This study aims to 1) analyze the influence of rural banks health on lending strategies, 2) analyze the influence of rural banks health on lending, 3) analyze the effect of lending strategies on lending, 4) analyze the influence of rural banks health on lending through lending strategies as mediator. The study was conducted in Bali province, using a combination of primary and secondary data. Using the technique of population samples or saturated samples. Partial Least Square (PLS) is a data analysis technique used. The results of the analysis show that 1) the health of rural banks to the strategy of lending has a significant positive effect, 2) the health of rural banks to lending has a significant positive effect, 3) the strategy of lending to lending has a significant positive effect, 4) the health of rural banks indirectly affects lending through lending strategies as a significant mediator for rural banks in Bali province.

Tingginya tuntutan pekerjaan, kompleknya alur kerja, dan semakin tingginya tujuan organisasi menuntut setiap karyawan harus bekerja dengan cepat, fokus dan maksimal. Tekanan kerja disini menjadi sisi yang terus di hadapi oleh para karyawan, dimana tekanan kerja yang tinggi akan dapat mengakibatkan mereka mengalami stres disamping memunculkan konflik diantara mereka. Hal ini menjadi masalah serius saat ini yang dihadapai organisasi dalam menghadapi persaingan global. Stres jika tidak ditangani dengan segera akan dapat menimbulkan pengaruh yang merusak jasmani dan rohani disamping dapat berbahaya bagi kesehatan mereka. Along with the increase in the number of boutiques of Balinese kebaya, making competition in the kebaya industry increasingly high, and entrepreneurs are required to determine the marketing strategy planning that will be used to face the current competition. Consumer satisfaction is a very important thing to consider in facing the market competition of the Balinese kebaya industry. The number of samples representing the population in this study were as many as 75 consumers of Wina Rumah Kebaya. Data were analyzed by multiple linear regression analysis techniques, where the validity and reliability tests were carried out in the initial stages of testing. The results of this study are the price fairness and product quality partially have a significant effect on customer satisfaction, price fairness and product quality simultaneously also significantly influence customer satisfaction, and the prices fairness has the most dominant influence. For this reason, to increase customer satisfaction it is necessary to improve the quality of kebaya and consider the fairness of the price determined.

This study discusses analyzing the marketing mix and service quality of purchasing decisions at PT. Indomarco Pratama Denpasar Bali. This research method is quantitative descriptive using questionnaires as a method of data collection and multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS. The results showed that the promotional mix involved a partial purchase decision of consumers at PT Indomarco Pratama Denpasar Bali by 0.002 <0.05, with a dominant product, price, and promotion indicators, starting to look for indicators of other places, people, physical evidence, processes. PT. Indomarco Pratama Denpasar Bali is 0.003 <0.05, with dominant Empathy, Reliability, Responsiveness indicators, then tangibles indicators, guarantees accepted. Simultaneously the marketing mix and service quality influence the purchasing decision of 0,000 <0.05. These results also answer the three hypotheses of this study. The results show that the marketing mix and the quality of services offered are positive and significant for purchasing decisions. The results have the meaning of increasing marketing mix and service quality, so the purchasing decisions at PT Indomarco Pratama Denpasar Bali will also increase.

This study was conducted with the aim of evaluating the level of public satisfaction with the implementation of the vehicle test book public service by obtaining Evidence of Passing the Electronic Test as a substitute for the vehicle test book at the motor vehicle testing, Denpasar City transportation service. There are two variables used, namely the level of conformity of service expectations and the level of conformity of service performance. The servqual dimension used to assess customer satisfaction consists of tangible (tangible), reliability (reliability), responsiveness (responsiveness), assurance (certainty), and empathy (empathy). The results showed the average satisfaction of tangible dimensions (86.86), reliability (81.62), responsiveness (85.94), assurance (82.17), and empathy (86.73). The comparison between the level of conformity of expectations with the suitability of performance is 84.66 points which can be interpreted as "appropriate". In general, it can be concluded that the community is satisfied with the conformity of expectations and performance of BLUE services applied at the motor vehicle testing of the Denpasar city transportation service.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahaui pengaruh Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD) dan Indeks Pembangunan Manusia (IPM) terhadap kemiskinan melalui pertumbuhan ekonomi sebagai pemediasi. Data yang digunakan merupakan data skunder periode 2013-2022 yang diperoleh dari Kabupaten dan Kota di Provinsi Bali (data panel). Penelitian ini diuji menggunakan software Econometric Views (Eviews)(regresi data panel). Hasil menunjukan bahwa PAD dan IPM berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi, dan pertumbuhan ekonomi berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap kemiskinan. PAD dan IPM tidak berpengaruh secara langsung terhadap kemiskinan namun secara tidak langsung berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap kemiskinan melalui pertumbuhan ekonomi sebagai pemediasi di Provinsi Bali 2013-2022

Poverty is a severe issue for local governments, particularly in Bali. This study aims to investigate factors influencing the regional poverty rate in Bali Province between 2016 and 2020. In the primary data obtained from BPS Bali Province, spatial regression data approaches and analyses were used. The findings show that housing, access to technology, and availability of natural resources affect poverty rates. The poverty line in Bali in the period 2016–2020 fluctuated significantly. Urban and rural poverty levels are affected by the availability of rice. At the same time, non-food commodities are higher in rural areas regarding housing, religious ceremonies, and customs. The contribution of the food poverty line to the urban poverty line was 68.76% less than the contribution of the food poverty line to the rural poverty line, which was 69.74%. From 2016 to 2020, the districts of Buleleng, Karangasem, Klungkung, and Tabanan each had the highest poverty depth index. The poverty depth index in urban areas reached 0.653, and in rural areas, 0.753. The severity index for urban poverty is 0.154, which is lower than the severity index for rural poverty, which is 0.156.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Produk Domestik Regional Bruto (PDRB), jumlah penduduk, belanja pemerintah dan pengangguran terhadap kesejahteraan berdasarkan kualitas Indeks Pembangunan Manusia (IPM). Data yang digunakan adalah data skunder periode 2013 - 2022 yang diperoleh dari kabupaten dan kota di Provinsi Bali (data panel). Penelitian ini diuji menggunakan software Econometric Views (Eviews) (regresi data panel). Hasil yang diperoleh PDRB dan belanja pemerintah, berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kualitas IPM, sedangkan pertumbuhan jumlah penduduk tidak berpengaruh terhadap kualitas IPM di Provinsi Bali 2013 - 2022. Tingkat pengangguran berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kualitas IPM di Provinsi Bali 2013 - 2022

Developing effective branding is very important in creating an attractive and memorable tourist destination identity. This research aims to build Teba Majalangu's branding as an educational and recreational tourism destination that can attract visitors. The method used in this research is a survei and content analysis obtained from various social media platforms to understand people's perceptions and expectations of Teba Majalangu. Surveis were conducted to collect data about visitor preferences, while content analysis focused on evaluating the images and messages conveyed via social media regarding this destination. The results of this research show that branding is relevant and effective for promoting Teba Majalangu as a tourist destination that combines educational value with entertainment, as well as increasing tourist visits. Apart from that, this research also provides insight into the potential use of social media in strengthening the image and attractiveness of tourist destinations.
