Abstract

This study investigated the comparative effectiveness of Artificial Intelligence (AI)- assisted instruction versus conventional teaching methods in enhancing students' cognitive learning outcomes regarding Network Security material. The research was conducted at State Vocational High School (SMK) 1 Purwakarta. A quantitative quasi-experimental design, specifically the Nonequivalent Control Group Design, was employed, involving 70 eleventh-grade students from the TJKT (Computer and Network Engineering) department. The research instruments comprised pretest and posttest cognitive tests. Data analysis was performed using the non-parametric Wilcoxon Signed-Rank Test to observe changes within groups, and an Independent Samples t-test on the Delta scores to compare outcomes between groups. The findings indicate that the experimental group, which received the AI-assisted intervention, experiences a substantially higher mean improvement in learning outcomes (M = 24.46) compared to the control group (M= 6.11). Furthermore, the Wilcoxon test confirms a significant enhancement in the experimental group, whereas the control group shows no statistically significant difference. The comparative analysis of Delta scores reveals a significant difference between the two groups (p < 0.05), consequently leading to the rejection of the null hypothesis (H0). These results explicitly demonstrate that the implementation of AI-assisted learning is more effective in facilitating the enhancement of students' cognitive competence in Network Security than conventional teaching methodologies.

Abstract

Kejaksaan has various special fields, one of which is the field of Evidence and Confiscated Goods. This field has the task of managing data and storing evidence of cases, but the existing data management process is still not effective because data management is still done manually. In the process of searching for evidence, there are often obstacles in finding the required evidence, either for the needs of the trial or to be returned to the rightful owner of the evidence. To solve the existing problems, the design of an evidence data management information system in which there are several features supporting work activities will solve the existing problems. The design of this information system uses a prototype model which includes analysis of user needs, interface design and interface display testing. With the design of an information system for managing evidence data, it has facilitated the performance of the prosecutor's staff, especially in the field of Evidence and Confiscated Goods, in managing existing evidence.

Abstract

This study developed a web-based online queue system using the SDLC Prototype model to improve administrative service efficiency at PT. XYZ. System performance was evaluated by comparing the manual process with the new system using M/M/1 queueing theory parameters, including waiting time, service time, no-show rate, and service capacity. Observations indicated significant improvements: service time decreased from 8 minutes to 6 minutes, waiting time reduced from 28–32 minutes to 5–9 minutes, queue length decreased, and service capacity increased from approximately 35 to 45 participants per day. The no-show rate also dropped from 23–28% to 4–7% after participants could monitor the queue in real time. Usability testing was conducted using the System Usability Scale (SUS) with 23 respondents (15 participants and 8 staff). Scores were calculated using the standard odd-even item transformation, yielding an average of 84.89, categorized as “Good.” Participants generally gave higher scores than staff due to the complexity of the admin dashboard. These findings indicate that the system not only functions properly but also provides a measurable impact on improving service efficiency.

Abstract

A significant increase in electric adoption in Indonesia has created high demand at public electric vehicle charging stations (SPKLU). Reliance on manual queue management methods at these stations often results in vehicular congestion and unstructured recording processes. This study implements and evaluates "Antridaya," an application designed to streamline queue recording at SPKLUs, developed using the AppSheet platform. Employing a prototyping methodology, the research conducted two testing phases: functional validation by five experts across 32 system components and a feasibility assessment using the System Usability Scale (SUS) with 21 SPKLU officers. The results indicate that Antridaya is functionally valid, securing an average score of 3.9 on a 4.0 scale. Moreover, the system demonstrated high end-user feasibility with an average SUS score of 85.7. This score stability was confirmed via a 95% confidence interval (78.63–92.79), placing the application in the "acceptable" category with an "excellent" rating. This study confirms that AppSheet provides a viable solution for digitizing queuing processes, offering a valid, user-friendly tool that establishes a foundation for standardized data recording systems.

Abstract

This study examines how YouTube comment spaces attached to Mobile Legends tutorial videos contain observable traces of peer-supported informal learning. Using an exploratory mixed-method design, the study analyzed 3,805 cleaned public comments collected from 32 Indonesian-language tutorial videos across 15 channels. Data were examined through codebook-based educational content analysis, supported by descriptive thematic mapping of gameplay topics and interaction tone. The codebook focused on questioning, clarification, experience sharing, peer advice, learning evaluation, and learning difficulty; coding credibility was addressed through expert review, pilot coding, and intercoder reliability reporting. The findings show that 1,156 comments (30.38%) contained explicit informal learning indicators, while 206 comments (5.41%) expressed learning difficulties. Questioning was the most visible learning act, and the most frequent difficulty concerned transferring tutorial knowledge into actual matches. The study contributes by reframing YouTube comments as observable educational traces rather than simple engagement indicators. Practically, the findings suggest that tutorial creators can use comment patterns to design more scaffolded, conditional, and practice-oriented explanations.
