Abstract

The study aim to examine in a way in depth fundamental ideas of Muhammadiyah face at a time do mitigation disaster covid19 pandemic through religious fatwa. The data in this study were obtained through studies containing documents related to organ policies about mitigation covid19 disaster. This data is important in terms of the interpretive paradigm, thus requiring researchers to understand the reasons of the actors in issuing religious policies and fatwas as mitigation measures. Data analysis continues continuously, with reference to the combined Miles and Huberman mechanism with method phenomenology hermeneutics from von Eckartsberg. The findings of the study are that Muhammadiyah looked at the effort subtraction risk. The COVID-19 disaster is a religious social obligation. So, besides deploying resources and infrastructure health, Muhammadiyah also educates the public through a fatwa about the ability to “change” patterns of religious rituals that are carried out during the pandemic. Tarjih Muhammadiyah fatwa was issued to embody the implementation of health protocols in order to avoid bigger harm, all at once giving basic arguments and beliefs to the public that changing the pattern of ritual action during the Covid-19 pandemic is not a religious deviation. Ritual action patterns that were previously carried out en masse in mosques and the field can be shifted to private spaces. Likewise, with the sacrificial slaughter ritual, it is more advisable to prioritise infaq based on economic empowerment, especially for subjects affected by the socio-economic impact of the pandemic situation. Change pattern religious ritual habits issued by Muhammadiyah as an action to mitigate disaster based on principles of maqasid Sharia in the framework of looking after the continuity of life (hifdz an-nafs). Conclusion about hidz The nafs underlying the Fatwa of Tarjih Muhammadiyah was obtained through reasoning by Burhani, Bayani and Irfani.

Abstract

The aims of this research are to analysis and describe problems that become a conflict, the actor, andsource of conflict at nickel mining in Talaga Raya Buton Municipal. The methods of this research usedescription qualitative approach. Data collect instrument use observation, interview anddocumentation. Research's result shows that conflict can be happened if there are no communicationbetween mining corporation, societies, and government security person in the term of no payback ofland, plant which damage because of nickel mining.Beside, in policy formulation without involvesocieties. So that, it will become a conflict between corporation, societis and government security. Thisresearch recommended for government to make rule, which involve societies in formulation, so theinterest of all elements will involve and they will implement together.

Abstract

Tumbuhan paku merupakan kelompok tumbuhan kosmopolit yang dapat ditemukan di berbagai jenis habitat dan memiliki nilai ekologis maupun ekonomis, seperti dimanfaatkan sebagai tanaman hias, sayuran, serta bahan obat-obatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan jenis-jenis tumbuhan paku terestrial di kawasan Bendung Amandit, Kabupaten Hulu Sungai Selatan. Pengambilan data dilakukan menggunakan metode line transek pada empat transek sepanjang 500 meter, serta pengukuran parameter lingkungan seperti intensitas cahaya, kecepatan angin, pH tanah, kelembapan tanah, kelembapan udara, suhu udara, dan ketinggian tempat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat 12 jenis tumbuhan paku terestrial yang termasuk ke dalam 6 famili, yaitu Christella dentata, Pityrogramma calamelanos, Taenitis blechnoides, Lygodium circinnatum, Selaginella plana, Schizaea dichotoma, Schizaea digitata, Tectaria polymorpha, Pteris fauriei, Selaginella ornata, Nephrolepis exaltata, dan Pteris ensiformis. Abstract

Education in the 21st century requires teachers to demonstrate creativity by developing innovative learning resources, particularly in biology education. One form of printed teaching material that can be developed is a booklet, which offers visual appeal through illustrations, colors, and concise text. A booklet highlighting the local potential of the butter plant (Diospyros blancoi) is expected to serve as enrichment material for students, especially related to the Sub-Plantae concept. This study aims to (1) describe the population structure of Diospyros blancoi in the Sungai Landas Village area and (2) evaluate the feasibility of a booklet titled “Getting to Know Butter Plants in the Sungai Landas Village Area as Enrichment Material for High School Biology.” The booklet development followed the Plomp model, which includes five phases: preliminary investigation, design, realization/construction, testing, evaluation and revision, and implementation. The evaluation phase applied Tessmer’s formative evaluation approach. Population structure data were obtained by categorizing plants into three age phases: pre-reproductive, reproductive, and post-reproductive. The results showed that the number of pre-reproductive individuals was 6, reproductive 18, and post-reproductive 11. The density of each phase was 1.25 ind/ha (pre-reproductive), 3.75 ind/ha (reproductive), and 2.29 ind/ha (post-reproductive). The population exhibited a disturbed pyramid structure, indicating a potential decline in adult individuals in the future. The validity test yielded a score of 83.85% (valid), while the content practicality test scored 96.61% (very good) and the expected practicality test scored 97% (very good). Based on these results, the developed booklet is categorized as valid and practical, making it suitable for use as an enrichment material in high school biology learning.

Abstract

Twenty-first century education demands that educators possess innovative and creative skills in developing teaching materials that support the achievement of learning objectives. One type of teaching material that can be developed is a booklet. Booklets, as printed learning media, offer several advantages, such as accessibility without an internet connection and the ability to present colorful and visually engaging content. The development of a booklet can incorporate plant diversity materials based on local potential, such as the Moraceae family, which students frequently encounter in their daily lives. The development process includes product feasibility testing, one of which involves assessing its validity. This study aims to describe the validity of the developed booklet. The research employed the Research and Development (R&D) approach using the Plomp model, which consists of five stages. The validity test results showed a score of 91.40%, categorized as “very valid.” These findings indicate that the developed booklet is ready to be implemented as enrichment material for the biodiversity concept, as it meets twelve aspects of teaching material validity and has been revised to ensure high quality. The content of the booklet is designed to align with students’ competencies, curriculum requirements, and scientific principles.

Abstract

Background: Lingkungan lahan basah memiliki tingkat kemasaman rendah yang menyebabkan sayuran sulit tumbuh. Pelatihan ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan kepada mahasiswa tentang budidaya hidroponik sehingga menciptakan efek keberlanjutan yang bermanfaat baik bagi individu maupun keluarga. Tujuan pelatihan ini yaitu optimalisasi kemandirian pangan keluarga, serta mendukung keberlanjutan ekonomi peserta melalui hidroponik. Metode: Kegiatan pelatihan dilakukan melalui metode pendidikan masyarakat dengan pendekatan partisipatif dan edukatif pada mahasiswa Pendidikan Biologi. Selain itu, pelatihan ini diharapkan mampu menjadi salah satu solusi pangan mandiri. Hasil: Produksi berbagai bahan pangan, khususnya sayur dan buah secara mandiri serta pemilihan jenis tanaman yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan gizi keluarga sangat diperlukan guna mencegah penyakit. Kegiatan pelatihan hidroponik skala rumah tangga untuk lingkungan lahan basah di Kalimantan Selatan terbukti terlaksana dengan baik. Kesimpulan: Pelatihan terbukti efektif meningkatkan kesadaran, kepedulian, dan keterampilan mahasiswa terhadap alternatif kemandirian pangan skala rumah tangga.

Abstract

Jamur makroskopis merupakan organisme multiseluler yang tumbuh pada daerah yang lembab. Kawasan Bendung Amandit merupakan daerah yang memiliki kondisi lingkungan yang sesuai bagi pertumbuhan jamur. Kawasan ini merupakan kawasan yang berada di sepanjang aliran Sungai Amandit. Area yang digunakan sebagai lokasi pengambilan sampel jamur makroskopis adalah area hutan sekunder berada yang di sekitaran bendung Amandit. Kondisi lingkungan di lokasi ini sangat mendukung bagi pertumbuhan jamur dengan kelembaban tinggi, ketersediaan bahan organik melimpah, serta naungan alami yang berasal dari tutupan pohon. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan keragaman jenis jamur makroskopis yang ditemukan di Kawasan Bendung Amandit. Pengumpulan data keragaman jenis jamur makroskopis menggunakan metode line transek. Hasil penelitian ditemukan 20 spesies jamur makroskopis yang terdiri dari 12 famili yaitu Pycnoporus sanguineus, Lentinus sp., Earliella scabrosa, Cookeina tricholoma, Clavulinopsis sp., Schizophyllum commune, Trametes gibbosa, Cookeina sulcipes, Podoscypha petalodes, Marasmius sp., Fomitopsis sp., Marasmiellus candidus, Pycnoporellus sp., Lignosus rhinocerus, Marasmius elegans, Phallus indusiatus, Microporus xanthopus, Thelephora sp., Lycoperdon pyriforme dan Coltricia cinnamomea. Penelitian ini memberikan informasi terkait keragaman jenis jamur makroskopis yang berada di kawasan Bendung Amandit, dokumentasi keanekaragaman hayati dan dapat dijadikan sebagai dasar untuk penelitian lanjutan. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe the validity and practicality of the Popular Scientific Book on the population structure of stands on the banks of the Aluh-Aluh River, Simpang Warga Village, Banjar Regency. Development using the Plomp and Nieveen model consisting of 3 stages, namely 1) preliminary research; 2) Prototyping Stage; and 3) Assessment Phase. Validation and readability tests using validity and readability test questionnaire instruments and practicality tests using practicality test questionnaire instruments. The validity of the Popular Scientific Book developed obtained a score from 3 validators of 92.05% with very valid criteria, indicating that the BIP developed structurally and procedurally is suitable for use in learning Plant Ecology courses as enrichment material. The readability of the Popular Scientific Book from 3 students obtained a score of 94.4% with very good criteria. The practicality of the Popular Scientific Book developed obtained a score of 97% with the criteria of very practical from 6 students, meaning that the Popular Scientific Book developed according to students is easy to use or very practical to use in learning the Plant Ecology course as enrichment material.
