Abstract

Abstract: In an effort to improve the welfare of the community, the Government through the CommunityEmpowerment and Village Development Agency to establish a financial institution that is BUMDes is afinancial institution whose purpose is to run a business and improve the economy of the community. VillageOwned Enterprises (BUMDes) are managed by the community and village government in an effort tostrengthen the village economy and are shaped based on village needs and potentials. The purpose of thisresearch is to know how Management of Village Owned Enterprise in Watulaney Amian Village, EastLembean Sub-district of Minahasa Regency. The research method used in this research is qualitativemethod. Informants in the study are people who can provide information about the situation and conditionof the research background. The focus of research is seen from indicators according to George Terry,namely planning, organizing, mobilization and supervision. Technique of collecting data throughobservation / direct observation research, do interview, and documentation. The results showed thatManagement of Village Owned Enterprise in Watulaney Amian Village, East Lembean District, MinahasaRegency has not been done well. At the stage of planning has not implemented the program that has beenin the planning and implementation of the manager has not been maximized due to lack of organizationalstewardship to be the cause of not implemented impeccable management.Keywords : Management , Village Owned Enterprise (BUMDes)

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out how much influence the performance of employees on service quality with quantitative research using instruments, validity, and reliability tests, while data analysis using simple regression analysis techniques. From the problems that occur due to research on the performance of employees in the Minahasa regency regional government, especially at the Minahasa District Population and Civil Disability Office, it seems that they are still less effective and efficient. This can be seen from the performance of each employee that is still not maximal in completing the functions and tasks that have been determined by the local government agencies. This has an impact on the lack of employee performance.This certainly impacts on the quality of services provided to people who have government administrative affairs at the Minahasa District Civil Registry Service office this phenomenon is evidenced by the various highlights of employee performance in providing services as described above.From the observations carried out by the author at the office of the Minahasa District Civil Registry Service, it shows that employee performance is felt to be very far from the expectations of the people who are dealing with the office, causing unrest and unfavorable public opinion. The lack of facilities and infrastructure is another problem possessed by the Minahas Regency Civil Registry office and the lack of officers who oversee employee performance results has made this agency seem to work as well as possible without the process of accountability in accordance with the principles of centralization and decentralization.Keywords: Employee Performance, Service Quality

Abstract

Based on the result observation at the Sitti Maryam Hospital Manado city still has some problems such asconcerning the quality performance of medical personnel as service providers to the community. Assessment of theperformance of qualified medical personnel by providing good service views of the reliability, responsiveness,assurance, emphaty, and tangibles. For the purpose of this study is to know the performance quality of medicalpersonnel at the Sitti Maryam Hospital Manado city. The research use descriptive qualitative research. Informantresearch as much as 8 (eight) informant that is, one leadership of hospital, two doctors, one person nurse, one personstaff employees hospital, and three patients. Data collection techniques use are observation techniques, interviewtechniques, and documentation techniques, as well as data analysis techniques that are use are data reduction, datapresentation, and conclusion drawing. Based on result of research through observations, data collection andinterview process that the researcher did, then research on the quality performance of medical personnel in the SittiMaryam Hospital not good enough, in view of the indicators of reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy andtangibles. For reliability is still not good, because the services provided are not time there are still some medicalpersonnel who performed the task has not been maximum. And also the lack of surgeons that resulted in patientshaving to wait for health services. For the responsiveness is still not good, because the parient complains against theprovision of service that are not on time is not good responded. For the assurance is good, because welfare thepatient treated at Sitti Maryam Hospital is guaranteed. For emphaty is not good because there are still some nursesand employees Sitti Maryam Hospital is less good to speak to the patient. And for the tangibles is not good, becausefor general facilities such as chairs in each ward is still lacking in meeting the needs of patiens.Keyword: Quality, Performance Of Medical Personnel

Abstract

Abstract : Empowerment is etymologically derived from the word "power" which means strength or ability. So empowermentcan be interpreted as a process toward empowerment, or process to get power / ability / ability, and or process of power / power/ ability from party that have power to party which less or not helpless Sulistiyani (2004: 77). Empowerment of farmer groups isa model of empowerment that the direction of development favours the people. Farmer groups are basically the main actors ofrural development. This research uses descriptive method of qualitative approach. This study describes the data obtained fromthe results of research on the Empowerment of Vegetable Farmers Group in Kakaskasen II Subdistrict Tomohon DistrictTomohon North. In qualitative research, data collection is done by observation, in-depth interview and documentation. Basedon the results of the study concluded that the empowerment of vegetable farmer groups seen from three indicators categorizedis good enough. Seen from the development (enabling) vegetable farming groups are quite good, seen from farmers who havebeen able to develop their farm business. In strengthening the potential or power (empowering) vegetable farming groups havebeen good, because the farmers have been able to increase the potential or power that is owned by directly practice in the fieldand are willing to accept new things in the field of agriculture. For the independence of the vegetable farmer group is goodenough, because there have been efforts from farmer groups to establish a farmer group that they run. In order for assistanceprograms from the Agriculture Agency to the vegetable farming group in Kakaskasen II to run well, this issue becomes animportant note for the Government through the Agriculture Office to provide the targeted assistance and socialization in theavailability of such assistance. In Developing and Strengthening Potential or Power For the members of farmer groups andfarmer groups, the group of farmers should be upgraded to be able to develop farmer groups in a positive and competitive wayin the agricultural world. Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyse the magnitude of the influence of Community Monitoring on FundManagement Village in Kayuuwi Village 1. Most of the people of Indonesia live and live in rural areas, sothat the direction of policy and national development planning directed to the countryside. The method thatwriter use in this research is quantitative method, is research method based on philosophy of positivism, usedfor researcher on population or sample .Teknik sampling technique is a simple random sampling fromresearch in Village Kayuuwi 1 as much 50 people. Data analysis techniques used are simple linear regressionanalysis and simple correlation analysis of Community Monitoring as measured by Preliminary Supervision,On-Work Monitoring Ongoing, and Feedback Supervision. Shows that involvement in the oversight of villagefund management influences can be seen based on the indicators used that the community is always involvedor participating in the supervision of any village funding development and management project. The successof village development is measured based on the application of appropriate procedures in every developmentfunded by village funds so that better development of the village will be improved.Keywords: Supervision, Village Fund Management, Community.

Abstract

Abstrack : In Government Regulation Number 101 Year 2000 on Education and Training of Civil ServantsPosition stated that the training is the process of organizing learning in order to improve the ability of theCivil Service / Administrative Civil State. The third term (education, training, development) are related toeach other and sometimes complementary. This research was conducted at the Regional Employment BoardTomohon, in particular education and training. Implementation of Education and Training (Training) in theState Civil Apparatus Tomohon City Government is one of the government's efforts to improve the quality ofASN in terms of national awareness, personality and ethics of the State Civil Apparatus.This research was conducted in order to determine how the performance of Regional Employment Agency inorganizing the State Civil Training Apparatus in Tomohon City Government. The research was conductedusing qualitative methods, with 10 informants. The study was conducted with technical documentation study,observation and interviews and data analysis Miles and Haberman model analysis, namely data reduction,data presentation and conclusion.The results showed: Performance of Tomohon City Regional Employment Board in organizing theASN Training has been good enough because it is supported by the implementation of a training programthat is running well; the quality of human resources personnel a good employee and organizational support.Factors inhibiting the performance of BKD organizing ASN Training in Tomohon is a factor supportinginfrastructures are not yet supporting and budget and employee discipline. While supporting factor is thesupport organization, partnerships, human resource personnel with adequate and continuous training. Theeffort that has been done is to include in the future work program constraints and needs required by BKDforward in the vision, mission, goals and objectives of the organization, in the form of provision of trainingfacilities and infrastructure such as buildings and dormitories training; improving the quality and capacity ofthe resource; improve discipline and performance of civil servants; improve the well-being and improve thecoordination / consultation of personnel affairs.Keywords: Education; training; BKD performance.

Abstract: This research aims to know the supervision of health services in the operation of the depot drinkingwater refill in Bolaang Mongondow Regency South. This study uses qualitative methods with the informantsconsisting of the head of the section of health and environment (KESLING); 2 environmental health staffperson; The owner of the DAM (the Depot drinking water) 5 persons; Employees of 5 people. Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the magnitude of the leader of Village Head Competenceto the Success of Village Development in Ranolambot Village.The method that writer use in this research is quantitative method, is research method based onphilosophy of positivism, used for researcher on population or sample . The sampling technique used is asimple random sampling technique from research in Ranolambot Village of 55 people. Data analysistechniques used are simple linear regression analysis and simple correlation analysisBased on the analysis of Correlation Coefficient (r) = 0.812 while the coefficient of determination(r²) = 0.659. The result shows that the coefficient of determination is 65,9%. With these results can beexplained that the increase of Village Development Success in by Village Head Competency of 65.9% while34.1% is determined by other factors. Based on the results of the above research, the hypothesis put forwardcan be accepted that there is a degree of linkage and determination of power between the Village Head'sCompetence to the Successful Village Development in Ranolambot Village.Based on the results of significant tests obtained Fcount = 102.542 at a significant level of 0.05with degrees of freedom (df) = n - 2 = 53, then Ftabel 4.02. From the dat it is obtained that Fcount is greaterthan Ftable where Fcount 102.542> 4.02. Then Ha accepted and H0 rejected. This proves that there is asignificant amount of influence between the Village Head's Competence on the Success of VillageDevelopment in Ranolambot Village.Keywords: Village Head Competency, Successful Village Development
