Abstract

Currently Open Source software development takes place rapidly with a variety of variations. Support of many people towards Open Source software that is easy to come by, the main attraction that support poppularitas software. One of the Operating System that is popular among programmers in making Web-GIS is MapServer. Web-GIS a system that uses a computer device, to store, process, recall and manipulate geographic data. Using Geographic Information System (GIS) is expected for the users would be easier to know the mapping, GIS mapping for the location of the actual location can be described according to the conditions. MapServer is an example of a fairly successful operating system because it is supported by a community of loyal. By utilizing the Internet Geographic Information Systems Mapping Digital Loop Carrier can be applied using MapServer. Designing Web-GIS created using ArcView application assistance is very supportive in Web-GIS and mapping. Display Web-GIS on the Internet using MapServer and pemetaanya using ArcView, because ArcView is very supportive in the process of digitizing the map.

Abstract

Software 3dsmax is application based on vector and three dimension. One of e-xamples from this software produces visualization and special effect. Software 3dsmax generally is used by a graphic artist/animator/illustrator and di-gital artist to get better composition, otherwise software 3dsmax giving opportunity to soft-ware user who has syntaxes composition skill as a programmer. In other word, 3dsmax provide software method such as point and click method, and scripting method. A programmer and animator are able produced the same three dimensions works by using 3dsmax software although they use different methods. Programmer does scrip-ting by using mini listener application as script editor whereas an animator use dynamic interface. The scripting method has prominent advantage, besides giving better performan-ce, it is an encapsulation process. Algorithm processes able to design and producing plug in which is can be use on software internal in 3dsmax application. Maxscript is internal programming software which is integrated with 3D Max ap-plication. It has different writing regulations with others programming language.

Abstract

Artificial Neural Network is one of algorithms that is often used in intelligent system. These algorithms build a system based on biology Artificial Neural Network which is similar to human brain in solving a problem. Many applications based on Artificial Neural Network (ANN) have been developed in all areas especially in Pattern recognition. One of ANN is back propagation that is supervised learning. This training process is done by upgrading also achieving some targets. The implementation of character pattern recognition is as an application for pattern character recognition from A-Z which function to analyze sample data in image form (BMP file) that will be changed into grayscale. These conversion will produce character in document that gives benefit for process information in text that has already saved in images so that it can be edited or erased based on user needs.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Human being has extraordinary ability for recognizing objects based on these feature knowledge that has been observed. Computer is a good, fast, accurate and efficient data processing device. Computer able to solve the unstructured problem, uncomplete information and qualitative data Artificial Intelligence (AI) problem. Pattern recognition is one of AI applications for classifying and identifying pattern or complex object by characteristics measurement or object features (color, shape, textute). A system to identify two object that have almost the same shape but defferent colors is made in this research. Pattern recognition method is made by one of the methods of Artificial Neural Network that is supervised (Supervised Learning) that is Back Propagation. Example object in this research using apple image and orange image. Calculation result in Backpropagation shows with 14 images colour, 10x10 matriks pixel and random selected weight, so sometimes to get large error. The resercer define if error more than 0.5 the system is not able to recognize tested images. To get high accurately simulation data is needed. The result of this research shows that learning procces by Backpropagation, systems recognize different objects based on the color feature.

Abstract

Keterbatasan waktu, tempat dan jumlah pertemuan antara guru dengan murid adalah masalah utama dalam proses belajar mengajar. Oleh karena itu diperlukan solusi yang efisien agar permasalahan tersebut terpecahkan. E-learning sebagai alat bantu dalam proses pembelajaran menawarkan beberapa keunggulan sehingga dapat menyelesaikan permasalahan yang kerap muncul dalam proses pembelajaran. Berdasarkan keterbatasan pertemuan antara guru dengan murid, maka dibangunlah E-learning berbasis web dan mobile dengan mengunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan android dengan menggunakkan database MySQL. Hasilnya telah dibangun Aplikasi Pembelajaran untuk SMA PKBM Ngudi Ilmu Saptosari dengan fasilitas sebagai media penyebaran materi pelajaran, media penyebaran tugas, serta sebagai media informasi guru dan murid. Dalam aplikasi ini memiliki 3 aktor yaitu admin, guru, siswa. admin bertugas sebagai pengelola aplikasi E-learning mengatur jalannya aplikasi agar dapat berjalan dengan baik. Aktor admin bertugas mengelola data kurikulum, tahun semester, guru, siswa, mata pelajaran. Aktor guru memberikan materi serta tugas yang dikerjakan oleh siswa, sementara aktor siswa akan mengerjakan tugas serta mengunduh materi yang diunggah guru dalam sistem. Aplikasi web dan mobile ini dibuat sebagai sarana penunjang kegiatan belajar mengajar di SMA PKBM Ngudi Ilmu Saptosari. Guru dan siswa sudah bisa melakukan pembelajaran tanpa harus bertatap muka serta proses belajar mengajar tidak terkendala oleh jarak dan waktu.

Abstract

Perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan di bidang sains dan teknologi berkembang dengan sangat cepat. Secara tidak langsung, kehidupan manusia sudah dipengaruhi oleh sains dan teknologi tersebut, hal itu dapat dilihat pada kehidupan kita sehari-hari dimana umumnya masyarakat sudah memiliki teknologi berbasis komputer, smartphone dan tablet. Hal tersebut membuktikan bahwa perkembangan jaman dibidang sains dan teknologi semakin canggih, teknologi pada umumnya dapat membantu manusia dalam proses pemikiran dan pengembangan terhadap kehidupa sosial kemasyarakatan. Himpunan Mahasiswa Islam atau disingkat HMI merupakan organisasi kemahasiswaan yang bergerak dibidang peningkatan ilmu pengetahuan, mengawal perkembangan jaman, baik ekonomi, pendidikan, sosial maupun budaya. Oleh karena demikian HMI berusaha mengadakan satu aplikasi penilaian berbasis android, aplikasi ini dimana untuk bisa menilai kader HMI yang aktif atau tidak dan sudah mengikuti atau belum materi-materi yang ada di HMI, dengan demikian HMI memiliki proses perkaderan yang cukup terstruktur, rapih, dan beroreantasi untuk menunjang pengetahua kadernya pada kehidupan sosial bermasyarakat. Pada penilaian ini kader HMI dinilai saat setelah mereka lulus Latihan Kader 1 dan dinyatakan sebagai anggota. Adanya aplikasi ini untuk menunjang keberadaan para kader, aplikasi ini akan mengimput semua data anggota kemudian dilakukan penilaian dengan cara masing-masing materi dimasukin nilainya berdasarkan kriteria tugas yang diberikan.

Abstract

Digital natives are children who since their birth have been introduced to technological developments, such as computers, the internet, animation, and similar communication technologies. This is why digital natives tend to be different from previous generations. They tend to have insight, knowledge, and minds that are very open to technological developments, quickly capture information, and can adapt to any situation. Of the many positive things obtained from the use of digital technology, it turns out to have a negative impact if the use of digital media is not used wisely. Therefore, the role of parents is very important in providing direction and guiding their children in the use of digital media, especially gadgets. This community service program which is carried out by the method of socialization with material on parenting in the digital era is very important for the residents of PKK Siten Bantul. , because they become aware of the development of digital technology and the positive and negative impacts of using gadgets on children's development.

Abstract

AKPRIND Institute of Science & Technology (IST AKPRIND) Yogyakarta is one of the private universities in Yogyakarta which has 3 different building locations so that it has many rooms and buildings in a large area. In addition, the shape of the room is similar and the lack of information and the location of the campus which is divided into three, often makes it difficult for new students to find a room to carry out the lecture process later. Augmented Reality (AR) is a concept of combining virtual reality with world reality (real life), so that 2-dimensional (2D) or 3-dimensional (3D) virtual objects seem to look real and blend into the real world. The AR camera will capture and identify markers and then position and place a virtual data object on the marker. In the process of creating an AR application, Unity3D tools and a database using Vuforia are required. The results of the application will be tested using the Standard Hough Transform (SHT) method. SHT is tested to get a conclusion about the detection distance value at the distance between the image and the camera. The test was carried out using 3 marker sizes with a tilt angle of 0 °, 15 °, 30 °, 45 °, 60 °, 75 °, and 90 ° carried out with 20 watts of lamp lighting and a distance of 2.5 meters between the lamp and the marker. Based on testing with the SHT method, the larger the marker size, the farther the marker distance can be detected.

Abstract

Along with the rapid development of technology that runs dynamically, then this has a lot to give a significant effect on the field of property. Utilization of electrical energy is currently less effective because many household electronic appliances that use electrical energy and its use is very excessive. Excessive use of electrical energy will cause electrical energy to be scarce. Technological developments such as smart phones that have many innovations to overcome the problem of use or electricity savings. Electrical switches can be replaced by using a relay and controlled via a microcontroller connected to a pre-programmed smart phone. With the existence of Ethernet shield equipment that can communicate with the microcontroller through serial communication with the command communication on / off switch via a smart phone with wireless connection to the Ethernet shield equipment is a solution to overcome the switch electrical switch, android-based smart phone that has been programmed lamp control can turn off or turn on home lights with distance to the range of available wifi connections.

Abstract

Boarding house is a kind of a rented rooms leased during a certain period of time according with the agreement with the owner and the agreed price. Generally rent a room done for a year. But sometimes people rented for a month, three month, and six month, so they called it a year rented, three month rented, and half year rented. Boarding house is very usefull for a student or people who studied or working outside the town. The materials used in this study is data obtained from observation metode, the study of library, and analysis. This mobile aplication as a means of boarding house location information is buid by JAVA programing language, MySQL database, Google Maps Android API, Apache web server, and Android Studio IDE. While a web aplication is buid by PHP programing language, MySQL database, Google Maps, Apache web server and Notepad++ text editor. This mobile aplication as a means of boarding house aplication is helping people as a user to get some information and boarding house information. This aplication helping a boarding house owner to advertise their boarding house with inserting data via website.
