Abstract

Para mahasiswa Universitas Negeri Manado memiliki potensi besar untuk menjadi wirausaha yang sukses jika diberikan pelatihan, pemantauan dan pendampingan kewirausahaan yang komprehensif. Masalahnya, sejauh ini hal-hal yang disebutkan di atas tidak diperoleh mahasiswa secara praktis. Melalui Program Ipteks bagi Kewirausahaan (IbK), siswa diberikan pelatihan, mentoring dan pengalaman nyata dalam kewirausahaan. Metode yang dilakukan dalam program ini disesuaikan dengan kondisi tenant. Hasil dari program Ibk ini jelas di mana saat ini ada 8 mahasiswa pemula yang telah berhasil membuka usaha mereka. The students of University of Manado have great potential to become successful entrepreneurs if provided with comprehensive entrepreneurship training, monitoring and mentoring. The problem, so far the things mentioned above are not obtained by students practically. Through Sciences Technology and Arts for Entrepreneurship Program (IbK), students are given training, mentoring and real experience in entrepreneurship.The methods undertaken in this program are adapted to the tenant conditions. The result of this Ibk program is clear where there are currently 8 start up students who have successfully opened their business.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan, menginterpretasikan dan menganalisis tentang Implementasi Kebijakan bantuan Beras Sejahtera (Rastra)di Desa Lalumpe Kecamatan Motoling beserta Faktor-Faktor Penghambat dalam Implementasi Kebijakan bantuan Beras Sejahtera (Rastra)di Desa Lalumpe Kecamatan Motoling Kabupaten Minahasa Selatan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kualitatif dengan teknik analisa data, model analisis dari Miles dan Huberman yaitu reduksi data, display data dan verifikasi data. Hasil penelitian mengenai Implementasi Kebijakan bantuan Beras Sejahtera (Rastra) di Desa Lalumpe, yaitu: Pemerintah yang ada melaksanakan program ini tidak sesuai dengan aturan yang ada,yaitu UU No No.13 Tahun 2011 tentang Penanganan Fakir Miskin, keberhasilan program inidiukur melalui 6 indikator, yaitu: tepat sasaran, tepat jumlah, tepat harga, tepat kualitas tepat waktu dan tepat administrasi. Diperjelas melalui Perpres No 15 tahun 2010 tentang percepatan penanggulangan kemiskinan. Karena penyaluran beras yang tidak tepat sasaran, waktu pendistribusian yang tidak menentu, harga tebus yang diberikan tidak sesuai dengan jumlah beras yang diterima dan seringkali kualitas beras berkutu, berbaur, pecah-pecah dan berwarna kuning. Ada beberapa faktor yang mengakibatkan pelaksanaan program ini terimplementasi tidak sesuai dengan apa yang diharapkan, yaitu: (1) Tidak pernah disosialisasikan oleh pemerintah setempat, (2) kurangnya pemahaman dari pemerintah mengenai ketentuan-ketentuan dalam program ini, (3) sikap yang cenderung lebih mengarah kepada apa yang telah dipikirkan dan(4) tidak adanya SOP yang di pergunakan. Kata Kunci: Implementasi, Kebijakan, Beras Sejahtera dan Faktor Penghambat

Abstract

The aim of the Entrepreneurship Program at the Faculty of Social Sciences Unima is to create entrepreneurial students who are able to open jobs and leave the old paradigm that university graduates must become job seekers. Students of the Faculty of Social Sciences Unima have great potential to become successful entrepreneurs if they are given training and assistance in exploring business ideas, business planning, management in the aspects of production, administration and marketing. The problem is, so far the students have not found the above matters practically. Through this entrepreneurship development program students will be given training and mentoring as well as real experiences. The specific target to be achieved in this PPK is to produce 20 new entrepreneurs based on science and technology, and the experience in this coaching is translated into a scientific work that is presented at a national seminar and published in scientific journals in order to increase understanding of how this approach process is carried out in creating new entrepreneurs. As many as 5 entrepreneurs each year, we use the following methods: Entrepreneurship Training, Field Trips, Coaching, Monitoring, Financial Assistance, Technology Assistance and Problem Solving Assistance.

Abstract

Manajemen kinerja adalah alat pengendalian manajemen perusahaan atau suatu proses yang dilakukan oleh manajer untuk memantau dan mengevaluasi kinerja karyawan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kualitatif, dengan jumlah informan sebanyak 7 orang menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi melalui 3 indikator penelitian yang diperoleh. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan kinerja di Kantor Hukum Sekretariat Sulawesi Utara masih kurang dalam intensitas kerja dan tindakan, serta kinerja dan beberapa program yang tidak terlaksana dengan baik. Sehubungan dengan evaluasi kinerja ini, sangat membantu untuk melihat sejauh mana hasil yang diharapkan sesuai dengan realitas yang ada.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana sistem pengelolaan arsip dan cara penyimpanan arsip di Sekretariat Kota Bitung. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan datanya adalah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Dengan menggunakan indikator Sistem dan Metode. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem pengelolaan arsip menggunakan sistem yang sederhana, yaitu dengan sistem penanggalan dan penguraian. Hal ini berdampak pada kebingungan dalam proses pengarsipan. Kemudian hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa cara penyimpanan yang digunakan juga menggunakan cara yang sederhana yaitu dengan buku agenda, pengarsipan di komputer dan di lemari arsip. Hal ini menimbulkan permasalahan korupsi arsip apabila tidak ditangani dengan baik dan dibiarkan menumpuk secara kasar dalam jangka waktu yang lama, serta menyebabkan proses penemuan kembali arsip tersebut akan memakan waktu lama.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the Policy Implementation of the Family Hope Program (PKH) in the Luaan Village, Tondano Timur District, Minahasa Regency. This study uses a qualitative approach. The results showed that: 1) PKH assistance was not on target due to invalid data. The data at the Center and at the Regions are out of sync and there is no periodic updating of data. 2) The distribution of PKH assistance was not timely; there are unscrupulous aid agents who reduce the quantity and quality of aid; and hampered because the Prosperous Family Card (KKS) often has errors due to invalid data. 3) PKH assistance will be very beneficial if it is received by truly deserving people. However, there are people who year after year continue to receive this assistance. This means that this program is not successful because it is not able to change the people's standard of living.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan Implementasi Kebijakan Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) di Kelurahan Luaan, Kecamatan Tondano Timur, Kabupaten Minahasa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Bantuan PKH tidak tepat sasaran karena data yang tidak valid. Data di Pusat dan di Daerah tidak sinkron dan tidak ada pemutakhiran data secara berkala. 2) Penyaluran bantuan PKH tidak tepat waktu, adanya oknum pendamping yang mengurangi kuantitas dan kualitas bantuan, serta terhambat karena Kartu Keluarga Sejahtera (KKS) sering terjadi kesalahan akibat data yang tidak valid. 3) Bantuan PKH akan sangat bermanfaat jika diterima oleh orang yang benar-benar berhak. Namun, ada saja orang yang dari tahun ke tahun terus menerima bantuan ini. Hal ini berarti program ini tidak berhasil karena tidak mampu mengubah taraf hidup masyarakat.

Abstract

This study aims to see how the influence of the work environment affects employee performance at the Minahas Regency Statistics Agency and Does intrinsic work motivation affect employee performance at the Minahasa Regency Statistics Agency? This type of research is expost facto with an associative quantitative approach with the aim of finding a causal relationship between variables based on the facts found by researchers. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between the Work Environment and Work Motivation on Employee Performance at BPS Minahasa Regency and there was a significant influence between the Work Environment and Work Motivation on Employee Performance at BPS Minahasa Regency. Variations in Employee Performance are influenced by variations in Work Environment and Work Motivation together.

Abstract

Garbage in Indonesia is a serious problem that has social, economic and cultural impacts. Waste management in almost all cities in Indonesia is experiencing problems, mainly due to the lack of Final Processing Sites (TPA). As a result, people often throw garbage in rivers, ditches, rivers and the sea. With a population that is in the top 10 in the world, Indonesia's waste production reached 65 million tons in 2016. Garbage causes various problems in society, including natural disasters such as floods. The lack of public awareness in disposing of waste in the appropriate place, as well as the lack of selection and recycling of waste, has an impact on natural disasters and damaged environment. The government needs to learn from the experience of the disaster and take preventive steps. The responsibility for waste management lies not only with the community, but also with the local government. The government needs to regulate and inform the public about proper waste management, as well as provide facilities that assist in waste management. The scale of waste management is carried out through the collection, transfer, processing and transportation of waste to the TPA. With population growth and regional development, the amount of waste generated is increasing. To maintain environmental sustainability, it is necessary to limit and reduce waste generation. Waste can also be turned into a resource through recycling and reuse. Therefore, the government makes national policies and strategies as well as guidelines for local governments in managing household waste and the like. Manado City refers to Regional Regulation Number 1 of 2021 in waste management. However, the volume of waste in Manado City continues to increase along with the rapid population growth. Limited garbage collection vehicles have caused some waste to go unmanaged and accumulate in rivers, drainages and other places. Lack of trash bins, delays in transporting waste from TPS to TPA, and poor TPA management are also problems. Research shows that there are several violations in waste management in Manado, such as a lack of public awareness in disposing of waste, the minimum number of garbage collection fleets, and delays in waste transportation. Garbage is still scattered in various corners of the city, including the coast and rivers. TPA management is also not optimal, causing public health and hygiene to be disrupted. Public awareness to dispose of garbage at the specified time is still lacking. In order to overcome this problem, it is necessary to increase public awareness, improve waste collection facilities and fleets, and improve the effective management of landfills. With these steps, it is hoped that waste management in Indonesia, especially in Manado City, can reduce its negative impact and become more sustainable.

Abstract

The study seeks to learn more about the SIPD administration at the Planning and Finance Section of the Regional Secretariat of Minahasa Regency. In this study, a qualitative methodology is combined with a descriptive technique. Techniques for collecting data include observation, interviewing, and documentation. strategies for data processing that include steps for data presentation, data reduction, and data verification. In the planning, budgeting, and reporting or evaluation of procedures, the Regional Secretariat's management of the Regional Government Information System (SIPD) is highlighted in this study. SIPD encountered challenges, including issues with human resources, supporting infrastructure, such as the internet network, and flawed SIPD apps, which hindered its implementation. The Secretariat of Minahasa District's SIPD management has been successful, according to the findings of the research, it can be said. Additionally, it is advised that the Regional Government expand human resource capacity and enhance infrastructure and supporting facilities, while also urging the Central Government to perfect the SIPD application.
