Abstract

This research aims to determine whether there is a significant influence between the competence of village officials on the accountability of village fund management. The population in this study is one of the village officials in Payakumbuh City, totaling 47 sub-districts. The sample in this study also consisted of 47 village officials using a satured sampling technique. The data collection method is a questionnaire. The data analysis method uses descriptive statistical analysis. The research result show that the competence of village fund management. This statement is based on the result of the partial test (t test) with a significance value of 0.008 which is 0.05 and seen from the calculated t value of 2.749 ˃ t table 2.011.

Abstract

The problem in this thesis occurred because there were still financing problems in the last five years at BMT Agam Madani nagari Kapau. This research uses a descriptive research method using a qualitative approach. the location of the research to be carried out is at BMT Agam Madani Nagari kapau. the data sources used are primary data sources obtained directly from informants by interviewing and secondary data sources using data in the form of documents, brochures, websites, profiles and organizational structures at BMT Agam Madani Nagari Kapau. Based on research conducted by researchers, the implementation of GCG runs efficiently in increasing company business progress. This is proven by the increasing number of customers at BMT Agam Madani Nagari Kapau. Imoroving risk management in reducing the risk of bad credit cannot be said to be running effectively and efficiently, whereas reducing the risk of fraud committed by employees is already running effectively,

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine "the influence of deposit fees (ujrah) and service quality on gold pawn customer satisfaction at the Bukittinggi Syariah Pegadaian". This investigation uses quantitative methodology, specifically an associative approach. The sample size is determined by the size of the population; because the number of individuals in the population was less than 100, the entire sample was used. Primary data was collected from respondents through distributing questionnaires. Meanwhile, multiple linear regression, classical assumption testing, and hypothesis testing were used to analyze the data. The results of hypothesis testing show that gold pawn customer satisfaction at sharia pawnshops is influenced simultaneously by the variables of service quality and deposit fees (ujrah). This is supported by a significant value of 0.025 <0.05. With a value of 0.042 <0.05, the service quality variable has a partially significant effect on consumer satisfaction with gold pawning at sharia pawnshops. With a significance level of 0.020 <0.05, the deposit cost variable (ujrah) has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction with gold pawning at sharia pawnshops. Based on the findings of this research, it can be concluded that service quality and deposit fees (ujrah) influence consumer satisfaction with gold pawning at sharia pawnshops by 10.9%. The remaining 89.1% is caused by foreign variables.

Abstract

This research aims to find out and analyze how much influence Profitability, Financial Leverage and Company Age have on Income Smoothing in Manufacturing Companies in the Consumer Goods Industry Sector Listed on the IDX for the 2018-2022 Period. This type of research is quantitative research, the type of data is secondary data which can be accessed via the official website of the Indonesian Stock Exchange (www.idx.co.id). The sampling technique used in this research was the Purposive Sampling method with a total sample of 33 companies. Data analysis techniques use descriptive statistical tests, classical assumption tests, coefficient of determination tests and hypothesis tests. The results of this research partially show that the Profitability variable has no significant effect on Income Smoothing as evidenced by the results of the t count < t table test of 1.763 > 2.05553. Financial Leverage has a significant effect on Income Smoothing as evidenced by the t test results > t table of 2.868 < 2.05553. Company age does not have a significant effect on Income Smoothing as evidenced by the results of the t test < t table of 0.207 > 2.05553. Profitability, Financial Leverage and Company Age simultaneously have a significant effect on Income Smoothing as evidenced by the results of the f test which shows a significance value of 0.003 < 0.05, meaning that Ha is accepted.

Abstract

The main objective of this research is to identify the influence of capital and activity power on the economic development of West Sumatra. Quantitative research method with data collection through monitoring and library research. Data analysis is attempted by trying classical assumptions such as autocorrelation, normality, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity. Next, Multiple Linear Regression Experiment, Limiting Coefficient Experiment (R2), and Assumption Experiment using T (partial) experiment and F (simultaneous) experiment are attempted. Information analysis using SPSS 25 proves that the elasticity of capital (X1) partially has a significant effect on economic growth (Y), with a total t of 2.306 which is greater than the t chart of 1.703 and a probability of 0.000. Likewise, the elasticity of activity power (X2) partially has a significant effect on economic growth with a total t value of 6.689 and a probability of 0.000. The F experiment proves that together, the elasticity of capital (X1) and activity power (X2) have a significant effect on economic growth (Y), with a total f number of 0.000 which is smaller than 0.05. The limiting coefficient (R2) of 0.831 proves that 83.1% of the changes in economic growth can be explained by the elasticity of capital and activity power while the remaining 16.9% are influenced by other aspects.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the increasing number of Umrah travel agencies. With the emergence of various travel agents in the market, consumers can choose which travel agent they want to use. This type of research uses a quantitative approach which shows how much influence promotion and brand image have on the decision to purchase Umrah packages at Al-Azhar Bukittinggi travel. This research uses primary data, namely questionnaires for pilgrims who have departed on the Al-Azhar Bukittinggi trip. The sample consisted of 81 congregations. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, observation and documentation. The data analysis techniques used are research instrument testing, classical assumption testing, determinant coefficient testing, and hypothesis testing. With a calculated t value of 5.389 > t table 1.665 and sig 0.000 < 0.05, it can be partially seen that the promotion variable has a strong positive influence on the choice of purchasing Umrah packages. The choice to purchase Umrah packages is not significantly influenced by brand image (sig value: 0.719 > 0.055). Judging from the determinant coefficient (R-Squere), the influence of brand image and promotion on purchasing decisions is 0.634. This shows that 63.4% of decisions to purchase Umrah packages at Al-Azhar Bukittinggi travel are influenced by different promotional focuses and brand images. Other factors play a role in the remaining 36.6% of decisions to purchase Umrah packages at Al-Azhar Bukittinggi travel.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the decreasing number of customers at the Eco Park Syariah Tan Kayo cottage and the services and facilities provided were not optimal. The purpose of this research is to analyze the marketing mix strategy implemented by Eco Park Syariah Tan Kayo cottage in an effort to attract customer interest and to analyze the obstacles to the marketing mix strategy implemented by Eco Park Syariah Tan Kayo cottage in attracting customer interest. This type of research is research using a qualitative approach. The primary data source is Cottage Eco Park Syariah Tan Kayo. Secondary data in this research consists of the organizational structure of archival data, documents, reports and other books related to this research. The collected data was then analyzed using descriptive methods. The data collection methods used in this research are literature study, interviews, observation and documentation. The result of this research is that the marketing strategy carried out by Cottage Eco Park Syariah Tan Kayo is by using the 7P marketing mix application which consists of product, price, place, promotion, people, process, and physical evidence that do not conflict with Islamic business law. Cottage Eco Park Syariah Tan Kayo developed a special marketing strategy that is able to attract customer interest by differentiating the facilities and rules that apply so that they are different from other accommodations, besides that customers feel safe and comfortable because they have carried out a muamalah process that is based on sharia and of course avoid adultery because of the strict selection of guests at Cottage Eco Park Syariah Tan Kayo.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the occurrence of fluctuations in the increase in the number of customers and the increase in the number of problematic financing customers of PT. BPRS Jam Gadang Perseroda, because the number of problematic financing customers is closely related to the implementation of good corporate governance (GCG) in risk management. This study aims to determine how the Implementation of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) in Risk Management at PT. BPRS Jam Gadang (PERSERODA). The research that the author did was with a qualitative approach method, the data sources that the author took were from primary data and secondary data. And data collection techniques with observation, interviews, and documentation. While the data analysis technique obtained using data analysis, namely data reduction, data display, conclusions and verification. Based on the results of research and analysis that the authors conducted, it can be concluded that the Implementation of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) in Risk Management at PT BPRS Jam Gadang (PERSERODA) shows that the company has run it well, adhering to principles such as transparency, accountability, responsibility, openness, and independence. The bank develops risk management strategies to effectively manage its activities and maintain good operational performance. And there are two obstacles faced, namely laws and regulations made by the bank, and the quality of human resource investment.

Abstract

The problem examined in this research is the influence of income and lifestyle on the consumption patterns of the people of Pandang Tangah sub-district, East Payakumbuh sub-district, Payakumbuh city. This research aims to find out and analyze how much influence income and lifestyle have on the consumption patterns of the people of Padang Tangah Payobadar sub-district, East Payakumbuh sub-district, Payakumbuh city. This research uses a quantitative approach with quantitative descriptive methods. The researchers used data collection techniques through surveys, observations and questionnaires. The data used in this research is primary data. The analysis techniques used are research instrument tests (validity and reliability tests), classical assumption tests (normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, autocorrelation test), multiple linear regression test, determinant coefficient test, hypothesis test (T test and F test) . so that it can be seen the influence of income and lifestyle on the consumption patterns of the people of Padang Tangah Payobadar sub-district, East Payakumbuh sub-district, Payakumbuh city. The results of the research show that the income variable has a t-count > t-table value (3.997 > 1.985) with a significant value of 0.001 < 0.05, which means that the income variable has a significant and influential effect on the consumption patterns of the people of Padang Tangah Payobadar sub-district, East Payakumbuh sub-district, Payakumbuh city. The lifestyle variable has a value of t-count < t-table (0.720 < 1.985) with a significance of 0.473 > 0.05) which means that the lifestyle variable has no effect on the consumption patterns of the people of Padang Tangah Payobadar sub-district, East Payakumbuh sub-district, Payakumbuh city. Simultaneously, income and lifestyle on the consumption patterns of the people of Padang Tangah Payobadar sub-district, East Payakumbuh sub-district, Payakumbuh city has a value of f-count > f-table (16.384 > 3.09) with a significant value of (0.001 < 0.05) which means lower income and Lifestyle simultaneously influences the consumption patterns of the people of Padang Tangah Payobadar sub-district, East Payakumbuh sub-district, Payakumbuh city.

Abstract

A country's economic development cannot be separated from international trade, particularly through imports and exports, which is the driving force of this research. The government uses export and import policies to promote economic expansion. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of imports and exports on the economic growth of West Sumatra Province. This research uses quantitative methods. The data collection method is a time series from 1994 to 2023 obtained from the Central Statistics Agency of West Sumatra Province. The tests performed were multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination test, t-test, f-test, normality test, autocorrelation test, heteroscedasticity test and multicollinearity test. The IBM SPSS Statistics version 27 program was used to process these data. The multiple linear regression analysis results in the equation: Y= 3003733.844 + 62.296X1 – 9.358X2. The constant value is 3003733.844. The t-test then shows that imports have no impact on economic growth, with a significant value (0.768 > 0.05) and the calculated t-value is smaller than the t-table (0.298 <2.5553). Exports have an effect if the calculated t-value is greater than the t-table (5.208 > 2.5553). Taken together, it shows that imports and exports have a large impact on value (0.000 < 0.05). With an R-squared value of 0.695, exports and imports are highly correlated with GDP growth of 69.5%. Meanwhile, factors not discussed in this study affect the remaining 30.5%.
