Abstract

Penelitian dikerjakan di Pabrik Gula Gending Kabupaten Probolinggo dengan tujuan untuk menganalisis pengendalian persediaan bahan baku tebu, dan untuk mencari tahu anggaran persediaan bahan baku tebu sebelum serta setelah dianalisis mengenakan metode Economic Order Quantity (EOQ). Jenis penelitian yang dipakai ialah deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi didalam penelitian ini ialah realiasi persediaan bahan baku tebu tahun 2022. Metode pengamatan data yang dipakai ialah metode Economic Order Quantity (EOQ), Safety Stock, Reorder Point (ROP), dan Total Inventory Cost (TIC). Perolehan Penelitian manampakkan jika total pembelian atau pemesanan optimal (EOQ) sebanyak 21.587,31 ton, dengan total persediaan pengaman (Safety Stock) sebanyak 1.285,23 ton, pemesanan kembali (Reorder Point) sebanyak 2.570,46 ton, serta dengan mengenakan metode EOQ untuk sebuah pengendalian bahan baku tebu lebih efisien dan meminimalkan anggaran pesanan yang dikeluarkan daripada dengan kebijakan industri yang berlaku, semua ini ditunjukkan dengan keberadaan selisih pada total anggaran persediaan. anggaran total persediaan menurut metode EOQ sebanyak Rp. 362,397,816,08 per masa giling sedang menurut kebijakan industri sebanyak Rp. 717.938.808,05 per masa giling, hingga ada selisih sebanyak Rp. 355.540.991,97.

Abstract

Penelitian yang dilakukan di Violet Bakery Kota Probolinggo bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepercayaan, kualitas informasi, dan kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian secara parsial. Desain penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan kausal. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan non-probability sampling dengan metode accidental sampling. Populasi penelitian ini adalah 203 responden dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 40 responden. Data dianalisis menggunakan statistic berupa uji validitas, reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi berganda, serta pengujian dan pengolahan hipotesis dengan SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepercayaan, kualitas informasi dan kualitas produk berpengaruh secara parsial dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

This research was conducted on BSI KCP Probolinggo Soetta with the aim of knowing the effect of cross selling and telemarketing customer service on sales of gold installment products BSI KCP Probolinggo Soetta. The type of research used is descriptive quantitative, through independent (free) cross selling and telemarketing customer service variables and the dependent variable (tied) sales of gold installment products. The population in this study used were customers at BSI KCP Probolinggo Soetta. Samples were taken as many as 83 customers from a total population of 475. Sampling using incidental sampling technique. The data sources use: (1) primary data, (2) secondary data. Data analysis methods used include: descriptive statistics, validity and reliability testing, classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination (R Square) and partial hypothesis testing. The conclusion of the research from the partial test shows that cross selling and telemarketing customer service have an influence on the sale of gold installment products

Abstract

This research is to find out how much influence leadership and compensation styles have on employee performance at CV. Bright Light Supermarket Probolinggo City. The type of research used in this study is a type of quantitative research with an associative approach. This study uses Observation, Documentation, Interview, Questionnaire methods using primary data and secondary data obtained from questionnaires and processed data. The sample in this study were 72 employees. The results of this study indicate that leadership style has a dominant influence on employee performance. The results of this study also show that Leadership Style and Compensation have a simultaneous and partial effect on employee performance. CV. Sinar Terang Supermarket Kota Probolinggo pays close attention to Leadership Style and Compensation to be able to improve employee performance, because the better the work given, the company will get good results in the future.

Abstract

The decision to purchase KFC in Probolinggo City can be maximized if the conditions are met properly. One factor in improving product quality is by providing good product quality and prices that match the quality of the products being marketed. This research aims to determine the influence of product quality and price on partial purchasing decisions at KFC Probolinggo City. This research method is quantitative with a causal associative approach. The population of this research is consumers who made purchases at KFC Probolinggo City in February 2022, totaling 719 consumers. The sampling technique used non-probability sampling, namely accidental sampling. The sample in this research was 75 respondents. The data sources used in this research came from primary data and data secondary. Data was collected through questionnaires and completed through data analysis methods in the form of validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple regression analysis, coefficient of determination (R-Square) and hypothesis testing. The results of the research show that partial product quality has no significant effect on Purchasing decisions and price partially have a significant effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This research was conducted on MAX GYM Fitness Center Probolinggo Members with the aim of this research being to examine Perceived Price, Public Relations, and WOM on Decisions to Use Fitness Center Services among MAX GYM Fitness Center Probolinggo Members. The population in this study were members of the MAX GYM Fitness Center Probolinggo. The sample in this study used the technique used in this research, namely the slovin technique, totaling 60 members of the MAX GYM Fitness Center Probolinggo. Analysis was carried out using the Multiple Linear Regression model. The results of this research show that: (1). Perceived Price has a positive and significant influence on the Perceived Price variable on Service Use Decisions, (2). The Public Relations variable has a positive and significant effect on the Public Relations variable on Service Use Decisions, (3). WOM has a positive and significant influence on the WOM variable on service use decisions.

Abstract

The aim of the study was to find out whether the influence of work discipline, Work Ethics and competence has a partial effect on the performance of the employees of the Regional Drinking Water Company (PDAM) in Probolinggo City. The type of research used is descriptive quantitative, while the respondents in this study were employees of the Regional Drinking Water Company (PDAM) in Probolinggo City. The data collection method used saturated sampling, and obtained 69 respondents and a linear regression analysis tool using the SPSS 26 application. The methods of collecting information used in the research were: interviews, documentation and questionnaires. Partially, it affects the performance of employees of the Probolinggo Municipal Water Supply Company (PDAM). Results of the t (partial) test show that there is a positive and significant influence of work discipline and competency variables on the performance of employees of the Probolinggo Regional Drinking Water Company (PDAM).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of brand image and product quality on purchasing decisions at UD. Jaya Abadi partially. The research method used in this study is a quantitative research method using a sample of 100 consumers of UD. Jaya Abadi. The independent variables in this study are brand image and product quality with purchasing decisions as the dependent variable. Sampling using incidental sampling technique. The data analysis method used in this research is the primary data distribution of the questionnaire. Data processing is done using SPSS computer software. The results of the validity and reliability test showed that r arithmetic > r table, and from the overall number showing the Cronbach Alpha value > 0.60 it was stated that all variables in the reliability research test were declared reliable. Based on the T-test, the results of t count 4.664 > t table 1.985 and sig value 0.000 <0.05 which means that there is an influence of brand image on purchasing decisions at UD. Jaya Abadi and t count 2.602 > t table 1.985 and sig 0.011 <0.05 which means it means that there is an influence of product quality on purchasing decisions at UD. Jaya Abadi

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan menguji pengaruh variabel lokasi, harga dan serta fasilitas terhadap minat beli ulang Cafe Ono Roso. Desain penelitian berfokus pada analisis kausal yaitu sebab akibat. Populasi penelitian yang digunakan merupakan seluruh mahasiswa FEB Universitas Panca Marga yang berstatus aktif saat ini. Sampel yang digunakan yaitu 102 responden. Kuesioner digunakan untuk membantu peneliti mengumpulkan data yang dibantu dengan teknik skala likert 1-5, kemudian diolah dengan bantuan spss untuk mendapatkan hasil berdasar analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelian menunjukkan bahwa lokasi, harga dan fasilitas berpengaruh terhadap minat beli ulang konsumen pada Cafe Ono Roso
