Abstract

Plastik telah menjadi bagian integral dari kehidupan sehari-hari masyarakat. Sifat plastik yang tidak dapat didaur ulang menimbulkan beberapa pertanyaan mengenai keamanan penggunaannya sebagai wadah makanan dan minuman. Sehingga terdapat permintaan pelanggan yang signifikan terhadap barang-barang plastik yang mengutamakan keselamatan kesehatan dan ramah lingkungan. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk untuk mengetahui faktor yang mendorong minat beli ulang pada produk Tupperware serta mengidentifikasi beberapa faktor yang  berpengaruh pada produk berdasarkan variabel green product, green price, green promotion, dan green place. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian deskriptif dan eksplanatori, teknik kuantitatif, dan analisis regresi linier. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan berbagai metode statistik seperti pemeriksaan validitas, reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier berganda, hingga uji hipotesis. Software SPSS 24 merupakan alat yang digunakan untuk mendapatkan hasil paa penelitian ini. Partisipan penelitian diharuskan sudah pernah melakukan pembelian produk Tupperware sebelumnya, dengan penekanan khusus pada pelanggan dari Kabupaten Gresik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan secara statistik antara Green Produk, green price, dan green place untuk membeli kembali atau memesan ulang produk atau jasa akibat faktor-faktor tersebut. Namun, tidak terdapat korelasi antara green promotion dengan kecenderungan pembeli untuk membeli kembali produk tersebut.

Abstract

This research is to determine the level of financial health of BUMN based on BUMN ministerial decree Number: KEP-100/MBU/2002 at PT. X period 2017-2022. This research uses a quantitative descriptive method with eight indicators, namely: ROE, ROE, Current Ratio, Cash Ratio, Collection Periods, Inventory Turnover, Total Assets Turnover, and Total Own Capital to Total Assets. From the results of research that has been carried out, in 2027 and 2018 they received scores of 53 and 50 so they were included in the "Unhealthy" category with the predicate "BBB". In 2019 it decreased to 44, falling into the "Unhealthy" category with the predicate "BB". In 2020 and 2021 the score rose to 49 and 51, falling into the same category, namely "Unhealthy" but with the predicate "BB" for 2020 and "BBB" for 2021. In 2022, the score dropped drastically to 44, so it fell into the category “Unhealthy” with the predicate “BB”. It can be concluded that during the 2017 – 2022 period, based on an assessment of the financial aspects of PT. X is in a “Unhealthy” condition.

Abstract

Latar Belakang - Terminal peti kemas berfungsi sebagai pintu gerbang utama untuk komoditas ekspor dan impor. Peran ini sangat penting bagi Terminal Peti Kemas Teluk Lamong sebagai terminal peti kemas internasional yang mengelola kegiatan operasional. Salah satu layanan khususnya adalah reefer container, yang bertugas menjaga suhu komoditas tetap terkendali. Desain / Metodologi / Pendekatan - Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi kendala-kendala yang ada pada fasilitas reefer container platform dan mengetahui strategi operasional yang dilakukan oleh perusahaan agar kegiatan operasional tetap lancar. Temuan - Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat beberapa kendala dalam pengoperasian fasilitas reefer container platform di Terminal Petikemas Teluk Lamong. Kendala-kendala tersebut antara lain kurangnya perawatan dan pemeliharaan yang memadai, kurangnya koordinasi antar pihak terkait, dan terbatasnya infrastruktur yang memadai. Untuk mengatasi kendala-kendala tersebut, disarankan beberapa strategi operasional. Strategi tersebut antara lain meningkatkan perawatan dan pemeliharaan fasilitas, meningkatkan koordinasi antar pihak terkait, dan mengembangkan infrastruktur yang memadai. Implikasi Penelitian - Temuan penelitian ini dapat digunakan sebagai referensi jika penelitian di masa depan menghadapi kondisi yang serupa dengan temuan dalam penelitian ini. Batasan Penelitian - Penelitian ini memiliki fokus penelitian terkait kendala pada fasilitas platform reefer dan keterbatasan peelitian ini dalam hal pengembangan fasilitas reefer container.

Abstract

Latar Belakang – Pengendalian persediaan bahan baku resin yang dilakukan CV Surya Agung Enterprise masih menggunakan metode tradisional, sehingga pada beberapa periode masih terjadi kelebihan bahan baku dan tingginya biaya persediaan. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan kebijakan pengendalian persediaan bahan baku resin yang dilakukan perusahaan, maka peneliti menggunakan metode EOQ (Economic Order Quantity) agar meminimumkan biaya persediaan dan menjaga kestabilan bahan baku resin. Tujuan – Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan perbandingan kebijakan pengendalian persediaan bahan baku yang dilakukan perusahaan dengan penggunaan metode EOQ (Economic Order Quantity). Desain / Metodologi / Pendekatan – Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan adalah dengan wawancara terstruktur, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Temuan – Hasil penelitian menunjukkan perhitungan dengan metode EOQ sebesar 1.990 kg dengan frekuensi pembelian sebanyak 8 kali, dibandingkan dengan kebijakan perusahaan sebesar 1.173 kg dengan frekuensi pembelian 14 kali. Dengan metode EOQ dapat memimumkan biaya persediaan. Perhitungan safety stock sebesar 2.782 kg dan reorder point 2.918 kg, dibandingkan perusahaan tidak menentukan persediaan pengaman dan titik pemesanan kembali. Namun, perusahaan harus memperhatikan kuantitas permintaan, jika stabil maka perhitungan safety stock dan reorder point dapat dilakukan. Hasil perhitungan total inventory cost sebesar Rp. 1.989.138, dibandingkan dengan kebijakan perusahaan sebesar Rp. 2.300.576. Hasil perhitungan dan analisis dengan menggunakan metode EOQ menunjukkan dapat meminimumkan total biaya persediaan jika dibandingkan dengan kebijakan perusahaan. Implikasi Penelitian – Penelitian ini dapat dijadikan referensi di masa yang akan datang, dengan memperhatikan bahan baku yang akan diteliti. Apakah bahan baku tersebut mudah mengalami penyusutan atau tidak. Batasan Penelitian – Penelitian ini memiliki keterbatasan pada kualitas bahan baku resin yang cepat mengalami penyusutan/penggumpalan.

Abstract

PT Prima Akses Solusi Global faces challenges in selecting fiber optic cable suppliers due to a subjective evaluation process focused mainly on price and product quality. Other factors, such as delivery, service, and payment, are also crucial. To improve effectiveness, this study uses the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) for a more objective approach. AHP evaluates criteria like delivery, quality, service, price, and payment. Data from questionnaires is processed using pairwise comparison weighting. The results indicate that delivery and quality are top priorities, with PT Fiberhome ranking highest (0.417), followed by PT Voksel (0.323), and PT Furukawa (0.260). The AHP method effectively enhances decision-making accuracy in supplier selection. This study recommends ongoing AHP implementation, although it is limited to fiber optic cable supplier evaluation at PT Prima Akses Solusi Global.

Abstract

Tujuan dari studi ini adalah untuk menemukan dan menjelaskan faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan penenumpukan barang yang tidak menggunakan metode 5s pada gudang dan upaya penanganan oleh PT. ABC yaitu gudang yang di Kabupaten Gresik. Penelitian ini memanfaatkan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan wawancara dengan dua informan pemilihan dan dokumentasi tentang data barang yang ada di gudang PT. ABC. Metode ini menggunakan analisis data 5S. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada dua faktor internal yang bertanggung jawab atas penumpukan barang di PT. ABC: kurangnya penerapan metode 5S, tidak adanya gudang pengelolaan, keterbatasan tata letak. Salah satu upaya penyelesaian yang dilakukan adalah menerapkan metode 5s dan mengatur barang sesuai tata letak tempat.

Abstract

Background - The rapid development of fashion is progressing quite rapidly, especially in the watch industry, watch shop entrepreneurs must be able to keep up with current developmentin the fashion world. In order to provide good quality watches, watch shop operators must have suppliers who are competitive overall. Aim - This study aims to select suppliers at the Watchnineindo watch shop based on five criteria, namely delivery, quality, service, price, and payment. Design / methodology / approach - This study uses an descriptive quantitative research method which has the aim of obtaining a complete picture of the views of the object under study from the data that has been processed and also to interpret clearly and detail onn decision making. The type of data uses primary data. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. Findings - Based on the results of calculations using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method, the criteria that received the highest weight were price with a weight of 0.446, second place was quality with a weight of 0.281, third place was payment with a weight of 0.130, fourth place were deliverywith a weight of 0.089, and the last is the service criteria with a weight of 0.055. While the sequence of suppliers that received the highest weight was Chinamontshopa with a weight of 0.286, the second was Antonj87 with a weight of 0.271, the third was CV.Indo jam with a weight of 0.166, the fourth was Arloji Watch Shop with a weight of 0.140, and the last one is The Time.ID with a weight of 0.137. Research implications - as a reference for further researchers related to the selection of suppliers for procurement of watch product. Limitations - For further researchers, more complete criteria can be used, namely using the 7P concept (product, location, place, promotion, people, process, physical evidence) because of the limitations of the researcher so that only 5 criteria are used in this study.

Abstract

Background - The importance of transforming village tourism towards sustainable digital or smart tourism villages, in the Indonesian context there are still few studies on the topic of digital tourism villages that try to explore approaches to developing tourism villages with their impact and sustainability based on the internet of thought. So that this sustainability is able to make tourist villages good in terms of tourist attraction as well as positive economic, environmental and social impacts for village communities, so that its management can be effective and efficient. The development of digital tourism villages is a development model that provides maximum opportunities for villages and especially tourism to be managed on a knowledge basis. Aim - The aim of this research is to develop sustainable digital-based village tourism. Design /Methodology /Approach - This study employs a qualitative research methodology in which informants are interviewed in-depth to gather data. Findings - The research results show that digital-based village tourism development can increase the competitiveness and welfare of villages without sacrificing the environment. Digitalization makes promotions, online reservations and tourism management easier with data-based technology and artificial intelligence. Smart tourism supports sustainability through waste management, renewable energy and environmentally friendly transportation. Economic opportunities grow with digital literacy for people to develop MSMEs and sell products online. Challenges such as infrastructure and internet access must be overcome through collaboration. Research Implications - Further research can provide further insight into how digital technology can be utilized optimally to create tourist villages that are more innovative, sustainable and highly competitive. Research Limitations - This research only explores data from tourism managers, tourism village assistants and information systems academics so it does not involve other stakeholders such as government, visitors and media, as well as the private sector as pillars of the pentahelix.

Abstract

CV. Tata Jaya Sablon is a textile company that produces various types of clothing, including t-shirts, shirts, polos, jackets, and more. This company employs several workers who sew and carry out various phases of the production process every day. Based on the results of field observations, it is known that the production process has a fairly long process flow with limited production space. This study aims to provide an ideal production facility layout design in order to create an effective and efficient work environment. This study was conducted using the 5S methodology (seiri, seiton, seiso, seiketsu, shitsuke) to optimize space utilization and create a proposed layout based on the ARC diagram. The results of this study show that the organization's 5S implementation score reached 75%, so it was given the predicate "Quite Good". However, seiri and seiton have the lowest score, so it is necessary to procure a special area for unneeded goods and create a special area to tidy up goods needed for the production process. The ARC results show that the proposed layout has succeeded in increasing the efficiency of the moment of movement or distance of movement by 29.21%.

Abstract

CV. Tata Jaya Sablon is a textile enterprise that manufactures a diverse array of apparel, including t-shirts, shirts, polos, jackets, and other garments. This organization employs several people who sew and execute different stages of the manufacturing process daily. Field observations indicate that the manufacturing process entails a protracted workflow inside a constrained production area. This research seeks to provide an optimal manufacturing facility layout to foster a productive and efficient work environment. This research used the 5S approach (seiri, seiton, seiso, seiketsu, shitsuke) to enhance space efficiency and provide a recommended layout informed by the ARC diagram. The findings of this analysis indicate that the organization's 5S implementation score attained 75%, thereby earning the designation "Quite Good". Nevertheless, seiri and seiton received the lowest scores; so, it is imperative to establish a designated place for unnecessary items and to create a specific space for organizing essential commodities required for the manufacturing process. The ARC findings indicate that the recommended plan has enhanced the efficiency of movement duration or distance by 29.21%.
