and the data must satisfy the classical assumption test element. Furthermore, data analysis is done by using multiple regression analysis, t test, F test, and coefficient of determination.This research concludes that there is influence of Work Environment on Employee Performance in PDAM Tirtanadi Medan. There is influence of Work Discipline on Employee Performance at PDAM Tirtanadi Medan. There is influence of Work Environment and Work Discipline on Employee Performance at PDAM Tirtanadi Medan. This is based on the criteria of conclusion that shows the value of tcount is greater than the value of ttable with the probability value is smaller than the value of Alphanya. The amount of work environment and work discipline ability to explain the performance is 0.236 or 23.6% while the remaining 76.4% is explained by other variables not included in this research model.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan pada PT. Sucofindo yang merupakan perusahaan swasta. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis dan mengetahui pengaruh diberikan oleh sistem ker ja dan careerpath terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan di mediasi oleh komitmen organisasi. Populasi adalah pegawai yang bekerja di perusahaan sebanyak 100 pegawai yang terbagi atas lima divisi, pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan sampel jenuh sehingga jumla sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Sumber data menggunakan data primer dan teknik pengumpulan data dengan observasidan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji kualitas data, uji asumsi klasik, analisis jalur,regresi linear berganda, uji hipotesis dan uji Sobel Test. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial sistem kerja dan career path masing-masing berpengaruh signifikan terhadapkomitmen organisasi dan juga pengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, komitmenorganisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Secara simultan, sistem kerja, career path dan komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Komitmen organisasi tidak memediasi pengaruh sistem kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, sedangkan komitmen organisasi memediasi pengaruh career path terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Sucofindo. Korelasi antara sistem kerja, career path dan komitmen organisasi sangat kuat terhadapkinerja, dan besarnya persentasese besar 74,3% dan sisanya 25,7% dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel lain diluar lingkup penelitian yang tidak dilakukan.

Abstract

This study is a quantitative study where the population in this study was 709 employees and the sampling in this study used the slovin formula where the sampling was only 5% of the total population, namely 256 respondents. The study used a survey method for distributing questionnaires in order to find out the results of this study. The results of this study are the influence of leadership style (X1) and work discipline (X2) on the performance of civil servants (Y) with a constant value of 4.732 where these results are searched by using multiple linear regression data analysis techniques and processed with SPSS, as for the hypothesis In this study, H1 was accepted and Ho was rejected because of the significant influence between leadership style and work discipline on the performance of civil servants with a significant level of 0.000 <0.05

Abstract

This study aims to determine interpersonal communication and team work on employee performance mediated by self-efficacy on PPKS Medan employees. The total population in this study amounted to 135 people, using the saturated sample technique, the total number of PPKS Medan employees was obtained. The analysis technique used is quantitative. Sources of data in this study using primary data. While the type of research used in this study is associative with a quantitative approach, the method used in this research is statistics with data collection techniques through questionnaires to all PPKS Medan employees. The results showed that interpersonal communication had a significant positive effect on employee performance (tcount 3,009 and significance 0.000 <0.05) for PPKS Medan employees. Team work has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (tcount 2.473 and significance 0.000 <0.05) PPKS Medan employees. Self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (tcount 4.481 and significance 0.000 <0.05) PPKS Medan employees, Interpersonal communication has a positive and significant effect on self-efficacy (tcount 3.120 and significance 0.000 <0.05) PPKS Medan employees, Team work positive and significant effect on self-efficacy (ttable 1.656 and significance 0.000 <0.05) PPKS Medan employees

Abstract

Motivation is often interpreted as an impulse. Encouragement or energy is the movement of the soul and body to do. So the motive is a driving force that moves humans to behave, and in their actions it has a certain purpose. While discipline is also very closely related to employee productivity because in departments, especially civil servants, there are also laws that emphasize discipline, which is sometimes violated by employees. This study will analyze the influence of motivation and work discipline on work productivity in the North Sumatra Province PSDA Service. The result of this study is that motivation and work discipline have a significant effect on employee work productivity.

Abstract

Human resources in organizations play an important role in shaping company's goals. One of the tasks of management is to develop human resources in a way so that humans can be integrated effectively into the various organizations needed by society. Buying interest is a mental statement of consumers that reflects the purchase plan of a product with a specific brand of knowledge about consumer buying potential for the product. It needs to be known by marketers to describe consumer behavior in the future. The research aims to examine the effect of innovation and home industry performance on buying interest in Suka Ramai Market Medan.

Abstract

A healthy lifestyle today is very important because the body is always primed during a pandemic. Gerak Virtual Race Indonesia app provides the best solution for tracking sports activities. The required feel can provide good application performance and trusted services in order to increase the intensity of use. This study aims to determine customer value and technology acceptance of behavioral intentions through customer trust and value in the Gerak Virtual Race Indonesia application. The research sample was 220 people who were determined by purposive sampling method. Primary data was obtained by questionnaire, and the statistical test used was SEM (Structural Equation Model) using IBM's AMOS. The results of this study indicate that the customer value variable has a positive and significant effect on trust directly. Trust variable has a positive and significant effect on behavioral intentions directly. Trust variable mediates positive and significant relationship between customer value and behavioral intention indirectly. Technology acceptance variable has a positive and significant effect on customer attitudes directly. Customer attitude variable has no significant positive effect on behavioral intentions directly. The customer attitude variable does not mediate and does not have a significant relationship between technology acceptance and behavioral intentions indirectly.Gaya hidup sehat saat ini sangat penting karena tubuh dituntut selalu prima disaat pandemi. Aplikasi Gerak Virtual Race Indonesia memberikan solusi terbaik untuk mentracking aktivitas olahraga. Perusaahan diharuskan dapat memberikan performa aplikasi yang baik dan layanan yang terpercaya agar dapat meningkatkan intensi penggunaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui customer value dan technology acceptance terhadap behavior intention melalui trust dan customer value pada aplikasi Gerak Virtual Race Indonesia. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 220 orang yang ditentukan dengan metode purposive sampling. Data primer diperoleh dengan kuesioner dan uji statistik yang digunakan adalah SEM (Structural Equation Model) menggunakan AMOS IBM. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa variabel customer value berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap trust secara langsung. Variabel trust berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap behavior intention secara langsung. Variabel trust memediasi positif dan signifikan terhadap hubungan customer value terhadap behavior intention secara tidak langsung. Variabel technology acceptance berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap customer attitude secara langsung. Variabel customer attitude berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap behavior intention secara langsung. Variabel customer attitude tidak memediasi dan tidak signifikan hubungan technology acceptance terhadap behavior intention secara tidak langsung
