Databcollection inbthisnstudy used thendocumentation method for the realization of FDI and PMDN, the amount of Gross Regional Domestic Product obtained from BPS,athe collected data was analyzed usingbmultiple linear regression analysis. Overallathe results of multiple linearnregressionaanalysis and hypothesis testing can be concluded that partially (T test) Foreign Investment (X1) has a significantaeffect on Regional Income with a significant value of 0.049 <0.05 and with at count value of 2.101 > t table 2.09302 . While Domestic Investment (X2) with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05 and a t-count value of 6.195 > t-table 2.09302 so from these results it can be concluded that Domestic Investment has a significant effect on Regional Income. And simultaneously (Test F) shows a significant result of 0.000 <0.05, which means that the FDI and PMDN variables simultaneously influence Regional Income. With a Determinant Coefficient (R Square) of 0.745, which meansbthat the influence caused by theathe independent variables in this case explaining Regional Income is 74.5%.]]>

<![CDATA[The background in this study is that there is an inconsistent relationship between capital structure and firm value, profitability and firm value and firm size and firm value. The phenomenon that occurs is very interesting for further research, because it is not in line with the conditions that should occur, namely when the capital structure, profitability, and company size increase, it will result in the company's value also increasing. This research aims to examine the Effect of Capital Structure, Profitability and Company Size on Firm Value in Manufacturing Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2015-2019 Period. Based on the results of the research and discussion that has been carried out, it can be concluded that the research results show that the capital structure variable does not have a significant positive effect on company value in Manufacturing Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2015-2019 period. The research results show that the profitability variable has no significant effect positively on company value in Manufacturing Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2015-2019 period. The test results for the coefficient of determination show that the value of R Square is 0.044. This shows that the value of capital structure, profitability and firm size in the regression model is 4.4%. So the influence contribution or proportion of the independent variable is 4.4%, this explains that the independent variable has a weak influence, while the remaining 95.6% is influenced by other factors not examined in this research.]]>

<![CDATA[This research is motivated by problems with the development of the labor force participation rate and provincial minimum wages which are not in line with the development of unemployment in West Sumatra in 1994-2023. This research aims to find out and analyze how much influence the level of labor force participation and the provincial minimum wage have on unemployment in West Sumatra. This research uses quantitative methods with associative research. The data used is secondary data taken from the West Sumatra Central Statistics Agency (BPS) for 1994-2023. The data collection techniques used were observation and documentation. The data analysis techniques used are classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination (R2) testing and hypothesis testing. This research uses SPSS ver. 25 to process data. The research results show that the labor force participation rate variable has a t-count > t-table value (9.113 > 2.052) with a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05, which means that the labor force participation rate has a significant and influential effect on unemployment in West Sumatra. The provincial minimum wage variable has a t-count > t-table value (6.688 > 2.052) with a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05, which means that the provincial minimum wage has a significant influence on unemployment in West Sumatra. Simultaneously, the level of labor force participation and the provincial minimum wage on unemployment in West Sumatra have a value of f-count > f-table (42.123 > 3.340) with a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05, which means that the level of labor force participation and the provincial minimum wage have a significant effect. simultaneous impact on unemployment in West Sumatra.]]>

<![CDATA[The use of internet media and social media platforms among millennial students studying Sharia Banking at the Sjech M. Djamil Djambek State Islamic University Bukittinggi has grown rapidly. However, this generation’s interest in investing in the capital market is still lacking because their knowledge about this is limited. This research aims to determine the influence of social media platforms on the millennial generation’s interest in investing in the capital market. The research method used is quantitative, with data collection through observation and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques include correlation analysis, simple linear regression analysis, t test, and determinant test. The results show that there is a significant influence of social media platforms on the investment interest of the millennial generation in the capital market, with a strong correlation and a large contribution.]]>

<![CDATA[The aim of this research is to examine the extent of the influence of the variables of Inflation and Economic Growth on the Provincial Minimum Wage variable in West Sumatra within the time range of 1996-2021, with a partially and simultaneously. The method used in this study is quantitative. The data source used is secondary data obtained from the Central Statistics Agency (Badan Pusat Statistik or BPS) in West Sumatra. Multiple linear regression is used as the statistical analysis with SPSS version 26 as the tool for processing the multiple regression. The research results show that partially inflation has a significant influence on the Provincial Minimum Wage resulting in a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. Next, Economic Growth partially has a significant influence on the Provincial Minimum Wage with a significant value of 0.009 <0.05. Furthermore, Inflation and Economic Growth together, or simultaneously, have a significant influence on the Provincial Minimum Wage in West Sumatra with a significant value of 0.001 <0.05. The coefficient test results indicate that the variables under study resulted in an Adjusted R Square value of 0.218. This means that inflation and economic growth can explain 21.8% of the variations that occur in the dependent variable.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine and analyze how much influence capital structure and investment decisions have on firm value in manufacturing companies in the Consumer Non Cylicals sector listed on the IDX for the 2018-2022 period. The type of research used is quantitative method and the type of data is secondary data accessed through the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (www.idx.co.id). The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling method with a total sample of 28 companies. The data analysis technique uses descriptive statistical analysis, classical assumption test, multiple linear analysis, coefficient of determination (R2) test, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study partially show that the Capital Structure variable has no significant effect on firm value as evidenced by the tcount < ttable (1.015 < 2.05183) with a significant value of 0.319 > 0.05. Investment decisions have a significant effect on firm value as evidenced by the results of tcount> ttable (2.540> 2.0518) with a significant value of 0.017 <0.05. Capital Structure and Investment Decision simultaneously have a significant effect on firm value as evidenced by the results of hypothesis testing which shows 0.014 <0.05 and comparison of fcount > ftabel, (5.019 > 3.35). The coefficient of determination test shows that the Adjusted R Square value (Coefficient of Determination) is 0.271. This means that the influence of the independent variables (Capital Structure and Investment Decision) is 27.1% and the remaining 72,9% is influenced by other variables.]]>

<![CDATA[The background of this research is whether there is an effect of murabahah financing on increasing the income of micro business customers at BPRS LPN Taeh Baruh Payakumbuh District. The type of data used is primary data obtained from respondents through distributing questionnaires. In taking samples using a random sampling method with a total of 76 respondents. The data analysis techniques used are validity tests, reliability tests, classic assumption tests consisting of normality tests and autocorrelation tests, simple linear regression tests, coefficient of determination tests and hypothesis tests. The results of research conducted using SPSS V 25 show that the murabahah financing variable has a significant influence on increasing income as evidenced by the results of t count (5.944) ≥ t table (1.995) and the significant value is smaller than 5%, namely (0.000) ≤ (0.05). And the results of the coefficient of determination test (R2) showed an R Square value of 0.323 or 32.3%, so it can be concluded that the variables of murabahah financing and increasing income have a weak influence with little contribution. Meanwhile, the remaining 67.7% was influenced by other factors not discussed in this research. Thus it can be concluded that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted.]]>

<![CDATA[The research aims to determine and analyze capital, length of business, choice of location and working hours on the income of micro business actors in the Nagari Tuo Pariangan tourist destination, Tanah Datar Regency. The data analysis method is a quantitative field research method. Sampling used a simple random sampling technique using judgment sampling from the total population by giving questionnaires directly to micro business actors. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis. The research results show that capital does not have a significant effect on the income of micro entrepreneurs in the Nagari Tuo Pariangan destination. Length of business does not have a significant effect on the income of micro business actors in the Nagari Tuo Pariangan destination. The choice of location does not have a significant effect on the income of micro business actors in the Nagari Tuo Pariangan destination. <![CDATA[This research was motivated by fluctuations in the percentage increase in the number of customers opening online accounts through Muamalat Din at PT Bank Muamalat Indonesia KC Payakumbuh, because this is new and not many people know about it. This research aims to determine and analyze the procedure for opening an online account via Muamalat Din and the effectiveness of opening an online account via Muamalat Din at Bank Muamalat Indonesia KC Payakumbuh. The research that the author conducted was a qualitative approach method, the data sources that the author took were primary data and secondary data. And data collection techniques using interviews and documentation. Meanwhile, the data analysis techniques obtained use data analysis, namely data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions and verification. Based on the results of the research and analysis carried out by the author, it can be concluded that opening an online account via Muamalat DIN can be said to be effective. This is because opening this account can make it easier for people who want to have an account at Bank Muamalat Indonesia KC Payakumbuh. Then it also makes it easier for people to carry out transactions anytime and anywhere comfortably. The level of effectiveness of opening an account can be seen from the indicators of accuracy of program targets, program outreach, achievement of program objectives, and program monitoring.]]>

<![CDATA[The growth of saving customers from year to year fluctuates, the increase in the number of customers at BPR Syariah Haji Miskin Cabang Payakumbuh from year to year sometimes increases, sometimes decreases. Competition between BPRS Haji Miskin Cabang Payakumbuh with other BPRS and with Sharia Commercial Banks which are required to provide the best service in order to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty as well as improve the company's image. The aim of this research is to find out and analyze whether there is an influence and how much influence service excellence has on customer satisfaction of savers at BPR Syariah Haji Miskin Cabang Payakumbuh. The method used in this research is quantitative with data collection techniques, namely observation and questionnaires. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique uses correlation analysis, simple linear regression analysis, namely Y a + bx, t-test and determinant test (R2) to see the contribution of the independent variable to the dependent variable. From the research data obtained through simple linear regression, it was obtained that Y 12.319 + 0.358 (X) this figure shows a positive value so it is concluded that variable X has an influence on variable Y at BPR Syariah Haji Miskin Cabang Payakumbuh. The coefficient of determination (R2) value was 0.270. This means that there is an influence between variable X on variable Y of 27%. The results of this research show that the service excellence variable (X) has a positive influence on the customer satisfaction variable (Y), although the influence is weak with a small contribution, from this research the service excellence variable can be said to contribute and have a positive influence on customer satisfaction because it obtains good results.
