Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of family card services at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Minahasa Regency. The research method used in this study is a qualitative method. The results of the research conducted on family card services at the Minahasa Regency Population and Civil Registration Office show that family card services are quite effective. Judging from several indicators, including 1) Service procedures for issuing family cards at the Minahasa Regency Population and Civil Registration Office are quite effective, this is illustrated by service procedures and service flow that are clear and in accordance with existing service mechanisms, 2) Budget/cost at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Minahasa Regency it has been quite effective, this is illustrated by the existence of a budget and costs available from the government and the realization of the budget that has been carried out is in accordance with what was planned, 3) Achievement of targets/targets in making family card documents, this means that services are effective and according to plan, 4) High work motivation at the Population and Civil Registration Office of Minahasa Regency can be seen from the services provided to the community as much as possible. This illustrates that family card services are quite effective.

Abstract

Dalam pengabdian ini permasalahan yang dihadapi mitra adalah; 1) Partisipasi dan keterampilan pegawai Badan Pemusyawaratan Desa (BPD) se-Kecamatan Eris Kabupaten Minahasa dalam pengembangan kapasitasnya dalam melaksanakan tugas tanggung jawab pekerjaan yang dinilai belum optimal; 2) Perealisasian Wewenang, Hak dan Kewajiban Desa dalam pelaksanaan implementasinya berdasarkan UU No. 6 tahun 2014 yang dinilai masih belum maksimal; 3) Fungsi BPS se-Kecamatan Eris Kabupaten Minahasa lebih didominasi fungsi pengawasan, dibandingkan fungsi legislasi yakni menyepakati Rancangan Perdes dan manampung aspirasi masyarakat. Solusi yang di tawarkan adalah dilakukan sosialisasi dan penyuluhan dengan judul Pelatihan Pengembangan Kualitas Badan Permusyawaratan Desa (BPS) dalam Mendukung Penyelenggaraan Pemerintahan di BPS se- Kecamatan Eris Kabupaten Minahasa

Abstract

Tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah; 1). Adanya pertukaran pengalaman dan ilmu mengenai sistem administrasi yang dilaksanakan di Kelurahan se-Kecamtan Tomohon Timur antara Ibu-Ibu PKK tim dosen PKM juga pegawai kelurahan; 2). Membekali gambaran mengenai pentingnya tata kelola yang ideal dalam pelaksanaan sistem administrasi pemerintahan yang berada di kelurahan se-Kecamtan Tomohon Timur serta agar dapat memeberikan masukan (saran) terkait perbaikan tata kelola administrasi pemerintahan. Permasalahan yang dihadapi mitra adalah: 1). Partisipasi Ibu-Ibu PKK se-Kecamatan Kota Tomohon Timur yang masih minim dalam penguatan administrasi yang diberlakukan di kelurahan setempat; 2). Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of sustainable food agriculture land protection policies in the South Tondano district, Minahasa Regency. This study uses a qualitative approach, with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that: 1) Socialization that was not optimal caused the community to not know the Policy for the Protection of Sustainable Food Agricultural Land. 2) Economic needs and population growth increase the need for residential land which causes people to build buildings in the LP2B referral area. 3) The Village Government does not act decisively and supports the expansion of settlements in Tataaran Village. 4) Violation of land conversion for sustainable food agriculture is the community's non-compliance with regulations as a result of lack of knowledge of policies. So the researchers suggest: 1) It is better for the government to carry out a thorough socialization to the community, not limited to the Village apparatus. 2) It is better for the government to provide solutions for people who do not have alternative options to build houses and places of business, as well as develop a more modern agricultural system so that young people are interested in working in agriculture. 3) It is better for the government as the implementer to have integrity in implementing a policy. 4) It is better for the government to provide regulations with heavier sanctions, for example in the form of fines for violating this regulation.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the significant influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable. The dependent variable in this research is employee performance, while the independent variable is the work environment. In this research, the method used was a quantitative research method with a sample of 56 people, where the number of samples was taken using a saturated sampling technique, where all members of the population were sampled. The data collection technique used in this research is by distributing questionnaires to respondents, and the questionnaire in this research uses a Likert scale. The results obtained by researchers after carrying out regression analysis, namely that there is a positive and significant influence of work environment variables on employee performance, which means that if the work environment improves it will also have an impact on increasing employee performance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh yang signifikan dari variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen. Variabel dependen dalam penelitian ini adalah kinerja karyawan, sedangkan variabel independennya adalah lingkungan kerja. Dalam penelitian ini metode yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan sampel sebanyak 56 orang, dimana jumlah sampel diambil dengan menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh, dimana semua anggota populasi dijadikan sampel. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner atau angket yang disebarkan kepada responden, dan kuesioner dalam penelitian ini menggunakan skala likert. Hasil yang diperoleh peneliti setelah melakukan analisis regresi, yaitu terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan variabel lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, yang artinya apabila lingkungan kerja meningkat maka akan berdampak pula pada peningkatan kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan: prestasi belajar siswa dalam matapelajaran PKN pada enam kecamatan di 3 Kabupaten yang ada di SULUT; motivasi belajar siswa SMP pada 6 kecamatan di 3 kabupaten Minahasa; strategi pengelolaan motivasional yang dilakukan guru-guru SMP pada 6 kecamatan di Kabupaten Minahasa; dan mengembangkan model rancangan motivasional untuk matapelajaran PKN. Rancangan penelitian ini terdiri dari dua jenis, yaitu: (1) deskriptif prestasi belajar melalui survey dan (2) pengembangkan model Pembelajaran motivasional Matapelajaran PKN SMP. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk memperoleh data motivasi belajar siswa dan strategi motivasional disusun oleh tim peneliti.Subjek penelitian : siswa SMP di enam kecamatan di Kabupaten Minahasa yang mewakili kecamatan yang besar, sedang, dan kecil yaitu siswa serta guru bidang studi PKN di SMP. Untuk uji ahli terdiri atas Ahli Isi, Media, dan Ahli Rancangan.Analisis data yang dipakai untuk memperoleh data motivasi belajar siswa, strategi motivasional yang dilakukan guru adalah analisis deskriptif. Sedangkan untuk mengembangkan model adalah analisis deskriptif berbentuk prosentase kesepakatan di antara para ahli dan subyek penelitian.. Hasil penelitian ini akan dapat digunakan secara langsung oleh perancang pembelajaran yang berupa pedoman dan langkah-langkah dalam merancang pembelajaran yang memperhitungkan aspek motivasi. Sedangkan bagi guru akan diperoleh preskripsi dalam hal bagaimana menerapkan rancangan motivasional dalam pembelajaran PKN Di SMP.Abstract: This study aims to describe: student learning achievement in PKN courses in six sub-districts in 3 districts in the North Sulawesi; learning motivation of junior high school students in 6 sub-districts in 3 Minahasa districts; motivational management strategies conducted by junior high school teachers in 6 sub-districts in Minahasa District; and develop a motivational design model for PKN learning. The design of this study consisted of two types, namely: (1) descriptive learning achievement through surveys and (2) developing motivational learning models for PKN SMP learning. The instruments used to obtain data on student learning motivation and motivational strategies were compiled by the research team. Subjects of study: junior high school students in six sub-districts in Minahasa District representing large, medium, and small sub-districts, namely students and PKN study teachers in junior high school. For an expert, the test consists of Content Experts, Media, and Design Experts. Data analysis used to obtain data on student learning motivation, motivational strategies conducted by the teacher is descriptive analysis. While to develop the model is a descriptive analysis in the form of a percentage of agreement between experts and research subjects. The results of this study will be used directly by the learning designer in the form of guidelines and steps in designing learning that takes into account the motivational aspects. As for the teacher, a prescription will be obtained in terms of how to apply motivational design in learning PKN in junior high school.

Abstract

This study aims to see how the influence of the work environment affects employee performance at the Minahas Regency Statistics Agency and Does intrinsic work motivation affect employee performance at the Minahasa Regency Statistics Agency? This type of research is expost facto with an associative quantitative approach with the aim of finding a causal relationship between variables based on the facts found by researchers. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between the Work Environment and Work Motivation on Employee Performance at BPS Minahasa Regency and there was a significant influence between the Work Environment and Work Motivation on Employee Performance at BPS Minahasa Regency. Variations in Employee Performance are influenced by variations in Work Environment and Work Motivation together.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to describe, analyze and describe how the procurement of goods and services of Bawaslu Manado and the provider and to find out the factors for the occurrence of wan prestasi between Bawaslu Manado and third parties (providers). The research method uses a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques with interviews, documentation studies and observation. The results showed that the planning flow had been carried out properly based on the basic conditions of need and priority scale. The implementation system of leasing goods and services in the financial management of Bawaslu Manado City is in accordance with applicable procedures and rules, including the results of work that meet the criteria of applicable regulations and have adhered to the principles of good governance as a form of mutual commitment.

Abstract

Embodiment good governance required source power man apparatus government owns competence in maintenance governance and development. The study aims to analyze the influence source power humans and information technology to enhance the performance of government. Method research used studies quantitative type ex post facto research with a sample respondent as many as 30 respondents. The study was conducted within the government secretariat district Minahasa. Research results from this showing that there is a significant influence among source power humans and improved performance of government. Studies also find that there is a strong influence among the use of information technology and improve performance government and influence positive and significant HR Capacity and IT Mastery together to performance Employee. Studies conclude that Some companies not only need Adequate HR capacity good but good or even very good so that could produce a good and helpful employee performance company for reach purposes. Good IT mastery will push employees to work with more passion and more good again so that the results achieved will also be good.

Abstract

The study seeks to learn more about the SIPD administration at the Planning and Finance Section of the Regional Secretariat of Minahasa Regency. In this study, a qualitative methodology is combined with a descriptive technique. Techniques for collecting data include observation, interviewing, and documentation. strategies for data processing that include steps for data presentation, data reduction, and data verification. In the planning, budgeting, and reporting or evaluation of procedures, the Regional Secretariat's management of the Regional Government Information System (SIPD) is highlighted in this study. SIPD encountered challenges, including issues with human resources, supporting infrastructure, such as the internet network, and flawed SIPD apps, which hindered its implementation. The Secretariat of Minahasa District's SIPD management has been successful, according to the findings of the research, it can be said. Additionally, it is advised that the Regional Government expand human resource capacity and enhance infrastructure and supporting facilities, while also urging the Central Government to perfect the SIPD application.
