Abstract

Turnover intention is an employee's desire to resign from work with the aim of looking for anew job based on their abilities and a feeling of dissatisfaction with work achievements sofar, therefore there is a turnover of employees in a company without any coercion fromoutside parties or, hence the cause employee turnover due to factors that influence it. Thisresearch aims to find out whether work stress has a direct effect on turnover intention. Tofind out whether workload has a direct effect on turnover intention. To find out whether thework environment has a direct effect on turnover intention. The sample for this research is allemployees at CV. Mitra Sahabat Grup totaling 45 people. Data collection usesquestionnaires and literature studies, and data analysis uses validity tests, reliability tests,normality tests, linearity tests, homogeneity tests, multiple regression analysis, T tests, Ftests, and coefficient of determination (R2) tests using the program (SPSS) . The researchresults show that there is a positive and significant influence of Job Stress on TurnoverIntention. There is a positive and significant influence of Workload on Turnover Intention.There is a positive and significant influence of the work environment on turnover intention

Abstract

Customer loyalty is a form of customer loyalty to the company for purchasing the company's products. Customers who are loyal will of course make repeat purchases of the products they buy. The aim of this research is to find out whether there is a direct influence on service quality, price and customer satisfaction on customer loyalty among Metro City Memories Coffee consumers. This research uses a quantitative method by measuring research variables using an instrument in the form of a questionnaire given by Kopi Kenangan consumers in Metro City. The research population was all consumers of memorable coffee with samples taken using an accidental sampling technique so that the number of samples encountered during the research period was 68 people. The collected questionnaire data was then analyzed using a path analysis formula with two structural models. The research results show that there is a direct influence of service quality on satisfaction, there is a direct influence of price on satisfaction, there is a direct influence of service quality on loyalty, there is a direct influence of price on loyalty and there is a direct influence of customer satisfaction on loyalty.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of products, prices and promotions on smartphone purchasing decisions based on locations in Alun Cell, Kota Baru, Central Lampung. Quantitative descriptive research method, non-probability sampling technique using accidental, the respondents were 96 Alun Cell consumers. The results of the research show that there is a direct influence of products on purchasing decisions, there is a direct influence of price on purchasing decisions, there is a direct influence of promotion on purchasing decisions, there is a direct influence of products on location, there is a direct influence of promotion on location, and there is a direct influence of location on purchasing decisions smartphones.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out whether online-based marketing has a direct effect onincreasing sales. To find out whether online-based marketing has a direct effect onsatisfaction. To find out whether increasing sales has a direct effect on satisfaction. To findout whether online-based marketing has an indirect effect on increasing sales. Thepopulation in this research is 76 food traders in Way Bungur District. The sample in thisresearch was food traders of Way Bungur District, totaling 32 people. In this research, a pathanalysis model is used because between the independent variable and the dependent variablethere is mediation that influences it. This research consists of three variables. Namely online-based marketing as the independent variable, increasing sales as the dependent variable andsatisfaction as the intervening variable. Based on the results of the research and discussion,several conclusions can be drawn that partially online-based marketing (ξ1) has a positiveand significant influence on increasing sales (η2). There is no direct influence betweenonline-based marketing on satisfaction. There is no direct influence between increasing saleson satisfaction. There is an indirect influence between online-based marketing on increasingsales through the satisfaction variable

Abstract

The HR Performance Assessment aims to ensure the objectivity of civil servant development which is based on an achievement system and career system. Assessments are carried out based on performance planning at the individual level and unit or organization level, taking into account targets, achievements, results and benefits achieved, as well as employee behavior. In this case, the researcher intends to look at HR assessment in terms of employee attendance and work effectiveness with leadership style as an element that can strengthen the influence of these two things on employee performance. This research aims to find out whether absenteeism has an effect on employee performance, to find out whether work effectiveness has an effect on performance, to find out whether absenteeism has an effect on employee performance which is moderated by leadership style and to find out whether work effectiveness has an effect on employee performance which is moderated. by leadership style. The sample for this research was all employees at DISPORAPAR Metro City, totaling 48 people. Data collection used questionnaires and literature studies, and data analysis used validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests, linearity tests, homogeneity tests, moderated regression analysis, T tests, and coefficient of determination tests (R2) using the program (SPSS). The research results show that there is an influence on employee performance through absenteeism and work effectiveness and leadership style can moderate the influence of absenteeism and work effectiveness on employee performance.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how work culture influences employee performance. To find out how work motivation influences employee performance. To find out how the work environment influences employee performance. To find out how the influence of work culture on employee performance is moderated by leadership style. To find out how the influence of work motivation on employee performance is moderated by leadership style. To find out how the work environment influences employee performance which is moderated by leadership style. The sample for this research was all employees at the Metro City Social Service, totaling 43 people. Data collection used questionnaires and literature studies, and data analysis used validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests, linearity tests, moderated regression analysis, T tests, and coefficient of determination (R2) tests using the program (SPSS). The results of the research show that there is a positive and significant influence on employee performance through work culture and work motivation, whereas in the work environment variable there is no positive and significant influence found and leadership style can moderate the influence of culture and work motivation on employee performance, but not the influence of the work environment on employee performance

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of packaging, price, and product quality on consumer repurchase interest at Mixue Ahmad Yani Metro. With respondents totaling 68 consumers.This type of research uses the causal association method and the descriptive method using a quantitative approach. This study uses sampling techniques such as non-probability sampling, purposive sampling, and accidental sampling. Data collection in this study involves observation, interviews, and questionnaires.The results of this study indicate that: (1) Packaging has a significant effect on the Repurchase Interest variable with a tcount value of 2.477> t table 1.997. (2) Price has a significant effect on the Repurchase Interest variable with a tcount value of 4.599> t table 1.997. (3) Product quality has a significant effect on repurchase interest, with a tcount value of 1.284 < ttable 0.1997. (4) Packaging, Price and Product Quality have a positive and significant effect together on Repurchase Interest with an Fcount value of 66.987, which is positive and > from the Ftable value of 2.75.

Abstract

The Traditional Crafts Industry, especially the Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) ofAllysa Tapis Lampung, faces challenges in business competition and the sustainability oftheir business amidst dynamic changes in the business environment and diverse consumerpreferences. The main obstacles faced are increasingly fierce competition, limited access towide markets, ineffective marketing strategies, and constraints in product innovation. Thisstudy aims to analyze the business strategy in SMEs of Traditional Crafts Allysa TapisLampung in Yosodadi-Metro Timur Village in facing increasingly fierce businesscompetition. The research was conducted using a qualitative approach with a descriptivemethod. Data collection methods include interviews, observations, and documentation.Primary data were obtained directly from informants through interviews with the owners ofAllysa Tapis Lampung SMEs in Yosodadi Metro Timur. Meanwhile, secondary data wereobtained from various references related to the research. The results of the analysis indicate that Allysa Tapis Lampung SMEs face various challenges in maintaining theircompetitiveness in the market. Therefore, several business strategies are proposed, includingproduct diversification, quality improvement, market expansion, and branding reinforcement.Additionally, collaborative efforts with local governments and other relevant parties are alsoconsidered important to support the growth of these SMEs. In conclusion, it is found thatAllysa Tapis Lampung SMEs can enhance their competitiveness by utilizing digital marketingstrategies, adapting to changes in consumer trends, and conducting comprehensive analysesof changes in monthly income and influencing factors

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine whether there is an influence of work morale on employee performance with compensation as a moderating variable at PT. Marm Maju Sejahtera. Success in company productivity depends on employee morale and the compensation provided. This research uses quantitative research, the sample in this research was 36 employees. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire, with data analysis using Validity Test, Reliability Test, Normality Test, Linearity Test, Homogeneity Test, MRA Interaction Test, R Determination Test, and Statistical Hypothesis Test. By using the data processing program SPSS version 22. The results of the research show that work enthusiasm influences work productivity. Abstract

This study aims to determine whether product knowledge, halal labels, brand awareness influence purchasing decisions for BFC Restar Batanghari. To find out whether moderation between group recommendations on brand awareness influences the purchasing decision of BFC Restar Batanghari. This research is a quantitative study using a sample of 68 samples. The objects in this study are halal labels, brand awareness, purchasing decisions and group recommendations. This research was conducted at BFC Restara Batanghari which is addressed at Jl. Raya Batanghari, Banar Joyo, Kec. Batanghari, East Lampung. Data collection using questionnaires distributed to research samples. Data analysis using Moderated Anaysis Regression analysis. The results showed that product knowledge had a significant and significant effect on purchasing decisions, the Halal Label had a significant effect on purchasing decisions for BFC Restar Batanghari consumers. Brand awareness can influence purchasing decisions. In this case, brand awareness that has an influence is on the aspect of brand superiority and that which is less influential is showing the brand. the effect of product knowledge on purchasing decisions is not moderated by group recommendation variables. The effect of the halal label on purchasing decisions is moderated by the group recommendation variable which is quite strong. Group recommendation moderation does not affect the relationship between brand awareness and purchasing decisions.
