Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh strategi pembelajaran inquiry terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas X pada materi keanekaragaman tumbuhan. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan quasi eksperimen dan desain penelitian non-equivalent control group desain. Populasi pada penelitian ini seluruh siswa kelas X MIPA SMA Nurul Amaliyah Tanjung Morawa dengan sampel 25 siswa kelas X MIPA 2 sebagai kelas eksperimen dan 25 siswa kelas X MIPA 3 sebagai kelas kontrol. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa tes, yaitu: pre-test dan post-test menggunakan teknik analisis data uji t. Hasil penelitian diperoleh t hitung = 4,6, sedangkan t tabel = 2,064 melalui taraf signifikan 0,05. Jika t hitung > t tabel, maka H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima. Diketahui 4,6 > 2,064, hal tersebut berarti H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima. Sehingga strategi pembelajaran inquiry pada materi Keanekaragaman Tumbuhan dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas X SMA Nurul Amaliyah Tanjung Morawa.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji: 1) Pengaruh kedisiplinan belajar terhadap hasil belajar kimia, 2) Pengaruh kemandirian belajar terhadap hasil belajar kimia, 3) Pengaruh gabungan kedisiplinan dan kemandirian belajar terhadap hasil belajar kimia. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan metode ex-post fakto. Sampel yang digunakan yaitu sebanyak 105 peserta didik. Data dikumpulkan melalui angket, dengan instrumen berupa angket yang terdiri dari 16 item pernyataan untuk kedisiplinan belajar dan 19 item pernyataan untuk kemandirian belajar,  sedangkan untuk hasil  belajar kimia diambil dari hasil ujian akhir semester ganjil. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan adalah analisis  deskriptif, regresi  sederhana dan regresi  berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) Kedisiplinan belajar terhadap hasil belajar kimia kelas XI Medikal SMAN 4 Pekanbaru sebesar 0,133 atau 13,3%. 2)  Kemandirian belajar   terhadap hasil belajar kimia kelas XI Medikal SMAN 4 Pekanbaru sebesar 0,131 atau 13,1%. 3) Terdapat pengaruh antara kedisiplinan dan kemandirian belajar terhadap hasil belajar kimia kelas XI Medikal SMAN 4 Pekanbaru sebesar 0,147 atau 14,7%. Kesimpulannya, terdapat pengaruh antara kedisiplinan dan kemandirian belajar terhadap hasil belajar kimia kelas XI Medikal SMAN 4 Pekanbaru.

Abstract

Vector Autoregressive (VAR) is a multivariate time series model that analyzes more than one variable where each variable in the model is endogenous. VAR is one of the models used in forecasting rainfall and wind speed. In observations of rainfall and wind speed, there are usually a series of events whose values are far from other observations or can be said to be outliers. The purpose of this study is to compare the VAR model on rainfall and wind speed data before and after outlier detection. This study uses secondary data, namely monthly data on rainfall and wind speed from 2019 to 2021. From the analysis results, the smallest AIC value obtained in the VAR model before outlier detection was 4.94, then the smallest AIC value in the VAR model after outlier detection was 0.25. Thus, it can be concluded that the best model is obtained in the VAR model after outlier detection seen from the smallest AIC value of the two VAR models.

Abstract

This research examines the Determination of Tourism Village Status in Tebing Tinggi Okura Village, Pekanbaru City. This study aims to determine the status of Tebing Tinggi Okura Village based on the ASEAN Community-Based Tourism Standard (ASEAN CBT) tourism village assessment criteria. The scope of this study covers eight criteria and sub-criteria for tourism village assessment. The location is Tebing Tinggi Okura Village, Rumbai Timur District, Pekanbaru City.This research was conducted from October 2024 to April 2025. The data used were qualitative, while the data sources were primary and secondary. Data collection techniques included field research (in-depth interviews, observations, and questionnaires) using the Delphi method, triangulation techniques, and literature review. The data analysis technique used was descriptive analysis. Based on the research results, which refer to the eight criteria for tourism village assessment according to the ASEAN Community-Based Tourism (CBT) Standard, it can be concluded that Okura Tourism Village is still in the early stages of developing its community-based tourism potential. Administratively, the village has a tourism institution in the form of a Tourism Awareness Group (Pokdarwis). In terms of environmental quality, the village is considered quite good, but there is no collectively directed management system or program. Community participation in tourism is also low. Support services such as tour guides, tourist information, reservation systems, and itinerary planning are not yet available. Food and beverages are still basic and served only during annual events, while the existing homestays are not yet professionally managed and only operate seasonally. Based on these indicators, Okura Tourism Village can currently be classified as a pioneering tourism village.

Abstract

As time goes by, the younger generation's interest in agriculture is decreasing. Therefore, agricultural learning needs to be carried out among elementary school students, because learning must be instilled from an early age. This activity aims to introduce the concept of sustainable agriculture to elementary school students through practice-based active learning. This service aims to provide an understanding of the importance of sustainable agricultural practices in order to achieve a more sustainable future economically, socially and environmentally. This service approach focuses on learning through simple agricultural practical activities that are relevant to the school environment and students' daily lives. The result of this activity is that elementary school students become more aware of the importance of agriculture in the future. Apart from that, they know how the agricultural process starts from planting, caring for and harvesting.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul “Strategi Promosi Rumah Tenun Kampung Bandar sebagai Daya Tarik Wisata Budaya di Kota Pekanbaru”, dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui strategi promosi Rumah Tenun Kampung Bandar sebagai daya tarik Wisata budaya di Kota Pekanbaru dan untuk mengetahui permasalahan terkait promosi Rumah Tenun Kampung Bandar sebagai daya tarik wisata budaya di Pekanbaru. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu Analisis Deskriptif Kualitatif bertujuan dengan dua tahapan analisis yaitu, Analisis Delphi dan Analisis Triagulasi. Kegiatan penelitian ini dilaksanakan selama 6 bulan terhitung mulai dari Juli sampai dengan Desember 2023. Strategi promosi yang digunakan Rumah Tenun Kampung Bandar saat ini yaitu menggunakan media online WhatsApp dan Instagram sebagai media promosi, promosi offline melalui kolega, kartu nama sebagai media promosi, baliho, surat kabar, dan lain-lain. Bentuk kegiatan promosinya yaitu ikutserta dalam kegiatan event maupun pameran pariwisata dan UMKM. Bentuk promosi tidak langsung dari rumah tenun ini yaitu adanya penelitian-penelitian terkait rumah tenun serta video oleh youtuber yang berkunjung ke rumah tenun. Permasalahan terkait promosi rumah tenun sebagai daya tarik wisata budaya yaitu promosinya tidak massif dikarenakan jarangnya dilakukan publish berita dan informasi terkait rumah tenun, tidak memiliki katalog produk, tidak memiliki program loyalty pelanggan, tidak bekerjasama dengan travel bloger dan influencer lokal dalam promosi, koordinasi dengan Pokdarwis Kampung Bandar kurang berjalan dengan baik, serta tidak melakukan promosi maupun penyuluhan ke sekolah maupun kampus guna meningkatkan kedasaran generasi muda terhadap seni tenun tradisional dan rumah tenun sebagai daya tarik wisata budaya di Kota Pekanbaru.

Abstract

The problems in this research in financial accounting courses are considered serious and difficult if students do not understand them seriously. The level of understanding of each student is different because economics education students are not only graduates from the Social Sciences department. The aim of the research is to find out the level of student understanding in financial accounting courses in the economics education study program at Muhammadiyah University of Bengkulu. This research uses qualitative research methods. The data source used is a primary data source and secondary data. The data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, documentation, data analysis techniques used are data collection, data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions. Based on the results of research conducted by researchers on economics education students at Muhammadiyah University of Bengkulu regarding the level of student understanding in financial accounting courses, it can be concluded that students have different levels of understanding in restating the concepts they have learned in financial accounting courses, and have different levels of understanding. different understandings in providing examples of concepts that have been studied in financial accounting courses, and have different levels of understanding in linking various concepts that have been studied in financial accounting courses

Abstract

Employee performance is a crucial element in the success of hotel industry operations that are increasingly competitive. The phenomenon of low employee performance in the hospitality sector is often associated with the lack of effective training programs and work motivation. This study aims to determine the effect of training and work motivation on employee performance simultaneously and partially at FOX Hotel Pekanbaru. This study uses quantitative methods with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. the sample of this study was 77 people consisting of all FOX Hotel employees who were taken by saturated sampling. the data were analyzed descriptively to describe the research data, and multiple linear regression analysis to test the effect of independent variables on one dependent variable. The results of this study indicate that the simultaneous test of training and work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance at FOX Hotel Pekanbaru which is indicated by the Fcount > Ftable value of 14,262 > 3. 122 means that training and work motivation have a significant effect on employee performance at FOX Hotel Pekanbaru, and the amount of influence is shown by the results of the determinant test (R2) or R Square 0.729 means that the effect of training and work motivation on employee performance FOX Hotel Pekanbaru is 72.9% while the remaining 27.1% is influenced by other factors outside of this research variable such as job satisfaction, work ability, work environment, and compensation. While the effect of training partially indicated by the value of tcount > ttable which is equal to 3.373 > 1.666, partially significant effect on employee performance at FOX Hotel Pekanbaru. Based on the findings of this study, FOX Hotel Pekanbaru management is advised to prioritize the implementation of recognition systems, career development pathways, and employee empowerment programs as key strategies for improving performance.
