Abstract

Upaya mewujudkan sistem pendidikan yang baik, pemerintah telah mengeluarkan berbagai kebijakan umum yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di Indonesia. Pembiayaan merupakan salah satu kebutuhan pendidikan yang dapat menunjang segala kegiatan pendidikan. keuangan madrasah adalah seluruh proses kegiatan yang direncanakan dan dilaksanakan atau diusahakan secara sengaja dan sungguh-sungguh, serta pembinaan secara continue terhadap biaya oprasional madrasah sehingga kegiatan pendidikan lebih efektif dan efisien serta membantu pencapaian tujuan pendidikan.Fokus penelitian adalah (1) perencanaan, (2) pelaksanaan, (3) hambatan dan (4) kendala. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan rancangan studi multisitus. Subjek penelitian adalah kepala sekolah. guru dan orang tua. Analisis data dalam dilakukan dengan reduksi data, display data dan verifikasi. Proses analisis lintas yaitu: 1) perumusan proposisi temuan, 2) membandingkan dan memadukan. 3) merumuskan simpulan. Pengecekan keabsahan data dilakukan dengan kredibilitas, transferabilitas, dependabilitas, dan konfirmabilitas.Berdasarkan hasil temuan perencanaan dengan analisis sumber dana di MI Muhammadiyah 3 Al Furqan yaitu Syahriah pondok, koperasi, infaq jumat dan dana BOS yang terpisah pengelolaannya, menyusun anggaran, menyusun program kerja dan pengesahan dana; MI Istiqlal perencanaan dengan analisis sumber dana dari infaq wajib, buku, sewa kantin, seragam dan BOS kemudian menyusunan anggaran dalam RKAM, menyusun program kerja dan pengesahan dana. Penggunaan dana di di MI Muhammadiyah 3 Al Furqan sesuai dengan peraturan dan mengelola dana BOS dan infaq jumat; pada MI Istiqlal dengan mengelola dana BOS dan seluruh sumber dana lainnya. Kendala yang dihadapi pada kedua madrasah yaitu keterlambatan pencairan dana BOS dan keterlambatan pembayaran sumber dana lain. Strategi di MI Muhammadiyah 3 Al Furqan dengan upaya peningkatan mutu pada rencana strategis madrasah, dan pada MI Istiqlal melalui peningkatan mutu melalui kualitas guru dan program sekolah.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji tentang Manajemen Sekolah Berbasis Standar Kompetensi Guru Dalam Meningkatkan Mutu MTsN 1 Kota Banjarmasin. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Manajemen Sekolah Berbasis Standar Kompetensi Guru Dalam Meningkatkan Mutu MTsN 1 Kota Banjarmasin.Pendekatan penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan subjek penelitian meliputi kepala madrasah dan guru MTsN 1 Kota Banjarmasin. Pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis melalui reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan.Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Manajemen sekolah di MTsN 1 Kota Banjarmasin dilaksanakan melalui 4 tahapan yakni dimulai dengan tahapan, perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pemimpinan/menggerakkan, dan tahapan yang terakhir yakni pengawasan.; Standar Kompetensi Guru MTsN 1 Kota Banjarmasin mengacu pada indikator standar kompetensi guru dalam UU No. 14 Tahun 2005 tentang Guru dan Dosen, yakni kompetensi pedagogik, kompetensi kepribadian, kompetensi sosial, dan kompetensi profesional yang telah dimiliki oleh guru MTsN 1 Kota Banjarmasin yang telah diperoleh dan dikembangkan melalui pendidikan dan pelatihan; Mutu Sekolah MTsN 1 Kota Banjarmasin ditingkatkan dengan mengacu pada standar nasional pendidikan dan memperoleh nilai A berdasarkan penilaian pada akreditasi. Program yang dilaksanakan dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan guru baik dalam kompetensi pedagogik, profesional, sosial dan kepribadian hal tersebut tentunya juga berimplikasi pada meningkatnya mutu pembelajaran, madrasah dan pendidikan juga.

Abstract

Academic supervision is essentially an action that is attempted to assist teachers in developing their potential to manage learning so that it is better. The Madrasah head as a supervisor in carrying out his duties in carrying out academic supervision should have been carried out in a programmed and measurable manner. This study aims to describe (1) describe the academic supervision arranged by the head of the madrasa in improving teacher performance at MAN 5 Barito Kuala, (2) describe the academic supervision arranged by the head of the madrasa in improving teacher performance at MAS Darul Mukarram Barito Kuala Regency. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach, which is a research procedure that produces descriptive data in the form of written or spoken data and people and behavior that can be observed as research objects. Implementation of academic supervision by the head of the madrasa at MAN 5 Barito Kuala and MAS Darul Mukarram Barito Kuala District. took samples and data sources from the Head of Madrasah Teachers and the Academic Supervision Team. Data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation. Based on the results of the study, it shows that: (1) The implementation of supervision at MAN 5 Barito Kuala is in accordance with the existing theory. By carrying out the observation phase which starts with planning, implementation, analysis and evaluation, as well as follow-up supervision, it has been able to improve teacher performance and teacher competency in the learning process. (2) The implementation of supervision at MAS Darul Mukarram, Barito Kuala Regency, is also in accordance with the existing theory. The supervision stage also begins with planning, implementation, analysis and evaluation, as well as follow-up supervision which has shown an increase in teacher performance in planning lessons, teacher competence, and teacher performance in the learning process.

Abstract

The spearhead in efforts to improve the quality of education is educators, namely Teachers. In an effort to improve the quality of national education, the government through the Ministry of National Education is still trying to make various changes and renewal of the professional education system, namely with efforts that have been and are being made related to teacher factors, especially regarding teacher performance. This quantitative research aims to find out how much the influence of the self-concept and job satisfaction on the performance teachers of Madrasah Aliyah in Anjir Pasar Subdistrict Barito Kuala Regency. The purpose of this study was to find out and describe: (1) The influence between self-concept and teacher performance of Madrasah Aliyah in Anjir Pasar Subdistrict Barito Kuala Regency, (2) The influence between job satisfaction and teacher performance in Madrasah Aliyah in Anjir Pasar Subdistrict Barito Kuala Regency and (3) The influence between self-concept and job satisfaction together with the teacher's performance Madrasah Aliyah in Anjir Pasar Subdistrict Barito Kuala Regency. Data collection methods with questionnaires, documentation, observation, and interviews. The data was obtained from a sample of Madrasah Aliyah Fathussalam teachers, Madrasah Aliyah Ibtidaussalam and Madrasah Aliyah Asasussalam. By using regression analysis as data analysis. Based on the results of the study found that: 1) There is an influence of the self-concept on teacher performance by 12,1% with a regression line equation Y = 19,428 + 0,727X1. 2) There is an influence of job satisfaction on teacher performance, which is 26,2% with a regression line equation Y = 7,113 + 0,890X2. 3) There is an influence of the self-concept and job satisfaction on teacher performance that is equal to 26,4% with the regression line equation Y = -0,636 + 0,125X1 + 0,827X2. Thus, efforts to improve performance in Madrasah Aliyah teachers in Anjir Pasar Subdistrict Barito Kuala Regency can be increased again by increasing the factors that affect performance. These include self-concept and job satisfaction. Where when these two factors increase, teacher performance will also increase.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the management of infrastructure facilities in improving the quality of education at SDN Desa Sungai Pantai, Rantau Badauh Sub-district, Barito Kuala Regency. This study used a qualitative approach with interview, observation and documentation methods to collect data from principals, teachers, school guards, school committees and student guardians from three different primary schools in Sungai Pantai village. Based on interviews with relevant parties at the three primary schools in Sungai Pantai village, it can be concluded that infrastructure management plays a very important role in improving the quality of education. Adequate infrastructure, such as comfortable classrooms, complete libraries, science laboratories and adequate sports areas, provide opportunities for students to learn and develop to their full potential. In addition, good infrastructure management involves regular maintenance and care of school facilities. Government and community support is also very important in maintaining the condition of infrastructure facilities and meeting the required standards. Cooperation between the government, school and community is needed to ensure optimal infrastructure conditions. The results also show that good infrastructure management has a positive impact on the learning process. Students can learn comfortably and optimally, teachers can teach effectively, and learning activities can be interactive and diverse.

Abstract

Prokrastinasi akademik adalah kecenderungan untuk menunda-nunda tugas akademik tanpa alasan yang rasional. Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh mitra adalah banyaknya siswa yang memiliki masalah prokrastinasi akademik. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan adanya keterlambatan pengumpulan tugas oleh siswa, banyak guru mengeluh karena siswa sering telat mengumpul tugas, ada siswa yang tidak mengerjakan tugas, dan membolos untuk menghindari mengerjakan tugas. Solusi yang ditawarkan dalam pengabdian ini adalah pendampingan dalam upaya menurunkan perilaku prokrastinasi akademik siswa melalui self management di SMK Bina Banua Banjarmasin. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian ini berupa Pendampingan. Adapun rangkaian kegiatan terdiri dari pertemuan I: pre-test, memotivasi mitra, tata-tertib kegiatan, dan menyampaikan materi. Pertemuan II: menetapkan tujuan yang spesifik, terukur, dan dapat dicapai. Pertemuan III: Membuat rencana tindakan yang jelas dan terperinci. Pertemuan IV: Time management. pertemuan V. Evaluasi. Berdasarkan hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan yaitu penurunan perilaku prokrastinasi akademik siswa. Siswa mengetahui pentingnya mengumpul tugas tepat waktu. Siswa mampu memenajemen diri, Siswa menggunakan waktu dengan baik

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the quality management of frontier, outermost and disadvantaged schools in improving school achievement, the focus of research on planning, implementation, organization, and evaluation. This research was conducted at SMPN 7 Dusun Selatan and SMPN Satu Atap 1 Dusun Selatan, South Barito Regency, Central Kalimantan. The research method used is qualitative, with data collection techniques of observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The results of the study revealed that (1) Planning for the Implementation of Quality Standards in Schools has been carried out with an understanding and method in accordance with quality management standards and planned; 2) Implementation of the implementation of quality standards in schools has been carried out with guidance, strategies, time and place, measured in accordance with quality management standards; 3) Organizing the implementation of quality standards in schools is carried out with management procedures and structured according to the field of education units; 4) Evaluation of the implementation of quality standards in schools is carried out consistently. This research has implications for improving the quality of education, especially in disadvantaged areas.
