Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of PJOK learning at the elementary school level during the COVID-19 pandemic in Kupang City. The method in this research is qualitative, using purposive sampling and snowball sampling. The results of his research show that the PJOK learning planning at the elementary school level during the covid-19 pandemic for teachers throughout the city of Kupang is adjusted to the PJOK elementary school curriculum and also adapted to online learning. The implementation of PJOK learning at the elementary school level during the covid-19 pandemic for teachers throughout the city of Kupang is in accordance with the lesson plan that has been made. Evaluation of PJOK learning at the elementary school level during the covid-19 pandemic for teachers throughout the city of Kupang uses affective, cognitive and psychomotor assessments. For students they are not happy with learning PJOK online but they always do the assignments from the teacher. Parents always help children when learning PJOK from home. The conclusion is that the implementation of PJOK learning during the covid 19 pandemic for teachers, students and parents has been carried out but there are still obstacles.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a plyometric exercise model to increase leg muscle strength in Academy Football Arema aged 12 years. In this study using research and development methods from Sugiyono with a procedural model. The subjects used in this study were 30 Academy Football Arema players aged 12 years. Instruments when analyzing data needs using questionnaires and interviews. The analytical technique used is quantitative analysis techniques. This research went through the validation test phase from several experts. The recapitulation results from soccer experts get scores with a percentage of 94%, coaching experts 94%, and 97%. Based on the results of expert validation, it is stated that the product of developing a plyometric exercise model to increase leg muscles at Academy Football Arema is very valid and is suitable for use at Academy Football Arema.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk : (1) mendapatkan hijuan pakan alternatif yang mudah diproduksi, murah dan prospektif untuk meningkatkan produktivitas dan kualitas telur itik, (2) mengkaji responpeternak terhadap pemanfaatan A. microphylla sebagai hijauan pakan itik, dan (3) mensosialisasikan teknik budidaya A. microphylla. Percobaan ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok dengan 8 ulangan. Perlakuan yang diuji adalah variasi pakan itik, terdiri atas 2 level, yaitu itik diberi pakan lokal dan itik diberi pakan lokal ditambah A. microphylla 100 g/itik/hari. Kajian melibatkan 8 peternak itik di kelurahan Gandasuli Brebes sebagai ulangan. Pada tiap peternak, sebanyak 25 ekor itik dipisahkan dandiberi pakan lokal dan azolla sebanyak 100 g/hari/ekor, sedangkan selebihnya tetap diberi ransum pakan lokal peternak. Data diuji dengan T-test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian A. microphyllapada itik petelur berpengaruh terhadap produksi telur harian (Hen Day Production, HDP) dan produksi telur total/kandang (Hen House Production, HHP), tebal kerabang, indeks telur, dan warna kuning telur(Yolk). Produksi telur itik harian (HDP) naik sebesar 45,35% dari semula yang bertelur 49,10% (tanpa Azolla) menjadi 71,35% (diberi Azolla); produksi telur kandang (HHP) naik sebesar 45,11% dari 49,04%menjadi 71,18%; tingkat warna kuning telur naik sebesar 48,1% dari skala 6,84 menjadi 10,13; dan tebal kerabang telur itik naik sebesar 11,3% dari 0,43 mm menjadi 0,48 mm. Sikap dan respon peternakterhadap teknik budidaya dan pemanfaatan A. microphylla sebagai hijauan pakan itik adalah positif. Peternak mengakui bahwa pemberian Azolla pada itik memberikan beberapa keuntungan, seperti:peningkatan produksi telur, peningkatan kualitas warna kuning telur, dan ada efisiensi pakan.
