Abstract

Dayah Ruhul Falah was founded in 2003 by Al Fadhil Tgk.H.Ibrahim Hasyim, established on 4500 m2 of waqf land with 800 students from various regions of Aceh such as North Aceh, Pidie, Aceh Besar and Banda Aceh. Along with the development of time and progress that is increasingly globalized, pesantren have not shown significant progress, this is because pesantren still have challenges ranging from management, the curriculum that is applied and the facilities owned are still very limited and the source of funds is minimal. The ability of pesantren managers to innovate is a requirement for efforts to direct changes in pesantren institutions to become more advanced in increasing and financial independence to make these changes. So far, the management of financial funds related to the activities carried out at Pasantren Ruhul Falah, both educators' honorariums and other needs in general, has been sourced from financing originating from the parents of students, government and private institutions. Pasantren Ruhul Falah, which was founded in 2003, has no pasanten-owned business entity managed under the pasantren, so it is necessary to conduct training and education for administrators and students in the dayah by making kueh, developing moringa leaves into the economy. This service activity was carried out with the aim of increasing knowledge and skills for training participants to become independent entrepreneurs. The method we do with lectures, questions and answers, practice and demonstrations and group exercises. This program begins with the preparation stage by forming a community service committee team by coordinating team members with the aim of making it easier to socialize to other university lecturers who want to join the community service group. In this community service, the target to be achieved is understanding and skills so that it can improve the economy in Pasantren Ruhul Falah Samahani Aceh Besar.

Abstract

Indonesia salah satu negara yang sering terjadi gempa khususnya Aceh menjadi kekhawatiran pada bangunan yang sudah ada (eksisting), salah satunya Struktur Gedung UPTD Kantor Dinas Pengairan Provinsi Aceh, sehingga perlunya dilakukan perkuatan seismik menggunakan bresing baja tipe V-Braced dan Inverted V-Braced untuk menambah kekuatan struktur, Tujuan penelitian ini ialah, menganalisa perbandingan level kinerja struktur Gedung UPTD Kantor Dinas Pengairan Provinsi Aceh, sesuai metode ATC-40 untuk mengetahui gaya geser dasar dan perpindahan maksimum yang dapat ditahan oleh struktur. Level kerusakan yang dihasilkan dapat digunakan sebagai evaluasi keamanan struktur setelah terjadi gempa. Adapun ruang lingkup penelitian ini dimulai dari menganalisis struktur gedung menggunakan metode pushover, titik kinerja, level kinerja dan mekanisme sendi plastis serta perilaku struktur gedung tersebut dalam menahan gaya gempa. Data primer berupa hasil pengamatan dilapangan tersebut meliputi data Asbuild drawing, mutu baja dan mutu beton. Sedangkan data sekunder diperoleh dari studi literatur dan instansi-instansi terkait antara lain, Peta Provinsi Aceh, peta Kota Banda Aceh, denah lokasi penelitian, serta respon spektrum yang didapatkan dari puskim PUPR 2019-2020. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan ukuran profil bresing yang digunakan yaitu baja IWF dengan dimensi 100x100x8x6 yang di tambahkan di beberapa sisi struktur gedung telah memenuhi syarat keamanan dan layak digunakan sebagai sistem perkuatan. Untuk hasil analisa pushover didapat level kinerja struktur pada arah X dan Y berada pada level Immediate Occupancy (IO) serta distribusi sendi plastis yang terjadi pada struktur Gedung sesuai yang diharapkan yaitu (strong column weak beam) Simpangan antar lantai setelah dilakukan perkuatan menggunakan bresing lebih kecil dibandingkan pada kondisi eksisting.Kata kunci: Inverted V-Braced, Perkuatan Seismik, Pushover, Respon Spektrum, V-Braced

Abstract

Proyek konstruksi berkembang semakin besar dan rumit dewasa ini baik dari segi fisik maupun biaya. Untuk menyelenggarakan suatu proyek pembangunan, salah satu faktor yang menjadi penentu keberhasilan dalam pembangunan adalah faktor sumber daya manusia. Dengan demikian apabila penjadwalan tenaga kerja tidak efektif maka usaha-usaha mencapai keberhasilan dari pelaksanaan pembangunan tersebut akan mengalami keterlambatan dan kenaikan biaya. Permasalahan dalam perencanaan ini adalah bagaimana mengatur kebutuhan tenaga kerja pada setiap kegiatan yang dilaksanakan agar lebih efektif dan efisien. Tujuan dari perencanaan ini adalah untuk untuk mendapatkan penggunaan sumber daya   manusia   agar   fluktuasi   yang   terjadi  tidak  terlalu  tajam  dengan  menggunakan pemerataan sumber daya (resource leveling) yaitu dengan metode minimum moment algorithm (MMA) sedangkan penjadwalan dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Critical Path Method (CPM). Hasil perencanaan pejadwalan tenaga kerja yang meliputi pekerja dan tukang didapatkan faktor perbaikan (IF) untuk aktivitas yang mempunyai free float (FF) yaitu aktivitas J, I, dan S, Untuk aktifitas J, I, dan S, nilai IF yang didapat masih ada yang bernilai positif sehingga dihitung kembali nilai IF untuk aktifitas tersebut. Perbandingan histogram sumber daya yang terjadi tidak begitu signifikan, ini karena perbaikan yang terjadi hanya pada aktivitas yang memiliki free float (FF).

Abstract

The problem of this community service is that the location of the partner activity is in a disaster-prone area so that the partner will be vulnerable to disaster. Apart from that, partners need to get support in the learning process. Partners also do not have adequate skills in learning approaches so this needs to be provided with a solution. The aim of this community service activity program is to provide partners with solutions to disasters through the use of environmentally friendly materials from organic and inorganic materials and provide a strengthening learning approach so that partners will be able to solve their problems with the science and technology that has been provided by program executor. For this reason, the solution provided is to provide knowledge about the application of environmentally friendly technology in the construction sector in the form of a mixture of organic concrete and inorganic concrete and provide an understanding of learning approaches. In this activity, building components are produced in the form of concrete floors derived from organic and inorganic waste, with several learning approaches.

Abstract

In a certain period, the road pavement will be damaged so this pavement needs to be overlay. There is pavement damage that needs overlay activity in the highway, so the pavement is needed to maintain. This study is performed to find the overlay thick of pavement (overlay) by using Falling Weight Deflectometer (FWD) and Benkelman Beam (BB) tools. Overlay thick design is based on Design of Overlay Thick of Flexible Pavement by Deflection Method (Pd T-05-2005-B). The segment of this study is in Jalan Banda Aceh - Medan highway, the data that taken is from the same point between Falling Weight Deflectometer (FWD) and Benkelman Beam (BB). To design the thickness, this investigation needs the result deflection of Falling Weight Deflectometer (FWD) and Benkelman Beam (BB), then the value result is corrected. After the obtain corrected deflection value, the next process is calculating uniformty factor (FK), representative deflection (Dsbl ov), design deflection (Dstl ov), overlay thick (Ho), factor of overlay thickness (Fo), and corrected overlay thick (HT). The result of this study is the overlay thick from Falling Weight Deflectometer (FWD) and Benkelman Beam (BB), it is 5,235 cm for Falling Weight Deflectometer (FWD) and 3,722 cm for Benkelman Beam (BB). The result difference between Falling Weight Deflectometer (FWD) and Benkelman Beam (BB) is 1.513 cm or 28.90% in the percentage.

Abstract

The background of this research is that there is still a lot of oyster shell material that has not been utilized, meanwhile the shell has good mechanical properties as well as concrete. Up to this moment, the shell is not used properly so it needs to studied the use as concrete mixture. By the utilization of this waste is expected to reduce the environmental impact. This study was aims to obtain a regression equation of the compressive strength of concrete using shells, the shells used in this study were oyster shells (ostreidae), tested at 28 days of age with 3 variations in the percentage of the use of shell ash material and with 1 variation of normal concrete. The percentage variations used are 0% variation, 5% variation, 10% variation, and 15% variation. In addition, based on the regression equation, the strong relationship between variables will be obtained which is indicated by the value of r square. The implementation of this research was carried out by carrying out a compressive test of concrete cylinder samples with 3 variations of the water cement rasio (W/C), is W/C 0.4, W/C 0.5, and W/C 0.6. The activity was continued by recording and analyzing data by conducting a regression analysis between the relationship between the percentage of shell use and the compressive strength of concrete. The regression equation used is the exponential regression equation, linear regression, polynomial regression order 2. From the test data, it is found that the regression equation is the best for W/C variation 0.4, obtained polynomial regression equation order 2, y = -0.0351x2 + 0, 3279x + 25.075 with r² = 0.9999, for the W/C variation of 0.5, the second order polynomial regression equation is obtained, y = -0.0702x2 + 0.8062x + 23.406 with r² = 0.8983, and for the W/C variation of 0.6 , the second order polynomial regression equation is obtained, y = -0.0404x2 + 0.4008x + 19.074 with a value of r² = 0.9167..

Abstract

Urgensi dari program kegiatan ini adalah lokasi mitra terletak di wilayah bencana sehingga berpotensi kembali untuk terkena dampak buruk ketika bencana sedang terjadi. Wilayah yang bencana yang dimaksud adalah bencana gempa dan tsunami, karena berada di pesisir barat dari pantai di Aceh. Hal ini terbukti dengan telah terjadinya gempa besar yang berkekuatan 9,5 SR yang menimbulkan gelombang tsunami yang memporak-porandakan seluruh wilayah sekitarnya dengan korban harta dan jiwa di 15 negara. Kondisi lingkungan mitra juga berpotensi dapat mengakibatkan masalah kesehatan yang diakibatkan oleh tidak terkelolanya limbah dengan baik. Apabila limbah tersebut tidak dikelola dengan baik, maka akan menambah kerugian berupa terjangkitnya berbagai macam penyakit. Penyakit yang dapat ditimbulkan bila masalah mitra tidak ditangani adalah penyakit tifus, malaria, dan kanker. Berdasarkan masalah yang dihadapi oleh mitra, maka mitra perlu diberikan solusi yang diberikan oleh pelaksana program kegiatan. Tujuan dari program kegiatan ini adalah memberikan pengetahuan kepada mitra dalam pengelolaan limbah, mengurangi intensitas limbah yang dihadapi mitra untuk tidak memberikan dampak negatif bagi lingkungan, memberikan pengetahuan kebencanaan kepada mitra di bidang konstruksi, dan memberikan tindakan preventif kepada mitra dalam menghadapi bencana di bidang konstruksi.

Abstract

The research aims to determine the role of Madrasah Principal in developing teachers' abilities. This research is important to carry out in order to get an overview of its role in developing teachers' abilities. The method used in this study is quantitative descriptive.  The subject of the study is the Principal of MIN 4 Banda Aceh. Collection techniques through interviews, questionnaires, observations and documentation. The data analysis technique uses percentages.  The results of the study show that the function of the Madrasah Principal as an educator creates a conducive school climate, enlightens school residents, provides encouragement to education personnel, as a manager is able to face various problems in school, thinks analytically, conceptually, and always tries to be a mediator in solving various problems. As an administrator, he is closely related to various administrative management activities that are record-keeping and documenting of all school programs. As a supervisor,  supervise the work carried out by education staff. As a leader, he provides guidance and supervision, and is able to build two-way communication in carrying out various tasks. Thus, it can be concluded that the role of the Madrasah Principal can develop teacher competence in improving the quality of learning.
