Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of discounts on purchasing decisions for Camille Beauty products. The increasing market competition demands companies to develop effective marketing strategies, one of which is through offering discounts. Based on an associative study with a quantitative approach, data were collected through online questionnaires distributed to Camille Beauty consumers. The results of the simple regression analysis showed that discounts have a significant and positive effect on purchasing decisions, with a coefficient of determination (R²) of 39.1%. This means that 39.1% of the variability in purchasing decisions can be explained by the discount variable. These findings indicate that the larger the discount offered, the higher the tendency for consumers to purchase Camille Beauty products.

Abstract

Empowerment and development of human resources (HR) are key to creating excellent human capital. The company realizes that having high-quality HR is the answer to competition and progress (Aziz et al., 2017). This study uses a quantitative method with data collection through the distribution of questionnaires and literature data, based on samples from the existing research population. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression with SPSS 21. Subsequently, the effect of recruitment and the selection process on employee performance will be examined. This study used the Taro Yamane technique on a population of 117 people and obtained a sample of 54 people. It was found that variable X, which includes recruitment and the selection process, showed good results, as did variable Y, which is employee performance. The research results indicate that the variables of recruitment and the selection process have a significant effect on employee performance at PT. Smeshub Bangun Negeri, with the selection factor being the most dominant. This can serve as a benchmark that the company must improve the quality of its selection process at PT. Smeshub Bangun Negeri to enhance employee performance in support of the company’s vision and mission.

Abstract

This study aims to test and analyze the effect of service quality and customer satisfaction on customer loyalty in the go-ride j3k (maintain health, cleanliness, and safety) program during a pandemic. Researchers used quantitative methods with descriptive and verification approaches. The sample in this study were 386 respondents from Gojek Instagram account followers who were calculated using the Isaac and Michael formula with the Non-Probability Sampling technique, the Purposive Sampling sample method in the Gojek Instagram population. So it can be concluded that service quality has a greater contribution to customer satisfaction with a value of 0.596, and customer satisfaction has a lower contribution to customer satisfaction with an influence value of 0.045. The simultaneous effect of service quality and customer satisfaction on customer loyalty is 64.3% and the remaining 35.7% is another influence not examined in this study. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh Kompetensi dan Promosi Jabatan terhadap Kinerja pada PT. XYZ Karawang. Serta untuk menjawab pertanyaan mengenai Kompetensi, Promosi Jabatan, dan Kinerja Karyawan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode deskriptif dan metode verfikatif dengan jumlah populasi sebanyak 134 orang dengan menggunakan rumus slovin, maka jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 orang. Pengujian instrumen penelitian menggunakan uji Validitas dan Reliabilitas. Metode analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis Regresi Linear berganda dengan menggunakan alat bantu Microsoft office dan SPSS 25. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa untuk variabel Kompetensi, Promosi Jabatan, dan Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. XYZ Karawang dinilai baik serta terdapat penaruh positif dan signifikan. Besarnya pengaruh Kompetensi dan Promosi Jabatan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan secara simultan sebesar 0,352 atau dengan persentase adalah 35,2% sedangkan sisanya 64,8% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain di luar penelitian ini. Besarnya pengaruh Kompetensi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan secara parisal sebesar 0,542 atau dengan nilai persentase sebesar 54,2% dan pengaruh Promosi Jabatan terhadap Kinerja karyawan secara parisal sebesar 0,198 atau dengan nilai persentase sebesar 19,8%, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa Kompetensi memberikan pengaruh paling besar terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

This research aims to test and analyze the effect of locus of control (X1) and work motivation (X2) on employee performance (Y). The sample in this study was 93 respondents from permanent employees at PT Nusa Toyotetsu Corp. Calculated using the Slovin formula with the Probability Sampling technique, the sample method was Stratified Random Sampling. The population in this study used employees of PT Nusa Toyotetsu Corp with a total of 1,330 permanent employees. This research was conducted using quantitative methods with descriptive and verification approaches. The statistic tools using SPSS version 23The results of the analysis conducted, the results show that locus of control has a significance value of 0.597> 0.05, which means that locus of control has no significant effect on employee performance. Work motivation has a significance value of 0.000 <0.05, which means that work motivation has a positive and significant effect on performance Simultaneously locus of control (X1) and work motivation (X2) together have a positive and significant influence on employee performance (Y) PT Nusa Toyotetsu Corp with a value of 46%, while the remaining 54% is another variable not examined in this study. 23The results of the analysis conducted, the results show that locus of control has a significance value of 0.597> 0.05, which means that locus of control has no significant effect on employee performance. Abstract

This research aims to find out, analyze and explain the influence of workload and job satisfaction on employee performance at PT. Indonesia Toshin Rubber Chemical Industry in the Cikarang Area. With quantitative methods and using descriptive descriptive analysis, in this research the sampling technique used non-probability sampling, namely saturated sampling with a total of 286 respondents. The data analysis technique used is to test hypotheses partially and simultaneously, testing is assisted using SPSS tools. The results of the research are that the workload at the company is considered to be good, the job satisfaction is considered to be very good and very satisfying, and the performance of the employees is considered to be very good and optimal. The partial effect of Workload has an effect of 0.511 or 51.1% and Job Satisfaction has an effect of 0.173 or 17.3% on Employee Performance. The simultaneous influence of Workload and Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance is 0.684 or 68.4%, while the remaining 0.316 or 31.6% is influenced by other variables not examined. Both perceived workload and job satisfaction have a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat, menganalisis, dan memperjelas keterkaitan antara pengetahuan, motivasi, dan keingi nan berwirausaha pada mahasiswa S1 Universitas Singaperbangsa Karawang. Penelitian ini mencakup pengumpulan, penyajian, evaluasi, dan pengujian hipotesis selain menarik temuan dan memberikan saran. Selain analisis verifikatif dan deskriptif, metode kuantit atif juga digunakan dalam pelaksanaannya. Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling , metode pengambilan probability sampling , digunakan untuk memilih 297responden untuk penyelidikan ini. Regresi linier berganda dan skala Likert digunakan dalam analisis dat a. Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan, penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi kewirausahaan mempunyai pengaruh secara parsial sebesar 0,702 atau 70,2% terhadap minat berwirausaha. Menurut penelitian, motivasi kewirausahaan mempengaruhi minat berwir ausaha lebih besar daripada motivasi berwirausaha, yaitu sebesar 19,7% (atau 0,197). Artinya, minat berwirausaha lebih dipengaruhi oleh kewirausahaan dibandingkan dorongan berwirausaha. Berdasarkan perkiraan, keinginan berwirausaha mungkin dipengaruhi oleh pengetahuan dan motivasi kewirausahaan sebesar 0,272, atau 27,2%, secara bersamaan, dan faktor faktor lain yang tidak termasuk dalam penelitian memberikan kontribusi sebesar 72,8%.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi dan menganalisis bagaimana pelatihan kewirausahaan dan pelatihan wirausaha berdampak pada minat mahasiswa Prodi Manajemen di Universitas Singaperbangsa Karawang. Mengumpulkan, menyajikan, menganalisis, dan menguji hipotesis, membuat kesimpulan, dan membuat rekomendasi adalah metode deskriptif dan verifikatif yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Metode purposive sampling untuk non-probability sampling digunakan untuk mengumpulkan sampel, yang terdiri dari 299 sampel dari populasi 1174 siswa. Analisis rentang skala dan analisis regresi linier berganda digunakan. Ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan program komputer seperti Microsoft Excel 2010, Microsoft Word 2010, dan aplikasi SPSS versi 26. Berdasarkan hasil analisis yang dilakukan penelitian ini, pendidikan kewirausahaan menerima nilai rata-rata 1.260 dengan kriteria sangat baik, pelatihan kewirausahaan menerima nilai rata-rata 1.237 dengan kriteria sangat baik, dan minat kewirausahaan menerima nilai rata-rata 1.250 dengan kriteria sangat baik. Pendidikan Kewirausahaan secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap Minat Berwirausaha sebesar 0,027 atau 27%; Pendidikan Wirausaha secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap Minat Berwirausaha sebesar 0,011 atau 11%; dan pendidikan dan pelatihan kewirausahaan secara bersamaan berpengaruh terhadap Minat Berwirausaha sebesar 0,705 atau 70,5%. Faktor-faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini adalah sisanya sebesar 29,5%.
