Abstract

This study aimed to study the growth and yield of maize crop nutrient  efficient  selection against  the  combination of different types of organic fertilizers and bio-fertilizers at low dose levels of chemical fertilizer on marginal dry land for the development of technological innovation fertilization on maize crops to reduce the use of chemical fertilizer on marginal dry land. This study was conducted in the field trials of Agro Techno Park (ATP), the Ministry of Research and Technology, South Sumatra from  January  to May  2012.   The experimental design used was SplitPlotdesign with three replications.   . The main plot treatment was dose levels of chemical fertilizer consists of : P1 = 50 % standard dose of ATP ( 200 kg urea , 50 kg SP36 and 25 kg KCl/ha ) and P2 = 25 % standard dose of ATP ( 100 kg urea , 25 kg SP36 KCl and 1.25 kg/ha) . treatment subplot , is the combined delivery of this type of organic fertilizer + biofertilizer types , comprising : KHO = control ( without organic fertilizer + biofertilizer ) , KH1 = composted cow manure + mycorrhiza , KH2 = composted cow manure + bacterial phosphate solvent , KH3 = composted chicken manure + biological mycorrhizae , KH4 = composted chicken manure + bacterial phosphate solvent , KH5 = compost straw corn + mycorrhizae , KH6= composted maize straw + bacteria phosphate solvent , KH7 = compost Legume cover crop ( LCC ) + Mycorrhiza and compost KH 8= legume cover crop (LCC) + solvent bacteria Phosphate.  The results showed that chicken manure compost fertilizer + fertilizer mycorrhizal give the best effect on the growth and yield of dryland corn yields marginal with an average of 9.70 tons of dry cobs/ha and the combined treatment of chemical fertilizer at 50 % level and composting chicken manure + mycorrhizal give the best effect on the growth and yield of maize in marginal dry land , with an average yield reached 10.51 tons of dry seed/acre.

Abstract

Safriyaniet al, 2018. Correlation of Growth and Product Components on Integrated farming Padi-Azolla. JLSO 7(1):59-65.In order to increase the growth and production of rice plants that support sustainable agriculture can be done with the azolla application. This study aimed to evaluate the correlation of the components of growth and yield on rice-azolla production. The research was conducted on Karang Ketuan Subdistrict South Lubuklinggau II Subdistrict Lubuklinggau City from January to April 2018. This study used a randomized block consisting of K1=250 kg urea ha-1 without azolla, K2=250 kg urea ha-1+azolla 1000 kg ha-1, K3=187.5 kg urea ha-1+azolla 1000 kg ha-1, K4=125 kg urea ha-1+azolla 1000 kg ha-1, K5=62.5 kg urea ha-1+azolla1000 kg ha-1, K6=without Urea+azolla1000 kg ha-1. Data analysis used correlation and path analysis. The results showed that plant height and number of pithy grains correlated on grain weight with higher values than other growth components. Dry weight of straw and harvest index had a direct and positive effect on grain weight with cross coefficients value namely 1.086 and 0.755 representatives. Plant height and number of pithy grains could be used as an indicator of crop production.

Abstract

Menulis surat niaga merupakan salahsatu kompetensi dasar aspek menulis dalam kurikulum yang harus dicapai oleh siswa kelas X SMK. Peneliti menerapkan metode ARIAS dalam pembelajaran menulis surat niaga. Tujuan penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui keefektifan metode ARIAS. Penelitian yang dilakukan merupakan penelitian eksperimen. Kemampuan siswa dalam menulis surat niaga yang tergolong rendah karena kedua kelas yakni kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol mendapatkan nilai rata-rata masing-masing 63,63 dan 56,13. Setelah menerapkan metode ARIAS dalam pembelajaran menulis surat niaga di kelas eksperimen, nilai rata-rata mengalami peningkatan  menjadi 73,23 dan di kelas kontrol yang menggunakan metode berbeda juga mengalami peningkatan menjadi 60,33.Kata kunci: Metode ARIAS, Menulis Surat Niaga

Palembang: Penerbit & Percetakan Universitas Sriwijaya (UNSRI).The low calcium intake of the Indonesian people is one of the causes of the high risk of osteoporosis. Therefore, support is needed to meet the body's calcium needs. This study aims to determine the growth and organoleptic test of mustard greens (Brassica juncea L.) as a result of biofortification with calcium (Ca) cultivated hydroponically by floating rafts. This study used a descriptive test with 2 treatments and 4 replications, consisting of 0 ppm (P0) control treatment and 300 ppm calcium (P1) treatment of mustard plants. The parameters observed included plant height, number of leaves, level of greenness, plant fresh weight, plant dry weight, moisture content, root crown ratio, calcium content, food fiber and organoleptic tests with components of assessment of color, taste, preference, and texture. The research treatment did not significantly affect plant growth seen from the height of the mustard greens with calcium treatment, only a slight decrease from the control mustard plant, but it greatly affected plant production as seen from the wet weight and dry weight of the control mustard plant which had a higher weight than the mustard plant with calcium. Giving a calcium concentration of 300 ppm increased the number of leaves, greenness of the leaves, increased calcium content and dietary fiber in mustard greens. The assessment of the organoleptic test results showed that mustard greens with calcium treatment were dark green, had a sweet taste, had a crunchy texture, and were preferred by panelists. So the mustard plants that get the addition of 300 ppm of calcium can be accepted and liked by the community to meet their daily calcium needs.

Palembang: Penerbit & Percetakan Universitas Sriwijaya (UNSRI). The high cost of AB Mix hydroponic nutrients, so there is a need for alternative growth nutrients that are cheaper and easily available. Aim of this research was to determine the hydroponic nutrition substitute for AB mix for the growth of spinach (Amaranthus sp). This study used a completely randomized design (CRD) method with four hydroponic nutrition treatments with different ingredients. The treatments given were AB mix fertilizer, NPK-based nutrition, single fertilizer-based nutrition, and organic nutrients. hydroponic nutrient constituents are calculated based on the needs of leaf vegetable plants. Needs Parameters observed were plant height (cm), number of leaves, leaf greenery level, leaf area (cm2), root volume (ml3), plant fresh weight (g), plant dry weight (g), and nitrogen concentration (N) at leaf. Based on the observation of growth parameters, AB mix nutrition treatment showed the best results. However, the fresh weight parameter of the single fertilizer-based nutrient treatment showed results that were not significantly different from the ABmix treatment. In addition to providing the highest yield, the lowest cost requirement is 1 liter of concentrate at a cost of 44,302 IDR so that single fertilizer-based hydroponic nutrients can be recommended as an alternative to AB Mix nutrition.

(Eds.), Prosiding Seminar Nasional Lahan Suboptimal ke-8 Tahun 2020, Palembang  20 Oktober 2020. pp. xx.  Palembang: Penerbit & Percetakan Universitas Sriwijaya (UNSRI).Cycle of fish cultivation will produce liquid waste water from fish culture, which contains an accumulation of organic material from feed residue, fish secretions, bacteria and algae, so that the waste has the potential to be used as organic fertilizer. there is still low organic matter in fish culture water, so it is necessary to add other organic materials. This study aims to analyze the results of aerobic and anaerobic mineralized liquid organic fertilizer for fish culture wastewater with the addition of organic matter. The study used a factorial completely randomized design (CRD) with 3 treatments, namely the treatment of organic fertilizer, namely 1) fish water waste, 2) fish water waste + gamal leaves 3) fish water waste + gamal leaf + banana peel, with 2 factors of fermentation system, namely aerobic and anaerobic and 3 repetitions so that 18 experimental units will be obtained. The results showed that the growth rate of catfish was very good. The parameters used in this study were descriptive characteristics of organic fertilizers and laboratory analysis of pH and ingredients of N-Total, P-total, K-total, Ca-total, Mg-total.  The results of this study indicate that the addition of organic matter will increase the nutrient content of organic fertilizers, the addition of organic material from banana peels will increase the content of phosphorus and potassium, the lowest pH of organic fertilizers was 3.95 in the anaerobic system, while the highest pH is in the aerobic system B2 treatment was 8,57.

Integrated Rice-duck-azolla farming is biologically controller of pests and weeds in rice plants. The research aims to evaluate the role of ducks and azollas in reducing pest and weed populations of rice plants. The research has been carried out in the irrigated rice fields of Tanah Periuk Village, Muara Beliti District, Musi Rawas Regency from October 2018 to February 2019. The study used experimental method with a randomized block design, consisting of K1= 250 kg urea/ha: without ducks and azolla, K2 = 187.5 kg urea/ha: without ducks: azolla 1000 kg/ha, K3 = 187.5 kg urea/ha: duck 3000/ha: azolla 1000 kg/ha, K4 = 125 kg urea/ha: duck 3000/ha: azolla 1000 kg/ha, K5 = 62.5 kg urea/ha: duck 3000/ha: azolla 1000 kg/ha, K6 = without N: duck 3000/ha: azolla 1000 kg/ha. The application of 3000 ducks/ha and 1000 kg/ha azolla could reduce rice pests and weeds, including Nephotettix virescens 83.33%, Valanga SP 88.70% dan Scirpophaga innotata 83.57%, Fimbristylis dichotoma 84%,  Cyperus difformis 91.4%, Ludwigia adscendens 85.7% and Eclipta prostrata 80.8%.Keywords: azolla, duck, integrated farming, pest

Efforts to increase the Ca plants can be done through biofortification, namely increasing the concentration of Ca through fertilizers in nutrient solution. However, excessive application of Ca is not recommended because it will be toxic to plants. This study aims to determine the effect of concentrations of Ca added to  AB Mix hydroponic solution  on Ca content, and growth of mustard (Brassica juncea L) and lettuce (Lactuca sativa L.). This study used a hydroponic water culture system, with a completely randomized design. Treatments of Ca concentration were: control, 100 ppm, 200 ppm, 300 ppm, and 400 ppm. The parameters observed were plant height, number of leaves, SPAD value, fresh and dry weight, and leaf Calcium concentration. The results showed (1) the addition of Ca 300 ppm into AB Mix solution was the optimal concentration for hydroponic biofortification of Ca in mustard and lettuce; (2) absorption of Ca nutrients increased the leaf number, SPAD value, and reduce the height of mustard and lettuce plants and (3) consumption of 100 grams of mustard and lettuce plants biofortificated with 300 ppm Ca can meet 41.6% and 24.8% of the daily requirement for calcium mineral, respectively. Application of Ca 300 ppm is the highest concentration of hydroponic nutrient solution which can increase the plant's Ca content without causing a biomass decrease.,  and

Palembang: Penerbit & Percetakan Universitas Sriwijaya (UNSRI).This research was conducted to know the dose of calcium (Ca) and Ferro (Fe) which were the best factor in the increase of plant nutrient which did not disturb the growth and production of Amaranthus sp. by using hydroponic DFT (Deep Flow Technique). This research was conducted at Hydroponic laboratory Agronomy study program Faculty of Agriculture Sriwijaya University which was conducted from November 2020 until April 2021. This research used Amaranthus seed brand “Panah Merah”. The Randomized Block Design with 8 treatments and three replications were used. They were: CFo = AB, C1=200 ppm, C2=400 ppm C3-600 ppm, F1=5 ppm, F2=7.5 ppm and F3=10 ppm. Diversity Analysis used ANOVA and BNT 5%. Parameters being observed were plant height (cm), Number of leaves, leaves greenest level, leaf area (cm2), root volume (ml3), fresh plant weight (g), dry plant weight (g), Calcium concentration (Ca) and Fe concentration in leaves. Research results showed that the increases of Ca and Fe concentration occurred along with the increase of hydroponic solution. The increase of Ca 600 ppm did not inhibit plant growth and the increase of Fe 5 ppm was the maximum concentration which not inhibit the growth of Amaranthus and gave good impacts and optimal plant growth.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Pembentukan Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDES) merupakan sebuah langkah maju yang dilakukan oleh perangkat desa dalam rangka meningkatkan pendayagunaan segala potensi ekonomi, kelembagaan ekonomi, serta potensi sumber daya alam dan sumber daya manusia untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat desa. Pada perkembangannya, dengan dikeluarkannya regulasi yang mendukung UU Desa, yaitu PP No. 60/2014 tentang Dana Desa. Peraturan ini mengatur bahwa desa yang sekarang sudah bisa aktif turut membangun, perlu disokong dengan dana. Artinya, dana desa diadakan dengan dua cita-cita: pemerintah desa lebih bisa sanggup melayani kebutuhan warga, sekaligus warganya lebih aktif berinisiatif. Salah satu wadah untuk memajukan ekonomi desa adalah melalui Badan Usaha Milik Desa atau BUMDes. Desa Sebayan merupakan Desa Administrasi dari 18 Desa dalam wilayah Kecamatan Sambas yang berjarak 8 Km dari Ibu Kota Sambas Saat ini desa Sebayan telah membentuk BUMDes guna menampung serta menjual produk – produk berupa pupuk, bibit serta obat-obatan pembasmi hama dengan membuka toko. Selama ini produk – produk tersebut masih dipasarkan atau dijual hanya pada lingkup warga sekitar (lokal), padahal dengan perkembangan teknologi yang semakin meningkat sekarang ini sistem penjualan pada BUMDes sudah seharusnya menggunakan sistem penjualan berbasis online. Dengan adanya sistem penjualan online diharapkan dapat memperluas segmen pemasaran produk BUMDes tidak hanya bersifat lokal, namun meningkat hingga antar desa, kecamatan, kabupaten bahkan ke level nasional dan internasional. Keberhasilan BUMDes tidak hanya pada jumlah produk yang ditawarkan, namun juga bergantung pada perangkat atau sember daya manusia dalam melakukan manajemen pengelolaan BUMDes itu sendiri. Kendala yang dihadapi saat ini adalah lemahnya pengetahuan dan kemampuan pengelola BUMDes dalam hal pemamfaatan Teknologi Informasi (TI) dalam melakukan pemasaran dan penjualan secara online atau yang dikenal dengan istilah e-commerce. Tujuan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah ingin memberikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan kepada perangkat pengelola BUMDes “Usaha Bersama” desa Sebayan melalui pemanfaatan teknologi e-commerce guna memperluas pemasaran penjual produk.
