Abstract

CoFe2O4/PEG and MnFe2O4/PEG materials have been successfully prepared using the coprecipitation method with a synthesis temperature of 90 °C. Doxorubicin (DOX) was successfully loaded and released in both samples. Based on the XRD results, the crystal structure of CoFe2O4/PEG is cubic spinel while the structure of MnFe2O4/PEG is hematite with the lattice parameters for CoFe2O4/PEG and MnFe2O4/PEG is 8.40 nm and 8.41 nm, respectively. Based on the SEM results, the morphology of the two samples is quite homogenous and the particle size of CoFe2O4/PEG is smaller than MnFe2O4/PEG’s. There is a vibrational spectrum of Fe – O  in both samples at wave numbers of 600 - 690 cm-1. Based on VSM characterization, CoFe2O4/PEG is included in hard magnetic materials with a saturation magnetization of 54.85 emu/g and coercivity of 788 Oe. Meanwhile, MnFe2O4/PEG is classified as soft magnetic materials with lower saturation magnetization of 11 emu/g and coercivity of 7.42. In addition, based on the UV-Vis characterization obtained the efficiency of drug loading of CoFe2O4/PEG is higher (98.8 %) than the MnFe2O4/PEG sample (96.3 %). It is the opposite for the drug release percentage that CoFe2O4/PEG has 30.6 % which is lower than the MnFe2O4/PEG (51.6 %).

Abstract

UMKM Mashisseofood adalah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang Penjualan produk dimsum. proses penjualan yang masih manual, seperti tidak adanya database pelanggan dan produk, penyimpanan data harga masih manual, tidak adanya laporan pengiriman kepada pelanggan. Menyebabkan perbedaan informasi dan kesalah pahaman antar divisi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menerapkan Enterprise0Resource Planing (ERP) modul Production Management menggunakan aplikasi open0source dolibarr0yang dapat memenuhi kebutuhan dan keinginan pegawai terhadap proses bisnis0penjualan, serta mengurangi kesalahan dalam pencatatan0data. Penelitian ini memberikan gambaran penggunaan model prototyping pada pengembangan sistem enterprise dengan harapan dapat menghasilkan prototype sebagai salah satu langkah awal sebuah kegiatan pengembangan sistem enterprise. Prototype dibuat dengan tujuan menyamakan presepsi dan pemahaman proses dasar dari sistem yang akan dikembangkan, sehingga akan ada komunikasi yang baik antara pembuat dan pengguna sistem. Hasil penelitian ini dapat dijadikan referensi ataupun rujukan bagi pengembang sistem enterprise yang telah mengikuti Langkah-langkah pengembangan secara terstruktur, sehingga memberikan kejelasan proses bagi pengguna dan pengembangan sistem enterprise.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of motivation and rewards on employee performance, with job satisfaction as an intervening variable. This study uses a quantitative approach with 140 respondents using the hair formula. Data collection using a questionnaire Research Instrument Test using Convergence Validity, Average Variance Extracted (AVE), Discriminant Validity, and Construct Reliability. Data analysis using SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) Analysis. The results of the study are that (1) work motivation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction (0.028 <0.05), (2) independence has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction (0.012 <0.05). (3) Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (0.043 < 0.05) (4) Compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (0.929 > 0.05) (5) Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (0.000 < 0.05) (6) Motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction (0.292 < 0.343) (7) Compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction, (0.019 < 0.346)

Abstract

Street vendors play an important role in the urban economy, including in Semarang City, where street vendor growth continues to increase from year to year. The role of street vendors not only helps drive the economy, but also provides jobs for people who may have difficulty accessing the formal sector. Previous research data reported that there was a significant difference of up to 3 times the average income of the lowest street vendors compared to the highest, with a difference in average daily income of ± Rp. 200,000.00 and the average monthly income of the highest to the lowest having a difference of ± Rp. 5,500,000.00 in differences in operating hours, location, and type of merchandise. From the difference in income, there are street vendors who have incomes below the UMR of Semarang City. Researchers are interested in seeing how the variables of operating hours, location, and type of merchandise affect the income of street vendors in Semarang City by considering the UMR of Semarang City. This type of research is quantitative descriptive with 100 street vendor samples in Semarang City from various locations. The data collected was then analyzed using SPSS. The results of this study are that operating hours, location, and type of merchandise have a significant positive effect partially on the income of street vendors in Semarang City with the T Test and F Test, from the results of the determination coefficient test R2 of 0.515 which means that the variation in street vendor income is influenced by operating hours, location and type of merchandise by 51.5%, while the remaining 48.5% is influenced by other variables outside this study.
