Abstract

In the online teaching and learning process during the pandemic at the Unima History Education Department, of course the success of this learning process depends on the successful collaboration between all parts into a learning system that carries out their respective functions well so that learning objectives will be achieved properly. Furthermore, the issue of core factors that are indeed very vital if not properly regulated or organized where these factors significantly affect the achievement of learning objectives during this pandemic. The purpose of this study is to reveal the Crucial Factors in the Management of History Learning in the Pandemic Period (Studies at the Department of History Education, Unima). The method used is a qualitative research method. The results of this study are; The Crucial Factors in the Management of History Learning in the Pandemic Period (Studies at the Department of History Education at Unima) are as follows; driving factors: the Unima learning management system (LMS), the quota subsidy from the government, lecturers and students have plenty of time to prepare for online learning from their homes. Inhibiting factors: the available facilities are inadequate, there are still many lecturers who are not technology literate, lecturers and students have to learn a lot about the digital world, some students cannot access learning tools and media, and it is difficult for lecturers to supervise student learning activities.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the evaluation of project-based learning in developing student creativity through a comprehensive literature review. The research method uses a qualitative approach with a type of literature study, involving a systematic analysis of various academic sources relevant to project-based learning and the development of student creativity. Data collection techniques are carried out through documentation studies by reviewing journal articles, reference books, and scientific publications that can be accessed through academic databases. Data analysis uses thematic analysis techniques that include data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions with source triangulation to ensure the validity and reliability of the findings. The results of the study indicate that project-based learning has significant effectiveness in improving student creativity, with an increase of up to 25% compared to conventional learning. This learning successfully develops various dimensions of creativity holistically, including originality, flexibility of thinking, elaboration, and sensitivity to problems. Effective evaluation strategies include the use of a multi-dimensional creativity rubric, portfolio assessment, peer assessment, and self-reflection that provide a comprehensive approach to measuring the development of student creativity. This study contributes to the development of a project-based learning evaluation framework that can optimize the development of student creativity in the context of 21st-century education.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran pendidikan multikulturalisme dalam membangun harmonisasi sosial di masyarakat Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan tinjauan literatur sistematis, mengikuti protokol PRISMA. Dari 500 artikel yang diidentifikasi, 33 artikel dipilih untuk analisis mendalam menggunakan pendekatan analisis tematik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan multikulturalisme memiliki dampak positif signifikan terhadap pembentukan sikap toleransi dan pemahaman antar budaya. Metode experiential learning dan program pertukaran pelajar terbukti lebih efektif dibandingkan metode konvensional. Peran guru, dukungan komunitas, dan pendekatan holistik menjadi faktor kunci keberhasilan. Tantangan utama meliputi kesenjangan akses, resistensi budaya, dan pengaruh media. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa pendidikan multikulturalisme berpotensi besar dalam membangun harmonisasi sosial, namun memerlukan implementasi yang tepat dan dukungan sistemik dari berbagai pemangku kepentingan.
