Abstract

Posyandu activities, which include measuring height and weight, have become a routine for monitoring the growth and development of toddlers. Height and weight are important parameters in toddler development related to the prevention of malnutrition that can lead to stunting and other possible disorders.In general, Posyandu activities, in Indonesia, especially posyandu RW 14 Padasuka, Cimahi Tengah sub-district, are still carried out conventionally using cards to record data. There are many problems with data loss among parents due to inadequate documentation and a lot of data storage at the Posyandu which makes recorded data difficult to find when the data is needed. Measurement of height and weight that still uses conventional scales operated by Posyandu officers also makes the measurement results for each child can be different.Through Community Service program, we proposed to develop and implement a weight and height measurement device based on Arduino and a website. Data from these two parameters can be displayed on a web page that can be accessed by parents of Posyandu participants. The development of the tool has been successfully realized and the test shows an error of 0.19% and 0.88% compared to the measurement of manual tools (rulers and scales).Training with Posyandu Padasuka community partners, Cimahi Tengah has been carried out on September 19, 2020 and was attended by several Posyandu volunteers and local residents. The training went well and the equipment was handed over so that it could be used properly.

Abstract

Kegiatan posyandu yang sampai saat ini meliputi pengukuran tinggi dan berat badan menjadi salah satu rutinitas untuk memantau tumbuh kembang balita. Tinggi dan berat badan adalah parameter penting dalam tumbuh kembang balita yang berkaitan dengan pencegahan gizi buruk yang dapat menyebabkan stunting serta kelainan lain yang mungkin terjadi. Parameter penting lainnya yakni suhu tubuh untuk menentukan kelayakan balita tersebut untuk melakukan proses selanjutnya misalnya saja diperbolehkan imunisasi atau vaksin apabila kondisi suhu tubuh dalam batas normal. Pada umumnya kegiatan posyandu, di Indonesia khususnya posyandu RW 14 Padasuka kecamatan Cimahi Tengah masih dilakukan secara konvensional menggunakan kertas yang semakin hari bertambah pencatatannya, diperlukan dokumentasi penyimpanan data yang baik dan benar dalam pemantauan pertumbuhan ini. Banyak ditemukan masalah kehilangan data pada orangtua dikarenakan dokumentasi yang kurang baik serta penyimpanan data yang sudah banyak sekali di posyandu mengakibatkan pencatatan data sulit untuk ditemukan ketika data tersebut diperlukan. Pengukuran tinggi dan berat badan yang masih menggunakan timbangan konvensional dioperasikan oleh petugas posyandu juga menjadikan acuan hasil pengukuran di setiap anak dapat berbeda. Melalui Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat program Teknologi Tepat Guna ini diusulkan pembuatan alat pengukuran berat dan tinggi badan berbasis Arduino dan website. Data dari kedua parameter tersebut dapat ditampilkan pada halaman web yang dapat diakses oleh petugas dan orangtua peserta posyandu. Pengembangan alatnya telah berhasil direalisasi dan pengujiannya menunjukkan kesalahan 0.19% dan 0.88% dibandingkan dengan pengukuran alat-alat manual (mistar dan timbangan). Pelatihan dan penyuluhan dengan Mitra Pengelola Posyandu Padasuka, Cimahi Tengah telah dilakukan pada tanggal 19 September 2020 dan dihadiri oleh beberapa tenaga pengelola Posyandu dan warga sekitar. Pelatihan berlangsung baik dan dilakukan pula serah terima peralatan agar dapat dimanfaatkan dengan baik.

Abstract

Kegiatan pemantauan hasil belajar dengan laporan hasil pencapaian kompetensi peserta didik menjadi agenda rutin semester oleh para guru kepada para peserta didik. Laporan hasil pencapaian belajar ini bermanfaat agar orang tua dapat memantau perkembangan anak dan sebagai refleksi kegiatan belajar mengajar bagi guru. Pada SLBN Cinta Asih Soreang, pencatatan laporan hasil pencapaian kompetensi peserta didik masih dilakukan secara konvensional, yaitu guru mencatatkannya dalam aplikasi Ms. Word atau Excel. Hal tersebut menimbulkan beberapa masalah, yaitu sulitnya pengisian nilai rapor oleh guru, sulitnya pelacakan data nilai siswa dan keamanan data rapor siswa yang mudah sekali untuk disalin oleh pihak-pihak luar yang tidak berkepentingan. Guna mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, diperlukan sistem digitalisasi laporan hasil pencapaian belajar siswa. Adapun solusi yang diusulkan adalah pengembangan aplikasi desktop untuk sistem informasi laporan kemajuan siswa pada SLBN Cinta Asih Soreang. Input yang digunakan pada aplikasi tersebut terdiri dari kategori identitas siswa, nilai kualitas, dan nilai kuantitas akan diproses menyesuaikan format dengan laporan akademik yang telah ada. Proses lainnya adalah penyimpanan arsip data ke dalam database. Hasilnya lebih dari 75% peserta merasa aplikasi ini bermanfaat dan untuk penggunaan kedepannya lebih dari 52% peserta yakin akan menggunakan aplikasi desktop ini sedangkan sisanya berpendapat akan menggunakan aplikasi jika dilakukan beberapa perbaikan.

Abstract

Pada pertandingan sepakbola, penguasaan bola menjadi suatu penilaian dan bahan evaluasi yang menunjukan peluang untuk mencetak. Perhitungan penguasaan bola dilakukan dengan menghitung waktu dari total waktu pertandingan secara manual. Meskipun hanya garis besar penilaian dari pertandingan sepakbola, masih banyak sekali kesalahan dalam menulis statistik pertandingan karena kesalahan manusia, khususnya di Indonesia. Untuk mangatasi masalah tersebut, pada penelitian ini dibuat sebuah aplikasi pengumpulan data statistik penguasaan bola menggunakan background subtraction. Beberapa frame pada rekaman pertandingan sepakbola diambil untuk dibuat background referensi lalu dilakukan proses substraksi dengan frame pada saat pertandingan berlangsung. Hasil substraksi tersebut kemudian akan membentuk rectangular border yang sisi-sisi nya mengindikasikan objek terluar yang terdeteksi. Posisi rectangular tersebut akan dibedakan menjadi lima kondisi yang menentukan statistik penguasaan bola. Hasil pendeteksian tersebut dibandingkan dengan penilaian manusia untuk menilai akurasi pendeteksian. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah prototipe berupa aplikasi sebagai penerapan metode background subtraction. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan diperoleh akurasi pendeteksian sebesar 91%. Sebagian besar kesalahan terjadi karena objek diam terlalu lama yang membuat objek tersebut menjadi background dan tidak terdeteksi oleh sistem.

Abstract

The rapid development of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) can be utilized to improve the quality of services in the world of education. Bina Tani Mulya Al Mujahidin Foundation Boarding School Junior High School (YBTMA) previously did not have ICT infrastructure, especially hotspot or access point services. Based on this, it was necessary to provide assistance to design the installation of Microtik hotspot and access point devices, as well as human resource training to use and maintain these devices so that they could be utilized as much as possible. The installation of hotspot devices and access points was carried out on November 9, 2019, while the training was carried out on November 16-17 2019. This program received positive responses from the program recipients. Our strategy of deploying internet access supporting tools, which was then followed by a briefing of theory and practice, was well received.

Abstract

Monitoring learning outcomes in the form of report cards of competencies from students is a routine agenda of teachers to students in each semester. SLBN Cinta Asih Soreang in collaboration with the Politeknik Negeri Bandung Community Service prgram since 2021 has developed a student report card desktop application.This application has been run and successfully implemented, but not all devices are compatible to run the application. In addition, filling out reports can only be done at school because the desktop application storage can only be stored in a local area. In order to overcome these problems, it is necessary to develop an online-based system for digitizing student achievement reports. The proposed solution is the development of a Web-based online application for an information system for student progress report cards at SLBN Cinta Asih Soreang. The result reveals that more than 90% of participants feel this application is useful and can be utilized in the future.

Abstract

Traffic accidents often occur at night. It is understandable, since at night, people have low visibility. Many efforts to develop tools to detect nearby vehicles to avoid crashes have been reported. However, most of them worked only on detecting cars. The research aims to detect motorcycles at night, to complement the previous studies, which mainly focused on cars. The research introduces four features which are extracted from the red pixel and edge map. The algorithm to extract the features has also been developed. They are applied to three commonly used classifiers: Artificial Neural Network (ANN), Decision Tree, and Support Vector Machine (SVM) classifiers to validate the effectiveness of the features. Since the public dataset related to the research is not available yet, the nighttime videos from YouTube have been collected. The datasets contain all the various levels of darkness. They are divided into an 80-20 ratio for training and testing sets to support the experiment and measure the validity of the proposed method. As the best result, the detection using ANN can detect motorcycle proposals with accuracy of 72.71%, precision of 65.10% and recall of 73.33%. Furthermore, during the experiment, the classification can perform consistently in 0.04 seconds per image. Therefore, the method is suitable for use in a real-time system.

Abstract

A common type of video forgery is inter-frame forgery, which occurs in the temporal domain, such as frame duplication, frame insertion, and frame deletion. Some existing methods are not effective to detect forgeries in static scenes. This work proposes static and dynamic scene segmentation and performs forgery detection for each scene. Scene segmentation is performed for outlier detection based on changes of optical flow. Various similarity checks are performed to find the correlation for each frame. The experimental results showed that the proposed method is effective in identifying forgeries in various scenes, especially static scenes, compared with existing methods.

Abstract

SLB Purnama Asih is a Special Education School in the Ciwaruga area, just behind the Bandung State Polytechnic campus. There are now 49 students and eight teachers, including the Principal. With a huge number of students and the situation of children who require special monitoring, a monitoring system that can assist instructors in monitoring students in their activities and interactions at school is required. It is important to design and construct a Closed Circuit Television  (CCTV) security system at several school locations to address this. CCTV installation in schools can assist in increasing security and identifying possible threats or criminal activity. It can also assist the school in taking action in an emergency. The procedure that will be followed is installing and training the CCTV security system. The training strategy that will be used is to provide theoretical and practical information. The survey data from 12 respondents, using the Likert approach, revealed that this system was in the excellent range, with a percentage of 96.67%.

Abstract

Tools for blind people with mobility activities in pedestrian pathways have been widely launched, approved and patented. However, there are still shortcomings that can be done only for pedestrian paths or nearby destinations. In this study, both a camera (detection of the pedestrian path) and LiDAR (detection of surrounding objects) sensors to help disability activities. The first stage of image data from the preparatory camera from RGB to XYZ, color filters, close morphology, resizing, learning and testing of neural networks. Bring up 3 voice attitudes information. Attitudes are perpendicular, left tilted, right tilted, or not reversed to the pedestrian yellow path. The second stage of the LiDAR distance points data is processed into 2D array geometry, learning, and testing of neural networks. Bring up the information 8 voice attitudes. Detection of the cycle and distance of objects right side, front, left, right-front, right-left, front-left, right-front-left, not captured. The test results approximately at lux <15000 got 89.7% accuracy for pedestrian path detection and 87.5% for object detection.
