Abstract

Bus Trans Metro Pekanbaru (TMP) is a mass public transportation that operates in Pekanbaru City with transit working system, which aims to improve public transportation services in Pekanbaru City. Pekanbaru City Government officially launched the TMP bus on June 18, 2009, it has been 9 years since the first TMP bus was operated. It is necessary to analysis of Vehicle Operational Cost (BOK ) and calculation of the subsidi, to know total subsidi TMP bus in a day. The result of the analysis of BOK in 2017 is Rp.8.628 per seat-km per year. The result of the subsidi TMP bus corridor III is Rp.676.553. So the next step is find and analyze the alternative problem-solving simulation then that alternative can be used for investment of TMP bus corridor III become worthy of investment and profit financially. Abstract

Minangkabau International Airport has an annual growth rate of passengers and the aircraft operated there based on data from 2010 until 2016. The current runway has length 2750 m and largest type of aircraft is B 747 - 300. Minangkabau international airport has three taxiways 448 m x 30 m, 334 m x 30 m, and 305 m x 30 m and apron has dimensions 315 m x 120 m. The increase in air traffic has resulted in an evaluation of the airport configuration in present or future circumstances. Existing of the runway is an inadequate type of aircraft B 747 - 300 for international destination aircraft. As for the planning year, 2020 with the additional length of the enlarged base to 3000 m safely to use. Existing of taxiway is able to serve the plane. The apron for the existing state need to upgraded and the planning of 2020 should also be upgraded. At the peak hour of the plane for 2016 as many as 12 aircraft while the projection stage for 2035 obtained a peak hour of 28 this indicates Minangkabau International Airport will be developed later. Pavement for runways needs to be upgraded to the current state of affairs.Keywords: Airport Configuration, Evaluation, Projection

Abstract

Menggala sand is one of the natural sand obtained from the mound excavation located in the Province of Riau, and if the terms of the costs of using natural sand is certainly cheaper than the fine aggregates quarry result, it is not required additional costs for the fragmentation. Use of Menggala sand still limited and not optimal so that there should be research on the use Menggala sand as fine aggregate against asphalt concrete wearing course (AC-WC) with reference to the Specifications of Bina Marga 2010 3rd Revision. The purpose of this study was to determine the characteristics (properties) of natural Menggala sand whether it meets the requirements to be used as a mixture of AC-WC and influence the use of Menggala sand on performance or quality AC-WC through an examination of the characteristics of Marshall. Specifications of Bina Marga 2010 3rd Revision restricting the use of natural sand 15% of the total weight of the mixture of aggregate. Given the low cost of natural sand use in this study tested levels of sand with a variation of 0%, 5%, 10%, 15% and 20%. The results showed that a mixture of AC-WC with Menggala sand as fine aggregate eligible VMA (voids in mineral aggregate), VIM (voids in the mix), VFA (voids filled with asphalt), stability, Flow and Index of Retained Strength (IRS ) determined by the Specifications of Bina Marga 2010 3rd Revision to 20% sand content with optimum bitumen respectively - were based on variations in the sand content of 6.3%, 6.33%, 6.15%, 6.1% and 5.925%.Keywords: Menggala sand, Asphalt Concrete Wearing Course (AC-WC), Spesification of Bina Marga 2010, and Marshall characteristic

Abstract

The aims of this paper is to examine the influence of the landuse changing towards traffic generation on Hangtuah street’s corridor in Pekanbaru city. The object that to attained are to identification the condition of landuse and transportation , calculate the traffic flow (traffic counting) for each landuse, analyze the development of the landuse, analyze the trip generation, and analyze the influence of the landuse changing towards traffic generation on Hangtuah street’s corridor in Bencah Lesung subdistrict in Pekanbaru city.The research method that used in this paper is descriptive that identification landuse condition and transportation at Hangtuah street. Then, performed analysis of landuse’s development, analysis of generation and attraction, and analysis of the influence of landuse towards generation and attraction of Street of Hangtuah street in Bencah Lesung Subdistrict in Pekanbaru city.Keywords: landuse, traffict, transportation

Abstract

The objectives of this research are to know how much cost needed for the use of new heavy equipment and old heavy equipment at project Pematang Reba – Siberida (B) Street Reconstruction. The pavement depth planning uses component analysis from Bina Marga Method for aggregate base course and method developed by NAASRA (National Association of Australian State Road Authorities) for concrete base course. Data needed for the analysis consist of work volume details, unit cost list, unit cost analysis, equipment replacement analysis and construction drawing. Cost analysis result shows that use new heavy equiptment need Rp.8,360,450,248 and old heavy equipment need Rp.13,522,647,465 with cost saving percentage 38.17% for old heavy equipment cost.Key words: cost analysis, work grained, heavy equipment, volume.

Abstract

High levels of competition in the procurement process consulting services require consultants doing things or ways brilliant in order to obtain a positive result to win the auction. Competition to win the auction occurs in each of the consultants who will eventually obtained the consultant selected as a winner. On the other hand there are many consultants who follow the auction defeat, This event is certainly detrimental to the consultant because it has a lot of energy and money he has to spend. This study aims to determine the variables that influence the failure of the process of procurement of consulting services provider on government projects especially at Department Of Housing, Building Planning And Urban Development Pekanbaru. The research data obtained from questionnaires distributed to counterparties consultant and confirmed with the interview of the ULP Department Of Housing, Building Planning And Urban Development Pekanbaru. Data processing was done manually using Microsoft Excel and presented in a bar chart. Based on the research results, the most dominant variable failure of the procurement process consulting services provider during 2012 to 2014 is the issue of completing the legality either the legality of the company or the legality of experts, experts are not eligible and the offer price to compete.  Keywords: consulting services, questionnaire, experts, intervie

Abstract

Pariwisata merupakan sektor ekonomi penting di Indonesia yang menjadi salah satu sektor andalan terhadap kegiatan perekonomian yang berorientasi pada perluasan lapangan pekerjaan dan memberikan kesempatan kerja yang lebih leluasa. Desa Bukit Lembah Subur merupakan salah satu desa kawasan transmigrasi yang ada di wilayah administrasi Kecamatan Kerumutan, Kabupaten Pelalawan, Provinsi Riau. Terbatasnya penyediaan sarana dan prasarana serta mengingat adanya peningkatan terhadap kebutuhan masyarakat akan wisata dan rekreasi menjadi dasar bagi masyarakat dan pemerintah desa untuk mengembangkan kawasan wisata di Desa Bukit Lembah Subur. Pengembangan kawasan wisata di desa ini juga berfungsi sebagai generator penggerak perkonomian dan penyedia lapangan pekerjaan baru. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif, yaitu peneliti ditempatkan sebagai instrumen kunci dengan menggabungkan data lapangan dengan melakukan analisis induktif. Kegiatan ini melakukan metode observasi, diskusi dan analisis desain. Hasil kegiatan berupa dokumen rancangan desain Kawasan Wisata Danau Buatan Desa Bukit Lembah Subur. Penyediaan fasilitas kawasan memperhatikan kebutuhan pengjung seperti atraksi, kuliner, cindera mata, dan pendukung.

Abstract

Universitas Riau merupakan salah satu universitas negeri yang berada di Kota Pekanbaru, untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan agar dapat mengembangkan kualitas sumber daya manusia Univeristas Riau melakukan kerja sama dengan Asian Development Bank (ADB) untuk membangun sarana dan prasarana di Universitas Riau salah satu gedung yang dibangun merupakan gedung kuliah terpadu. Pekerjaan ini dilakukan di dalam kampus Universitas Riau, Kampus Bina Widya KM.12,5 Simpang Baru. Pekerjaan pembangunan gedung kuliah terpadu Universitas Riau mempekerjakan lebih dari 100 dan juga memakai alat berat pekerjaan ini berada di dalam lingkungan kampus dimana banyak civitas dan mahasiswa beraktivitas sehingga penting untuk menerapkan SMKK. Agar terwujudnya lingkungan kerja yang aman dan nyaman sehingga terwujudnya zero accident. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Metode wawancara dan survei lapangan yang dilakukan kepada health safety environment, didapatkan hasil audit SMKK memenuhi dengan Peraturan Menteri PUPR Nomor 10 Tahun 2021. Biaya penerapan SMKK yang didapatkan dari RKK sebesar Rp.804.293.892,002 atau 1,27 % dari total keseluruhan nilai proyek.

Abstract

Traffic problems that often happens in Pekanbaru is congestion, which are population growth and vihicles are not supported with traffic and infrastructure developments. Factor that cause this congestions is effect of side barriers that can reduce capacity of the roads Side obstacle factors are: pedestrians, vehicle stop / parking on the road, vehicle exit / entry road and slow vehicle. The study was conducted in three market locations by taking direct data of field, for traffic volume, side barrier and vehicle speed then analyzed by using Manual of Capacity of Road Indonesia (MKJI) 1997.Research result showed that traffic volume of Tuanku Tambusai street in front of Cik Puan market on east is 3092 smp/hour with a capacity of 3871 smp/hour, degree of saturation 0.80 and on west, traffic volume is 3034 smp/hour, with a capacity of 3871 smp/hour, degree of saturation is 0.78. H.R Subrantas street in front of Pasar Pagi Panam on east is 2250 smp/hour, with a capacity of 2915 smp/hour, degree of saturation is 0.77 and on west, traffic volume is 2275 smp/hour, with a capacity of 2915 smp/hour, degree of saturation 0.78 and Durian street in front of Palapa market, the traffic volume is 1929 smp/hour, with a capacity of 2581 smp/hour, degree of saturation is 0.75. Based on the result of contribution analysis of side barrier at the three research sites, that the most effective way is doing by omitting the sides obstale factor of vehicle out into the side of the road and side obstale factor vehicle parking/stop at the road body and vehicles in and out in the side of the road.Keywords: Side Barriers, Volume, Capacity, Market activity, Degree of Saturation .

Abstract

Road construction requires heavy equipment in its work, one of them is road layer. Heavy equipments which currently use is dump truck, excavator, motor greder, water tank truck, tandem roller and wheel loader. The number of heavy equipment to itemized work selected heap, Class B aggregate and A class aggregate are 1 unit excavator, 1 unit wheel loader, 15 unit dump trucks, 1 unit grader motor, 2 unit tandem rollers, 1 unit water tank, selected heap work which use the provisions of the owner is 9 days and the contractor 11 days, class B aggregate work using the provisions of the owner are 7 days and 9 days contractor, A class aggregate work using the provisions of the owner are 5 days and 7 days contractor. The differences in the cost of heavy equipment is Rp.121.650.532 or higher by using contractor's heavy equipment. To determine the heavy equipment with a more efficient cost with a saving percentage of 12.93% then, the contractor must meet the provisions made by the owner with the economical life tool, the condition of the machine and eligible labor.Keywords : Cost analysis, heavy equipment, productivity, road layer
