Abstract

Penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif dan bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi: (1) pengaruh promosi terhadap keputusan untuk membeli makanan melalui aplikasi GrabFood; (2) pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap keputusan untuk membeli makanan melalui aplikasi GrabFood; dan (3) pengaruh promosi dan kualitas layanan terhadap keputusan untuk membeli makanan melalui aplikasi GrabFood.Untuk mengumpulkan sampel, teknik sampling acak acak kompleks digunakan.Data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 240 responden. Metode observasi dan angket digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data, yang kemudian dianalisis dengan regresi linier berganda.(1) Promosi memengaruhi keputusan pembelian; (2) Kualitas pelayanan memengaruhi keputusan pembelian; dan (3) kedua promosi dan kualitas pelayanan memengaruhi keputusan pembelian

Abstract

The unemployment rate in Jombang district is still quite high, data from the Central Statistics Agency for East Java Province shows that there are still 4.66 percent of Jombang residents who are still unemployed. Efforts to reduce the unemployment rate in the future are by preparing complex education and providing training. Prakerin is expected to be able to increase the work readiness attitude of vocational school students. The approach used in this research is quantitative, with the research population being class XII vocational school students in Jombang City who have taken part in Prakerin. The research results support the first hypothesis that the Prakerin variable has a positive and significant effect on the work readiness of vocational school students in the city of Jombang. It is shown in the f test where the significance value for the Prakerin variable (X) is 0.000 because the significance value <0.05 shows that there is a partial influence of the Prakerin variable (X) on the work readiness variable (Y).

Abstract

The need for halal certification continues to increase with increasing consumer awareness of the consumption of halal goods, and the government requires that all products circulating in Indonesia have halal certification to ensure consumer safety and comfort. Self-declaring halal is one step to obtaining halal certification intended for MSMEs. Observation results show that many MSMEs in Jombatan Village do not understand the halal self-declaration certification process and do not know the added value of halal certification; for this reason, they are given training regarding halal certification, the method used in training is through 5 stages to know, to understand, to plan, to act, and to change. Through the training stages, it is known what the actual conditions are in Jombatan Village, then MSME actors are given knowledge about halal certification, and the service team coordinates to plan solutions to problems by providing training programs related to self-declared halal certification; after attending the training MSME actors understand more about the importance product halal certification.

Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat dilaksanakan pada UMKM Dewi Sartika desa Jombatan, berdasarkan permasalahan yang dihadapi, dan hasil observasi yang sudah dilaksanakan sebelumnya bahwa masih perlu ditingkatkan kembali terkait pengembanagn produk, maka peneliti akan melaksanakan kegiatan pengabdian dalam bentuk pelatihan inovasi serta pendampingan proses pengembangan pada Keripik Pisang Dewi Sartika. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah observasi, pelaksanaan, dan penilaian angket. Kelompok pengabdian memberikan pengarahan tentang inovasi produk keripik pisang, hasil dari pelatihan yang telah dilaksanakan yaitu anggota UMKM menjadi lebih kretif dalam mengolah produk, dan produk menjadi lebih unggul, dari yang sebelumnya diketahui presentase kreativitas anggota UMKM sebanyak 56% menjadi 94%.
