Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of leadership and organizational culture on employee performance through organizational commitment as an intervening variable of the Makassar New Port Project of PT. PP (Persero) Tbk. Data was collected by a survey method, using direct observation and questionnaire instrument made on the paper and distributed to 103 employees with three job divisions, namely finance & administration, engineering, and operational. Of the 103 employees, 103 responded. Data is then analyzed using the IBM SPSS Statistics 25 program. The results showed that leadership styles and organizational culture have a positive and significant direct effect on organizational commitment, leadership styles and organizational culture have a positive and significant direct effect on employee performance, Organizational commitment has a positive and significant direct effect on employee performance. The results of the analysis also show that leadership styles and organizational culture have no significant effect on employee performance through organizational commitment. This implies that leadership style, organizational culture, and organizational commitment play a key role in increasing employee performance.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate and analyze the effect of recruitment, selection, and the work placement against the performance of the non-government officials of Hasanuddin University (UNHAS). Data were collected through distributed questionnaires which were then analyzed their validity test and reliability test afterward. The study applied multiple linear regression analysis with the classical assumption test conducted in the first place. The research results indicate that the recruitment, the selection, and the work placement had a positive and significant effect on the educational staff performance of Hasanuddin University Makassar.

Abstract

Human resource management is a strategic and decisive part. The organization and employees are one unit that has a relationship and must be balanced. To be able to support the achievement of organizational goals requires effort and hard work of all aspects of organizational resources to achieve organizational goals and objectives. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of organizational development and career paths on organizational commitment and employee performance, organizational development, and career paths have an effect on employee performance through organizational commitment as an intervening variable. This research is a quantitative descriptive study. The sample used is civil servants (PNS), data collection techniques through questionnaires, while the techniques used are path analysis and Sobel test. The results showed that the organization and career path had a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment and employee performance. Organizational commitment has an effect on performance, then organizational development and career path have a positive and significant indirect effect on employee performance through organizational commitment in the Rector of Hasanuddin University.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1) Untuk mengetahui bagaimana tingkat pengaruh secara bersama-sama antara variabel motivasi instrinsik dan motivasi ekstrinsik terhadap kinerja dosen. 2) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh secara parsial antara variabel istrinsik dan motivasi ekstrinsik terhadap kinerja dosen STIM Lasharan Jaya Makassar. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Sampel yang dijadikan objek penelitian sebanyak 43 dosen tetap dan tidak tetap Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Manajemen Lasharan Jaya Makassar, dan pengambilan data berupa metode kuisioner, observasi dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan untuk pengolahan data dianalisis untuk uji Validitas dan Realibitas memakai rumus Alpha Cronbach dengan menggunakan bantuan komputer program SPSS for windows. Dari hasil analisis data dapat diketahui: 1) Motivasi instrinsik dan motivasi ekstrinsik berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja dosen artinya perubahan motivasi instrinsik dan motivasi ekstrinsik mempunyai pengaruh searah terhadap kinerja dosen. 2) variabel bebas memberikan pengaruh yang nyata terhadap variabel terikat secara parsial dengan kata lain motivasi instrinsik dan ekstrinsik berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja dosen. Kata Kunci: Motivasi Instrinsik, Motivasi Ekstrinsik, Kinerja Dosen

Abstract

The goal of this study was to ascertain the impact of market orientation and social media marketing on the efficiency of the culinary MSMEs in Makassar. 40 respondents make up the entire sample in this causal study design. The non-probability sampling approach is used in the sampling procedure. Using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, data is processed. The findings of this study suggest that the performance of culinary MSMEs in Makassar is significantly influenced by the usage of social media marketing and market orientation.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Effect of Service Quality, Price, and Trust in Purchasing Decisions Through Interest in Buying Precious Metals at PT Pegadaian Persero CP Barru. The research method used is quantitative research using the survey method. The population in this study was active customers from 2017-2018 who bought precious metals at PT Pegadaian Persero CP Barru. The samples taken in this study were 77 respondents in 3 locations precisely at UPC Palanro, UPC Mangkoso, and UPC Takkalasi. Data collection in this study uses questionnaires, literature studies, and observations. Data analysis techniques use descriptive data analysis techniques hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that the results of this study indicate that service quality, price, trust, service quality, price, and trust, have a positive and significant effect on buying interest. The indirect effect of service quality on purchasing decisions through buying interest is smaller than the direct effect of service quality on purchasing decisions. The indirect effect between prices on purchasing decisions through buying interest is smaller than the direct effect of prices on purchasing decisions. The indirect effect between trust in purchasing decisions through buying interest is smaller than the direct influence of trust in purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi pemasaran objek wisata Lemo Kabupaten Tana Toraja. Satuan analisis dalam penelitian ini adalah Dinas Kebudayaan dan Pariwisata Kab. Tana Toraja, sedangkan satuan pengamatannya adalah bagian pemasaran objek wisata Lemo Kab. Tana Toraja. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi, dan studi kepustakaan. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis SWOT dalam bentuk deskriptif narasi. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa strategi pemasaran objek wisata Lemo antara lain memperbaiki SDM dan tata kelola objek wisata dengan memperhatikan kebutuhan infrastruktur atau sarana prasarana, mengadakan promosi atau mengiklankan objek wisata Lemo melalui berbagai macam cara baik melalui biro travel dan jasa guide, promosi online dengan memanfaatkan komunitas packbaker Indonesia, promosi perjalanan wisata dalam bentuk paket-paket wisata, wisata edukasi, dan wisata hiburan dengan menghadirkan hiburan-hiburan musik tradisional di lokasi objek wisata, dan meminta keterdukungan pemerintah pusat melalui Dinas Pariwisata dalam bentuk dana pengembangan pariwisata. Penelitian ini memberikan informasi dan masukan dalam menyiapkan strategi pengembangan pemasaran objek wisata Lemo Kabuoaten Tana Toraja.
