Abstract

UMKM Batik Tulis Lasem is one of the superior products from Rembang that continue to be developed by the government. UMKM Batik Tulis Lasem still many difficulties on their progression, especially in marketing, others are the utilization of technology, lack of innovation, capital and low quality of human resources. Another obstacle that is often faced by UMKM who are members of the Koperasi Batik Tulis Lasem are marketing and maintain the existing market. In addition, owners who are members of Koperasi Batik Tulis Lasem also pay less attention to marketing strategy and maintaining customer relationship. Measuring the performance of UMKM Batik Tulis Lasem by identifying KPI (Key Performance Indicator) measure the practice performance of Customer Relationship Management (CRM using CRM Scorecard) through four CRM perspectives. The assessment of each perspective uses the AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Prosses) method and scoring of performance on each level or CRM factors using the OMAX (Objective Matrix) method.Through CRM scorecard describes a performance measurement of the implementation of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) in Koperasi Batik Tulis Lasem so that the results of these measurements show some perspectives that need to be improved efficiency and performance of an organization. From the perspective of performance organizations have two factors, six factors from the perspective of consumer, three factors from the perspective of process, seven factors from the perspective of infrastructure. Four perspective that affect the performance of CRM generally can be known Good Performance of Koperasi Batik Tulis. There are only three criteria that are at the bad level. They are improving participation of management, increase human resources capability and increasing customer relationship value. The results expected to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty in the Koperasi Batik Tulis Lasem . Key word: AHP, Batik Tulis, CRM, CRM scorecard, OMAX.

Abstract

The need for fish catch by a company or fisherman in Rembang Regency affects market process and also welfare. The catch made by the fishermen is not on target, due to the weather and type of fishing gear. An accurate method is needed in making predictions and a correlation between catch and weather so that fisherman can get maximum predictions results, so that price adjustment can be made. The research was conducted using an experimental method, to determine the accuracy of the effect of the Conjugate Gradient on the Back Propagation Neural Network in obtaining the best value. Based on the results of the Cycle training test with the Conjugate Gradient Backpropagation Neural Network method, the smallest average value is obtained at the 400th Epoch compared to the Epoch Gradient Descent With Momentum method at Epoch 800.Thus it is proven that using the Conjugate Gradient Backpropagation Neural Network method is better with an average value of- MSE average 0.2223 in three stages of testing Training Cycle, Learning Rate and Hidden Layer.

Abstract

Achieving superior service quality is the main concern of all service providers, so that service providers are urged to provide high quality customer-oriented services. The purpose of this study was to analyze the quality of customer service at Dekranasda Rembang, using the Servqual and Analitycal Hierarchy Process (AHP) methods. Servqual is used to see customer perceptions and expectations on the five dimensions of servqual including Physical Evidence (Tangibles), guarantee (Reliability), Responsiveness (Responsiveness), Assurance (Assurance) and Empathy (Emphaty). While AHP is used to weight each dimension and criteria. The results showed that there were 10 service criteria that had to be improved immediately by Dekranasda, so as to improve customer quality.

Abstract

AbstractBelt handicraft industry developed in Sendangmulyo village is the result of village entrepreneurial management training held in 2012. The problems faced to develop this industry is production, marketing, business management and financial administration. The limited production is caused by lack of sewing machines and ability to print its own logo. Problem of promot ion field is caused by the simple way to do the promotion. In financial management, this industrial cluster has not done regular financial accounting. By IBM program, it will help to overcome these problems faced by belt handicraft industry. Developing of belt handicraft industry held using participation method by empowering communities potential, such as socialization, training or mentoring. The results of IBM program are (1) industrial cluster has blog, brochure and catalog as marketing media, (2) industrial cluster has simple organization, (3) industrial cluster has done recording transaction with computer (4) Belt handicraft industrial cluster has capability to print its own logo.Keywords: Belt handicraft, training, mentoringAbstrakIndustri kerajinan ikat pinggang dikembangkan di desa Sendangmulyo adalah hasil dari pelatihan manajemen kewirausahaan desa yang diadakan pada tahun 2012. Produksi terbatas disebabkan oleh kurangnya mesin jahit dan kemampuan untuk mencetak logo sendiri. Masalah bidang promosi disebabkan oleh cara sederhana untuk melakukan promosi. Dalam manajemen keuangan, klaster industri ini belum dilakukan akuntansi keuangan biasa. Dengan Program IBM, ini akan membantu untuk mengatasi masalah ini dihadapi oleh industri sabuk kerajinan. Mengembangkan industri kerajinan sabuk diadakan menggunakan metode partisipasi masyarakat memberdayakan potensi, seperti sosialisasi, pelatihan atau mentoring. Hasil program IBM yang (1) klaster industri memiliki blog, brosur dan katalog media pemasaran, (2) klaster industri memiliki organisasi sederhana, (3) klaster industri telah melakukan pencatatan transaksi dengan komputer (4) Kerajinan klaster industri memiliki kemampuan untuk mencetak logo sendiri.Kata kunci: Ikat pinggang, kerajinan tangan, pelatihan, mentoring

Abstract

UKM Batik Tulis Lasem merupakan salah satu produk unggulan Kabupaten Rembang. Pemanfaatan teknologi pada UKM Batik Tulis Lasem diantaranya kurangnya pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi yang menunjang proses produksi maupun pemasaran berbasis internet/e-commerce. Untuk itu diperkukan peningkatan layanan pelanggan melalui pemanfaatan TIK khususnya media online untuk mendukung layanan pada pelanggan, meningkatkan kualitas serta memperbaiki kekurangan layanan yang ada. Analisis data dilakukan dengan diawali melakukan uji validitas dan reliabilitas, melakukan uji normal multivariate dan stabilitas data, serta melakukan tahapan Six Sigma. Hasil penlitian menunjukkan bahwa dari pengidentifikasian faktor-faktor yang telah dilakukan pada maka dapat diketahui yang menyebabkan beberapa perusahaan tidak memanfaatkan teknologi informasi yaitu UKM yang belum menggunakan perangkat komputer di UKM, tingginya biaya koneksi internet, tidak memiliki tenaga ahli bidang TIK, tidak memiliki strategi bisnis melalui internet, kemampuan SDM pemilik dalam TI rendah, kurang bermanfaat bagi perusahaan, kendala ketersedian koneksi internet (ISP).

Abstract

Supply Chain management is business process system used to manage planning started from process of acquiring basic material until finished product got by the consumers. The problem occurs is  how the industrialist in supply chain able to distribute the product related to  just in time concept. Such as Batik Tulis Lasem Industry which still faces the problem about applying supply chain model. All this time  is still based on a going custom.  This research aim is to produce appropriate supply chain for characteristic and  condition of Batik Tulis Lasem Industry. Analysis data used is descriptive analysis. The research result is managing basic material properly has important role in developing Batik Tulis Lasem Industry. The research result shows that the  effective and appropriate supply model chain for Batik Tulis Lasem Industrialist  is basic material supply model and no agent distribution product

Abstract

This research aims to prove and explain the influence of corporation, enterprise age, education level, foreign language mastery, number of labours, production capacity and promotion activation to ward export market orientation of batik lasem industry. The tehnigue of data analysis used in this study is logistic regression model. The result of this study shows that the variable of foreingn language mastery influences significantly in predicting export market orientation. While variable of corporation, enterprise age, number of labours, production capacity, promotion activation are not proved to give significant influence in predicting export market orientation. This study is expected to add other factors that are estimated able to predict export market orientation like product quality and capital.

Abstract

This study aims to formulate the developing strategy alternative implemented in Batik Tulis Lasem enterprises. Data analysis used is SWOT Analysis. SWOT matrix result shows that developing strategy for Batik Tulis Lasem industry is SO strategy (agresive strategy), the strategy that uses strength to make use the available opportunity. This strategy implemented marketing line development by exploiting networking, developing quality control and improving productivity using modern technology.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has had a tremendous impact on all sectors, including the MSME sector. Batik Tulis Lasem is one of the superior products of the Rembang Regency area which has been hampered by the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. Community Service Partners in this activity are the MSME Batik Tulis Lasem. MSME actors are still doing marketing conventionally, they have not been able to maximize information technology. Management of Business Management and Financial Administration is still carried out in a simple manner, there is no clear division of tasks, financial management is not good, there is no proper recording of business transactions. This community service activity aims to provide knowledge and understanding to partners regarding the importance of online marketing and digital marketing information technology for partner businesses; teach the practice of online marketing information technology and digital marketing by utilizing social networks to MSME partners/actors, as well as providing knowledge and increasing understanding of business and financial management. The result of this community service activity is that members of the UMKM Batik Tulis Lasem, Lasem, Rembang realize the importance of business management, especially in the use of Information Technology. Improve business management capabilities, use social media, digital marketing, and Market Place to increase market share. MSMEs also have the ability to manage Android-based financial report records and create digital marketing designs with Canva.

Abstract

Pulo Village also has great potential as a producer of superior regional products in Rembang Regency in the form of tempe products. The main obstacle faced by tempe producers is that the price of soybeans as the main raw material tends to continue to increase, they do not have the knowledge and ideas to further develop their business, namely the development of innovative products for processed snacks based on tempe. Other problems that arise from tempe craftsmen include problems with marketing, technology utilization, human resources problems, business management and financial administration. Product innovation is one of the main solutions to solve production problems. It is hoped that the development of product innovation can overcome the obstacles faced today, namely the decreasing margins obtained due to the increasing price of soybeans. One of the product innovations is in the form of tempeh chips using organic (natural) ingredients. Another advantage obtained from the diversification of the tempe chips product, namely the longer shelf life so that the marketing can be expanded, as well as increasing the number of workers of each tempe craftsman.Keywords: Tempe Chips, Business Management, Product Innovation, Tempe.
