Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine and analyze the influence of brand awareness, online promotions and prices on purchasing decisions in the Shopee marketplace among Panca Marga University students, both partially and simultaneously. The research method used is a quantitative method that is associative in nature. The population in this research were Panca Marga University students. The samples taken were 100 respondents. The sampling technique used was non-probability sampling using purposive sampling technique. The data sources in this research come from primary and secondary data. Data collection uses questionnaires and documentation which is then processed using data analysis methods, namely validity, reliability, classical assumption tests, normality tests, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing. Testing was carried out using SPSS and the results showed that brand awareness, online promotions and prices had both partial and simultaneous effects on purchasing decisions in the Shopee marketplace.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of human relations, work spirit and work culture variables on employee performance partially at diva swalayan kraksaan, probolinggo regency. This type of research uses quantitative research methods with an associative approach. The population was 150 permanent employees of Diva Swalayan Kraksaan Probolinggo Regency with a sample of 109 respondents. Determination of the sample using the Slovin formula. The sampling technique in this study used probability sampling with simple random sampling. Data analysis used, namely, validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination (R2), hypothesis testing (t test). The results show that human relations, work spirit, work culture have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

The aim of the study was to find out whether the influence of work discipline, Work Ethics and competence has a partial effect on the performance of the employees of the Regional Drinking Water Company (PDAM) in Probolinggo City. The type of research used is descriptive quantitative, while the respondents in this study were employees of the Regional Drinking Water Company (PDAM) in Probolinggo City. The data collection method used saturated sampling, and obtained 69 respondents and a linear regression analysis tool using the SPSS 26 application. The methods of collecting information used in the research were: interviews, documentation and questionnaires. Partially, it affects the performance of employees of the Probolinggo Municipal Water Supply Company (PDAM). Results of the t (partial) test show that there is a positive and significant influence of work discipline and competency variables on the performance of employees of the Probolinggo Regional Drinking Water Company (PDAM).

Abstract

The aim of this service is to provide online marketing assistance for the owners of Batik Randu 7 Mulia UMKM hand-written batik craftsmen and to provide understanding for owners and practitioners of Batik Randu 7 Mulia UMKM about the importance of online marketing in the era of globalization. The method used is described in several stages, namely identifying and solving problems, preparing a marketing plan, providing assistance in using social media and e-commerce, and evaluating activities. The most basic problem faced by partners is that marketing is still carried out conventionally. The solution offered is digital marketing management. The marketing plan carried out is making neater photos and videos, training in using marketing tools, and setting a promotional budget. Determining the right promotional media in the form of social media TikTok and Instagram. The TikTok social media that was created has a current number of followers of 60 since the last account was created. Meanwhile, Instagram social media followers have 6 followers since the last account creation.

Abstract

Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) dalam sebuah perusahaan sangatlah penting, karena SOP merupakan salah satu pedoman pokok mengenai tahapan aktivitas kerja di sebuah perusahaan tertentu dan memiliki bersifat mengikat serta membatasi bagaimana karyawan nantinya bekerja. Pengamatan ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui peran Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) pada kualitas pembangunan unit rumah di PT.RPPN Kota Probolinggo. Pengamatan ini menggunakan metode field research, serta melakukan studi kelayakan data teknik triangulasi dengan teknik wawancara tidak struktur dengan minimal tiga sumber informan namun dengan pertanyaan yang realif sama. Uji kredibilitas data dengan melakukan pengumpulan data, mereduksi data, menyajikan data serta ditarik kesimpulan. Metode yang digunakan adalah teknik deskriptif kualitatif, dengan teknik mengambil sampel yang menerapkan metode snowball sampling. Hasil pengamatan menunjukkan bahwa PT RPPN sudah memiliki SOP yang baik di setiap pembangunan unit rumah. Hal ini dapat dibuktikan disetiap hasil kerja yang dilakukan, perusahaan dapat memenuhi kepuasan pelanggan dengan kualitas yang dihasilkan tanpa menghilangkan peran SOP di setiap prosesnya untuk mencapai target yang telah ditetapkan bersama.

Abstract

Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan praktik ibu-ibu rumah tangga dalam menyediakan makanan bergizi berbasis sumber daya lokal, sebagai upaya preventif dan kuratif stunting pada anak-anak di Kelurahan Kademangan. Permasalahan stunting di wilayah ini disebabkan oleh berbagai faktor, seperti kemiskinan, praktik pengasuhan yang kurang optimal, serta terbatasnya akses terhadap pelayanan kesehatan dan gizi yang memadai. Metode yang digunakan adalah pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui pelatihan dan pendampingan dalam memanfaatkan sumber daya lokal, seperti nugget bayam Brazil, untuk mencegah dan mengatasi stunting pada anak-anak. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan ibu-ibu rumah tangga dalam menyediakan makanan bergizi berbasis sumber daya lokal. Sebelum pelatihan, hanya 40% ibu-ibu yang memiliki pengetahuan cukup, sedangkan setelah pelatihan meningkat menjadi 85%. Selain itu, prevalensi stunting di Kelurahan Kademangan, yang sebelumnya mencapai 30%, turun menjadi 20% setelah intervensi. Kegiatan ini memberikan dampak positif bagi upaya penanggulangan stunting di wilayah Kademangan, dengan peningkatan pengetahuan sebesar 45% dan penurunan prevalensi stunting sebesar 10%. Healthy Kitchen Innovation to Overcome Stunting (DASHAT) Based on Utilization of Local Resources Brazilian Spinach Nuggets in Preventing Stunting in Kademangan Village Abstract The aim of this community service activity is to increase the knowledge and practice of housewives in providing nutritious food based on local resources, as a preventive and curative measure for stunting in children in Kademangan Village. The stunting problem in this region is caused by various factors, such as poverty, less than optimal parenting practices, and limited access to adequate health and nutrition services. The method used is community empowerment through training and assistance in utilizing local resources, such as Brazilian spinach nuggets, to prevent and overcome stunting in children. The results of the activity showed an increase in the knowledge and skills of housewives in providing nutritious food based on local resources. Before the training, only 40% of mothers had sufficient knowledge, whereas after the training this increased to 85%. In addition, the prevalence of stunting in Kademangan Village, which previously reached 30%, fell to 20% after the intervention. This activity had a positive impact on efforts to overcome stunting in the Kademangan area, with an increase in knowledge by 45% and a reduction in stunting prevalence by 10%.

Abstract

Performance is the achievement of work results obtained in various ways that are expected in accordance with organizational goals. This study aims to examine the direct and indirect effects of work discipline and compensation on employee performance, work discipline on employee performance through compensation mediation. The research location is in a government agency in Probolinggo Regency. The sample used was 63 people from government agencies. The mediation analysis model uses the Jamovi application. The results showed that compensation was not able to mediate work discipline on employee performance, but compensation was able to have a direct effect on employee performance. Likewise, work discipline can have a direct effect on employee performance so that work discipline has a total positive and significant influence on employee performance after being mediated by compensation. Increasing discipline by paying attention to timeliness of work, increasing work compensation by providing adequate incentives and increasing employee performance by fostering a greater sense of responsibility the goal.

Abstract

In the midst of the increasingly rapid development of the business world, company value plays an important role, especially in the eyes of investors. Company value is an important element that describes the success of achieving company performance. There are several factors that can influence company value, including capital structure and profitability. This research aims to examine the effect of capital structure on company value with profitability as a moderating variable. In this case, capital structure is proxied by the Debt Equity Ratio (DER), while company value and profitability are proxied by the Price Earning Ratio (PER) and Return on Equity (ROE), respectively. The object of this research uses a sample of government-owned commercial banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) during the observation period 2016 - 2023. The sample was selected based on predetermined criteria and data analysis using Smart PLS3. The results of hypothesis testing show that the DER variable has no effect on PER in government-owned commercial banking companies, while ROE is able to moderate the effect of DER on PER in government-owned commercial banking companies.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the concept of determining the buying price for scrap collectors because based on previous research studies there is a phenomenon that information is obtained that the inclusion of non-economic values determines the purchase price of certain products. Researchers chose junk collectors as the object of research because junk collectors are known to have entrepreneurial characteristics. The transcendental phenomenon is used to execute research purposes. The results showed that in determining the purchase price, the junk collector used the inclusion of a non-economic value, namely Medit (Stingy). This value is included in the formation of the purchase price as a form of feeling for junk which is a dirty item and is also not used but is profitable so it should not be negotiable because it can be seen from the stigma of the community who still think that the business of scrap collector is dirty and even considered a person who does not have skills for other work.

Abstract

Internal audit a part of good corporate governance, one of its functions is to ensure that internal control runs well, apart from that, the existence of internal audit also expected to provide value added to the company. Quality internal audit plays a very important role in supporting the success and sustainability of a company. This research aims to examine the determinants of internal audit quality and further examine the role of internal audit quality on external audit fees. Primary data is used in this research, the collection method is through distributing questionnaires. Purposive sampling criteria were used in this research as a sample selection technique.and obtained a total of 43 samples. Data Analysis Method using Confirmatory Factor Analysis with PLS3. The object is the internal audit of companies that are members of the Japfa Group. The research results show that competence and objectivity are determinants of internal audit quality. Furthermore, internal audit quality has  significant effect on external audit fees.
