Abstract

Sejarah dan warisan budaya berperan besar dalam pengembangan pariwisata. Jember memiliki sejarah yang panjang sejak masa prasejarah. Hal itu dibuktikan dengan ditemukannya beragam peninggalan yang kini menjadi koleksi cagar budaya dengan jumlah yang cukup banyak. Namun yang memprihatinkan, seluruh peninggalan sejarah tersebut seakan ‘dianaktirikan’. Diperlukan terobosan dari semua pihak untuk menyelamatkan peninggalan sejarah Jember dengan memasarkannya sebagai wisata edukasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana kondisi riil museum purbakala di Jember dan mengupayakan penyelamatan benda purbakala Jember sebagai wisata edukasi, dengan menggunakan teori bauran pemasaran dan quadruple helix model. Hadirnya museum purbakala akan sangat memudahkan juru pemelihara untuk mengawasi dan merawat peninggalan sejarah yang telah ada.

Abstract

In the rapidly evolving landscape of marketing, understanding the intricate interplay between environmental factors, content personalization, and consumer engagement has become pivotal for businesses. This study, conducted at PT. Bentoel Group (Asmo Jember), delves into the unique dynamics shaping consumer engagement within the framework of marketing campaigns. The research explores the direct and indirect relationships between Environmental Factors (EF), Content Personalization (CP), Consumer Perceived Value (CPV), and Consumer Engagement (CE).The direct paths analysis reveals significant impacts of both EF and CP on CPV, with CP demonstrating a robust influence. While the direct effect of EF on CE is not statistically significant, CP exhibits a significant influence on CE, emphasizing the strategic importance of tailored content in driving consumer engagement. The indirect paths analysis further uncovers meaningful insights, indicating that both EF and CP exert a significant indirect influence on CE through the mediating role of CPV.This study contributes valuable insights to the field of marketing, offering practical implications for businesses navigating the complex terrain of contemporary marketing. The findings provide PT. Bentoel Group with actionable recommendations to optimize marketing strategies, emphasizing the significance of content personalization and the nuanced impact of environmental factors in fostering enhanced consumer engagement and sustained brand loyalty..

Abstract

Abstrak Retribusi daerah merupakan salah satu penyumbang Penerimaan Asli Daerah (PAD) yang cukup besar dalam rangka mengoptimalkan penerimaan PAD di bidang kesehatan diperlukan suatu inovasi dalam pelayanan kesehatan. Mengingat pendapatan daerah bersumber dari retribusi pelayanan kesehatan puskesmas, maka dibutuhkan suatu sistem akuntansi yang dapat membantu pemerintah daerah dalam mengelola sumber data keuangan. Teknologi aplikasi digunakan untuk memperbaiki tata kelola pencatatan dan pembagian retribusi pelayanan kesehatan pada aspek keuangan. Aplikasi ini akan dibuat dengan menggunakan Microsoft Excel. Aplikasi ini akan mempermudah kepala puskesmas untuk melakukan kontrol dan tata kelola keuangan secara lebih sistematis terkait dengan pencatatan dan pembagian retribusi pelayanan kesehatan. Tujuannya adalah untuk menciptakan efisiensi dalam pembagian retribusi ke dalam pos sarana dan pelayanan. Kata Kunci: Aplikasi Microsoft Excel, Retribusi Pelayanan Kesehatan, Puskesmas Abstract Regional levies are a fairly large contributor to Regional Original Revenue (PAD). In order to optimize PAD revenue in the health sector, innovation is needed in health services. Considering that regional income comes from levies on community health services, an accounting system is needed that can assist regional governments in managing financial data sources. Application technology is used to improve the management of recording and distributing health service fees in financial aspects. This application will be created using Microsoft Excel. This application will make it easier for community health center heads to carry out more systematic financial control and management related to recording and distributing health service fees. Abstract

Red chili (Capsicum annuum) is a leading horticultural commodity that is perishable and seasonal, so it must be sold immediately after being harvested. To extend its lifespan and durability, processing is required which of course requires additional costs. Marketing processed products in the era of globalization of trade includes various challenges which should be interpreted as opportunities to be able to compete in international markets. KWT LARASATI took the initiative to process large red chilies in order to increase the added value of the harvest and also extend its shelf life. From this process, KWT LARASATI then produces high-value product diversification in the form of processed chili sauce under the Sambal Simbok brand. One variant of the chili sauce produced is tuna chili sauce. So far, KWT LARASATI has carried out marketing techniques in the form of utilizing existing social media, namely WhatsApp, Facebook and Instagram. However, KWT Larasati still faces a number of obstacles in marketing its Sambal Simbok tuna chili variant to the public. Based on this background, it is necessary to have a strategy in marketing the Sambal Simbok product, a tuna chili variant so that it can produce alternative strategies that suit the processed chili products in KW LARASATI business diversification, as well as using QSPM analysis to determine strategic priorities that are in accordance with internal and external aspects. KWT. The results of this analysis are eight alternative strategies which are then ranked to determine the prioritized strategy.

Abstract

This study investigates the transformative impact of AI technology and data analytics on marketing strategies within PT. Lautan Luas Tbk, a leading chemical distribution and manufacturing company. Through a quantitative research design, employing random sampling of 100 consumers and utilizing Smart PLS for analysis, the study examines the relationships between AI Technology Implementation, Data Quality and Availability, Analytical Capabilities, and Marketing Performance. The findings reveal significant direct effects, indicating that both AI Technology Implementation and Data Quality and Availability positively influence Analytical Capabilities and Marketing Performance. Moreover, significant indirect effects highlight the mediating role of Analytical Capabilities in the relationship between AI Technology Implementation / Data Quality and Availability and Marketing Performance. These results underscore the critical importance of adopting advanced data analytics and AI technologies, as well as ensuring data quality and availability, in enhancing marketing performance. The implications suggest that investments in AI technology integration and data management practices are essential for driving effective marketing strategies and achieving sustainable business growth in the competitive landscape of the chemical industry.

Abstract

Konsep kepuasan pengunjung dan pariwisata berkelanjutan menjadi bagian penting yang harus dipertimbangan pada sektor pariwisata. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu melakukan analisis pengembangan potensi pariwisata yang berkelanjutan dengan mengacu pada komponen 4A (attraction, accessibility, amenity, and ancillary). Penelitian dilakukan dengan pendekatan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa varibel daya tarik (attraction) (X1), aksesibilitas (accessibility) (X2), fasilitas pendukung (amenity) (X3), dan variabel pelayanan tambahan (ancillary) (X4) menunjukkan pengaruh yang positif dan secara signifikan mempengaruhi minat kunjung ulang (Y) wisatawan Jember Tin Garden (JTG). Dari segi atraksi, JTG menawarkan pemandangan yang indah, aktivitas yang menarik mulai dari proses pembibitan hingga pengolahan tanaman tin. Sedangkan dari segi aksesibilitas, JTG mampu memberikan kenyamanan pada lokasi yang sejuk, luas, dan instagramable. Pada segi fasilitas pendukung, JTG telah menyediakan lahan parkir yang memadai hingga mushola namun masih perlu adanya peningkatan ketersediaan jumlah toilet bersih. Dari segi pelayanan tambahan, pengelola JTG masih perlu melakukan peningkatan pelayanan terutama pada pelayanan pusat informasi.

Abstract

Health promotion is an important effort to increase public awareness about healthy living behaviour. In the digital era, innovation in the delivery of health information is the key to reaching audiences more effectively. This article discusses the implementation of video editing as an innovative tool to support health promotion at the Kedungsolo Community Health Centre. Through community service activities, the team provides training in creating and editing educational videos to staff. This training covers basic concepts of video editing, use of software, and strategies for delivering health messages that are interesting and easy to understand. The results of the activity show that staff are able to produce quality informative videos that are distributed via social media and other digital platforms. These videos have succeeded in increasing community participation in health centre health, such as immunizations, health checks and disease prevention. By implementing this technology, Kedungsolo Community Health Centre can optimize digital-based health promotion to reach more people at large.
