Abstract

Jumlah angka remaja putus sekolah meningkat akibat masalah faktor sosial,  ekonomi, perhatian orang tua serta media sosial yang bebas merajalela. Tujuan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) ini adalah untuk meningkatkan life skill dan mentalitas para remaja putus sekolah  terhadap minat berwirausaha  binaan  Dinas Sosial Taruna Jaya 2 Jakarta.  Metode yang digunakan adalah metode partisipatif. Hasil PkM menunjukkan bahwa secara umum peserta memiliki minat berwirausaha yang tinggi terkait pemahaman life skill dan mentalitas entrepreneurship. Walaupun  tingkat kepercayaan diri serta pemahaman potensi diri masih rendah, akibat lingkungan kehidupan yang kurang kondusif. Implikasi dari PkM ini adalah diperlukan pendampingan yang intensif dari berbagai pihak terkait nilai-nilai etika sosial religius, dalam  membentuk  akhak yang mulia  guna pengendalian  tindakan mereka.

Abstract

Analyzing the impact of population and GRDP on poverty in DKI Jakarta with Zakat as a moderating variable. The research method is a quantitative method with a saturated sample, that is, all members of the population are used as samples. The data source is secondary data with a panel model. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression with moderation variables and using the SPSS application. There is an effect of population on poverty rate; there is an effect of GRDP on poverty rate; zakat cannot moderate the effect of population on poverty rate; zakat cannot moderate the effect of GRDP on poverty rate.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh minat pengangguran terhadap bisnis online atau E-commerce Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode regresi linier berganda untuk mengumpulkan dan mengolah kuesioner. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian terdapat minat pengangguran terhadap bisnis online atau E-commerce (Y). Hal ini dapat diketahui melalui hasil kuesioner dimana responden memilih bidang usaha yang diminati adalah online shop yaitu diperoleh hasil Adjusted R Square sebesar 0,851, berarti Lingkungan Sekitar (X1), Sarana dan Prasarana (X2), Fasilitas (X3), Motivasi (X4), dan Kemauan (X5) dapat menimbulkan minat pengangguran terhadap Bisnis Online atau E-Commerce (Y) jakasebesar 85,1% dan sisanya 14,9% dapat dijelaskan oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

Indonesia as a country with a majority Muslim population, in fact, shows that the penetration of Islamic insurance is still very low compared to conventional insurance. The purpose of this study is to explain the effect of knowledge and product image on Islamic insurance intention in high school teachers in the DKI Jakarta area, mediated by trust. Jakarta, as the center of government and the center of economic activity, has multiple roles and is multi-ethnic and multi-cultural with complex problems. This research uses qualitative and quantitative analysis with a sample size of 270 respondents, taken with the purposive sampling technique. Data were collected and processed using the structural equation model methodology. The results of the analysis show that there is no effect of knowledge on Islamic insurance intentions; product image affects Islamic insurance intentions; both knowledge and product image affect Islamic insurance intentions mediated by trust.

Abstract

Poverty cannot be handled by individuals alone; they must work together with the government, society, and the state. Entrepreneurship is believed to be the driving force of the economy, opening up and creating job opportunities as a solution to poverty alleviation. The aims of this study were to describe the effect of integrated entrepreneurship education on the multidimensional poverty alleviation of housewives in the Krendang area, West Jakarta, mediated by entrepreneurship intention. This area is a densely populated area in Southeast Asia with various limited facilities, located very strategically in a business location. This study uses qualitative and quantitative analysis with a sample of 75 respondents, taken by a purposive sampling technique. The data has been collected and processed using the Structural Equation Model methodology. The findings of this study are, integrated entrepreneurship education has a positive effect on multidimensional poverty alleviation; integrated entrepreneurship education has a positive effect on entrepreneurship intention; entrepreneurship intention has a positive effect on multidimensional poverty alleviation; and integrated entrepreneurship education has a positive effect on multidimensional poverty alleviation indirectly through entrepreneurship intention.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of macroeconomic factors on price movements in Pegadaian gold accounts, analyze the factors that BPKH must put into consideration when investing in gold, and analyze the better gold instrument that are more recommended for BPKH between gold bullion and gold accounts. The influence of macroeconomic factors’ analysis on the price movement of Pegadaian gold accounts was carried out using a multiple linear regression method with five independent variables, namely international gold prices, inflation rate, rupiah exchange rate against USD, interest rate, economic growth rate, and one dependent variable, namely price Pegadaian gold account. Meanwhile, analysis of the factors that BPKH must pay attention to when investing in gold and gold instruments is carried out using the ANP (Analytic Network Process) qualitative method. Multiple linear regression analysis shows that the international gold price, exchange rate, inflation rate, and economic growth rate have a significant effect on the price of Pegadaian gold accounts. Meanwhile, the interest rate does not have a significant effect on the price of Pegadaian gold accounts. The variables of international gold prices and the Rupiah exchange rate against USD have a positive correlation, while the variables of inflation rate, reference interest rate and economic growth rate have a negative correlation with the price of Pegadaian gold accounts. The results of ANP data processing confirm the results of multiple linear regression analysis, stating that international gold prices, the Rupiah exchange rate against USD, and the inflation rate are the three main macroeconomic factors that influence gold price movements. The results of the ANP questionnaire processing also state that BPKH needs to pay attention to several factors in investing in gold, namely macroeconomic factors, risk factors and sharia compliance factors. As many as 90% of respondents to the ANP questionnaire recommended Pegadaian gold accounts as a better investment instrument for BPKH considering the mitigation of operational risk and is considered more liquid, referring to Pegadaian buyback policy. Meanwhile, 10% of respondents to the ANP questionnaire preferred gold bullion instruments with clearer sharia contract considerations. In order to diversify as well as to maintain asset value when unstable economic conditions occur, BPKH should increase the gold investment portfolio with maximum limit is 5% of the total investment and/or bank placement of hajj fund. When investing in gold, BPKH should pay attention to the movements in macroeconomic factors, namely international gold prices, exchange rates, inflation rate and economic growth rates. BPKH must also pay attention to risk factors and sharia comply of the gold instrument. Apart from the efforts to increase the financial benefits of hajj fund through optimizing gold investment, the percentage of cost paid by pilgrims also plays an important role in supporting the sustainability of hajj fund. In this case, the the percentage of cost paid by pilgrims should be adjusted rationally. Total hajj cost is also a crucial aspect, especially in the main components such as flight costs, hotels and catering. The efficiency of these components can be strived by collaborating with airlines or aviation fuel providers, purchasing hotels/ apartments in Mecca and/or Medina, and establishing catering factories for Indonesian hajj pilgrims. The initiation of these investment can be explored conjointly with the Ministry of Religion as the organizer of Indonesian Hajj pilgrimage.

Abstract

Financial literacy among the millennial generation remains relatively low, as they prioritize consumption over saving. This study aims to develop the financial behavior of vocational high school students in West Jakarta in terms of financial planning, self-control, and effective financial management. The method used in this study was a participatory approach, involving training, discussions, and simulations related to financial management. The study results indicate that participants’ understanding of financial planning implementation was pretty good. However, their understanding of self-control in managing finances was generally low, and similarly, their understanding of financial management implementation was also relatively low. The implications of these findings highlight the need for strong support to enhance financial literacy in the digital era among the millennial generation, particularly through guidance from parents, teachers, and community leaders, such as religious figures and youth leaders who can serve as role models.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of cash management service quality and promotion on customer loyalty with customer satisfaction as a mediating variable at PT BNI Senayan Jakarta Region. The research method used is quantitative research with data analysis techniques using SEM PLS. The results of the study indicate that the service quality variable has the highest average score in the aspect of the availability of modern banking equipment (3.99) and the lowest in the clarity of information provided to customers (3.86). In the promotion variable, the highest score is in the frequency of advertising promotions that are often carried out (4.18), while the lowest score is in the suitability of promotions to customer targets (4.03). For customer satisfaction, the highest score is found in the customer's desire to recommend the service (4.20) and the lowest in the aspect of bank services and facilities provided (4.10). Customer loyalty has the highest score in the customer's intention to recommend BNI cash management services to friends (4.29) and the lowest score in loyalty not to switch to other services (4.13). Data analysis shows that service quality and promotion have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. In addition, customer satisfaction is proven to be a mediating variable that strengthens the relationship between service quality and promotion with customer loyalty. These findings indicate that improving service quality and promotional effectiveness can increase customer satisfaction and loyalty towards BNI cash management services

Abstract

Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kesadaran warga desa Ambarjaya, Sukabumi agar memanfaatkan potensi sumber daya alam yang merupakan keunggulan lokal yang dimiliki, sebagai peluang usaha serta mendukung pola hidup sehat aga tercipta kemandirian masyarakat. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode partisipatif dimana materi pelatihan yang diberikan disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan peserta. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa pada umumnya peserta belum cukup memahami manfaat pentingnya pola hidup sehat, pentingnya pendidikan kewirausahaan terkait pemanfaatan peluang usaha serta pentingnya tata letak usaha yang baik.  Hal ini disebabkan oleh keterbatasan dalam pendidikan, akses informasi, infrastruktur maupun pelayanan kesehatan karena wilayah yang cukup terpencil. Walaupun begitu motivasi peserta untuk meningkatkan ilmu pengetahuan terkait materi di atas sangat tinggi. Untuk itu perlu kerjasama yang baik antara pemerintah, perguruan tinggi maupun investor guna meningkatkan kemandirian masyarakat desa pada khususnya, guna mendorong inovasi dan kreativitas yang dapat mengangkat standar hidup dan pembangunan keberlanjutan
