Abstract

The purpose of this research is 1). To find out whether Lalow Village Leadership Lolak District Bolaang Mongondow District shows the expectations of the community? 2). To know what priorities should the village head have in its leadership? To answer the purpose of this research, the researchers conducted research based on the method of Importance and Performance Analysis used to obtain information about the level of community satisfaction of a service by measuring the level of importance and level of implementation. The results of the research show that 1). The average performance assessment of village chief leadership is below the average expectation (Importance): 2.47 <3.6. 2). The performance of each leadership variable from the score of respondents assessment (conformity level) below 100% (68.7% <100%) which means it has not been satisfactory. From the results of research and data analysis can be concluded that publik expectations of the overall value of Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) indicates that the leadership in Lalow Village District Lolak Bolaang Mongondow District is less than community expectations. which is quite high against the leadership of the village head.Keywords: Leadership, Interests and Performance

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah  untuk mengetahui bagaimana Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan Terhadap Motivsi Kerja pegawai di Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kota Kotamobagu. Untuk menjawab tujuan dari penelitian ini, maka peneliti melakukan penelitian berdasarkan metode Kuantitatif Asosiatif dengan teknik analisis data Regeresi dan korelasi. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan menunjukan bahwa Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan uji signifikansi dan uji linearitas regresi di atas, dapat disimpulkan bahwa Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan Terhadap Motivsi Kerja pegawai signifikan dan linier. Hal ini dibuktikan karena Fhitung  35.120 > α (0,05), dengan persamaan regresi Ŷ = 9.413+ 0.435X  yang menunjukan bahwa setiap kenaikan satu skor Gaya kepemimpinan akan menyebabkan kenaikan skor Motivasi Kerja Pegawai sebsar 0,435 pada konstanta 9.413.Selanjutnya dilakukan Analisis korelasi digunakan untuk mengetahui ada atau tidak hubungan antara dua variabel dan juga untuk mengetahui seberapa erat hubungan antara variable Gaya Kepemimpinan (X) dan variable Motivasi Kerja (Y). Berdasarkan hasil anaslisis meneujukan bahwa koefisien korelasi r (ryx) sebesar 0.806. Artinya korelasi Gaya Kepemimpinan terhadap Motivasi Kerja tergolong tinggi Selanjutnya untuk mengetahui signifikansi koefisien korelasi r yang telah diperoleh, dilakukan uji signifikansi koefisien korelasi dengan uji t.  Dari hasil uji t di atas diperoleh perbandingan nilai thitung 5.926 > ttabel (α 0.05) 1.725. Dengan demikian H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima. Artinya koefisien korelasi ryx signifikan. Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara Kepemimpinan (X) terhadap Motivasi Kerja Pegawai (Y).Dari hasil penelitian dan analisis data tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa Berdasarkan analisis hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Gaya Kepemimpinan memiliki hubungan kausual;itas yang tinggi dengan Motivasi Kerja Pegawai di di Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kota Kotamobagu. Gaya Kepemimipinan juga memiliki berpengaruh secara signifikan dan linier terhadap Motivasi Kerja. Artinya jika nilai kepemipinannya baik maka nilai Motivasi kerja akan naik juga. Kata Kunci: Motivasi Kerja  dan Gaya Kepemimpinan

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi kebijakan Pemungutan Pajak Hotel Kategori Rumah Kos di Kecamatan Tondano Selatan. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kualitatif fenomenologis. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah: (a) observasi terhadap rumah kos, (b) wawancara kepada pemilik rumah kost, kepala lingkungan, lurah dan implementer,dokumentasi tentang perizinan rumah kos dan izin mendirikan bangunan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kebijakan Pemungutan Pajak Hotel Kategori Rumah Kos di Kecamatan Tondano Selatan belum dilaksanakan secara maksimal karena: (a) implementasi kebijakan belum diimplementasikan sesuai standard dan sasaran kebijakan, (b) implementer belum sepenuhnya berkomitmen untuk mengimplementasikan standard dan sasaran kebijakan, (c) belum dilakukan sosialisasi secara utuh kepada pemilik rumah kos, (d) kondisi sosial budaya masyarakat belum siap menunjang implementasi kebijakan. Untuk itu disarankan sebaiknya: (a) implementasi kebijakan diimplementasikan sesuai standard dan sasaran kebijakan, (b) implementer berkomitmen untuk mengimplementasikan standard dan sasaran kebijakan, (c) dilakukan sosialisasi secara utuh kepada pemilik rumah kos, (d) kondisi sosial budaya masyarakat dipersiapkan untuk menunjang implementasi

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out whether job satisfaction has an effect on the motivation of village employees in Pineleng Sub-district, Minahasa Regency, and to find out how much job satisfaction has an effect on work motivation in village staff in Pineleng District, Minahasa Regency. In this study, I use a quantitative research approach, which uses data that can be calculated to produce a strong quantitative interpretation, with the variables (X) “Job satisfaction” and (Y) “Employee Work Motivation” village officials in Pineleng District, Minahasa Regency. The results showed that 82.9.1 % Job Satisfaction (X) determines Work Motivation (Y) Pineleng Dua Indah Equipment, Pineleng District. Meanwhile, 17.1% of work motivation is influenced by other factors not examined. When viewed based on the research data obtained, it can be said that the Job Satisfaction of the Pineleng Dua Indah Village apparatus, Pineleng District is 55.78%, which means that the implementation has not been maximized. This shows that there are 43.22% of current work motivation is not derived from job satisfaction. The lack of job satisfaction of the Pineleng Dua Indah village apparatus is more triggered by the lack of appreciation for the work felt by the village apparatus. Work Motivation of Pinelang Dua Indah Village Staff is 61.01% or in other words there are 39.91% of village officials still lacking motivation.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of the Complete Systematic Land Registration Program in North Wangurer Village, Madidir District, Bitung City. Using a qualitative descriptive approach, with data collection techniques taken through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data sources include primary and secondary data sources. Primary data sources were obtained from informants, namely: the North Wangurer sub-district government and the community. Meanwhile, secondary data sources include related documents. Technical analysis of data is taken through components: data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results showed that many people were unable to meet the requirements needed in managing the registration of the Complete Systematic Land Registration Program. Lack of clear information, minimal understanding and knowledge of the community about the objectives and benefits of the program, as well as the absence of complete document data, both physical data and juridical data, among others, become obstacles for the community, so they are reluctant to manage/follow the PTSL program.

Abstract

Good Governance is a very important factor in public services, as well as a gateway to achieving a predetermined goal. The method to be used in this study is a qualitative research method. In this study, the researchers focused more on the implementation of the principles of effectiveness and efficiency as well as the principles of justice for good governance and the factors that hindered the implementation of the principles of good governance at the UPTD Samsat Manado office. The results of the research implementation of the principles of good governance regarding indicators of effectiveness and efficiency have been implemented in the Manado Samsat Joint Office, where employees are disciplined in carrying out their responsibilities, and employees are able to carry out the vision and mission that have been set at the Manado Samsat Joint Office, Employees at the Manado Samsat Office as well able to provide easy service. So that the services provided by the Manado Samsat Joint Office can prosper the tax payer community. The implementation of the principles of good governance with indicators of justice in public services is explained that the principle of justice in providing services at the Manado Samsat Joint Office has not been said to be fair because it still uses a family or insider system. . So that some taxpayers feel unfairness in service at the Manado Samsat Joint Office.

Abstract

This paper describes community compliance in paying land and building tax payers in the Maesa Unima sub-district, Tondano Selatan District, Minahasa Regency. The compliance of the taxpayer community is very important in planning the plans that have been planned, with compliance making a plan run smoothly. With the decrease in the realization of taxes that have been set, it proves that many taxpayers are still not fulfilling their obligations in paying taxes for the creation of the prosperity of a country. This study aims to find out what are the reasons for non-compliant taxpayers in paying land and building tax and the level of land and building tax revenue in Maesa Unima Village, South Tondano District, Minahasa Regency. This research method uses qualitative methods. The results of this study as well as some information from informants note that the low compliance of the tax payer community in the Maesa Unima Village is triggered by inadequate infrastructure limitations, as well as limited community data and limited workforce, and tax subjects do not occupy tax objects.

Abstract

Penggunaan media pembelajaran sangat dianjurkan untuk mempertinggi kualitas pembelajaran. Jika ditinjau dari perpektif komunikasi, pembelajaran pada hakikatnya adalah proses komunikasi yaitu proses penyampaian pesan dari sumber pesan melalui saluran/media tertentu ke penerima pesan. Pesan, sumber pesan, saluran/media dan penerima pesan adalah komponen-komponen proses komunikasi. Pesan yang akan dikomunikasikan adalah isi ajaran ataupun didikan yang ada dalam kurikulum, sumber pesannya bisa guru, siswa, orang lain ataupun penulis buku dan produser media; salurannya adalah media pendidikan dan penerima pesannya adalah siswa atau juga guru. Dalam mewujudkan program ini, metode yang dilakukan memiliki empat tahapan, diantaranya yaitu refleksi sosial, perencanaan program, pelaksaan program dan evaluasi program. Pelatihan hidroponik ini merupakan hasil dari tahapan refleksi sosial dan ditujukan kepada guru-guru PAUD se Kecamatan Pineleng untuk menghasilkan pendidik yang profesional dan kompeten. Pelatihan ini dilaksanakan dengan dua carapenyampaian, yaitu ceramah dan praktek. Diharapkan Hasil dari pelatihan ini yaitu para peserta sangat antusias dan berkeinginan untuk lebih mengetahui penggunaan media pembelajaran Anak Usia Dini

Abstract

Angka prevalensi pemuda dan remaja (pelajar baik siswa SD. SMP dan SMA) yang pernah pakai Narkoba merupakan kalangan yang cukup rentan bahkan pernah pernah memakai Narkoba dalam satu tahun terakhir sebesar 6,4% untuk kelompok responden yang pernah pakai Narkoba dan 3,5% untuk kelompok responden yang pernah memakai Narkoba dalam setahun ini. Angka prevalensi satu tahun terakhir pakai lebih kecil dibandingkan angka prevalensi pernah pakai. Ini menunjukkan bahwa banyak penduduk usia 15-64 tahun yang pernah memakai Narkoba dalam satu tahun terakhir sudah tidak memakai lagi. Apabila dibandingkan dengan angka prevalensi nasional setahun terakhir pakai tahun 2017 sebesar 1,77%, terjadi peningkatan angka prevalensi sebesar 0,03%. Ini berarti jumlah pengguna Narkoba mengalami peningkatan. Pemuda remaja yang ada di kelurahan Batulubang Kecamatan Lembeh Selatan Kota Bitung memiliki pengetahuan yang kurang soal Narkoba, Tapi sebagai wilayah yang dekat dengan pelabuhan laut menjadi sangat rentan terpapar dengan bahaya Narkoba. Untuk itu perlu diberikan pengetahuan tentang Narkoba dan bahayanya karena usia merka rentan terhadap terpapar Narkoba

Abstract

Registration of Minahasa Regency. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The number of informants in this study were 5 people. Data collection uses observation, interview and documentation techniques. Data analysis through Data Reduction, Data Presentation and Drawing Conclusions. The results of the study show that the Public Service of the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Minahasa Regency is reviewed from 3 assessment indicators. in indicator 1). Service procedures for making E-ID cards are effective, both online and offline services, according to SOP 2). Inadequate facilities and infrastructure, or still not according to standards in terms of service time, employees have high discipline. 3). The competence of service delivery officers is reviewed after the completion time, there is a guarantee for completion time, but there are several internal and external factors that make the process of making this E-KTP hampered This study aims to describe the Public Services of the Department of Population and Civil, but for the entire service process, employees are always the intermediary in providing understanding and problem solver for every community who comes to get services in making E-KTP and also in the service process free of charge.
