Abstract

Telah dilakukan pengukuran induksi magnetik total dari partikel iron oxide (concentrate) dan identifikasi kandungan elemen dari endapan pasir besi yang berasal dari pantai bagian selatan Kota Padang, Sumatera Barat. Sampel dikeringkan dibawah sinar matahari sebelum terlebih dahulu dilakukan pemisahan antara partikel magnetik dan pasir dari endapan pasir besi dengan menggunakan Iron Sand Separator. Identifikasi kandungan elemen yang terdapat dalam endapan pasir besi dilakukan dengan menggunakan X-Ray Fluorescence (XRF). Uji XRF hanya dilakukan pada sampel dari Pantai Bungus dan Caroline. Nilai induksi magnetik total diukur menggunakan sensor magnetic probe Pasco PS2162 melalui sebuah solenoida terbuat dari 2500 lilitan dengan panjang solenoida 8 cm dan diameter 3 cm. solenoid ini dialiri arus listrik dengan variasi arus 2 A hingga 10 A dan jarak horizontal 1 hingga 5 mm disepanjang sumbu solenoida. Ketika arus listrik dinaikkan maka induksi magnetik total semakin besar, dan nilai induksi magnetik total berkurang ketika jarak horizontal diperbesar.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Research on Marketing Communication at Fish Culinary Business in Pondok Patin H.M. YunusRestaurant Pekanbaru was held in Octouber 2019 at Pondok Patin H.M. YunusRestaurant Pekanbaru. This study aims to determine the marketing mix of PondokPatin restaurant, to find out the communication techniques conducted by PondokPatin H.M. Yunus all this time. To find out what obstacles are faced by PondokPatin H.M Yunus Restaurant. The method used is descriptive qualitative method.The results showed that the PondokPatinRestaurant manager carried out interpersonal marketing communications such as promoting PondokPatin by giving business cards to relations, visiting agencies directly, promoting through print media such as newspapers, internet such as Instagram social media, e-magazine, electronics such as TV, radio and outdoor media such as billboards, billboard signs. PondokPatin restaurant managers target their products to everyone but many visitors who are married and work. The purpose of marketing communication must reach the target consumers, provide information so that the public knows about the PondokPatin restaurant, where the address, price and menu are presented. Then consumers are interested in enjoying PondokPatin cuisine. The message conveyed was "No to Pekanbaru if do not to arrive PondokPatin". Managers choose internet communication, because nowadays people use the internet as a place to get information. Constraints in marketing communication are not joining grabfood and gofood because prices are rising by 20%, do not use websites because prices make websites expensive, and the environment is disturbing like guest voices, and cellphone sounds from client pockets stop the conversation for a moment. Keywords: Communication, Marketing, Pondok Patin H.M. Abstract

This research is aimed determining the effect of price, promotion, and trust on online purchasing decisions at Lazada site. This research is an associative study. Population used in this is all students of STIE AMM Mataram who had been shopping online at Lazada. The sampling technique used purposive sampling, in order to obtain a total sample of 40 people. Data analysis technique used is multiple regressions. The result of this research shows that: price effect and insignifican on online purchasing decisions, evidenced from t value obtained less than t table that is 0,262< 1,688. Promotion has a positive and significant effect on online purchasing decisions, evidenced from t value obtained greater than t table that is 2,674> 1,688. Trust has a positive and significant effect on online purchasing decisions, evidenced from t value obtained greater than t table that is 3,176>1,688. Price, promotion, and trust simultaneously has a positive and significan effect on online purchasing decisions,evidenced from t value obtained is 15,924.

Abstract

This research was conducted to answer the research question: “How effective is the use of Semantic Mapping to increase vocabulary achievement on the Seventh Graders Students of SMP Mandiri Pontianak?” method of this research is a Quasi-experimental Study. A Quasi-experimental Study requires one experimental group and one control group and needs the test namely Pretest and Posttest. The treatments were conducted in three time meetings with the purpose of knowing the effectiveness of the teaching of vocabulary using Semantic Mapping. The research findings showed the mean score of pretest in experimental group is 6,70 and the mean score of posttest is 7,82 and categorized “.good”. The result of computation on the t-test with 2,70 is higher than the t-table for the degree of freedom N-1 (60-1)=59 is 2,021. Moreover, the computation on Effect Size of the treatment is 2,01. It is categorized “highly effective” because the result of 2,02 is higher than 0.8 that is the high level of effectiveness on Effect Size criteia proposed by Burn (ES > 0.8 = 2,01 >0.8). From the computation, it can be concluded that the teaching of vocabulary by using Semantic Mapping “highly effective”. Therefore, the null hypothesis that says “The use of Semantic Mapping is not effective to increase the students’ vocabulary achievement” is rejected. And the alternative hypothesis that says “The use of Semantic Mapping is effective to increase the students’ vocabulary achievement is effective” is accepted

Abstract

This research was conducted to find out how the concept of abuse of authority in criminal acts of corruption after the enactment of Law Number 30 of 2014 concerning Government Administration; and How was law enforcement in handling criminal acts of corruption after the enactment of the Law Number 30 of 2014. This research was a normative legal research. The approach used in this research was the statutory approach, the conceptual approach, and the comparative approach. From the results of the study it could be concluded that the concept of abuse of authority in criminal acts of corruption after the entry into force of Law Number 30 of 2024 concerning Government Administration was the Abuse of authority in accordance with Article 17 of Law No. 30 of 2014. Law No. 30 of 2014 focused on preventing abuse of authority. Aspects of criminal acts of corruption were first proven based on administrative law. In the process of law enforcement, if there was indeed an abuse of authority, then it became the basis by law enforcement officials to investigate or investigate allegations of corruption against the abusers of authority, whereas if in testing the abuse of authority by the State Administrative Court, the evidence was not proven, of course these actions could not be used as a basis for conducting investigations.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui: 1) Bagaimana pengaturan pelayanan kesehatan oleh Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan sosial di Kabupaten Ciamis. 2) Bagaimana pelaksanaan perlindungan hukum terhadap peserta Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial dalam pelayanan kesehatan di Kabupaten Ciamis. Perlindungan hukum dapat diberikan kepada subyek hukum apabila hukum yang dibuat oleh pemerintah telah dapat berlaku secara efektif. Sehingga untuk menilai suatu hukum telah berlaku efektif atau belum maka dapat menggunakan teori efektivitas. Metode penelitian yang penulis gunakan yaitu metode deskriptif analisis, Serta menggunakan metode yuridis normatif, Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah jenis data kualitatif.Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa, 1) pengaturan pelayanan kesehatan BPJS di Kabupaten Ciamis diatur di Undang-Undang Nomor 40 Tahun 2004, Undang-Undang Nomor 24 Tahun 2011, BPJS wajib membayar fasilitas kesehatan pelayanan yang diberikan kepada peserta. 2) pelaksanaan perlindungan hukum terhadap peserta BPJS dalam pelayanan kesehatan di Kabupaten Ciamis ditinjau dari Undang-Undang Nomor 24 Tahun 2011. Terdapat kendala BPJS Kesehatan Kabupaten Ciamis dalam memberikan pelayanan kesehatan kepada peserta BPJS Kesehatan yaitu masih sering dikeluhkan peserta adanya tarikan atau dengan biaya pribadi. Adapun upaya dari BPJS Kesehatan Kabupaten Ciamis untuk memenuhi hak-hak peserta BPJS meningkatkan mutu pelayanan kepada peserta BPJS, dan menempatkan petugas BPJS di rumah sakit memberikan pelayanan administrasi dan informasi kepada peserta BPJS Kesehatan.

Abstract

West Nusa Tenggara provence is one of Caou producen which has landfor grows of cao are lagers enough. The capacity of cao are two millionsper a year. Which is ued just 34.79 percent. So that the government of WestNusa Tenggara provence want to make meat production trought BSS.There are two things are very good potencials are making famerdoingdifficult is: Control of cutting cows, from 20% to 5% in 2018; shippingrestrictions cows outside the region of 13,000 head into 8.500 tail. Thiscan result in a weak bargaining position of farmers become. Objective:to know the model applied marketing NTB provincial government afterthe BSS program; determine the economic impact of changes in incomebreeders seen breeder after BSS program. This study used a qualitativeapproach with descriptive exploratory method. Research conducted on12 groups of farmers in the district of Praya Timur. The analysis modelis the analysis Miles Huberman. Result: The model of post-programBSS livestock marketing is no different from previous models in whichfarmers are free to market their animals to the buyer with the provisionsof the beneficiaries of the program BSS livestock, livestock sales elseis to be done after the birth of at least two. Economic impact farmers/breeders seen from the movement of revenues, it turns BSS programcan have a positive impact (intended impact) to farmers.

Abstract

Safety driving is the right way to drive, knowing the right driving techniques, understanding and following the traffic rules so that driving will always be safe and can help to avoid traffic problems.During the year 2016-2017 there have been 2 skid tank car accident owned by PT X on the way. The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between age, employment, knowledge, attitude, safety briefing, participation of safety driving training, the role of supervisor and the role of partner. This research uses quantitative research with cross sectional approach. The population of this study is all skid tank car drivers in PT X which amounted to 38 people with a total sample of 38 people. Sampling method was done by total sampling technique.The independent variables in this research are age, working period, knowledge, attitude, safety briefing, participation of safety driving training, role of supervisor and role of co-worker. and the dependent variable of safety driving practices. The result of research is 60,5% of respondent have good driving safety practice. Based on Chi-Square statistic test, the variables related to safety driving practice are knowledge (p-value: 0,033), attitude (p-value: 0,041), safety briefing (p-value: 0,024), participation of safety driving training (p- value: 0.006), and the role of supervisor (p-value: 0,024). While the unrelated variables are age (p-value: 0.775), tenure (p-value: 1,000), and the role of co-workers (p-value: 0.286). The researcher advises the driver to follow and implement the company's policy regarding safety aspects that start from the beginning before doing the job and for the company to provide training to all drivers as well as to make a list of materials and schedule of filler safety briefing activities.
