Abstract

The Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) are targets agreed upon by members of the United Nations in 2015. Indonesia is a member of the United Nations committed to making SDGs a priority in National Development. Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia are one of the economic heroes which are the government's priority in national economic development. The government is making various efforts to develop MSMEs because technology and capital support are one of the keys to the success of MSMEs. The Bina Umat Kelapa Dua Foundation (YBUK) Association is a collection of several MSMEs in the Kelapa Dua area who want to continue developing MSMEs in their area. However, they experienced several obstacles, including the problem of limited knowledge of technology and business capital. The Master of Industrial Engineering at Trisakati University and the management of the YBUK Association jointly held SDGs socialization activities in Community Service (PKM) activities as the first step in helping MSMEs develop their businesses. The theme taken is socio-economic, business and energy in MSME scale sdgs. The enthusiasm of the PKM participants was quite high, and they hoped that similar activities would be held with wider participants.

Abstract

The waste problem is still a big problem in Indonesia. One of them can be seen at the Cipayung Final Disposal Site (TPA), West Java, which is currently overloaded. The amount of household waste produced is not commensurate with the capacity of the landfill. Therefore, community participation is very necessary in overcoming the waste problem. Seeing this condition, the residents of the Barazaki Housing Depok plan to start sorting and utilizing waste. However, unfortunately, based on the results of interviews with RT heads, there are still many residents of Barazaki Housing who have not sorted and utilized their waste. This is due to a lack of knowledge regarding how to sort and utilize waste both technically and economically. Many residents do not know the fact that waste can generate additional economic income so they are not motivated to sort or utilize waste. This PkM aims to realize a program for sorting and processing household waste with the economic value of the results of processing household waste. The method used is education regarding waste sorting and utilization, both technically and economically. The result of this PkM activity is that the majority of Barazaki housing residents understand that waste can provide added economic value and they are willing to sort and process inorganic and organic waste. PkM participants were very enthusiastic because the content of the PkM counseling was very interesting and useful, the material was delivered well, and the objectives of the PkM activities were clearly conveyed.

Abstract

Abstract— PT ABC is a Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) company that produces and distributes products in four categories: beauty products, food, home care, and personal care. There are two customer channels, namely modern trade (MT) and distributive trade (DT). The issue arises in the order fulfilment process for MT customers, specifically an increase in payment lead time from 2019 to 2022. The order fulfilment process consists of eight subprocesses, starting from the customer order subprocess to the customer payment subprocess. Therefore, the objective of this research is to identify factors that cause risks in the order fulfilment process, design a risk mitigation model, and determine the priority steps for risk mitigation in the order fulfilment process. Mapping of events and risk sources is conducted using the House of Risk 1 (HOR 1) method through a Focus Group Discussion (FGD) involving two experts. This is followed by determining the risk mitigation steps using the HOR 2 method, and determining the priority steps for risk mitigation using the Analytical Network Process with the criteria of Benefit, Opportunity, Cost, and Risk (ANP BOCR). This study identifies 16 risk sources and 17 risk mitigation steps, which are grouped into five clusters: prework, execution, monitoring, regulation, and automation. The results of ANP BOCR show that the execution cluster is the top priority in implementing the risk mitigation steps, with a score of 38.57.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence smart supply chain to operational performance, supply chain resilience and smart technologies as well as roles smart technologies in mediating influence smart supply chain to operational performance and moderate supply chain resilience to operational performance at a geothermal company. The sampling design used in this research is non-probability sampling with technique purposive sampling. The processed data came from 242 respondents and then analyzed using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) method. The research found that smart supply chain positive influence on operational performance, supply chain resilience and smart technologies, Supply chain resilience has positive influence on smart technologies and operational performance and smart technologies has positive influence on operational performance. The research results found smart technologies able to mediate the influence of smart supply chain to operational performance but not able to moderate the influence supply chain reselience to operational performance. This study shows that operational performance can be maximized and optimized using smart supply chain technologies to support implementation smart technology. .
