Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of emotional intelligence on workplace spirituality. To find out the effect of emotional intelligence and workplace spirituality on organizational citizenship behavior partially. To determine the effect of emotional intelligence on organizational citizenship behavior through workplace spirituality on Guardian Employees in Medan City. The total population in this study amounted to 150 people as a sample using a saturated sampling technique. The analysis technique used is path analysis. The results showed that Emotional intelligence had a significant effect on the workplace spiritually for Guardian Employees. Emotional intelligence has no significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior in Guardian Employees. Workplace spiritually has a significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior in Guardian Employees. There is no significant effect of emotional intelligence on organizational citizenship behavior through workplace spiritually on Guardian Employees

Abstract

The number of human resources absorbed in the world of work is increasing, but the quality or quality of our human resources is low, because the training and development of human resources to improve competence has not been carried out optimally, so that some existing human resources do not have good competence, so they have not been looked at in well-known companies. in addition, organizational culture affects the ability of human resources. Some of the existing human resources have not been able to adapt well to the company's organizational culture, so that their competencies do not appear well, because there are some existing companies that still apply a work culture that is not liked by some workers, so that their competencies are not maximized and have not convinced management. The type of leadership also affects competence, where there are few companies that have this type of leadership that tends to distrust subordinates, where this type of leadership tends to affect the abilities and competencies of subordinates, where the competence of subordinates is not appreciated and affects the performance of subordinates and the company's overall performance. The research method used is descriptive quantitative using multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 25. The population of this study is human resources who have worked in several companies throughout the city of Medan, amounting to 100 people/person, where the sampling technique in this study uses technique of the census method, with a sample of 100 HR people who have worked in several companies throughout the city of Medan through the distribution of questionnaires conducted using an online method. The results of the study which were based on the hypothesis partially and simultaneously stated that the variables of HR training and development, organizational culture and leadership type had an effect on the HR competency variables working in companies throughout the city of Medan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Indian ethnic work ethic on job satisfaction, to determine the indirect effect of Indian ethnic work ethic through job satisfaction on organizational commitment and to determine the effect of Indian ethnic work ethic directly on organizational commitment. This type of research is associative research. The population in this study is the number of employees of the Medan Gursiwara Mission, amounting to 100 people and the sample used in this study is 100 people using boring samples. Data analysis technique in this research is path analysis. The results showed that the ethnic work ethic of India had a significant and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Job satisfaction does not significantly influence organizational commitment. There is no direct effect between Indian ethnic work ethics on organizational commitment through employee job satisfaction

Abstract

There are many problems and obstacles faced by micro-enterprises that often hinder business development. Starting from the lack of knowledge about business development, product standardization and mastery of current technology. And the most often happens is limited sales access due to lack of understanding marketing strategies. The problems faced by partners include that partners do not have the right marketing strategy to develop their business. Solutions include business management assistance, brand management and digital marketing. The output of this service includes increasing business development knowledge and partner skills in marketing through digital marketing.

Abstract

Stock trading in the capital market is a very important aspect of the economy of Indonesia and other countries. This study aims to determine : (1) The Effect of Debt to Assets Ratio (DAR), Working Capital to Total Assets (WC/TA), Current Ratio (CR), to Return On Assets (ROA), (2) The Effect of Debt to Assets Ratio (DAR), Working Capital to Total Assets (WC/TA), Current Ratio (CR), and Return On Assets (ROA) to Stock Price, (3) The Effect to Debt to Assets Ratio (DAR), Working Capital to Total Assets, and Current Ratio (CR) to the Stock Price through Return On Assets (ROA) as an Intervening Variable. The research samples are companies that included in The Sector Industry basic and chemicall in the period 2018-2021 by using Purposive Sampling method. There are 17 companies that meet the criteria as the sample. This research used path analysis which is the development of multiple regression analysis and bivariate. The result of this research showed that: DAR has a negative and significant effect on ROA, WCTA has a positive and significant effect on ROA, CR has a positive and insignificant effect on ROA, DAR has a negative and insignificant effect on stock prices, WCTA has a positive and significant effect on stock prices. CR has a positive and significant effect on share prices, ROA has a negative and significant effect on share prices. The results of the Sobel test show that DAR, WCTA, ROA have an Indirect Effect.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh keterlibatan kerja dan dukungan organisasi terhadap komitmen organisasi secara parsial. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh keterlibatan kerja, dukungan organisasi dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan secara parsial. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh komitmen organisasi dalam memediasi antara keterlibatan kerja dan dukungan organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Jumlah populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 249 orang, dan dengan menggunakan teknik slovin diperoleh sampel sebanyak 153 responden. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keterlibatan kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap komitmen organisasi, dukungan organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi, keterlibatan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, dukungan organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, komitmen organisasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, komitmen organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, kinerja karyawan dan komitmen organisasi memediasi dukungan organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

Human resources is the improvement of human resources whose ability to complete the arrangement of human assets, execution, registration, preparation, improvement of the call of representatives or workers and take the impetus towards the authoritative advancement of an association or organization. Purpose to determine the effect of organizational commitment and emotional intelligence on Employee Performance through Job Satisfaction. The type of research used is quantitative research. The sample technique used is a saturated sample, namely all employees in the Human Resources Development Agency of North Sumatra Province (BPSDM) totaling 100 employees. Research Data Collection Techniques using questionnaires. The results showed organizational commitment and emotional intelligence had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, and organizational commitment and emotional intelligence had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on performance, but job satisfaction is not able to mediate organizational commitment and emotional intelligence to employee performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi dan kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan serta untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi dan kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan dimediasi oleh disiplin kerja. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai pada dinas bina marga dan bina konstruksi provinsi sumatera utara yang berjumlah 558 orang dan yang dijadikan sampel sebanyak 234 responden dengan menggunakan proportionated stratified random sampling. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi berganda dan sobel test. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel kompensasi dan kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Variabel disiplin kerja mampu memediasi hubungan antara kompensasi dan kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Saran dalam penelitian ini diharapkan kantor Dinas Bina Marga Dan Bina Konstruksi Provinsi Sumatera Utara dapat lebih meningkatkan kompensasi yang baik dan menerapkan kepemimpinan yang lebih ramah dan tegas dan diharapkan hal tersebut dapat menimbulkan rasa disiplin kerja pada diri masing-masing karyawan karena ketiga variabel tersebut memiliki pengaruh yang cukup besar untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan pada dinas bina marga dan bina konstruksi provinsi Sumatera Utara.

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to provide an overview of how modern resource management resolves conventional challenges in that area. Computing technology with all its specific application variants will help human performance in HR management in the contemporary era. The rapid advancement of technology and digitalization has presented a digital economy characterized by business and the trade transactions based on technology. This study aims to analyze the influence of the digital economy as measured by the Value of Electronic Money Transactions and the Value of E-Commerce Transactions on Indonesia’s economic growth. This research method is descriptive qualitative with a literature study approach. The data sources used are journal manuscripts, books, and other sources that are in accordance with the theme of this study. The data will be elaborated to get the construction of relevant thoughts and reflect an adequate analysis of computers and human resource management in this modern era. The results of the study are computing is able to carry out administrative tasks automatically; computing is able to increase employee engagement; computing can help improve the recruitment and orientation process; computing can help ensure compliance; and computing can help drive data-driven decision making.
