Abstract

Kajian ini mengeksplorasi hubungan antara konsep kemanusiaan, hak asasi manusia, dan keadilan sosial dalam konteks hukum Islam. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguraikan bagaimana hukum Islam mengakui martabat manusia, melindungi hak-hak individu, dan memajukan keadilan sosial. Tulisan ini menggunakan metode studi literatur dan analisis literatur secara komprehensif dari hasil penelitian-penelitian sebelumnya. Hasil penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa hukum Islam mempunyai landasan yang kuat pada prinsip-prinsip kemanusiaan, hak asasi manusia, dan keadilan sosial. Hukum Islam mengakui martabat manusia, mengintegrasikan hak-hak individu, dan mendorong perlindungan kelompok rentan. Konsep ini menciptakan landasan moral yang kuat untuk mencapai masyarakat yang lebih adil dan inklusif. Di dunia yang semakin terhubung dan beragam, pemahaman mendalam tentang hubungan antara hukum Islam dan Hak Asasi Manusia adalah kunci untuk mendorong toleransi, belas kasihan, dan perdamaian. Melalui dialog terus-menerus dan upaya implementasi yang bijaksana, masyarakat Muslim dapat memainkan peran penting dalam membangun dunia yang lebih baik yang menghormati hak-hak individu tanpa melupakan nilai-nilai agama yang berharga.

Abstract

A review of early Islamic sources confirms that several verses of the Qurān are considered by Muslim scholars to be sources for the history of the Prophet’s early life. However, modern scholars argue about the suitability of this verse of the Qurān as a carrier of true biographical information about the Prophet. Because hadith are considered as an interpretive tool to dig deeper into the meaning of the Al-Qurān, and one of them contains a very extensive source of information about the life of the Prophet, it is very necessary to analyze the ḥadīṡ-ḥadīṡ about the Nabawiyyah sīrah. This research aims to explore the history of the Prophet's early life in Musnad Aḥmad and analyze Aḥmad's perspective regarding verses in the Al-Qurān about the Prophet's early life. This research is qualitative in nature where the researcher uses a critical and analytical approach as the methodology. This study finds that the scarcity of Quranic verses regarding Muhammad’s early life in the Musnad Ahmad, a vast inventory of hadith dating to the ninth century, indicates a scholar’s view of Muhammad’s early life. It is clear that Aḥmad did not relate the Qur’ān to the narrative of the Prophet’s early life, even though the verses are widely used by sīrah writers as descriptions of Muhammad’s early life.

Abstract

Radicalism and religious extremism have become global issues that pose significant challenges to the world of education, especially in the context of Islam. Islamic education is one of the most effective tools to counter radicalism. However, an overly rigid and dogmatic approach to education can sometimes exacerbate the problem. This study aims to build a hadith-based curriculum as a foundation for deradicalization. This study uses a qualitative method with descriptive-analytic data analysis techniques. The study’s results indicate several hadiths that, if integrated into the Islamic education curriculum, can strengthen the values of peace, and tolerance, and prevent radicalism. Implementing these hadiths in educational materials can provide a more balanced understanding of religion and foster critical attitudes and tolerance among students. Effective implementation requires the selection of relevant hadiths, contextual interpretation, development of teaching materials, and good teacher training. This study is expected to provide specific benefits for educational institutions in designing a curriculum that functions as an instrument for deradicalization based on religious teachings. Thus, this study contributes to creating a generation that is moral, tolerant, and able to face global challenges without losing its moderate religious identity.

Abstract

This study discusses the relationship between hadith and modern scientific knowledge, focusing on the contribution of hadith to medical science. The background of this study is the need to understand and integrate Islamic teachings, especially hadith, with the development of science and technology, especially in the health sector. This study aims to explore and analyze the relevance of hadith in the context of medical practice and how the values ​​contained in hadith can contribute to the advancement of medical science. By using qualitative methods through literature studies and thematic analysis. The study's results indicate that several hadith contain health principles that align with modern scientific findings, such as maintaining cleanliness, a healthy diet, and preventing disease. The discussion outlines how these hadiths not only have historical relevance but can also be the basis for ethics and practice in modern medicine, thus encouraging the creation of integration between spiritual values ​​and scientific approaches in health services. This study is expected to provide new insights into understanding the contribution of hadith to the development of medical science and encourage collaboration between religious and medical scientists.

Abstract

The lack of implementation of hadith values in shaping the leadership character of santri is a challenge for educators in Islamic educational institutions, because sources of value other than the Qur'an or hadith, certainly cannot be ensured to form Islamic character. In this regard, Dayah integrated Al-Muslimun Lhoksukon North Aceh implements character building through the values contained in the hadith. The method used in this research is qualitative based on narrative studies, with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The results revealed that the value of leadership character contained in the hadith is related to the value of justice, trustworthiness, and commitment which are characters that must exist in a leader. The implementation of character building is done through active learning, extra-curricular activities, problem-based learning. Determination is not only in terms of intellectual intelligence, but also spiritual and emotional. This research shows that the internalization of hadith values strengthens the leadership character of students, so Islamic educational institutions need to adopt this method to produce leaders with good character.

Abstract

Perkembangan media sosial, khususnya TikTok, telah mengubah cara masyarakat memandang kebahagiaan keluarga, sering kali menciptakan stigma sosial yang dapat memengaruhi keharmonisan rumah tangga. Representasi kehidupan keluarga di platform ini sering menjadi standar kebahagiaan, yang tidak selalu mencerminkan realitas. Dalam konteks ini, penelitian ini mengeksplorasi perspektif hadis terkait keharmonisan rumah tangga dan bagaimana nilai-nilai tersebut dapat membantu keluarga menghindari stigma sosial yang timbul dari konten TikTok. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi prinsip-prinsip keharmonisan rumah tangga dalam hadis, menganalisis relevansinya dengan tantangan sosial di era digital, dan menawarkan solusi praktis bagi keluarga agar tetap menjaga keutuhan hubungan berdasarkan nilai-nilai Islam. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif berbasis literatur dengan pendekatan tematik terhadap hadis-hadis yang berkaitan dengan keharmonisan rumah tangga. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa prinsip seperti kesabaran, komunikasi yang baik, saling pengertian, dan penghargaan terhadap peran masing-masing anggota keluarga sangat relevan untuk menjaga keharmonisan rumah tangga. Hadis-hadis ini memberikan pedoman agar keluarga tidak terjebak dalam pola pikir kompetitif yang dipicu oleh konten TikTok. Penelitian ini penting untuk memberikan panduan berbasis agama yang kontekstual dalam menghadapi tantangan modern, sehingga keluarga dapat membangun kebahagiaan autentik yang tidak bergantung pada validasi sosial.

Abstract

Kekerasan terhadap perempuan di Indonesia adalah isu serius dan kompleks yang mencakup berbagai bentuk kekerasan, termasuk kekerasan fisik, seksual, emosional, dan psikologis. Komnas Perempuan menunjukkan bahwa kekerasan terhadap perempuan di Indonesia masih cukup tinggi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkontekstualisasikan hadis tentang puasa serta relevansinya dalam mencegah kekerasan seksual terhadap perempuan di Indonesia. Penerapan metode kualitatif, digunakan untuk menganalisis secara kritis dalil seputar hadis, sedangkan pendekatan kontekstual digunakan untuk memahami konteks interpretasinya. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa ulama berpendapat puasa sebagai salah satu cara efektif untuk membangun ketahanan diri dan meningkatkan kesadaran spiritual, yang pada gilirannya membantu seseorang menghindari maksiat pelecehan seksual. Adapun secara kontekstual, puasa dapat mempengaruhi kadar hormon, ketika tubuh kekurangan hormon, maka kondisi tubuh dapat berdampak signifikan terhadap nafsu seksual. Selain itu, puasa juga dapat mempengaruhi nafsu seksual melalui efek psikologis. Sehingga, puasa menjadi salah satu solusi dalam upaya mencegah tindak kekerasan seksual bagi perempuan khususnya di Indonesia.

Abstract

Technological advances in the post-multimedia era have brought about significant changes in various aspects of life, including in the understanding and dissemination of hadith. Multimedia technology provides faster and wider access to hadith literature, allowing Muslims to access authentic sources more easily. Nevertheless, this transformation also poses challenges in maintaining the authenticity and preservation of the tradition of hadith understanding that has developed over the centuries. This research aims to explore how the development of multimedia technology affects the transformation of people's understanding of hadith and how it interacts with efforts to maintain the interpretive traditions inherited by classical scholars. Using a qualitative method with an interpretive-hermeneutic approach was adopted to help interpret the shifting understanding of hadith among the younger generation and religious communities. The results show that although technological advances have enriched access to hadith, there are concerns about misinterpretation due to the lack of control of authoritative scholars. However, technology also provides opportunities for Islamic scholars and educational institutions to adapt, utilizing multimedia as a means of da'wah as well as the preservation of tradition. Therefore, synergistic efforts between technological innovation and strengthening Islamic literacy are needed so that the understanding of hadith in the post-multimedia era remains authentic and relevant.

Abstract

Radikalisasi di Indonesia telah menjadi ancaman serius terhadap kestabilan sosial dan keamanan nasional. Pendidikan Islam memiliki peran penting dalam membentuk pola pikir dan karakter generasi muda, sehingga pengintegrasian hadis sebagai pilar deradikalisasi dalam kurikulum pendidikan Islam menjadi sangat relevan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran hadis dalam membentuk kurikulum pendidikan Islam yang efektif untuk mencegah dan melawan paham radikalisme. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan studi literatur dan analisis dokumen kurikulum yang ada di beberapa lembaga pendidikan Islam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hadis-hadis yang menekankan moderasi, perdamaian, dan toleransi dapat menjadi landasan dalam membentuk materi ajar yang mampu menangkal paham ekstremisme. Selain itu, implementasi hadis ini dapat diperkuat dengan pelatihan guru yang mendalam tentang pemahaman hadis-hadis terkait deradikalisasi. Saran penelitian ini adalah perlunya penyusunan kurikulum berbasis hadis yang lebih komprehensif serta melibatkan para ulama, akademisi, dan pembuat kebijakan dalam mengembangkan strategi pendidikan yang tepat untuk deradikalisasi di Indonesia.

Abstract

Research on hadith related to perfume often emphasizes the ethical aspects of its use and its implications for personality. However, there has been limited exploration of how these hadiths can serve as tools to prevent sexual harassment and protect women. This study aims to examine the hadith concerning women’s use of perfume from the perspective of preventing sexual harassment and safeguarding women. Employing a descriptive-qualitative method combined with thematic analysis techniques, this research analyzes qualitative data, including narrative and interpretive studies of the hadith texts to uncover their meanings. Additionally, it conducts a phenomenological analysis of social norms regarding women’s use of perfume in society. The findings reveal that the prohibition of women wearing perfume in public spaces aims to protect them from negative attention or harassment, which can stem from certain social norms. The hadith advises women to use perfume thoughtfully and by the situation to avoid potential harm. Furthermore, these teachings highlight the importance of ethics, morality, and respect for women, which can serve as a foundation for promoting their protection in social settings. The contribution of this research is to offer a new perspective on the relevance of hadith in preventing sexual harassment through the principle of caution and to reinforce the role of religion in protecting women both socially and psychologically.
