Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) have an important and strategic role in national economic development. In the era of globalization, advances in science and technology have brought changes in the business world. Marketplace is an application that bridges sellers and customers to transact virtually. By applying the concept of business to cunsomer (B2C), marketplace facilitates business activities in the network with hundreds of stores available and selling each product to customers. Customers can also have a membership in the store. In addition, stores or MSME units can open branches of business in the marketplace, and utilize universal product data to minimize data differences in the descriptions between products sold by one store and similar products sold by other stores.The marketplace application for MSMEs is built on web based using Laravel framework. The method applied in developing applications is using the waterfall model. The marketplace application for MSMEs has been successfully built by testing functionality using black box testing and showing the results that the application can function according to expectations and user needs.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi yang semakin pesat perlu diimbangi dengan peningkatan keterampilan sumber daya manusia, sehingga dapat memanfaatkan teknologi secara maksimal dalam berbagai kepentingan termasuk bagi warga atau aparatur desa Tambah Dadi Lampung Timur dalam melakukan tugas pelayanan kepada masyarakat. Diantara keterampilan yang penting dimiliki adalah teknik praktis desain grafis. Saat ini belum banyak warga/aparatur desa Tambah Dadi Lampung Timur yang memiliki keterampilan komputer, khususnya bidang desain grafis, sehingga proses pelatihan terkadang mengalami hambatan, namun hal ini tidak membuat patah semangat untuk terus belajar dengan menyimak penyampaian materi oleh narasumber. Setelah mengikuti pelatihan berdasarkan hasil post test pada 15 orang peserta uji yang dipilih secara acak, diperoleh peningkatan hasil kemampuan sebesar 20%. Dengan bertambahnya keterampilan, warga juga memiliki peluang berwirausaha dibidang jasa desain grafis.

Abstract

Kebiasan masyarakat membuang sampah ke badan air menjadi masalah serius karena sampah terakumulasi di hutan mangrove. Sampah plastik dapat menyebabkan kematian tanaman mangrove dan mengancam kelestarian hutan mangrove di Desa Margasari. Inovasi yang ditawarkan dalam kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah eco paving block. Produk ini tidak rumit pembuatannya dan membutuhkan sampah plastik dalam jumlah besar. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah (1) meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan masyarakat dalam mengolah dan memanfaatkan sampah plastik dan (2) meningkatkan daya tarik eduwisata Lampung Mangrove Centre. Kegiatan diawali dengan penyuluhan dilanjutkan dengan pelatihan pembuatan paving block. Hasil evaluasi 20 orang peserta menunjukkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan tentang bahaya plastik bagi ekosistem mangrove dan peserta mampu membuat paving block dengan baik. Peserta sangat antusias dan berharap kegiatan ini dapat diduplikasi kepada lebih banyak warga masyarakat.

Abstract

Terampil adalah bentuk kontribusi nyata untuk mendukung visi pemerintah Indonesia periode 2019-2024 yaitu menciptakan sumber daya manusia yang unggul dan mencapai kemajuan Indonesia melalui penyediaan akses keterampilan dan sertifikasi profesional. Kebutuhan pemodelan bisnis yang komprehensif terhadap realisasi solusi tersebut diperlukan agar dapat divisualisasikan, dinilai, dan divalidasi dengan jelas berdasarkan persyaratan calon pengguna spesifik. Pemodelan calon rintisan startup bisnis Terampil perlu dianalisis secara tepat sehingga Terampil dapat dikomersialisasi secara global. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan customer development model atau CDM untuk menganalisis dan menentukan pemodelan bisnis berdasarkan permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh calon pengguna spesifik. Kebutuhan pengguna diperoleh dengan melakukan wawancara langsung, kemudian proses pemodelan bisnis dilakukan dengan Lean Canvas melalui menurunkan rumusan solusi untuk kebutuhan pengguna. Pendekatan ini diimplemetasikan melalui dua tahap, tahapan customer discovery dan tahapan customer creation. Tahapan customer discovery menghasilkan fakta permasalahan calon pengguna yang digunakan untuk membentuk value proporsition. Sedangkan pada tahapan customer creation dilakukan pengumpulan kebutuhan pengguna. Perumusan model bisnis yang dikembangkan kemudian divalidasi melalui penilaian ahli untuk mendapatkan penilaian. Berdasarkan expert judgement diketahui bahwa pemodelan bisnis Terampil telah sesuai dengan kebutuhan calon pengguna spesifik. Namun, pembaharuan fitur serta analisis studi kelayakan yang lebih rinci sangat dibutuhkan untuk melengkapi analisis pengembangan bisnis Terampil ini.

Abstract

Situs-situs e-commerce ­dan e-marketplace di Indonesia menawarkan setiap produk dengan deskripsi dan harga yang berbeda-beda. Oleh karena itu pengisian deskripsi dengan jumlah kata yang sangat banyak dan beragam, maka dapat menghabiskan waktu yang sangat lama dalam mengelola produk. Keterbatasan dalam mengelola deskripsi produk secara detail ini dapat diatasi dengan proses pengambilan informasi dengan web scraping. Web scraping adalah proses pengambilan sebuah dokumen semi-terstruktur dari internet, umumnya berupa halaman-halaman web dalam bahasa markup seperti HTML atau XHTML, dan menganalisis dokumen tersebut untuk diambil data tertentu dari halaman tersebut untuk digunakan bagi kepentingan lain. Pembangunan website ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan framework Laravel dan dengan metode pengembangan sistem waterfall. Hasil implementasi dari sistem informasi web scraping ini adalah teknik web scraping dapat digunakan untuk mengambil konten deskripsi produk dengan cepat dan tepat di berbagai situs e-commerce ­dan e-marketplace seperti Tokopedia, Bukalapak, Lazada, Zalora, Blanja.com, Kriya.co.id, Zilingo, Amazon, dan Alibaba yang memuat deskripsi penjualanan produk. Penyimpanan deskripsi produk ke dalam database, mempermudah transformasi data ke bentuk lainnya.

Abstract

The online shopping process in Bandar Lampung is facilitating by mobile commerce online shopping. The factor of using online shopping mobile commerce has never been analyzed based on the public perception in Bandar Lampung. This research discusses using mobile-commerce online shopping using the UTAUT2 model with Perceived Risk manifestations, namely Security Risk and Privacy Risk. The mobile commerce applications analyzed were Shopee, Lazada, Tokopedia, Bukalapak, and Blibli. The purpose of this research was to determine the UTAUT2 variable with the manifestation of Perceived Risk, namely Security Risk and Privacy Risk, which affect the use of online shopping mobile commerce. The data analysis method used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Partial Least Square (PLS) approach. The total number of respondents obtained was 183 respondents. The data tested were 373 data. This research results from the factors that most influence the behavioral intention and use behavior of mobile commerce online shopping is a habit.

Abstract

On March 18, 1964, the Province of Lampung was established. In order to carry out efforts to develop Lampung Province, a development framework with a legal foundation and justice in each development process is required. The Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) are a replacement for the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs), which were established as a result of an agreement amongst 189 leaders of UN member states with the primary goal of improving welfare and community development. As a result of this research, a dashboard was established to track the progress of the SDG indicators. The dashboard produced can analyze, manage, and display the progress of the SDG indicators in a way that all parties can simply read and understand. As a result, everyone at every level of society can understand and guarantee that development is carried out in accordance with the law in order to promote community welfare.

Abstract

Multi-cooperative information systems have been developed in 2018 by providing several services, one of which is GIS (geographic information system). GIS on this system displays the locations of existing cooperatives in the form of digital maps. This study develops the GIS service on a multi-cooperative information system into a cooperative warehouse location search using the K-means clustering method. Multi-cooperative information systems with cooperative warehouse location search features were developed using the Laravel 5.5 framework with the waterfall method. Searching the location of cooperative warehouses using the K-means method is useful to assist users in determining the location of warehouses to supply adjacent cooperatives. This system has also been tested using the Blackbox Testing method.

Abstract

Material waste is unwanted residue after the end of a process. Waste reduction activities aim to make all levels of society, including the government, the business world and the wider community able to carry out activities to reduce, reuse, recycle (3R) through smart, efficient and programmatic efforts. The best solution to this problem is a waste bank. Waste Bank is a place for sorting and collecting waste that can be recycled and reused which has economic value. Waste bank work mechanisms such as sorting waste, submitting waste to waste banks, weighing waste, recording, selling the delivered waste are entered into a savings book and revenue sharing for the sale of waste between savers and implementers.The multi waste bank information system can help the waste bank work.The multi waste bank information system can be used by the waste bank for the publication of the location of the waste bank, data collection of waste bank customers, recording and archiving customer transaction data and helping the waste bank to find customers with the online customer registration feature. The multi waste bank information system is built on a web basis using the laravel framework. The method applied in the development of a multi bank waste information system uses the waterfall model. The multi waste bank information system has been successfully built by testing the system's functionality using black box testing and expert judgement. The results that the system can function according to user expectations and needs.

Abstract

Lembaga Sertifikasi Profesi (LSP) is an institution that has met the requirements to carry out competency certification and obtain a license from Badan Nasional Sertifikasi Profesi (BNSP). the length of the certification process and the large number of participants registering cause a lot of piles of files, thus making the conventional certification process no longer effective because processing participant data takes a lot of time, as well as other possibilities that can hinder the certification process, such as files the certification is damaged or lost so that it can be detrimental to the registrant and LSP. The purpose of this research is to develop an LSP information system in the hope of assisting and facilitating LSP in carrying out the entire series of professional certification processes starting from the registration process until the completion and assessment of the competency test. This system was developed using the PHP programming language and the Laravel framework. The system development method in this research is the prototyping method. This system was developed in a team using a collaborative coding approach. Collaborative coding approach will certainly be easier to solve existing problems so that they get a solution faster. Testing on the development of this system uses the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) method by running a professional certification simulation and providing a questionnaire which will later be calculated using a Likert scale. The results of this research indicate that the LSP information system developed is able to support the professional certification process. Based on the results of system testing, it also shows that all the functionality of the LSP system that is made can run well and according to user needs.
