Abstract

Conflict is an unavoidable fact of life and often creative. Conflicts occured when the purpose of society is not the same way. Various of disagreements and conflicts can usually be resolved without violence, and often by results in better situation for most or all of the parties involved. The purpose of this study to know perceptions and expectations of Tani Saiyo Cooperative towards conflict by PT. Citra Riau Sarana in Perhentian Luas District of Logas Tanah Darat Regency of Kuantan Singingi. Determination of the respondents used is key informan. Determination of sample conducted census sampling by thorough sampling techniques. Respondent was taken only 30 members of Tani Saiyo Cooperative as sample. The techniques of data collection used the method of survey. The data has beenob tained qualitative descriptive. The tabulation has done by making distribution of respondents from each of the variables studied. To describe perception variables conflict towards Tani Saiyo cooperative was used 5W+1H. While, expectation variable Scale of Liker's Summated Rating (LSR) was used. The results showed that:(1) Perceptions of Tani Saiyo Cooperative in Perhentian Luas Village has understanding of conflict issue by measured of perception towards of the conflict understanding, perceptions of understanding of the  perpetrators purposes of conflict and perception of conflict perpetrators. (2) Expectations of Tani Saiyo cooperative towards of conflict in the category of high expectations with the score 3,60 as measured from goal, pathway thinking and agency thingking. Abstract

This research aimed to determine the perception, interest, and the relationship between perception and interest the pineapple farmers on pineapple agroindustry in Village of Kualu Nenas Subdistrict Tambang Kampar Regency. The method taked of data used is a survey method. The population in this study is the pineapple farmers who are members of farmer groups combined (GaPokTan). Intake of respondents in this study conducted with purposive sampling with consideration only the cultivation of pineapple farmers with 45 respondents. Data were analyzed with descriptive method. Variable perception and interest were analyzed with Likert's Summated Rating Scale, while the relationship of perception and interest were analyzed by spearman rank correlation. The results showed that the perception of pineapple farmers on pineapple agroindustry have good category with score 4,05. Interest of pineapple farmers on pineapple agroindustry is high enough with score 3,31. The relationship between perception and interest pineapple farmers with spearman rank correlation showed a positive and significant correlation at the 0,01 level with correlation coefficient value 0,477. This means that the better pineapple farmer’s perception on pineapple agroindustry, the better pinapple farmer’s interest on pineapple agroindustry, and rather the worse then getting a bad perception also of interest.   Keywords: Perception, Interest, Relationship Perception and Interest, Pineapple Agroindustry

Abstract

The purpose of this research is knowing motivation of broiler breeders in partnering and problems in partnership with PT. Pelita Trikencana Bersinar in Kampar Kiri Tengah District, Kampar Regency. Type of research is a descriptive study using quantitative data and qualitative. Data collection was done through interviews with the help of questionnaires. The data analysis used is descriptive statistics analysis tool factors. Descriptive analysis results indicate a partnership is a partnership that is run plasma core system, with the system and partner acceptance procedures are clearly specified in the letter of agreement. In addition, the contract price of feed, DOC, and live shicken price agreed in the contract signed by each production period. The result of factor analysis showed 7 variables qualify resulting in 2 motivation formations. Motivation formation named the main motivation and motivational support. Motivation that encourages breeders in partnership is the main motivation consists of variable control (X2), working conditions (X5), achievement (X6), employment (X8), and material needs (X9). The main motivation have real influence is the motivation broiler breeders in prtnering. While supporting motivation consists of variable interpersonal relationships (X3), and compensation (X4). Motivational support has a role that is lower than the primary motivation. The results of descriptive analysis shows that the dominant problems occur is unilateral cooperation contract, the contract price is the determined unilaterlly sapronak and production, lack of clear quality standars sapronak sent the core, late harvest, the absence of an arbitration body, and the absence of institutional support. Abstract

This study was conducted in Nagari Sungai Tarab Simpuruik Tanah Datar, Nagari Simpuruik been divided into two Jorong namely Jorong Simpuruik and Sijangek. This study was conducted to identify local wisdom that never existed and still exists today, as well as analyzing the local wisdom that are environmentally friendly and any strategy in maintaining indigenous rice crops. The author's purpose which is to collect old culture that has been lost and record any culture that has been lost, thereby maintaining local knowledge of the area. The method used is qualitative the research methods used to examine the condition of natural objects. The sampling technique using snowball sampling techniques in sequence to obtain the saturation point of a question. By way of in-depth interviews with respondents and record it in the form of voice recorder that uses a questionnaire that has been made previously. Local knowledge is a form habits of the people who uphold the norms and values ​​of their culture, they run it for generations to his son and nephew in running their daily lives. In this study there is local wisdom that are still running, even though the procedures taught were not overly done. But they still carry out such wisdom.   Keywords: Local Wisdom. Environment. Abstract

Forest not only produce wood, but forests also produce non-timber forest products are utilized around the forest with a technique known or traditional way with traditional wisdom. The research was conducted in the Village District Segati Langgam Pelalawan starting from January to June 2013. The data collected was done by interview and direct observation in the field by using a sampling technique that Snowball Sampling and data collection techniques used were PRA (Participatory Rural Appraisal). Utilization of non-timber forest products that do Segati the village community on the use of honey, rattan, resin, tree branch, bamboo shoots, jackfruit, durian, kincung and medicinal plants. Utilization of non-timber forest products that use traditional wisdom found in the use of honey, resin, rattan, medicinal plants and tree branches. Traditional wisdom existing in society Segati village has a strategy in maintaining the wisdom which has been analyzed with SWOT analysis. One strategy is right that there needs to be a clear customary rules in the form of community activities especially in the utilization of non-timber forest products. Date were analyzed with descriptive qualitative analysis is used to determine the extent of the role of traditional wisdom in the community utilizing non-timber forest products and look at the phenomenon that has been happening in the field. The role of traditional wisdom to the preservation of non-timber forest products in village Segati seen with the customary rules which can provide a deterrent effect as well as to the public for fear of breaking all the traditional rules that apply such sanctions pengkafanan indigenous tree beehive and buffalo cuts.   Keywords: forest, non-timber forest products, traditional wisdom, SWOT analysis, analysis descriptive qualitative

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the impact of Rural Agribussines Development Program (PUAP) towards the member of Gapoktan farmer income as donation assist receiver and identify the problem which appear from usage of donation program in Pagaran Tapah Darussalam District. Sample is take by using purposive sampling method among 28 respondent. Data analysis used t-test pair analyst. Based on the result of this research, the member of Gapoktan farmer income have been growth amount 32,56%, which the average of palm oil farmer income before gettig assist of PUAP amount Rp. 26.956.846,- and after getting assist of PUAP has been increased become Rp. 35.733.200. this analyst is taken by t test pair analyst and find the result that volume of t is bigger than t table (7,824 > 2,052) it means that  H0 accepted and H1 is rejected. PUAP program also give real effect toward farmer respondent income that has been seen from value significant which obtained more little from significant coefficient (0,00 < 0,01). After using PUAP program, almost all the problem that the farmer faced are about time and amount of realisasi loan donation (68,86%) which received by member o farmers did not exist with the farmer ask, it also about acces or method in doing donation loan PUAP (57,14%), where the farmer have to make RUA (Bussines Plan Member) firstly. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to (1) determine the rubber marketing channels and institutions involved in the marketing process, (2) analyze the cost, margin, profit on each bokar marketing agency, part received by farmers and marketing efficiency bokar, (3) determine the relationship between farmers' patron-client with rubber traders in Sub Base Bunut. This study uses survey and sampling method is purposive sampling farmers with the following requirements: age 20-25 years old rubber trees, varieties of local varieties and land area of 1 ha. Sampling methods Snaw Ball merchants. Total sample farmers and traders of 30 people by 4 people. The results obtained by the channel 1 from farmers to traders or 43.33% then traders to large merchant wholesalers continued to plant. Channel 2 from farmers to wholesalers and then to the factory. Total margin marketing channel 1 is Rp 3.500.00 / kg, marketing profit of Rp. 10.812,34 / kg, the share of the farmer is 74.075% and 19.91% efficiency which is marketing. Marketing channel 2 margin of Rp. 3.000.00 / kg, marketing profit of Rp. 11.823,72 / kg, the share of the farmers are 77.78% and 12.42% efficiency which is marketing. The relationship between farmers and traders the dominant concerns of family connections, so that farmers have a high dependence on traders.   Keywords: Marketing Channels, Patron-Client, Rubber Farmers, Traders.

Abstract

Land fires in Rokan Hilir still occur every year, especially during the dry season. Which one of area who fired-prone land is village of TanjungLeban, district of Kubu regency of  Rokan Hilir. The purpose of this study was to analyze perception farmers of palm oilof the burning land in of social aspects. This study was conducted in February-August 2015. The results showed fires in district of Kubu mainly caused Social factors: lower of public education, lower of participation by local people to prevent the forest fires, while the indicator of the relationship between citizens, do not be a factor fires in Village of Tanjung Leban district of Kubu. Efforts are being madepublicto prevent fires wason a routine patrol, cleaning ditchesand drainage emains, make dams ditches parent, preparation tools anticipation of fire.   Keywords: perception, burning land, farmers

Abstract

This research was conducted in Kotorajo village, Kuantan Hilir Seberang district. The method of taking sampling use probability sampling technique. The method of data analysis using descriptive analysis, Cartesian diagram analysis, and Rank Spearman correlation analysis and the model of Fishbien multiattribute attitude. The result of this research showed that for the sallling rubber of the farmers droved the rubber in to the seller keeper house with th transportation service. The attribute was paying cash, giving loans, keeping the deal, fast and good in service were the excellent attribute that must be hold by the seller keeper. For the relationship between the farmers level of trust, the characteristics of education correlate manifestly with shrinkage and sorting, the characteristics of productions correlate manifestly with attribute paying in advance directly, and provide the production facilities. The characteristics of income correlate manifestly with attribute paying in advance directly and kinship relation and the characteristics of outcome correlate manifestly with attribute providing the production facilities. On the other hand, for the correlation characteristict with the level of interest, the characteristics of the amount of family insurance correlate manifestly with attribute paying in advance directly and kinship relation and the characteristics of outcome correlate manifestly with attribute the price and paying in advance directly. While, the attitude of the farmers of the traders belongs to neutral category. Key words: fcharacteristics, farmer, attitude, attribute, seller keeper.

Abstract

This research aims to 1) determine the characteristics of the business and a partnership PT. Mitra Anugerah Animals, 2) analyze the level of satisfaction of broiler breeders in partnership with PT. Mitra Anugerah Animals. The research was conducted in January in District Lubuk In Siak Regency penilayan type is descriptive using quantitative data. Data analysis was performed by descriptive, analytical Costomer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). executed partnership is the core plasma model Contract Farming. The partnership pattern PT. Animal Anugerah Mitra is a closed partnership, farmers are not allowed to sell crops or supply of livestock production facilities of the other party. Company helps the plasma in terms of capital by providing the means of production. This study used seven variables to determine the level of satisfaction of the farmer, After calculation using the Customer Satisfaction Index Customer Satisfaction IndexI known value is 76.18%. This value is based on the satisfaction index of plasma ranch, then Customer Satifaction Index PT. Mitra Anugerah reached 0.76 Animals are in the range of 0.66 to 0.80 in general level of satisfaction of the farmer are the criteria are satisfied. analysis Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) variable quality of the means of production of livestock is in quadrant I (highest priority) that have low performance, variable price contracts sapronak, the role of technical service, and bonuses are in quadrant II (keep achievement) and variable admission procedures partners , delivery schedule and harvesting sapronak broilers are in quadrant IV (redundant).
