Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini menganalisis mengenai implementasi pengalihan jabatan administrator dan pengawas ke jabatan fungsional melalui kebijakan penyetaraan, hal ini merupakan salah satu sumber penting dalam pengembangan sumber daya manusia Pegawai Negeri Sipil pada Universitas Islam Negeri Banda Aceh yang lebih profesional. Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan telaah peraturan perundang-undangan dan observasi.  Secara khusus, melalui riset ini diharapkan dapat mengungkapkan mekanisme secara berkesinambungan proses sinkronisasi tata kelola dan distribusi jabatan fungsional sesuai dengan kompetensinya. Penyetaraan jabatan merupakan tindak lanjut berdasarkan Peraturan Menteri Pendayagunaan Aparatur Negara dan Reformasi Birokrasi Nomor 28 Tahun 2019 tentang Penyetaraan Jabatan Administrasi ke dalam Jabatan Fungsional.  Tujuan dari kebijakan ini adalah untuk menciptakan birokrasi yang lebih dinamis dan profesional sebagai upaya peningkatan efektifitas dan efisiensi untuk mendukung kinerja pelayanan Pegawai Negeri Sipil kepada masyarakat. Pola penyetaraan ini dinilai sebagai salah satu bentuk pengisian jabatan fungsional yang strategis agar dapat menghasilkan mobilitas pegawai baik secara vertikal dan horizontal berdasarkan kualifikasi dan kompetensi Pegawai Negeri Sipil dalam implementasi kebijakan tentang penyetaraan yang dilakukan pada UIN Ar-Raniry Banda Aceh, dimana penyetaraan dilakukan terlebih dahulu sebelum perubahan Struktur Organisasi dan Tata Kerja (SOTK), hal ini memberi dampak masalah dan tantangan tersendiri terutama terkait dengan pengembangan karir jabatan fungsional hasil dari penyetaraan jabatan administrasi baik dari administator ataupun pengawas. Oleh karena itu perlu dilakukan analisis atas implementasi kebijakan penyetaraan jabatan administator dan pengawas tersebut yang bertujuan agar dapat dilihat kondisi riil pelaksanaan dari kebijakan penyetaraan jabatan itu sendiri, sehingga dapat menjadi masukan kepada pemangku kepentingan terkait dalam pengambilan kebijakan untuk pengelolaan, perencanaan kompetensi dan kinerja Pegawai Negeri Sipil dalam jabaan fungsional hasil penyetaraan yang lebih profesional.Kata Kunci: implemetasi, penyetaraan, administrator, pengawas, jabatan fungsionalThe objective of this study was to examine the process of transition from an administrative job, which is a structural position, to a supervisory one, which is a functional position; It is an important issue to develop civil servants more professionally at the State Islamic University Ar-Raniry, Banda Aceh. This study used a qualitative approach. The data were collected by analyzing the related law and making observations.  Specifically, this study focused on the methods used to syncronize the management and distribution of functional positions according to their specifications. Based on the law of the Ministry of State Apparatus Utilization and Bureaucratic Reform, number 28, year 2019, related to the transition from structural position to functional position,  the transition’s goal is to establish a professional and dynamic  bureaucracy as an effort to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of civil servants’ work to serve the public. The pattern of the transition is considered a strategic form of functional position’s recruitement  which supports the civil servant’s mobility vertically and horizontally based on the civil servant’s qualification and competence. At UIN Ar-Raniry Banda Aceh, in particular, the transition itself is done before Organizational Structure and Work Procedure (SOTK) change. It becomes a challenge for the career development of the civil servants involved in the transition. Therefore, it is important to analyze the implementation of the transition policy to understand the real condition. Such analysis can give information to the authoriry to plan and manage more professionally the work of civil servants involving in the transition process.Keywords: implementation, equalization, administrator, supervisor, functional position

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisi kemampuan mahasiswa Universitas Ubudiyah Indonesia  dalam memahami teks akademik bahasa Inggris. Peneliti menggunakan metode kualitatif untuk melakukan penelitian ini. Populasi penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa  jurusan ilmu gizi dan psikologi  Universitas Ubudiyah Indonesia. Kelas tersebut adalah sampel yang dijadikan  dalam penelitian ini. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah soal teks akademik bahasa Inggris yang terdiri dari dua puluh lima pertanyaan dimana terdapat lima item yang diuji yaitu ide pokok bacaan, informasi rinci (detail), informasi tersurat, informasi tersirat, dan kosakata bacaan dan kuisioner. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan kemampuan mahasiswa dalam memahami teks akademik bahasa Inggris berada pada tingkat menengah awal.  Ada beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi  mahasiswa dalam memahami teks akademik bahasa Inggris yaitu kurangnya kosakata dan kebiasaan membaca teks  bahasa Inggris.  Dari hasil penelitian ini dapat dijadikan pedoman bagi pengajar bahasa Inggris untuk menentukan bahan ajar  yang sesuai dengan tingkat kemampuan pemahaman teks akademik bahasa Inggris.Kata Kunci:  akademik teks, kemampuan, bahasa inggrisThis study aims to analyze the ability of students at the University of Ubudiyah Indonesia in understanding English academic texts. Researchers used qualitative methods to conduct this research. The population of this study were students majoring in nutrition and psychology at the University of Ubudiyah Indonesia. The class is the sample used in this study. The instrument used in the study was an English academic text question consisting of twenty-five questions in which five items were tested, namely the main idea of the reading, detailed information (detail), explicit information, implied information, and reading vocabulary and questionnaires. The results of this study indicate that students' ability to understand English academic texts is at the early intermediate level. There are several factors that influence students in understanding English academic texts, namely the lack of vocabulary and the habit of reading English texts. From the results of this study, it can be used as a guide for English teachers to determine teaching materials that are in accordance with the level of ability to understand English academic texts.Keywords: academic text, ability, English

Abstract

Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas bimbingan dan konseling (PTK BK). Ada bermacam jenis layanan dalam BK, salah satunya adalah layanan bimbingan belajar. Pada penelitian ini, sumber data diperoleh dari: (1) Data proses diperoleh dari peneliti dalam memberikan layanan bimbingan kelompok dan siswa sewaktu mengikuti layanan dan situasi pada saat layanan. (2) Data hasil diperoleh dari pengamatan terhadap siswa berupa hasil remedial teaching siswa dalam ulangan harian. Pengumpulan data melalui angket terhadap 21 (orang) siswa. Pada siklus I, terdapat 15 siswa tidak sesuai dari aspek yang diterapkan karena masih menggantungkan kepada teman dan kurangnya kemandirian belajar siswa. Setelah dilaksanakan layanan bimbingan klasikal dan siswa mengisi angket kemandirian belajar, pencapaian kemandirian belajar siswa meningkat, dari 21 siswa terdapat 8 siswa yang masih kurang dalam kemandirian belajar. Dengan kata lain terdapat peningkatan dalam hal kemandirian belajar pada siswa setelah dilakukan layanan bimbingan klasikal dari 35 % pada siklus I meningkat menjadi 65 % pada siklus II. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa layanan bimbingan klasikal kepada siswa dapat meningkatkan kemandirian belajar siswa.Kata Kunci: Kemandirian, Belajar Siswa, Bimbingan KlaksialThis type of research is action research guidance and counseling class (PTK BK). There are various types of services in BK, one of which is tutoring services. In this study, the data sources were obtained from: (1) Process data were obtained from researchers in providing group and student guidance services while participating in the service and the situation at the time of service. (2) The data obtained from observations of students in the form of remedial teaching results of students in daily tests. Collecting data through a questionnaire to 21 (persons) students. In the first cycle, there were 15 students who did not fit the applied aspect because they still depended on their friends and lacked student learning independence. After implementing classical guidance services and students filling out learning independence questionnaires, the achievement of student learning independence increased, from 21 students there were 8 students who were still lacking in learning independence. In other words, there is an increase in learning independence in students after classical guidance services are carried out from 35% in the first cycle to 65% in the second cycle. So it can be concluded that classical guidance services to students can increase student learning independence.Keywords: Independence, Student Learning, Classical Guidance

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi  Banyak anak  yang termasuk dalam kategori anak rawan anak-anak yang membutuhkan perlindungan khusus. Perlindungan anak adalah segala usaha yang dilakukan untuk menciptakan kondisi agar setiap anak dapat melaksanakan hak dan kewajiban demi perkembangan dan pertumbuhan anak secara wajar baik fisik, mental dan social. Hadirnya Qanun Nomor 11 Tahun 2008 tentang perlindungan anak untuk meminimalisir terjadinya eksploitasi terhadap anak. Dari hasil penelitian peran dan fungsi Dinas Sosial melaksanakan pembinaan kesejahteraan social, pelayanan dan rehabilitasi sosial, Dinas Sosial Belum maksimal dalam menangani anak terlantar karena mempunyai keterbatasan di karenakan setiap tahunnya jumlah tinggi anak terlantar sedangkan dana yang tersedia terbatas sehingga kendalanya sumber daya manusia yaitu prasarana dan sarana tidak ada seperti rumah penampungan anak terlantarKata Kunci: Perlindungan, Kesejahteraan anak, Implementasi Qanun No 11 Tahun 2008.The background of this research is that many children are included in the category of vulnerable children who need special protection. Child protection is all efforts made to create conditions so that every child can exercise their rights and obligations for the proper development and growth of children physically, mentally and socially. Abstract

Menurunnya kualitas  moral dalam  kehidupan manusia dewasa ini terutama di kalangan peserta didik karena lemahnya pendidikan karakter baik di lingkungan keluarga, sekolah dan masyarakat. Di era digital yang serba bebas dan terbuka  dimana arus informasi dapat diakses dari mana saja, maka pendidikan karakter menjadi penting diimplementasikan dalam kehidupan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pentingnya pendidikan karakter bagi peserta didik di era digital. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian pustaka (library research) yaitu penelitian yang objek kajiannya menggunakan data pustaka  berupa buku-buku dan jurnal sebagai sumber datanya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai-nilai pendidikan karakter (jujur, disiplin, kreatif, tanggung jawab, kerja keras, religius, dan lain-lain) sangat penting diajarkan dan diterapkan semenjak dini dalam kehidupan sehari-hari melalui metode pembiasaan, keteladanan, dan lain-lain agar peserta didik memiliki  kepribadian yang baik. Pendidikan karakter dapat dilaksanakan melalui pendidikan formal, informal dan non formal. Penguatan  pendidikan moral atau pendidikan karakter sangat penting diterapkan untuk mengatasi krisis moral yang melanda di negara kitaKata Kunci : Pendidikan karakter, peserta didik, era digitalThe decline in moral quality in human life today, especially among students, is due to weak character education in the family, school and the community. In this freedom and open digital era where the flow of information can be accessed from anywhere, character education is important to implement in life. The purpose of this research is to find out the importance of character education for students in the digital era. The research method was used is library research, namely research in which the object of study uses library data in the form of books and journals as the data source. The results of the study show that the values of character education (honesty, discipline, creativity, responsibility, hard work, religion, etc.) are very important to be taught and applied from an early age in everyday life through habituation, exemplary methods, and so on. other so that students have a good personality. Character education can be carried out through formal, informal and non-formal education. Strengthening moral education or character education is very important to be applied to overcome the moral crisis that has happened in our country. Abstract

Kekerasan seksual menjadi sebuah isu yang sangat menarik beberapa tahun terkahir ini, dengan banyaknya kasus kekerasan seksual yang terjadi di lingkungan Sekolah belakang ini. Banyak sekali factor yang kerap kali menjadi objek pelecehan seksual dan kebanyakan remaja tidak berani untuk mengungkapkan apa yang mereka alami. Maka dari itu kami bersama-sama melaksanakan kegiatan “Perlindungan Terhadap Kekerasan Seksual di Lingkungan Sekolah (Smkn 1 Sabang)” ini menargetkan 50 siswa/i SMKN 1 Sabang bertujuan untuk memberikan ilmu dan wawasan agar mereka memahami bahwa pentinya untuk mencegahnya terjadinya kekerasan seksual kepada siswa/i agar tidak takut untuk melaporkan kejadian-kejadian serta menyediakan ruang konsultasi untuk para siswa/i yng ingin speak up tentang msalah mereka alami. Abstract

Their perception causes a lack of student interest in learning through printed teaching materials that local wisdom presented in textbooks is not relevant to the local knowledge of their region. In addition, most teachers do not utilize locally-based teaching materials, reducing student involvement in the learning process. This study aimed to develop and assess the feasibility of thematic teaching materials based on local wisdom, evaluate the feasibility of the teaching materials, and Assess teacher responses to the teaching materials. The research method used was Research and Development (R&D) using the ADDIE model, including the stages of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. During the analysis phase, a needs assessment was carried out to ensure the relevance of local wisdom, especially regarding the material on nutmeg, in the teaching materials. The study subjects were grade IV students of MIN 2 South Aceh. The research instruments included a validation questionnaire from media and material experts and a response questionnaire from teachers and students. The validation results showed that local wisdom-based teaching materials about nutmeg and its benefits were considered feasible, with a score of 75% from media experts and 73% from material experts, categorized as "feasible." Students' responses to the teaching materials showed that the materials were very interesting, with a score of 94.5%, while teachers' responses reached 72%, categorized as "interesting." The implications of this study indicate that the development of locally based teaching materials can significantly increase students' interest and involvement in learning and provide practical guidance for teachers in utilizing materials relevant to the local context.

Abstract

In the Mathematics curriculum, the subject of circles is considered one of the challenging topics for students. Many students struggle with the application in daily life. One effort to address this is by implementing the Problem-Based Learning model in learning process. The aim of this study is to determine the learning outcomes of students through the Problem-Based Learning model, specifically in the subject of circles. This type of research is experimental. The learning outcome obtained through the Problem-Based Learning model wascompared to the mathematics KKM (Minimum Graduation Standard) score in the school, which was 80. The population in this research was all sixth-grade students of MIN 9 Banda Aceh, and the sample was 25 sixth-grade students randomly selected. The instrument used in this research was a test. Based on the evaluation results at the last meeting, the average student score was 87,1 with a standard deviation of 8,30. In the hypothesis testing, a right-sided t-test was used, with a significant level of α = 0,05. The calculation results showed that the implementation of the Problem-Based Learning model in the circle subjectin the sixth grade of MIN 9 Banda Aceh exceeds the KKM.

Abstract

Munculnya teknologi Artificial Intelegence (AI) merupakan sebuah terobosan khususnya di bidang pendidikan  untuk menunjang pembelajaran.  Platform AI banyak digunakan di kalangan mahasiswa untuk mencari informasi apa pun dan mengurangi waktu yang diperlukan untuk menyelesaikan tugas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Artificial Intelegence  terhadap motivasi belajar mahasiswa melalui pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian adalah mahasiswa Fakultas Tarbiyah dan Keguruan UIN Ar-Raniry, sedangkan sampelnya berjumlah 87 orang yang dipilih secara random. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket (kuesioner) yang di sebar melalui google form. Analisis data menggunakan analisis Regresi dan Korelasi. Berdasarkan pengujian hipotesis terlihat bahwa Ho ditolak, artinya koefisien regresi signifikan atau terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan Artificial Intelligence terhadap motivasi belajar mahasiswa. Besarnya pengaruh Artificial Intelligence terhadap motivasi belajar mahasiswa yang dihitung dengan koefisien korelasi adalah 0,600. Hal  ini menunjukkan pengaruh yang  kuat  antara Artificial Intelligence dengan motivasi belajar mahasiswa. Sedangkan untuk menyatakan besar kecilnya kontribusi (sumbangan) variabel  terhadap variabel  atau koefisien determinan = r2 x 100% = 36%. Hal ini menjelaskan perubahan pada motivasi belajar mahasiswa oleh variabel Artificial Intelligence sebesar  36%  dan 64% ditentukan oleh variabel lain.Kata Kunci : Artificial Intelligence, Motivasi Belajar The emergence of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology is a breakthrough, especially in the field of education to support learning. AI platforms are widely used among students to search for any information and reduce the time required to complete assignments. This research aims to determine the influence of Artificial Intelligence on student learning motivation through a quantitative approach. The research population was students from the Tarbiyah and Teacher Training Faculty of UIN Ar-Raniry, while the sample was 87 people who were chosen randomly. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire distributed via Google Form. Data analysis uses Regression and Correlation analysis. Based on hypothesis testing, it can be seen that Ho is rejected, meaning that the regression coefficient is significant or there is a significant influence of Artificial Intelligence on student learning motivation. The magnitude of the influence of Artificial Intelligence on student learning motivation as calculated by the correlation coefficient is 0.600. This shows the strong influence between Artificial Intelligence and student learning motivation. Meanwhile, to state the size of the contribution (contribution) of variable x to variable y or the determinant coefficient = r2 x 100% = 36%. This explains the change in student learning motivation by the Artificial Intelligence variable of 36% and 64% determined by other variables.Keywords: Artificial Intelligence, Learning Motivation
