Abstract

Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) is a program that encourages students to master every field of science based on their major so that they are ready to compete internationally. MBKM program is designed to make students obtain the right to study for three semesters in addition to their study program in order to improve their competence, either for their hard or soft skills. The purpose of the study described in this article is to see the Agrotechnology study program students’ understanding and readiness in implementing MBKM. The research method through descriptive qualitative used questionnaires that were filled out by students on the SPADA Dikti link. The results showed that there were 46% of students did not recognize totally about the policy of MBKM and 54% of the students who recognized the policy of MBKM policy, either few, in general, or overall contents of the MBKM policy. Nevertheless, seen from 54% of students who already recognized the policy, 80% of students were ready to contribute to the MBKM activities although there were still 14% who were not ready and 6% of students who were not interested. It proves that Agrotechnology students were ready to take part in MBKM implementation. In addition, it should be conducted socialization completely to make students understand the implementation.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the tourism potential that will be managed by the community based on community perceptions of existing tourism potential, determine tourism management strategies and evaluate community-based tourism activities through perceptions. The method used is qualitative with a descriptive approach. Data collection was carried out through in-depth interviews with village residents who are tourism entrepreneurs. Data analysis uses IFAS EFAS analysis and SWOT analysis. The research results show that the Community Based Tourism development strategy has not been implemented optimally because it has not been able to increase the tourist attraction of Watu Raka Village as a tourist destination.

Abstract

The Independent Learning of the Independent Campus Policy has a goal to improve the competence of graduates, both soft skills and hard skills. Students are expected to be better prepared to meet the needs of the times and become graduates who can become future leaders of the nation with superior personalities. Experiential learning programs with flexible pathways are expected to facilitate students to develop their potential according to their talents and potential. To realize the implementation design of the Independent Learning Campus Learning Curriculum that is per the needs of the job market, the University of Flores conducted a Student Perception Survey about the Independent Learning Implementation Design for the Independent Campus at the University of Flores. The perception study conducted at the University of Flores involved the study of student perceptions of the University of Flores on MBKM Policy Implementation Design involved 4212 students from all faculties and study programs using the Survey Method. The results show that in general, students at the University of Flores are quite aware of the existence of the MBKM Policy and are willing to be involved in the MBKM program that will be run by their respective study programs.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of job stress on cyberloafing behavior with job dissatisfaction as a mediating variable among Generation Z employees of Alfamart in Ende City. The research employed a quantitative approach using a survey method. Purposive sampling was applied, resulting in 88 respondents. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling based on Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) with SmartPLS 4 software. The results indicate that job stress has a positive and significant effect on job dissatisfaction. Job dissatisfaction also has a positive and significant effect on cyberloafing. Meanwhile, job stress shows a significant but negative direct effect on cyberloafing. Mediation analysis reveals that job dissatisfaction significantly mediates the relationship between job stress and cyberloafing. These findings suggest that job dissatisfaction plays a crucial role in explaining cyberloafing behavior arising from job stress. This study provides practical implications for retail management in managing employee stress and job satisfaction to reduce cyberloafing behavior in the workplace.

Abstract

Customer orientation mendorong product innovation agility melalui pemahaman kebutuhan pelanggan, orientasi pesaing, dan koordinasi fungsional, yang kemudian meningkatkan kinerja pemasaran seperti pertumbuhan penjualan dan pangsa pasar. Product innovation agility kemudian memediasi hubungan ini dengan meningkatkan kinerja pemasaran secara tidak langsung, karena inovasi cepat menghasilkan keunggulan kompetitif seperti peningkatan kepuasan pelanggan dan penjualan.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh adaptive capability dan customer orientation terhadap marketing performance, serta peran mediasi product innovation agility pada aplikasi Wondr PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Cabang Ende. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan populasi sebanyak 3.904 nasabah pengguna aplikasi Wondr. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan SmartPLS. Hasil ini menegaskan bahwa keberhasilan marketing performance sangat bergantung pada kemampuan perusahaan untuk cepat berinovasi produk sebagai respons adaptif terhadap perubahan lingkungan pasar. Adaptive capability memiliki pengaruh kunci dan terbesar dalam peningkatan kinerja pemasaran ketika didukung oleh product innovation agility yang kuat.​ Implikasi penelitian ini.
