Abstract

Shoes are footwears needed by everyone such as employees, housewives, students or any other profession to do their activity. One example of profession that wears shoes in doing their work is a nurse in the hospital. An intial observation done to the nurse profession in the hospital shows that there is a problem in the condition of the shoes they wear. The shoes condition is not suitable to the characterisctic of the work, as well as to the condition of the workplace enviroment, which could lead to fatigue to the nurses and significantly influence the stress level of the nurses. The study aims to design a shoes that meet the the consumers wishes and the ergonomic value which eventually could be proposed as the improvement design for the nurse shoes. The method used in this study is Quality Function Deployment (QFD) as a design method used to determine the priority needs and desires of consumers, as well as to classify them. From the data processing and analysing, it is shown that the innovation made in the shoes for nurses are on the material used, which previously used a cow skin and now it uses velvet, in order to reduce the production cost; the heel design of the shoes which is modified to be more varies to meet the nurse needs; the replacement on the soles materials so they would not be slippery and they would cost less.

Abstract

The key objective of the current study is to examine the role of social networking in determining the firm performance of manufacturing firms. Addition to this the study has studied the mediating role of   comparative advantage and sustainable supply chain in the relationship between the social networking and firm performance of manufacturing firms. The basic concern of this research is to examine the way in which performance is generated and achieve by firms. Several theoretical approaches have been used for analyzing the relation between existing resources and performance of a firm. The relation between entrepreneurial orientation and firm performance has been explained using RBV theory by incorporating moderator and mediator variables. The results were presented for the model using PLS because of its flexibility, validity, and estimation of complex models. PLS-SEM method is also known as second general approach of SEM. In this study, the response rate of 77.6% is sufficient because 30% response rate was regarded sufficient by Dikko [1] in survey studies. These positive influences of SCM capability are supported by social capital theory. Relational and structural capitals are accumulated through collaboration, information sharing, mutual trust, communication, and commitment among the partners in the supply chain. These create improvement in the performance of suppliers and buyers.

Abstract

Abstract. CV. X is a company engaged in the leather industry that manufactures wallets, bags and key chains. The company experienced a decrease in sales volume due to a decrease in product quality from defective products in the company. Leather bags have an average percentage of disability of 2.39% in 2017-2018 from the company's disability limit of 2%. The existence of these defective products requires companies to improve product quality to reduce the occurrence of defects. The method used to solve the problems that are being faced by the company is the Seven Tools Quality Control method to identify the causes of product defects, while the Rezhenija Izobretatelskih Zadach (TRIZ) method is used to design a product quality improvement plan. The result of data processing which becomes the main priority is defect cutting. The causes of cutting defects include decreased work concentration, inadequate workers, poor physical condition, no machine maintenance, blunt cutting machines, high cutting machine use intensity, work environment, hot room temperature, lack of work space lighting. All causes of product defects are designed to improve the quality of leather bag products by creating visual controls, forms for worker health, cutting knife replacement machines, installing air conditioners, and adding lights to the sewing machine. Abstrak. CV. X merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang industri kulit yang memproduksi dompet, tas, dan gantungan kunci. Perusahaan mengalami penurunan volume penjualan yang disebabkan karena adanya penurunan kualitas produk dari produk cacat di perusahaan. Tas kulit memiliki rata-rata persentase kecacatan sebesar 2,39% pada tahun 2017-2018 dari batas kecatatan yang ditetapkan perusahaan sebesar 2%. Adanya produk cacat tersebut mengharuskan perusahaan melakukan perbaikan kualitas produk untuk mengurangi terjadinya kecacatan. Metode yang digunakan untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan yang sedang dihadapi oleh perusahaan yaitu metode Seven Tools Quality Control untuk mengidentifikasi penyebab terjadinya kecacatan produk, sedangkan metode Teorija Rezhenija Izobretatelskih Zadach (TRIZ) digunakan untuk membuat rancangan perbaikan kualitas produk. Hasil pengolahan data yang menjadi prioritas utama yaitu cacat potong. Penyebab cacat potong diantaranya yaitu konsentrasi kerja menurun, pekerja kurang hati-hati kondisi fisik kurang baik, tidak ada perawatan mesin, mesin potong tumpul, intesitas penggunaan mesin potong tinggi, lingkungan kerja, suhu ruangan panas, pencahayaan ruang kerja kurang. Semua penyebab cacat produk dibuat rancangan perbaikan untuk meningkatkan kembali kualitas produk tas kulit dengan membuat visual control, form untuk kesehatan pekerja, mesin penggantian pisau potong, pemasangan AC, serta penambahan lampu pada meisn jahit.

Abstract

Abstract. CV. Grand Manufacturing Indonesia is a company engaged in manufacturing spare parts. In the production process, the company often experiences delays in meeting the production time target, so the company must do overtime to meet the production time target. The production process that experienced the delay was the production process of custom spare parts. In this section there are complaints felt by workers, namely excessive fatigue caused by work intensity and high level of accuracy, and also has work pressure in the form of time pressure. Based on these problems, it is necessary to measure the workload to determine the workload felt by workers in the custom spare parts section. The measurement of the workload carried out is in the form of calculating mental workloads using the DRAWS method. In the production process of this type of custom spare part, there is one work station that has the highest mental workload score and is included in the overload category, namely at the milling machine work station with 1 worker. Then the calculation of the physical workload for the milling machine work station is also carried out. After getting the results of the workload calculation, the design carried out is in the form of adding workers and dividing work at the milling machine work station. Because if the work is done by 2 people, the workload experienced will be reduced and the activities carried out will be varied and the worker will not experience an excessive workload. Abstrak. CV. Grand Manufactuting Indonesia merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang manufaktur sparepart. Dalam proses produksinya perusahaan seringkali mengalami keterlambatan dalam pemenuhan target waktu produksi, sehingga perusahaan harus melakukan overtime untuk memenuhi target waktu produksi tersebut. Proses produksi yang mengalami keterlambatan tersebut yaitu proses produksi custom sparepart. Pada bagian ini terdapat keluhan yang dirasakan oleh pekerja, yaitu rasa lelah berlebih yang disebabkan oleh intensitas kerja dan tingkat ketelitian yang tinggi, dan juga memiliki tekanan kerja berupa tekanan waktu. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, maka perlunya dilakukan pengukuran beban kerja untuk mengetahui beban kerja yang dirasakan oleh pekerja pada bagian custom sparepart. Pengukuran beban kerja yang dilakukan yaitu berupa perhitungan beban kerja mental dengan menggunakan metode DRAWS. Pada proses produksi jenis custom sparepart ini terdapat satu stasiun kerja yang memiliki skor beban kerja mental tertinggi dan termasuk kedalam kategori overload, yaitu pada stasiun kerja mesin freis dengan jumlah pekerja 1 orang. Kemudian dilakukan juga perhitungan beban kerja fisik untuk stasiun kerja mesin freis. Setelah didapatkan hasil perhitungan beban kerja maka perangcangan yang dilakukan yaitu berupa penambahan pekerja dan pembagian kerja pada stasiun kerja mesin freis. Karena apabila pekerjaan dilakukan oleh 2 orang, maka beban kerja yang dialami akan berkurang dan aktivitas yang dilakukan pun akan terbagai dan pekerja tersebut tidak mengalami beban kerja berlebih.

Abstract

Abstract. CV Cleoriki is a company in Bandung, West Java which is engaged in the manufacturing industry with the production of bags. Cleoriki fulfills customer needs using a make to order production strategy and takes orders 10-15 dozen/week. CV. Cleoriki has 10 production operators with effective working hours of 13 hours starting from 08.00 to 23.00 WIB including 2 hours of rest. With so many requests that have to be fulfilled, excessive working hours (overtime) make operators often experience fatigue which results in experiencing production delays, especially backpack products. This study aims to 1) Knowing the percent of the operator's work productivity. 2) Knowing the level of operator workload. 3) Designing the right and optimal needs of backpack product operators. Workload calculations using the Work Load Analysis method are useful for knowing whether the workload is excessive or not. Then the design of operator needs using the Work Force Analysis method to find out how many operators there are by considering the level of absenteeism and employee turnover. The results of this study indicate that the highest workload value obtained by operator 2 is 141%. Meanwhile, the lowest workload value is operator 1 at 133%. With a workload value above 100%, the operator's workload is overloaded on operators 1 and 2 so that additional operators are needed. The design of the right and optimal needs for backpack product operators is based on the calculation results of the Work Force Analysis method and the calculation of the workload adding the optimal number of enough for two operators Abstrak. CV Cleoriki merupakan perusahaan di Bandung, Jawa Barat yang bergerak dalam industri manufaktur dengan hasil produksi tas. Cleoriki memenuhi kebutuhan pelanggan dengan menggunakan strategi produksi make to order dan menerima pesanan 10-15 lusin/minggu. CV. Cleoriki memiliki 10 operator produksi dengan jam kerja efektif 13 jam kerja mulai dari jam 08.00 sampai 23.00 WIB termasuk 2 jam istirahat. Dengan banyaknya permintaan yang harus dipenuhi, jam kerja yang berlebihan (overtime) membuat operator sering mengalami kelelahan yang mengakibatkan mengalami keterlambatan produksi pada khususnya produk backpack. Berdasarkan permasalahan yang sudah dijabarkan, diperlukan penelitian bertujuan untuk 1) Mengetahui persen produktif kerja operator. 2) Mengetahui tingkat beban kerja operator. 3) Merancang kebutuhan operator produk backpack yang tepat dan optimal. Perhitungan beban kerja dengan menggunakan metode Work Load Analysis yang berguna untuk mengetahui apakah beban kerja berlebihan atau tidak. Kemudian perancangan kebutuhan operator dengan metode Work Force Analysis untuk mengetahui berapa jumlah operator dengan mempertimbangkan tingkat absensi dan perputaran kerja karyawan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa nilai beban kerja tertinggi diperoleh operator 2 sebesar 141%. Sementara nilai beban kerja terendah yaitu pada operator 1 sebesar 133%. Dengan nilai beban kerja diatas 100% maka beban kerja operator overload pada operator 1 dan 2 sehingga perlu penambahan operator. Rancangan kebutuhan operator produk backpack yang tepat dan optimal didasarkan pada hasil perhitungan metode Work Force Analysis dan perhitungan beban kerja penambahan jumlah optimal cukup sebanyak dua orang operator

Abstract

Abstract. PT. Pilar Cakrawala is a manufacturing company engaged in electroplating or metal plating located in Karawang Regency, West Java. In running the business there are still problems that arise, one of which is not fulfilling the Service Level Agreement (SLA). Service Level Agreement (SLA) is an agreement that contains approval for an agreement, where the agreement has been agreed upon and must be fulfilled by each party involved with the promised time. The proposed methods are Statistical Quality Control (SQC) and Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA). The SQC tools are Histogram Charts, Pareto Charts, Control Charts, and Fishbone Diagrams. For FMEA, it is used as a recommendation for improvement referring to the Cause and Effect Diagram (Fishbone Diagram). Based on the results of data processing, the most dominant type of defect is crack defect with a total percentage of (52.2%), then pinhole defect (30%), then sintered defect (13%), and roughness defect (5%). The causes of defects in products are caused by human factors, machines, methods, and materials. The proposed improvement is to provide training to workers so that they are skilled in cutting and determine time limits for breaks in cutting so that overheating does not occur and the lowest RPN value is found in the type of roughness defect with an RPN value of 16 and the cause of the defect is less compaction of the mold. Proposed improvements, namely providing training to workers to be more skilled and also providing direction to workers before the production process. Abstrak. PT. Pilar Cakrawala merupakan perusahaan manufaktur yang bergerak di bidang elektroplating atau pelapisan logam yang berlokasi di Kabupaten Karawang, Jawa Barat. Dalam menjalankan bisnisnya masih terdapat permasalahan yang muncul, salah satunya tidak terpenuhinya Service Level Agreement (SLA). Service Level Aggrement (SLA) merupakan sebuah perjanjian yang berisi persetujuan terhadap suatu perjanjian, dimana perjanjian tersebut telah disepakati serta harus dipenuhi oleh setiap pihak yang terlibat dengan waktu yang telah dijanjikan. Metode yang diusulkan yaitu Statistical Quality Control (SQC) dan Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA). Adapun alat SQC yaitu Grafik Histogram, Diagram Pareto, Peta Kendali (Control Chart), dan Diagram Sebab Akibat (Fishbone Diagram). Untuk FMEA digunakan sebagai rekomendasi perbaikan mengacu dari Diagram Sebab Akibat (Fishbone Diagram). Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data jenis defect yang paling dominan yaitu defect crack dengan jumlah persentase sebesar (52,2%), kemudian defect pinhole sebesar (30%), lalu defect sinter sebesar (13%), dan defect roughness sebesar (5%). Penyebab terjadinya kecacatan pada produk disebabkan oleh faktor manusia, mesin, metode, dan material. Usulan perbaikan yaitu memberikan pelatihan kepada pekerja sehingga terampil dalam melakukan pemotongan dan menentukan batasan waktu untuk istirahat dalam melakukan pemotongan agar tidak terjadi overheating dan nilai RPN terendah terdapat pada jenis defect roughness dengan nilai RPN 16 serta penyebab kecacatannya yaitu pemadatan cetakan kurang padat. Usulan perbaikan yaitu pemberian training kepada pekerja agar lebih terampil dan juga memberikan arahan kepada pekerja sebelum proses produksi.

Abstract

Abstract. The company's ability to deal with developments in the globalization era, needs to strive to continuously improve quality and competitiveness in meeting customer requirements. Quality is one of the keys to winning the competition, to be able to survive in business competition both in the national market and in the global market the company must be able to improve the quality of its products so as to achieve customer satisfaction. One way that companies can do is by implementing QMS. QMS is a series of interacting processes carried out by a company to achieve quality objectives. CV HER-5 Engineering Manufacturing is a company engaged in manufacturing, with the resulting product being a swing arm. Observations at the company found that the company had implemented QMS based on ISO 9001:2008, but not up to the certification stage. In addition, the company experienced problems in the form of product returns by consumers. This is because the resulting product does not comply with the approved requirements. This study aims to determine the current condition of the QMS CV HER-5 Engineering Manufacturing, and provide suggestions for the fulfillment and design of QMS documents in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015. This study used ISO 9001:2015 as the QMS standard and the gap analysis method was carried out by scoring clauses 4 to 10 of ISO 9001:2015. The percentage of implementation results obtained was 50,15%, and the proposed design of complete QMS documents based on ISO 9001:2015 includes quality guidelines, procedures and forms to fulfill clauses that have not been fulfilled. Kemampuan perusahaan dalam menghadapi perkembangan era globalisasi, perlu berupaya untuk terus-menerus meningkatkan mutu dan daya saing dalam memenuhi persyaratan pelanggan. Mutu merupakan salah satu kunci dalam memenangkan persaingan, untuk dapat bertahan dalam persaingan bisnis baik di pasar nasional maupun pasar global perusahaan harus mampu meningkatkan mutu produknya sehingga tercapai kepuasan pelanggan. Salah satu cara yang dapat dilakukan perusahaan yaitu dengan menerapkan SMM. SMM merupakan rangkaian proses yang saling berinteraksi dilakukan oleh perusahaan untuk mencapai sasaran mutu. CV HER-5 Engineering Manufacturing merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang manufaktur, dengan produk yang dihasilkan yaitu lengan ayun (swing arm). Hasil pengamatan pada perusahaan diketahui bahwa perusahaan telah menerapkan SMM berdasarkan ISO 9001:2008, namun tidak sampai tahap sertifikasi. Selain itu, perusahaan mengalami masalah berupa adanya pengembalian produk oleh konsumen. Hal tersebut karena produk yang dihasilkan tidak sesuai dengan persyaratan yang telah disetujui. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kondisi terkini dari SMM CV HER-5 Engineering Manufacturing, dan memberikan usulan pemenuhan dan perancangan dokumen SMM sesuai dengan persyaratan pada ISO 9001:2015. Penelitian ini menggunakan ISO 9001:2015 sebagai standar SMM dan metode gap analysis yang dilakukan pemberian skor pada klausul 4 sampai dengan klausul 10 ISO 9001:2015. Hasil persentase penerapan yang diperoleh sebesar 50,15%, dan usulan perancangan kelengkapan dokumen SMM berdasarkan ISO 9001:2015 mencakup pedoman mutu, prosedur, dan formulir untuk memenuhi klausul yang belum terpenuhi. Abstract

Abstract. CV. X is a company engaged in the manufacturing industry that produces footwear. The production system carried out at the company uses the "Make to Stock" (MTS) system. Based on observations made by researchers, CV. X suffered a loss as a result of consumers returning products because the sandals had defects or were non-conforming. Efforts that can be made to reduce these problems are to identify the factors that cause product defects using the fault tree analysis and failure modes and effects analysis methods. Based on the results of the analysis using the FTA method, the root cause of the problem is influenced by several factors, namely, workers who are not careful, workers who are not skilled, and workers who do not focus on the production process; machines that often have errors; dim lighting; poor glue quality; and glue adhesion lost because it was stored for too long. The results of the FMEA analysis with the highest RPN, which is equal to 252, are found in non-stick glue, with the potential cause being workers being less thorough and the adhesive power of the glue being reduced because it has been stored for too long. While the proposal for the lowest RPN value, with a value of 75, is found in the type of stain defects on sandals caused by the tools used in the gross production process, Proposed improvements are made by increasing supervision, carrying out routine training schedules, paying attention to glue quality, adding lights, and carrying out maintenance on the machines used. X merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang industri menufaktur yang memproduksi alas kaki. Sistem produksi yang dilakukan pada perusahaan menggunakan sistem Make to Stock (MTS). Berdasarkan observasi yang telah dilakukan oleh peneliti, CV. X mengalami kerugian akibat pengembalian produk dari konsumen karena produk sandal mengalami kecacatan/ketidaksesuaian. Upaya yang dapat dilakukan untuk mengurangi permasalahan tersebut yaitu dengan mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan adanya cacat produk menggunakan metode Fault Tree Analysis dan Failure Modes and Effect Analysis. Berdasarkan hasil analisa menggunakan metode FTA akar penyebab masalah dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor yaitu pekerja kurang teliti, pekerja kurang terampil, dan pekerja kurang fokus pada saat melakukan proses produksi, mesin yang seringkali error, pencahayaan yang redup, kualitas lem kurang baik, dan daya rekat lem bekurang karena terlalu lama disimpan. Adapun hasil analisa FMEA dengan RPN tertinggi yaitu sebesar 252 terdapat pada lem tidak menempel dengan penyebab potensial pekerja kurang teliti dan daya rekat lem berkurang karena sudah terlalu lama disimpan. Sedangkan usulan pada nilai RPN terendah dengan nilai 75 terdapat pada jenis cacat noda pada sandal yang disebabkan karena alat yang digunakan pada proses produksi kotor. Usulan perbaikan yang dilakukan yaitu dengan melakukan peningkatan pengawasan, melakukan jadwal pelatihan secara rutin, memperhatikan kualitas lem, penambahan lampu, dan melakukan perawatan terhadap mesin yang digunakan. Abstract

Abstrack. PT Ongpin Jaya Indonesia is a company engaged in the manufacturing sector in Indonesia and focuses on manufacturing kayak products. During the kayak boat production process there is a discrepancy in terms of completion of production. One of the obstacles to the occurrence of defects caused by human error factors that result in products not in accordance with the company's needs. The purpose of this study was to reduce product defects in kayak boats using the plan-do-check-action and failure mode effect and analysis methods. The plan stage is carried out to find the most dominant type of defect and find the root cause of the defective product using a Pareto diagram. Based on the Pareto diagram, the research focuses on repairing 1 type of defect, namely the type of asymmetrical shape defect, the factors causing the defect using a Fishbone diagram. Stage do After knowing the cause of the defect, determine goals and objectives in corrective action and identification of defective products and assisted by tools 5W + 1H. In the check phase, further examination was carried out using failure mode effect and analysis, and the highest risk priority number was obtained, namely 324 at the temperature of the injection molding machine where setting errors often occur, and the recommended action was given in the form of a proposal to make a special checksheet for engine temperature control. The next stage is the action stage, as well as looking at the quality level of a product by using a checksheet to review the inspection process. Abstrak. PT Ongpin Jaya Indonesia merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang manufaktur di Indonesia dan berfokus kepada pembuatan produk perahu kayak. Selama proses produksi perahu kayak terdapat ketidaksesuaian dalam hal penyelesaian produksi. Salah satu kendala terjadinya cacat yang disebabkan oleh faktor human error yang mengakibatkan produk tidak sesuai dengan kebutuhan perusahaan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengurangi produk cacat pada produk perahu kayak di menggukan metode plan-do-check-action dan failure mode effect and analysis. Tahap plan dilakukan untuk mencari jenis defect yang paling dominan dan mencari akar penyebab terjadinya produk yang cacat menggunakan diagram pareto. Berdasarkan diagram pareto, penelitian fokus memperbaiki 1 jenis defect yaitu jenis defect bentuk tidak simetris, faktor-faktor penyebab defect tersebut menggunakan Fishbone diagram. Tahap do Setelah diketahui penyebab terjadinya defect, Menentukan sasaran dan tujuan dalam tindakan perbaikan dan identifikasi produk cacat dan dibantu oleh tools 5W+1H. Tahap check dilakukan pemeriksaan lebih lanjut dengan menggunakan failure mode effect and analysis, dan didapatlah nilai risk priority number yang paling tinggi yaitu sebesar 324 pada temperatur suhu mesin injection molding yang sering terjadi kesalahan setting, dan recommended action yang diberikan berupa usulan untuk pembuatan checksheet khusus untuk pengontrolan suhu mesin. Tahap selanjutnya adalah tahap action, serta melihat tingkat kualitas suatu produk dengan menggunakan checksheet untuk meninjau pada proses pemeriksaan.

Abstract

Abstract. Goods delivery services not only make it easier for the general public but also business people, especially online or e-commerce businesses. PT. Global Jet Express with the J&T Express brand is one of the companies engaged in freight forwarding services. The services provided are in the form of goods delivery services, both in the form of documents and packages for delivery to all corners of the city, institutions and internationally, including e-commerce businesses. At one of the branches of J&T Express, namely J&T Express Antapani Branch also often receives complaints from consumers. Complaints that occurred from 2018 to 2020 have increased in each category, and the category of complaints that has the most complaints is delivery delays. The impact felt by the company is the decrease in the number of deliveries after the number of complaints that enter the customer service department. In addition, the achievement of the number of shipping transactions has not met the expectations of the company's management who set a target of 250 shipments per day or 7500 shipments per month. This can affect the income of J&T Express Antapani Branch which can decrease and affect consumer confidence in the services provided. Therefore, it is necessary to design methods and analysis that can increase customer satisfaction with J&T Express Antapani Branch. To identify problems, ServQual (ServiceQuality) and IPA (Importance Performance Analysis) models are used. Based on the calculation results of ServQual and Model IPA, there are 9 main priorities for improvement proposals using a cause and effect diagram (Fishbone). Keywords: Quality Control, ServQual, IPA Model, Fishbone Abstrak. Jasa pengiriman barang tidak hanya memudahkan masyarakat umum namun juga pelaku bisnis terutama pelaku bisnis online atau e-commerce. PT. Global Jet Express dengan merek J&T Express merupakan salah satu perusahaan yang bergerak dalam pelayanan jasa pengiriman barang. Pelayanan yang diberikan berupa layanan pengiriman barang, baik berupa dokumen maupun paket untuk pengiriman ke seluruh penjuru kota, lembaga dan internasional termasuk bisnis e-commerce. Pada salah satu cabang dari J&T Express yaitu J&T Express Cabang Antapani juga sering menerima keluhan dari konsumen. Keluhan yang terjadi pada tahun 2018 sampai tahun 2020 mengalami kenaikan pada setiap kategori nya, dan kategori keluhan yang paling banyak adalah keterlambatan. Dampak yang dirasakan oleh perusahaan yaitu menurunnya jumlah pengiriman setelah banyaknya komplain yang masuk ke bagian customer service. Selain itu pencapaian jumlah transaksi pengiriman tersebut belum memenuhi harapan dari manajemen perusahaan yang menetapkan target sebesar 250 pengiriman pada setiap hari nya atau 7500 pengiriman pada setiap bulan nya. Hal tersebut dapat berpengaruh kepada pendapatan J&T Express Cabang Antapani yang dapat mengalami penurunan dan mempengaruhi kepercayaan konsumen terhadap jasa pelayanan yang diberikan. Oleh karena itu diperlukan metode dan analisis perancangan yang dapat meningkatkan kepuasan konsumen terhadap J&T Express Cabang Antapani. Untuk mengidentifikasi permasalahan digunakan metode ServQual (ServiceQuality) dan Model IPA (Importance Performance Analysis). Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan ServQual dan Model IPA terdapat 9 prioritas utama untuk diberikan usulan perbaikan dengan menggunakan diagram sebab akibat (Fishbone).
