Abstract

Local Own Revenue is income earned by a region that is collected based on regional regulations in accordance with statutory regulations. the research data used is secondary data obtained from UPPD Kota Semarang II in 2018-2022. the study population is the taxpayer and retribution. The number of samples for 5 consecutive years, so that the total research data amounted to 240 data selected using the saturation sampling method. This study used multiple regression analysis and SPSS. the result obtained is that motor vehicle tax revenue has a positive effect. Surface water tax revenues have a significant negative effect, and regional wealth usage retribution receipts have no effect on regional own-source revenues in Central Java province.

Abstract

Background: Stock portfolio management is essential for risk reduction and forecasting future stock market movements. When Covid-19 was declared a pandemic, stock markets worldwide, particularly the Indonesian stock market, faced significant declines. The Indonesian market dropped by 33%, mirroring a global trend of simultaneous declines, indicating a joint movement among stock markets.Purpose: This study aims to investigate the integration of the Indonesian stock market with the ten largest stock markets by market capitalization globally, comparing the periods before and after the Covid-19 pandemic.Design/Methodology/Approach: The study utilizes daily closing returns of stock market indices, divided into two periods: before the crisis (January 1, 2016 - December 31, 2019) and after the crisis (January 1, 2020 - December 31, 2023). Data is sourced from Yahoo Finance. The analysis combines Orthogonal Generalized Autoregressive Conditional Heteroscedasticity (OGARCH) and Principal Component Analysis (PCA).Findings/Results: The results show that integration between stock markets was higher in the post-crisis period, indicating an increase in market integration after the Covid-19 pandemic. The Indonesian stock market remained segmented in both periods, exhibiting low correlation with other markets. European and American stock markets showed higher integration, while Asian markets were generally segmented.Conclusion: Post-pandemic integration was higher than before, though the Indonesian stock market continued to have low correlation with other global markets, despite a slight increase in correlation over time.Originality/Value: This research offers a novel comparative analysis of stock market integration, highlighting Indonesia’s persistent market segmentation despite global shifts before and after the Covid-19 pandemic. Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk meneliti pengaruh endorsement selebriti Korea terhadap keputusan pembelian dimediasi oleh kepuasan konsumen pengguna skincare di Semarang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif sebagai pendekatan penelitiannya. Populasi dalam penelitian ini mencakup semua pengguna produk skincare di Kota Semarang. Metode pengambilan sampel yang diterapkan adalah purposive sampling, dengan 106 responden pengguna skincare yang diendorse selebriti Korea dipilih sebagai sampel penelitian. Data diperoleh dengan penyebaran kuesioner kepada responden. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan menggunakan Analisis Regresi, Linier Berganda, Uji Instrumen, Uji Asumsi Klasik, Analisis Jalur dengan bantuan aplikasi perangkat lunak SPSS versi 26. Temuan dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kesadaran Merek, Citra Merek, dan Pemujaan Selebriti berpengaruh positif terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen dan Keputusan Pembelian. Hasil penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa Kepuasan Konsumen mampu memediasi pengaruh Kesadaran Merek, Citra Merek, dan Pemujaan Selebriti terhadap Keputusan Pembelian. Dengan demikian, semakin tinggi Kesadaran Merek, Citra Merek, dan Pemujaan Selebriti, semakin tinggi pula Kepuasan Konsumen dan Keputusan Pembelian. Kesadaran Merek, Citra Merek, dan Pemujaan Selebriti yang tinggi, terutama yang dipengaruhi oleh selebriti Korea, dapat memperkuat kepercayaan konsumen, menciptakan persepsi positif terhadap produk skincare, serta mempermudah konsumen dalam mengingat dan memilih produk skincare, sehingga mendorong keputusan pembelian yang positif.

Abstract

This research aims to test and analyze empirically, how price, product quality and service quality have influence on consumers' repurchase intentions at Indomaret Point, Semarang City. The population in this study were all Indomaret Point consumers in the city of Semarang, with a sample size of 100 respondents, using the Cluster random sampling technique. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires, while data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression, and processed using SPSS version 26. The results of the analysis showed that price, product quality and service quality had a significant positive effect on repurchase intentions. It means that if the price, product quality and service quality at Indomaret Point are better, then consumers'repurchase intentions will increase.

Abstract

The specific aims of this study are: (1) Conducting an empirical testing and analyzingthe effects of: (a) the similarity of standardization ability and transparency on thequality of synergy, (b) the quality of synergies to the supply chain performance, (2) Providingthe information to the automakers and automotive parts about the importance of thesimilarity of standardization ability and transparency in common in order to improve thesupply chain performance, (3) Providing a practical contribution to the managerial andacademic circles in analyzing the similarity of standardization ability and transparencythat could improve supply chain performance. The population of the study was the entireautomotive component industries in Indonesia, including 189 companies (Data GAIKINDO,AISI and GIAMM). This subject of the study consists of managers or staffs authorized by thedirectors. The sampling method uses purposive sampling. This study has a target 105 respondentsto comply with the AMOS program. The population target including automotive componentcompany located in Jakarta, Bekasi, Karawang, Bogor, Surabaya, and Semarang.Data were collected from the questionnaires in which processed through descriptive statistics,inferential statistics and testing SEM. This study generates a new concept of BilateralSymmetry that can be developed for further research.

Abstract

The digital economy refers to all economic activities that utilize digital technology and the internet as their main platform. In recent years, the digital economy has experienced rapid growth, having a significant impact on economic growth, innovation, and changes in consumer behavior. This article aims to examine various aspects of the digital economy, including its impact on economic sectors, the challenges it faces, and the policies needed to support its growth. In Indonesia, the digital economy is growing rapidly and is expected to continue to increase in line with the increasing penetration of the internet and smartphone usage. However, challenges such as cybersecurity, data privacy, and uneven infrastructure need to be addressed. The government and the private sector must work together to create an environment that supports the sustainable growth of the digital economy, so that Indonesia can take advantage of its enormous potential in the global digital economy.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of the transformational leadership and physical work environment on employee performance with work motivation as a Mediating Variable at Dinas Koperasi Usaha Kecil Dan Menengah, Perindustrian Dan Perdagangan yang ada di Kab. Bantul This research design is quantitative research with a population of 122 employees anda sample of 122 respondents. The data collection method in this research uses the questionnaire method. Data analysis used in this research uses a Structural Equation Model(SEM) approach based on Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of this research show that the Transformational leadership has a positive influence on performance, transformational leadership has a positive influence on work motivation, the physical work environment does not affect performance, the physical work environment has a positive influence on work motivation, work motivation has a positive influence on performance, there is a positive relationship between transformational leadership and performance mediated by work motivation, there is a positive relationship between the physical work environment and performance, mediated by work motivation.
