This dedication article aims to socialize the miracles of the Qur'an in the scientific field. Based on our observation that the public does not know what scientific content the Qur'an has. The findings from the results of this dedication are people with an educational background who have a good understanding of the delivery of material content, it is different from ordinary people, their impression of this program is good and requires a slow delivery strategy so that the message conveyed can be understood. This activity provides many benefits to the Radio community listeners loyal to Baiturrahman in increasing insight, literacy in understanding the miracles of the Qur'an.

The press was given the freedom to seek, cultivate and to spread the word that corresponds to the code of ethics of journalism to keep its integrity. This study aims to look at the implementation of the code of journalism ethics on crime news in Harian Serambi Indonesia. Using the content analysis method with a documentation technique that collects data in the form of criminal clipping. Analysis of the data using content analysis with a reliability test using the formula R. Holsty and reinforced by the formula Scott Pi, where the threshold of 0.75. And the results of reliability test CR - 1 and pi = 1, qualified to conduct this research. This means Harian Serambi Indonesia has implemented the Code of Journalism Ethics at writing crime news.

Communication and the masses have a strategic role in responding various problems that exist. In fact, communication and mass can be a form of early education that directly targets the wider community effectively and efficiently. The main discussion in this research is related to the important role of mass communication in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, as a form of prevention and early education to the public. The results of this study are, first, that communication and the masses have a central role in responding to the COVID-19 pandemic. Second, that the problems caused by the COVID-19 pandemic which has become a global problem have the potential to trigger a new social order or reconstruction, thus it is necessary to have close communication between stakeholders and the community in responding to this problem. This research was a study conducted on transgender as one of the media spotlight. This study aimed to describe how the media portrays the existence of transgender in Indonesia through media. In this case the researchers looked at the cases of Dena Rachman. Results showed that there was particular justification of media in portraying negatively the behavior of people who become transgender or the like. The portrayal makes people against for the decision and behavior taken by Dena Rachman. Changing the male identity to be a female is very unusual. Especially for those who think that identity is inherent and unchangeable. Yet this identity is socially constructed and liquid. Dena Rachman’a changing reinforces the notion that gender is only two, namely men and women. Keywords: Transgender, Mass Media, Social Construction.

Abstract: During the Covid 19 pandemic, many new regulations were established, both the implementation of the New Normal Era and the Health Protocol. This regulation applies throughout the world, including in Indonesia and Aceh. The mass media has a special role in disseminating information about health protocols in the new normal era. Seeing this, the researchers conducted research on how the Acehnese people understood the application of health protocols in the new normal era that had been reported or informed through mass media, both printed media, online media and even electronic media. In Banda Aceh, social sanctions are imposed for those who violate health protocols. This study uses qualitative research methods with data collection techniques using google form where the researcher also carries out a social distancing policy in accordance with the regulations in the new normal era. The result of this research is that the people of Banda Aceh understand about the Health Protocol regulations and how they are implemented, as well as the sanctions that will be imposed when they violate the regulations, but even though they understand this, there are still many Banda Aceh people who are subject to sanctions.Keywords: Mass Media, Health Protocol, New Normal, Banda Aceh City

The Web Series “Ustadz Millenial” tells the story of a life that tells the story of the life of a young man who aspires to become a young ustadz. However, his family's troubles and death are his dreams. But he still tries to realize his ideals by preaching through social media. Based on the background above, the purpose of this study is to answer how the signified and the signifier as well as the object (referent) are displayed in the series "Ustadz Millenial" and what are the da'wah messages contained in the series "Ustadz Millenial". In its analysis, this study uses a qualitative approach with the semiotic method of Ferdinand de Saussure which focuses on the signifier and the signified as well as the object (referrent). The data studied are pieces of images, text, sounds, or sounds contained in the series "Ustadz Millenial". The results of the study show that the "Millenial Ustadz" series is full of da'wah messages, including; an invitation to use patience, forgive each other, maintain friendship, try and endeavor, keep fifteen, be devoted to both parents, preach through social media that is developing with technology in today's era, and display the hijab as a suggestion to cover the genitals.

This qualitative study aimed to investigate how the academic community at a university in Aceh, Indonesia, views the handling of cases of sexual violence on campus. After conducting preliminary research, this research was continued by conducting in-depth interviews with nine students, three lecturers, and two university leaders. Through thematic analysis, this study found that although students are at high risk of becoming victims, some students still deny the potential for sexual violence on campus because of the lack of critical consciousness and the absence of standard rules from the university regarding sexual violence. On another side, the researchers found the emergence of resistance among female students against the sexual violence issue, even though it did not base on critical awareness and collective organization. The implication of this research is the potential for dealing with cases of sexual violence by utilizing the seeds of resistance that arise among students. Future research should explore how the academic community in higher education builds critical awareness in a collaborative and participatory way to deal with the issue of sexual violence.

Abstract: Online games are a game that is very loved today. In Banda Aceh City, there are very many online game players based on online gambling. This is very troubling for the people of Aceh, especially Banda Aceh City. Seeing this, the Aceh Ulema Consultative Assembly (MPU) made a ban or prohibit online gambling games. This research was conducted to see the response of online game players to the ban using qualitative research methods. Research data were obtained from field observations and interviews. From this research it was found that there were several forms of prohibition made by the Aceh MPU regarding online games, especially online gambling, namely fatwa, tausiyah and matlumat. The results of this research can also be seen that many online gambling players are also found in crowded places such as coffee shops that use Wifi, which is usually visited a lot to complete tasks or work, although there has been a fatwa prohibiting playing online gambling. So researchers hope that the Aceh government can take stricter action for rule breakers, as well as be more aggressive in socializing about the ban on online gambling.Keywords: Online Games; Bans; Majelis Permusyawaratan Ulama Aceh.Abstrak: Game online merupakan sebuah game yang sangat digandrungi saat ini. Di Kota Banda Aceh sangat marak pemain game online yang berbasis judi online. Hal ini sangat meresahkan masyarakat Aceh, khususnya Kota Banda Aceh. Melihat hal tersebut Majelis Permusyawaratan Ulama (MPU) Aceh membuat larangan atau mengharamkan permainan judi online. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk melihat respon para pemain game online terhadap larangan tersebut dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Data penelitian diperoleh dari observasi lapangan dan wawancara. Dari penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa ada beberapa bentuk larangan yang dibuat oleh MPU Aceh terkait game online terkhususnya judi online, yaitu fatwa, tausiyah dan matlumat. Hasil dari penelitian ini juga dapat dilihat bahwa banyak ditemukan pula pemain judi online ini di tempat ramai seperti warung kopi yang menggunakan Wifi, yang biasanya banyak dikunjungi untuk menyelesaikan tugas atau pekerjaan, meskipun sudah ada fatwa yang melarang untuk bermain judi online. Sehingga peneliti berharap agar pihak Pemerintah Aceh dapat mengambil tindakan yang lebih tegas untuk pelanggar aturan, juga dapat lebih gencar melakukan sosialisasi tentang larangan judi online.Kata Kunci: Game Online; Larangan; Majelis Permusyawaratan Ulama Aceh.
