Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh iklim organisasi, kepemimpinan transformasional, knowledge sharing terhadap perilaku kerja inovatif dengan employee engagement sebagai variabel intervening. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 114 pemeriksa BPK Perwakilan Provinsi Jawa Tengah yang ditentukan dengan metode proporsional random sampling. Metode  pengumpulan  data  dalam  penelitian  ini  mengunakan kuesioner.Metode  analisis  data  yang  digunakan  dalam  penelitian  ini  adalah regresi linier berganda dan analisis jalur.Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa knowledge sharing dan employee engagement berpengaruh signifikan terhadap perilaku kerja inovatif. Sedangkan iklim organisasi dan kepemimpinan transformasional tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap perilaku kerja inovatif. Iklim organisasi dan knowledge sharing berpengaruh signifikan terhadap employee engagement. Kepemimpinan transformasional tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap employee engagement. The purpose of this research is to study the influence of the organization climate, transformational leadership, knowledge sharing to the innovative work behavior with employee engagement as intervening variable. The number of respondent is 114 auditor at The Audit Board of The Republic of Indonesia, Regional Office in Central Java Province determinated through proporsional random sampling method. The data collection method in this study used a questionnaire. The data analysis method used in this research is multiple linear regression and path analysis. This result from this research indicates that knowledge sharing and employee engagement influential significantly to the innovative work behavior. While it was found that the organization climate and transformational leadership not significantly to innovative behavior The organization climate and knowledge sharing influential significantly to the employee engagement. Transformational leadership has not significantly to employee engagement.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of changes in work patterns on work stress in marketing employees of UOB Bank Semarang Branch, to analyze the effect of work life balance on work stress on marketing employees of UOB Bank Semarang Branch, to analyze the effect of changes in work patterns on work stress with the effect of work life. balance against work stress with the Covid-19 pandemic as a moderating variable. This study uses a sample of 34 marketing people at Bank UOB Semarang Branch, and the data analysis technique is using validity tests, reliability tests, and classical assumption tests, as well as regression tests with moderating variables. Then the t test was also carried out to test the hypothesis, the F test to test the fit of the model and test the coefficient of determination. The test results from this study indicate that the value of the Coefficient of Determination (R2) after moderation is greater than before moderation. This means that the Covid19 pandemic can strengthen the relationship between changes in work patterns and work life balance to work stress.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk  menganalisis pengaruh Motivasi ekstrinsik dan Self efficacy terhadap Kinerja pegawai baik secara langsung maupun melalui Disiplin kerja pada pegawai Kecamatan Semarang Timur Kota Semarang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan sumber data yang digunakan adalah data primer. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh Aparatur Sipil Negara di Kecamatan Semarang Timur dengan jumlah 65 orang, dengan teknik samping yang digunakan adalah metode sensus sejumlah  65 responden. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner, dengan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur dan uji sobel. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa Motivasi ekstrinsik berpengaruh positf dan signifikan terhadap disiplin kerja, dan self efficacy berpengaruh positf dan signifikan terhadap disiplin kerja. Motivasi ekstrinsik berpengaruh positf dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, self efficacy berpengaruh positf dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh positf dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja pegawai. Dari hasil uji mediasi diperoleh bahwa Disiplin kerja dapat memediasi pengaruh Motivasi kerja terhadap Kinerja pegawai, dan Disiplin kerja dapat memediasi pengaruh Self efficacy terhadap Kinerja pegawai  This study aims to analyze the effect of extrinsic motivation and self-efficacy on employee performance either directly or through work discipline in the employees of the East Semarang District, Semarang City. This type of research is quantitative with the data source used is primary data. Population used in this study were all State Civil Apparatuses in the District of East Semarang with a total of 65 people, with sampling technique used was the census method so that the number of samples in this study was 65 respondents. The data collection method used a questionnaire, with data analysis techniques used were path analysis and Sobel test. The results showed that extrinsic motivation has a positive and significant effect on work discipline, and self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on work discipline. Extrinsic motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. From the results of the mediation test, it was found that work discipline can mediate the effect of work motivation on employee performance, and self efficacy on employee performance

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh modal sosial dan disiplin kerja terhadap komitmen organisasi dan dampaknya pada kinerja pegawai pada Kecamatan Pedurungan Kota Semarang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai Kecamatan Pedurungan Kota Semarang yaitu sebesar 99 pegawai. Penentuan sampel dilakukan dengan metode purposive sampling. Sampel yang diambil sejumlah 97 pegawai. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda, uji t, koefisien determinasi dan analisis jalur. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara variabel modal sosial dan disiplin kerja terhadap komitmen organisasi. Hasil lainnya menunjukkan ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara modal sosial, disiplin kerja dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai. Hasil uji efek mediasi menunjukkan bahwa komitmen organisasi mampu memediasi pengaruh modal sosial dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai.  The purpose of this study to analyze the effect of social capital and work discipline on organizational commitment and its impact on employee performance in Pedurungan District, Semarang City. The population in this study were all employees of Pedurungan District, Semarang City, which was 99 employees. Determination of the sample is done by purposive sampling method. The samples taken were 97 employees. Data analysis used multiple linear regression, t test, coefficient of determination and path analysis. The test results show that there is a positive and significant effect between the variables of social capital and work discipline on organizational commitment. Other results show that there is a positive and significant effect between social capital, work discipline and organizational commitment on employee performance. The results of the mediation effect test show that organizational commitment is able to mediate the effect of social capital and work discipline on employee performance

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh employee engagement dan kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kinerja pegawai baik melalui Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) pada Kecamatan Semarang Tengah Kota Semarang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh Aparatur Sipil Negara di Kecamatan Semarang Tengah dengan jumlah 98 orang, dengan teknik sensus atau sampel jenuh. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner, dengan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur dan uji sobel. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa employee engagement  dan kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh terhadap OCB. Employee engagement, Kepemimpinan transformasional dan OCB berpengaruh positf dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja pegawai.. Dari hasil uji mediasi diperoleh bahwa OCB dapat memediasi pengaruh employee engagement dan kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kinerja pegawai.  This study aims to analyze the effect of employee engagement and transformational leadership on employee performance through Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) in Central Semarang District, Semarang City. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kompetensi, pelatihan dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan dimediasi komitmen afektif. Jumlah responden yang dilibatkan dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 100 responden. Seluruh responden merupakan pegawai Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang Kabupaten Demak. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dari hasil pengisian kuesioner. Data penelitian selanjutnya dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik analisis SEM PLS dengan bantuan program SmartPLS versi 3.3.7. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dalam penelitian ini diperoleh hasil bahwa kompetensi, pelatihan dan kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, kemudian kompetensi, pelatihan dan kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen afektif, serta komitmen afektif berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Selanjutnya pada uji pengaruh tidak langsung, komitmen afektif terbukti dapat memediasi pengaruh tidak langsung kompetensi, pelatihan dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja pegawai.This study aims to examine the effect of competence, training and compensation on employee performance mediated by affective commitment. The number of respondents involved in this study were 100 respondents. All respondents are employees of the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office of Demak Regency. This research is a research with a quantitative approach. The data in this study were obtained from the results of filling out the questionnaire. The research data were then analyzed using the SEM PLS analysis technique with the help of the SmartPLS version 3.3.7. Based on the results of the analysis in this study, it was found that competence, training and compensation had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, then competence, training and compensation had a positive and significant effect on affective commitment, and affective commitment had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Furthermore, in the indirect effect test, affective commitment is proven to be able to mediate the indirect effect of competency, training and compensation on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of training, organizational culture and work competence on employee performance directly and indirectly through organizational commitment as an intervener. The research was conducted at PT TIKI Jalan Nugraha Ekakurir Area, East Semarang. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires that included five variables with twenty seven indicators. The study was conducted using a census on all 36 employees, with a regression analysis tool. The results of this study indicate that: there is a significant positive effect of Job Training on Organizational Commitment, while culture and competence have no effect on organizational commitment. On the other hand, culture and organizational commitment have an effect on performance, while training and competence have no effect on performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pelatihan, budaya organisasi dan kompetensi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan secara langsung dan secara tidak langsung melalui komitmen organisasi sebagai intervening. Penelitian dilakukan di PT TIKI Jalur Nugraha Ekakurir Area Semarang Timur. Data dikumpulkan dengan mendistribusikan kuesioner yang menyajikan pertanyaan tercakup lima variabel dengan dua puluh tujuh indikator. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan sensus pada seluruh karyawan sejumlah 36 orang, dengan alat analisis regresi.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa : terdapat pengaruh positif signifikan Pelatihan Kerja terhadap Komitmen Organisasi, sedangkan budaya dan kompetensi tidak berpengaruh pada komitmen organisasi. Disisi lain budaya dan komitmen organisasi berpengaruh pada kinerja, sedangkan pelatihan dan kompetensi tidak berpengaruh pada kinerja

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk membuktikan pengaruh kompetensi, kecerdasan emosional dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan motivasi sebagai variabel moderating (Studi pada PT. Pantjatunggal Knitting Mill Semarang). Kajian ini berfokus pada pegawai produksi bagian sewing PT. Pantjatunggal Knitting Mill Semarang. Pengambilan sampel dengan teknik random sampling. Aplikasi SPSS versi 21 digunakan untuk melakukan uji validitas, uji reabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi dengan MRA, uji koefisien determinasi dan uji hipotesis. Penelitian ini menghasilkan kompetensi, kecerdasan emosional dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai serta motivasi dapat memoderasi pengaruh kompetensi, kecerdasan emosional dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada PT. Pantjatunggal Knitting Mill Semarang.

Abstract

In Kampung Tambak Lorok there is a group of PKK women who are a group of housewives in the village area. Problems faced by PKK women in Kampung Tambak Lorok are: (1) Do not have a strong entrepreneurial spirit; (2) A joint business unit for PKK mothers has not yet been formed; (3) Knowledge about cooperatives is still lacking. The purpose of this community service is to improve the skills of the human resources of PKK women to become entrepreneurs and the procedures for establishing joint business groups (KUB) and to increase their entrepreneurial spirit. The community service is carried out using lecture, tutorial and discussion methods. Training and counseling on entrepreneurship, cooperatives, the formation of joint business groups can provide new understanding to PKK mothers that it turns out that entrepreneurship, cooperatives and joint ventures are indispensable in doing business.  In  this  service   also  practiced  making  fish  pempek.  The  results  show  that participants feel interested and interested in practicing making pempek and want to sell it.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of digital literacy competency and intensive communication on the performance of civil servants using the teamwork system as an intervening variable. The independent variables in this research are Digital Literacy and Intensive Communication Competence, the dependent variable is Employee Performance and the mediating variable is Teamwork System. This research uses quantitative methods with the help of questionnaires for data collection. The research was conducted at the Regional Office of the Ministry of Religion of Central Java Province, with a population of 156 people. The sample was carried out using a survey method. The data analysis technique used was Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), with a Partial Least Squares (PLS) approach. It was concluded that the intensive Digital Literacy and Communication Competency variables had a positive and significant influence on Employee Performance. The Teamwork System mediates Digital Literacy Competency and Intensive Communication on Employee Performance through the help of technology. This reflects that Digital Literacy Competence and intensive communication between employees are important in completing all work. Agencies must encourage employees to improve their competence both personally and through regular training mechanisms held by the agency. So that all employees are able to complete the work they are responsible for well without having to rely or rely on other parties.
