Abstract

Salah satu aset terpenting yang dimiliki oleh suatu perusahaan adalah sumber daya manusia yang menjadi isu utama dalam kesuksesan tercapainya tujuan suatu perusahaan sebagai kinerja karyawan yang diukur dari strategi pengelolaan sumber daya manusia (SDM). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pentingnya strategi pengelolaan sumber daya manusia yang terpat sehingga berdampak pada kinerja karyawan yang meningkat. Dalam penelitian ini, kami mengamati penerapan pengelolaan sumber daya manusia pada UD.Jaya Makmur berdasarkan kinerja karyawannya dengan melakukan wawancara kepada karyawan dan pemimpin. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dimana sumber penelitiannya berada pada Buku, Artikel, Jurnal serta wawancara sehingga diperoleh hasil penelitian yang menyatakan bahwa pengelolaan sumber daya manusia (SDM) pada UD.Jaya Makmur itu berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh stres kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di unit SDM PT KAI DAOP 8 Surabaya. Dalam lingkungan kerja yang dinamis, stres kerja menjadi tantangan utama yang dapat mempengaruhi produktivitas karyawan. Beban kerja yang tinggi, tekanan tenggat waktu, serta kurangnya dukungan manajemen diidentifikasi sebagai faktor utama penyebab stres. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode regresi linear untuk mengukur pengaruh stres terhadap kinerja. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa stres kerja memiliki dampak negatif yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Semakin tinggi tingkat stres yang dialami, semakin rendah kualitas, kuantitas, dan efisiensi kerja karyawan. Berdasarkan temuan ini, direkomendasikan agar perusahaan mengelola stres kerja melalui pengaturan beban kerja, peningkatan dukungan manajemen, dan program manajemen stres.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi peningkatan kualitas sumber daya manusia (SDM) dalam rangka meningkatkan daya saing perusahaan, dengan studi kasus pada PT Matahari Department Store Cabang Bangkalan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode wawancara dan observasi langsung. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi peningkatan kualitas SDM yang diterapkan oleh PT Matahari, seperti pelatihan dan pengembangan karir, telah memberikan dampak positif terhadap produktivitas dan kepuasan pelanggan. Selain itu, analisis SWOT yang dilakukan mengungkapkan bahwa perusahaan memiliki kekuatan signifikan seperti reputasi merek dan lokasi strategis, namun juga menghadapi tantangan seperti persaingan dengan toko online dan tingkat turnover karyawan yang tinggi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh stres kerja terhadap kepuasan kinerja karyawan dan keinginan berhenti bekerja. Metode yang digunakan adalah tinjauan literatur sistematik yang menganalisis hasil penelitian sebelumnya terkait stres kerja, kepuasan kerja, dan turnover intention. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa stres kerja yang tinggi berdampak negatif terhadap kinerja karyawan, yang pada akhirnya meningkatkan keinginan untuk meninggalkan pekerjaan. Sebaliknya, kepuasan kerja yang tinggi dapat mengurangi keinginan berhenti bekerja dan meningkatkan produktivitas serta komitmen karyawan. Faktor-faktor seperti beban kerja, tekanan waktu, dan supervisi yang buruk menjadi penyebab utama stres kerja. Di sisi lain, elemen seperti gaji yang layak, promosi yang adil, dan lingkungan kerja yang mendukung berperan penting dalam meningkatkan kepuasan kerja. Upaya untuk mengurangi turnover intention melibatkan pemberian kompensasi yang layak, pengembangan karier, serta perbaikan dalam proses pengelolaan kinerja dan komunikasi. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa pengelolaan stres kerja dan peningkatan kepuasan kerja adalah strategi penting untuk mempertahankan karyawan dan mengurangi tingkat turnover yang tinggi.

Abstract

This article systematically examines the impact of digital marketing strategies in consumer behavior and business performance using the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method based on PRISMA strandars. The study analyzed 27 articles from SINTA and Scopus databases published between 2016 and 2025. The findings show that digital marketing not only expands market reach and relevant interactions with cunsumers, thus strengthening customer loyalty. On the other hand, challenger such as changes in platform algorithms, digital fatigue, and data privacy issue have emerged, demanding quik responses from companies and policy makers. This reseach makes an important contribution to the development of digital marketing theory and offers practical guidance for digital marketing theory and offers practical guidance for businesses to design adaptive and effective strategies, while proposing more contextualized and theoretical directions for future research.

Abstract

Digitalisasi merupakan pendekatan strategis untuk mendorong efisiensi operasional, memperluas jaringan pasar, serta meningkatkan daya saing BUMDes melalui penguatan kapasitas sumber daya manusia dan inovasi manajerial. Keberhasilan transformasi digital sangat dipengaruhi oleh kesiapan tenaga kerja, infrastruktur pendukung, dan kepemimpinan yang adaptif terhadap perubahan. Peningkatan kompetensi digital memerlukan pendekatan menyeluruh melalui pelatihan relevan, sinergi dengan berbagai pihak, serta dukungan kebijakan jangka panjang. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis kontribusi transformasi digital terhadap peningkatan kompetensi sumber daya manusia sekaligus memperkuat kemandirian Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes). Metode yang digunakan adalah Systematic Literature Review (SLR) untuk mengkaji peran transformasi digital dalam peningkatan kompetensi SDM dan kemandirian BUMDes, melalui perumusan pertanyaan penelitian, pencarian serta seleksi literatur, dan analisis temuan studi relevan. Artikel dipilih berdasarkan kriteria tahun terbit 2020–2025, relevansi topik, serta publikasi di sumber terpercaya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan transformasi digital mampu meningkatkan kompetensi digital pelaku BUMDes, mendorong pola kerja adaptif, dan membuka peluang inovasi berbasis potensi lokal. Namun, keterbatasan infrastruktur, rendahnya literasi digital, dan minimnya pendampingan teknis masih menjadi tantangan. Karena itu, kolaborasi lintas sektor, penguatan kelembagaan, serta dukungan kebijakan afirmatif diperlukan demi keberhasilan transformasi digital yang inklusif dan berkelanjutan.   Digitalization is a strategic effort to improve operational efficiency, expand market reach, and enhance BUMDes competitiveness through human resource capacity and managerial innovation. The success of digital transformation depends on workforce readiness, infrastructure, and adaptive leadership. Strengthening digital competence requires comprehensive strategies such as relevant training, collaboration with stakeholders, and long-term policy support. This study analyzes how digital transformation contributes to improving human resource competence while strengthening the independence of Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes). The research applies the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method, which involves formulating research questions, selecting relevant literature, and analyzing findings. Articles were chosen based on publication year (2020–2025), topic relevance, and trusted sources. The findings show that digital transformation enhances the digital competence of BUMDes actors, makes work patterns more adaptive, and opens opportunities for innovation based on local potential. However, challenges remain, including limited infrastructure, low digital literacy, and minimal technical assistance. Therefore, cross-sector collaboration, institutional capacity building, and supportive policies are essential to ensure inclusive and sustainable digital transformation.

Abstract

In an increasingly competitive business environment, employee performance effectiveness is one of the key factors determining the success of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs). This study aims to analyze the impact of the reward system and training on employee performance at MSME Mie Besty using a qualitative approach through interviews and observations. The findings indicate that implementing a reward system, both financial (such as salary, bonuses, and incentives) and non-financial (such as recognition, promotions, and workplace facilities), significantly enhances employee motivation and productivity. Additionally, training programs covering technical skills, customer service, and operational management contribute to improving employee competencies and work efficiency. The synergy between the reward system and training fosters a more conducive work environment, increases job satisfaction, and reduces employee turnover rates. Thus, this study emphasizes that the combination of reward strategies and training can serve as an effective solution for improving employee performance in the MSME sector. Therefore, MSMEs are encouraged to implement fair and transparent reward policies and develop continuous training programs to enhance business competitiveness and long-term sustainability.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of liquidity on investment at PT Petrosea Tbk during the period of 2022-2023. Liquidity is measured using the current ratio, quick ratio, and cash ratio, which reflects the company's ability to meet short-term obligations as well as support investment activities. The research data were obtained from the company's annual financial reports and relevant market information. A quantitative method was employed to analyze the relationship between liquidity and investment levels, while also considering other variables such as profitability and company size. The results indicate that liquidity has a positive and significant effect on investment. Improved liquidity encourages the growth of the company's investments, which ultimately contributes to business development. These findings highlight the importance of effective liquidity management as a strategic approach to supporting sustainable investment and provide recommendations for management in formulating optimal investment policies.

Abstract

This study aims to understand the impact of discount promotions on consumer purchasing decisions on the Shopee platform. In today's digital era, e-commerce has brought major changes in people's shopping patterns, where discounts are one of the most attention-grabbing strategies. Through a quantitative approach, data was collected from 100 students of Trunojoyo University Madura who are active users of Shopee. The results showed that discounts have a real influence on purchasing decisions. Discounts are not only able to attract consumers' attention, but also encourage them to make purchases immediately and build loyalty to the platform. This finding reinforces that discount promotion is still one of the effective marketing strategies in the face of fierce competition in the e-commerce industry.

Abstract

This research examines the role of Word of Mouth (WOM) in building consumer trust in new brands and the strategies that can be applied to make WOM more effective. In an increasingly competitive business world, WOM, both in conventional and digital forms (electronic Word of Mouth/e-WOM), has become one of the main factors that influence brand image and consumer purchasing decisions. This study explores how WOM can enhance the credibility of a new brand through customer recommendations, online reviews, and interactions that occur on various social media platforms. Through literature analysis and theoretical studies, this study found that WOM has a significant influence on shaping consumer perceptions of a new brand. Some of the factors that play a role in the effectiveness of WOM include the level of trust in the source of information, the frequency of conversations about the brand, and the media used in disseminating information. In addition, the utilization of digital marketing strategies that integrate social media with active consumer involvement can further strengthen the impact of WOM in building customer trust and loyalty to a new brand. With these findings, businesses are expected to maximize WOM as an effective marketing strategy to improve the competitiveness and positioning of new brands in the market.
