Abstract

Sabun cuci piring merupakan pembersih yang dibuat dengan reaksi kimia antara kalium atau natrium dengan asam lemak dari minyak nabati atau lemak hewani. Permasalahan yang sering terjadi pada sabun cuci piring adalah adanya Dermatitis Kontak Iritan yang merupakan efek sitotoksik pada kulit berupa reaksi peradangan non imunologik melalui jalur eksogen ataupun endogen yang berkontak langsung dengan tubuh. Lidah buaya (Aloe vera) merupakan tanaman serba guna untuk kesehatan. Karena memiliki banyak manfaat dan khasiat bagi kehidupan manusia maka tanaman ini mendapatkan julukan tanaman ajaib. Komposisi serat pangan dalam tanaman lidah buaya anatara lain meliputi, selulosa, substansi pektat, lignin dan mannan.  Tujuan : untuk memberikan pengetahuan tentang cara pembuatan sabun cuci piring dari lidah buaya. Metode : pengukuran pengetahuan awal dan akhir dengan mengisi kuisioner, untuk penyuluhannya dilakukan dengan ceramah/presentasi, diskusi, dan tanya jawab. Hasil : penyuluhan yang dilaksanakan telah berjalan sesuai rencana dan berhasil dengan baik. Hasil evaluasi sebelum (pretest) dan sesudah penyuluhan (post-test), terlihat bahwa nilai signifikansinya 0,000 (< 0,05). Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan pengetahuan bagi responden setelah diadakan kegiatan penyuluhan.

Abstract

Introduction. Public Health Efforts have been regulated in the Minister of Health Regulation on Health Centers, which is an activity carried out by health workers to maintain and improve health and to prevent disease aiming at families, groups and communities. In the context of these health efforts, activities are necessary for the utilization of natural medicines, by facilitating access to reliable information for the treatment of minor illnesses by health workers to be conveyed to the community. One of the works in the form of an application that helps pharmaceutical workers to obtain information on natural medicine quickly and precisely is called SI-OBAL (Sistem Informasi Bahan Alam/Natural Material Information System) web-based which can be used by pharmaceutical workers. The purpose of this research is to determine whether user satisfaction for optimal utilization of SI-OBAL in traditional medicine services at health centers in Semarang. Method. The method used was a prospective survey method with qualitative data measured by number and percentage. The population used was all pharmacy vocational staff working at the health center in Semarang. The method used to measure satisfaction is McLean and DeLone six parameters. Result & Analysis. The results of the research indicate that from the aspect of satisfaction measured, the results are 89.55% of pharmacy vocational staff are satisfied and very satisfied with having accessed SI-OBAL. Discussion. The optimization of health efforts in the community has significantly improved with the implementation of SI-OBAL in Traditional Medicine Services at the Semarang Health Center. This improvement indicates that the system effectively supports their pharmaceutical services, particularly in providing independent care using traditional medicine.

Abstract

Introduction. Providing medicines information is necessary to improve patient compliance and therapeutic efficiency. Limited knowledge regarding the correct use of medicines may lead to medication errors. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of providing medicines information at the Semarang City sub-primary health centers. Method. This study is a descriptive non-experimental study with a cross-sectional method. Sampling of patients by accidental sampling with samples of sub-primary health centers was conducted by simple random sampling, consisting of 17 sub-primary health centers. The independent variables in this research are respondents characteristics, while the dependent variables include medicine name, preparation, dosage, usage, storage, indications, contraindications, side effects, stability, and medicine interactions. Data collection was conducted observationally through an observation sheet containing a list of medicines information as specified in Regulation of the Minister of Health and Human Rights No. 74/2016 concerning Pharmaceutical Service Standards at the Health Center. Data analysis was conducted descriptively. Result & Analysis. The results indicated that the majority of medicines information was provided by non-pharmacy personnel (71%). The most common medicines information conveyed was dosage, how to use, and medicines indications. There were three sub-primary health centers with moderate levels of implementation of medicines information provision with 61.7%, 60%, and 33.7%, respectively. Discussion. The implementation of medicines information provision to patients in Semarang City sub-primary health centers has not been fully implemented. The most common components of medicines information include dosage, how to use, and indication, while the least common are medicines name, medicines preparation, storage, side effects, contraindications, stability, and medicines interactions.

Abstract

Pelatihan Pengelolaan Obat Antihipertensi kepada anggota PKK Kelurahan Gayamsari, Semarang. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan anggota PKK dalam mengelola obat antihipertensi dengan benar. Pelatihan mencakup materi tentang hipertensi, jenis obat antihipertensi, cara penggunaan yang tepat, serta pemantauan tekanan darah. Selain itu, dibahas juga gaya hidup sehat untuk mendukung pengelolaan hipertensi.Metode pelatihan meliputi pemberian materi teori, simulasi praktis, diskusi, serta studi kasus. Kegiatan ini melibatkan sekitar 30-50 peserta dan berlangsung dengan menggunakan pre-test dan post-test untuk mengukur peningkatan pengetahuan peserta. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan dari 86,7% pada pre-test menjadi 95,8% pada post-test, meskipun peningkatan ini dianggap relatif kecil. Kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat memberikan dampak positif dalam meningkatkan kesadaran dan pengelolaan hipertensi di tingkat komunitas.

Abstract

Pharmaceutical service is a responsible service directly to patients related to pharmaceutical preparations with the aim of achieving is to improve patient life quality. Service quality always be complained by patient when get treatment in the Public Health. Worse service, unfriendly, slow service is a factor that affects the quality of service. The level of satisfaction is a comparison function between performance obtained and expectations. When performance is below expectations, the customer will disappointed and vice versa. This research to know the correlation the quality of pharmacy services with outpatient satisfication in the Purwodadi II Public Health. This research used an analytical observational method with a cross sectional design with a sample technique using purposive sampling technique. This data is main data by filling out questionnaires of patients that seeking treatment in the Purwodadi II Health. The process of data analysis in this study are 1. Editing 2. Coding 3. Scoring 4. Tabulating. From the results of this study, it was found that there was a significant relationship between service quality dimensions of reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and tangibels outpatient pharmacy with the level of satisfaction at Puskesmas Purwodadi II with a p-value of reliability dimension 0.001, responsiveness 0.002, assurance 0.001, empathy 0.000, and tangibels 0.000(p-value<0,05).

Abstract

Indonesia in 2021-2022 still obtained a prevalence of 1.3 billion attacks and 3.2 million deaths per year in toddlers due to diarrhoea. Diarrhoea is a disease that kills children under five years of age due to infections that can spread widely in the patient's body. The cost of acute diarrhoea in the hospital is all costs that have been incurred by patients related to medical services. These costs include treatment, medication and laboratory costs. This study aims to determine the Cost Effectiveness of Acute Diarrhoea Treatment in Inpatient Pediatric Patients at Hospital X quantitative data, namely data on pediatric patients with acute diarrhoea from inpatient examinations at Hospital X with Costeffectivinees Analysis (CEA) Research Design which is one of the pharmacoeconomic approaches to determine the comparison of the effectiveness of therapeutic outcomes and the costs of the treatment used. Data collection based on observation sheets (length of treatment, types of drugs used, medical treatment costs, administrative costs, and treatment costs for diagnosis of acute diarrhoea) total cost of acute diarrhoea in inpatient care at X Hospital during July - December 2022. The results of the study on the cost-effectiveness of treatment of acute diarrhoea in paediatric inpatients at Hospital X showed that the use of Orinkz was more effective than the combination of orezinc- nifudiar. Judging from the ACER value of Oriznik of Rp 17,029, - while the combination of orezinc- nifudiar Rp 17,684.
