Abstract

In today's era, the food industry has grown very rapidly, especially with the increasing demand for quality and innovative food. The rapidly growing industry today makes competition between companies in the world increasingly tight. Each company will compete to be at the forefront to meet consumer needs in the market in order to survive in the midst of competition. Every company or industry must have a vision and mission to continue to grow in addition to obtaining great profits. PT. TOM BURGER GROUP is one of the famous food industry companies in West Sumatra. The type of research used in this study is qualitative research with a descriptive approach. Qualitative research is a research procedure that produces descriptive data in the form of written or spoken words from people and observed behavior. The results of this study indicate that PT. TOM BURGER GROUP has carried out operational management well, but behind that there are still obstacles faced by the company in carrying out its operational management, but with the solutions implemented by PT. TOM BURGER GROUP can be expected that the company's operations will run well. The implementation of operational management has indeed been carried out at PT. Tom Burger Group by planning the production system, controlling production and implementing a production information system.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap minat wisatawan dalam melakukan pemesanan kamar di Nikita Palace Hotel Bukittinggi. Latar belakang penelitian adalah rendahnya minat wisatawan untuk memesan kamar, meskipun hotel telah berupaya memberikan pelayanan yang responsif, ramah, dan memperhatikan kebutuhan tamu. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan teknik accidental sampling dan pengumpulan data primer melalui kuesioner. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan uji regresi linear sederhana dan uji hipotesis dengan bantuan SPSS 24. Berdasarkan hasil analisis yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan SPSS 24 maka hasil penelitian yang didapat bahwa kualitas pelayanan tidak berpengaruh siginifikan terhadap minat wisatawan dengan nilai probabilitas 0,348 yang lebih besar dari signifikansi 0,05 (0,348 > 0,05) pada a 5% dengan nilai koefisien -,120, dan nilai adjusted R-Squared sebesar -0,001, dan nilai uji t hitung 0,944 < 1,663 t tabel, artinya kualitas pelayanan tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap minat wisatawan. Nilai koefisien Beta sebesar -0,120 menunjukkan bahwa meningkatnya kuaalitas pelayanan setiap satu satuan akan menurunkan minat wisatawan sebesar -0,120.. Artinya, peningkatan kualitas pelayanan justru menurunkan minat wisatawan untuk memesan kamar di hotel tersebut. Temuan ini mengindikasikan perlunya evaluasi lebih lanjut terhadap aspek pelayanan yang diberikan agar dapat meningkatkan minat wisatawan.

Abstract

The resulting globalization resulted in interactions between several countries with other countries in various parts of the world, resulting in international trade. In trade between countries, there are differences between countries, namely currency which is one of the characteristics. The benefit of this study is to see whether there is an influence of independent variables on dependent variables. In this study using an approach, this study uses time series data from 1993 to 2023, time series data obtained from the source of the Central Statistics Agency of West Sumatra Province. This study uses several test models including descriptive statistical tests, normality tests, autocorrelation, heteroscedasticity, multicollinearity, multiple linear regression, R² test, t test, and f test. The data obtained were processed using SPSS statistics version 26. The test carried out on the t test has a positive influence on the exchange rate t_calculated (4.577) > t_table (2.048), significant 0.000 <0.05. The test conducted on (X2) found that the interest rate had a negative effect on the exchange rate t_count (4.561) > t_table (2.048), with a significance of 0.000 < 0.05. The results of the f test conducted showed that inflation and interest rates equally affected the interest rate with a t_count value of 11.153 > t_table 3.33, and a significance of 0.00 < 0.005. The test conducted simultaneously using R square 0.443 / 44.3%, the test results together affected the exchange rate by 44.3% which means weak distribution, for 55.7% of 44.3% outside the variables studied.

Abstract

BAZNAS Bukittinggi city owns several fixed assets that are damaged and no longer used in institutional activities. Under PSAK No. 16, such assets should be derecognized. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method by analyzing financial reports related to fixed asset records, with data drawn from primary and secondary sources. The findings show that BAZNAS has implemented PSAK No. 16 in terms of recognition, acquisition, depreciation, and reporting. However, derecognition has not been applied, causing acquisition costs of damaged assets to remain in the financial statements. This results in losses on asset derecognition, which should be presented in the statement of changes in funds. According to BAZNAS and LAZ financial policies, differences arising from asset disposal must be reported in the financial statements under amil funds, zakat funds, or infak and sedekah funds.

Abstract

This research was conducted in Indonesia. The data used are secondary data obtained from BPS Indonesia. The purpose of this study is to determine how the quality of women’s resources in Indonesia. The benefits of this research is to be a material input and information for the parties concerned that directly or indirectly related. In this study used data analysis with descriptive method, that is analyzing data by reviewing and doing the study based on facts and data and information related to this research. From the results of the study note that the quality of women’s resources in Indonesia is still low. This can be seen from the low level of education of the Indonesian population viewed from the status of education, the participation rate of schools, and the education that was rescued. This is due to the high cost of education, uneven distribution of incomes of the population, where there are still many poor or underprivileged groups and the lack of awareness of the importance of education to improve the quality of women’s resources.    Abstrak Penelitian ini dilakukan di Indonesia. Data yang dipakai adalah data sekunder yang diperoleh dari BPS Indonesia. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimanakah kualitas sumber daya perempuan di Indonesia. Adapun manfaat dari penelitian ini adalah agar dapat menjadi bahan masukan dan informasi bagi pihak-pihak yang berkepentingan yang terkait langsung maupun tidak langsung. Dalam penelitian ini dgunakan analisa data dengan metode deskriptif, yaitu penganalisaan data dengan mengkaji serta melakukan penelaahan berdaarkan fakta-fakta dan data serta informasi yang berhubungan dengan penelitian ini. Dari hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa kualitas sumber daya perempuan di Indonesia masih rendah. Ini terlihat dari rendahnya tingkat pendidikan penduduk Indonesia dilihat dari status pendidikan, angka partisipasi sekolah, dan pendidikan yang ditamatkan. Hal ini disebabkan oleh mahalnya biaya pendidikan, distribusi pendapatan penduduk yang tidak merata, dimana masih banyak golongan penduduk miskin atau kurang mampu serta kurangnya kesadaran masyarakat akan pentingnya pendidikan untuk meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya perempuan.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi perbankan digital yang semakin pesat, di mana Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) sebagai bank syariah nasional turut menghadirkan prodouk tabungan emas digital (E-Mas) sebagai investasi modern melalui aplikasi BSI Mobile (BYOND). Penelitian ini dilakukan karena masih minimnya literasi pengguna, serta munculnya berbagai kendala teknis seperti kejahatan digital (skimming) di kalangan masyarakat dalam menggunakan tabungan emas  sebagai investasi modren. Oleh karena itu, penulis ingin mengetahui sejauh mana startegi BSI KCP Tembilahan dalam menjadikan tabungan emas sebagai investasi modern. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif yang bertujuan untuk menggambarkan dan menganalisis fenomena yang terjadi secara mendalam. Data yang digunkan dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari data primer dan data sekunder yang dikumpulkan melalui berbagai teknik. Data primer diperoleh langsung dari sumbernya melalui wawancara yang mendalam dengan pihak yang terkait, observasi lapangan, serta dokumentasi dari beberapa dokumen yang relevan. Sementara itu, data sekunder diperoleh dari literatur, laporan, dan sumber tertulis lainnya yang mendukung penelitian. Strategi yang dilakukan oleh BSI KCP Tembilahan dalam menjadikan tabungan emas sebagai investasi modern yang aman dari praktik skimming telah dilakukan secara komprehensif dan sistematis. Hal ini ditunjukkan melalui peningkatan minat nasabah dalam berinvestasi secara modern. Strategi yang diterapkan meliputi inovasi digital dan kemudahan akses bertransaksi, menyediatan layanan tabungan emas yang lengkap (Bank Emas), melakukan edukasi dan pemasaran yang inklusif, dan penguatan ekosistem dan layanan tabungan emas. Strategi yang paling dominan dari strategi yang di lakukan BSI KCP Tembilahan adalah strategi edukasi dan pemasaran yang inklusif, karena edukasi berperan sebagai pondasi utama yang menghubungan inovasi digital.

Abstract

This research is motivated by fluctuations in the percentage increase in the number of savings customers. IB Hajj at PT Bank Kb Bukopin Syariah Bukittinggi Branch, because relationship marketing is an approach taken by Relationship Officers to prospective customers. Current research aims to find out what or how the Role of Relationship Marketing on Customer Decisions in Using IB Hajj Savings at PT Bank Kb Bukopin Syariah Bukittinggi Branch. The research conducted by the author is using a method with a qualitative approach, where the data sources taken by the author are primary data and secondary data. As for the data collection techniques, namely observation techniques, interviews and field documentation techniques. And the data analysis technique carried out by the author is obtained through data analysis, namely reduction, display, conclusions and data verification. Through the results of research and analysis that has been done by the author, it can be concluded that relationship marketing is very instrumental in making customer decisions in using IB Hajj savings at PT Bank KB Bukopin Syariah Bukittinggi Branch. This can be seen from the increasing number of customers, increasing the trust of prospective customers in making decisions to use IB Hajj savings, establishing a good relationship between prospective customers and the bank and can also establish a good relationship between prospective customers and PT Bank KB Bukopin.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis peran Koperasi Simpan Pinjam dan Pembiayaan Syariah (KSPPS) Hidup Berkah Bermakna (HBB) Padang Panjang dalam meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan wawancara dan observasi, penelitian menemukan empat peran utama KSPPS, yaitu sebagai lembaga keuangan mikro syariah, peningkat akses keuangan, pendukung penguatan UMKM, serta pemberi dampak sosial- ekonomi bagi anggota. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa KSPPS HBB berperan cukup signifikan, terutama dalam membantu masyarakat terbebas dari ketergantungan pada rentenir melalui pembiayaan syariah yang lebih terjangkau. Meski demikian, KSPPS masih menghadapi kendala berupa rendahnya literasi keuangan, keterbatasan modal, keterbatasan sumber daya manusia, dan risiko kredit macet. Secara keseluruhan, peran KSPPS HBB terbukti berkontribusi positif terhadap peningkatan kesejahteraan ekonomi masyarakat.

Abstract

Employment social security programs, particularly the Old-Age Security Program (JHT), have received attention in various previous studies; however, studies that specifically examine their effect on the financial well-being of non-wage workers (BPU) at the local level remain limited. This study aimed to analyze the effect of the JHT program on the financial well-being of BPU workers in Lima Puluh Kota Regency. This study used a quantitative approach with a survey design. The research respondents were BPU workers selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected using a questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability, and were then analyzed using simple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS. The results showed that the JHT program had a significant effect on financial well-being, as indicated by a calculated t-value of 4.294, which was greater than the t-table value of 1.997, with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.005. However, the contribution of the JHT program to financial well-being was relatively limited, as shown by a coefficient of determination of 22.1%. These findings indicate that the financial well-being of BPU workers is also influenced by factors beyond the JHT program. This study contributes to the development of studies on financial well-being and life-cycle theory, while also expanding understanding of the role of social security in the context of informal sector workers. The implications of this study emphasize the importance of optimizing the JHT program, improving social security literacy, and strengthening the participation of BPU workers as efforts to support more sustainable financial well-being.

Abstract

Service quality, trust, and product security in mobile banking have received attention in various studies, but research specifically analyzing the influence of these three variables on customer satisfaction among BSI Mobile users at Bank Syariah Indonesia Dharmasraya Sub-Branch Office remains limited. This study aims to analyze the influence of service quality, trust, and BSI Mobile product security on customer satisfaction, both partially and simultaneously. This study used a quantitative approach with a survey design, involving 100 respondents selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected using a questionnaire developed based on the indicators of the research variables and were then analyzed using multiple linear regression with the assistance of the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) application. The results showed that service quality, trust, and product security had a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction among BSI Mobile users. Service quality was the most dominant factor influencing customer satisfaction, with a regression coefficient of 0.352 and a significance level of 0.000. In addition, trust and product security were also proven to have a significant effect on customer satisfaction, with significance values of 0.000 and 0.002, respectively. The conclusion of this study affirms that improving digital service quality, strengthening customer trust, and ensuring electronic transaction security are important factors in increasing user satisfaction with mobile banking services in Islamic banking. These findings contribute to the development of studies on service quality, trust, and information system security in the context of Islamic banking digital services, while also providing practical implications for strengthening the quality of BSI Mobile services.
