Abstract

Perkembangan sistem perekonomian yang berkelanjutan sangat pesat, mulai dari ekonomi hijau/green economy, ekonomi biru/blue economy, serta ekonomi sirkular. Implementasi pada konsep blue economy belum diidentifikasi secara rinci sehingga dibutuhkan analisa mengenai hal tersebut. Sesuai dengan sektor utama blue economy, maka penelitian ini akan terfokus pada point kelima yaitu pariwisata pesisir. Tujuan dari fokus penelitian point kelima tersebut untuk mengembangkan model pariwisata berkelanjutan yang berbasis pada pemanfaatan ekosistem laut dan pesisir secara optimal, melalui pelestarian warisan alam bahari serta kontribusi terhadap peningkatan pendapatan masyarakat sekitar. Tujuan tersebut sebagai dasar untuk analisis pariwisata pesisir atau bahari di Pantai Delegan dengan menggunakan indikator dari kriteria daya tarik wisata berdasarkan aktivitas wisatawan yang diklasifikasikan sesuai dengan zona kawasan ekowisata bahari. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan bantuan observasi, wawancara, dan kepustakaan. Hasil penelitian ini menggambarkan bahwa kriteria daya tarik wisata berdasarkan aktivitas wisatawan belum dimanfaatkan secara maksimal, sehingga implementasi ekonomi biru pada sektor pariwisata pesisir belum maksimal. Karena hal tersebut, maka perlu adanya penelitian lebih lanjut terkait dengan pemanfaatan area pantai dan bahari. Beberapa saran rekomendasi untuk pengembangan Pantai Dalegan yaitu Pada sisi pengelola, disarankan untuk mengembangkan dan menginovasikan atraksi dan aktivitas wisata hingga zona bawah laut jika secara kelayakan dapat dilaksanakan. Sedangkan untuk para peneliti berikutnya, disarankan untuk melakukan reset lebih dalam terkait dengan pemanfaatan potensi wisata bahari di Pantai Dalegan sesuai dengan zona kawasan ekowisata bahari. Kegiatan penelitian tersebut untuk menilai kelayakan dan keunikan bentang laut sebagai aktivitas yang dapat dilakukan sesuai dengan parameter setiap aktivitasnya.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Keterbatasan sumber daya, kesenjangan pengetahuan, kurangnya pemahaman tentang keberlanjutan, dan perubahan tren dan preferensi wisatawan merupakan permasalahan yang terkait dengan kondisi kompetensi teknis pemandu wisata lokal di Desa Wisata Meat. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi kompetensi inti yang harus dimiliki oleh seorang pemandu desa wisata dan menganalisis kebutuhan dan harapan pengunjung dalam hal komunikasi dan pelayanan yang mereka harapkan dari pemandu desa wisata. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif melalui wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi, dan tinjauan pustaka. Pada penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa jumlah kunjungan wisatawan yang terbatas ke Meat memerlukan perbaikan dan evaluasi terhadap pengalaman pariwisata, serta pemahaman etika pariwisata. Optimalisasi peran pemandu wisata lokal di Desa Wisata Meat, Kabupaten Toba, memiliki dampak positif pada pengembangan pariwisata, meskipun belum sepenuhnya dimaksimalkan, terutama di sektor ekonomi. Optimalisasi tersebut tidak hanya berkontribusi pada peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan pemandu tetapi juga menciptakan pengalaman pariwisata yang lebih memuaskan bagi pengunjung. Selanjutnya dapat dilakukan melalui pelatihan yang diadakan oleh Dinas Pariwisata atau perguruan tinggi yang sudah bekerjasama dengan desa wisata Meat. Dalam pengembangan keterampilan bisa melalui pengembangan keterampilan komunikasi, kepemimpinan, dan manajemen waktu pemandu wisata itu sendiri. Lalu optimalisasi dengan memanfaatkan teknologi sebagai salah satu sumber promosi desa wisata maka akan memberikan manfaat yang bisa diterima oleh desa wisata melalui kunjungan wisata yang meningkat. Kata Kunci: Potensi, Kompetensi, Pemandu Wisata ABSTRACT This research discusses the development aimed at enhancing the technical competencies of Tour Guides in Meat Tourism Village. By designing diverse and appealing tour routes, tour guides are capable of presenting the holistic beauty of nature, history, culture, and local uniqueness. This research discusses the development aimed at enhancing the technical competencies of Tour Guides in Meat Tourism Village. The research findings are outlined in several responses to the problem formulations, namely the technical competency conditions of local tour guides in Meat Tourism Village and the formulation of strategies to enhance the technical competencies of local tour guides in Meat Tourism Village. This research was conducted using descriptive analysis methods through interviews, observations, documentation, and literature review. Optimizing the role of local tour guides in Meat Tourism Village, Toba District, has a positive impact on tourism development, although not yet fully maximized, especially in the economic sector. Abstract

Pancer tourism village is not separated from the synergy that is built between the governments, community, and Pokdarwis (Kelompok Sadar Wisata) based on empowerment. Pancer Tourism Village has several tourist attractions that can be enjoyed by tourists such as marine tourism, selfie tourism, and fishing. With the existence of the Pancer tourism village, it can be one of the closest tourist alternatives for the people of Serang City and also can increase the local budget revenues of Serang City. The village with the social conditions of the fishing community is expected to be able to support the local economy.In this research, the researcher will discuss development strategy which is conducted in the development of the Pancer tourism village. As the researcher’s goal is to collect the development strategy plan of tourism village in Serang City especially Pancer tourism village. The data analysis technique used in this research is qualitative data analysis techniques using primary data and secondary data. This research produced results, that the Pancer tourism village is the only tourist village in the Serang City that already has marine tourism as its main destination. The Pancer tourism village still needs cooperation with outside parties to be more advanced in its development.

Abstract

Taman Eden 100 Tourism Object is a tourist attraction that is very suitable as a tourist destination for people who live in the city. The beautiful atmosphere of natural scenery can help tourists who live in the city feel more calm and comfortable enjoying their vacation time. Currently, there are many travel agencies that package tourist objects that have the potential to become a tour package. To be able to compete with other tourist attractions, it is necessary to package tour packages that can adapt to tourists. Therefore, this study aims to produce a tour package based on the potentials that exist in the Taman Eden 100 Tourism Object. The research was conducted at Taman Eden 100, Toba Regency. The method used by the author in this study is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The data collection techniques in this research are in the form of literature study, observation, documentation, interviews and a check list with the Founder/Management of the Taman Eden 100 Tourism Object. The result of this research is "Andaliman Garden Eden Educational Tour Package 100 2D/1N". The target market of this tour package is for group or group tourists. Itinerary for the Andaliman Educational Tour Package, which the author designed based on the type, was to use a matrix/table type. While calculating the price of the package, the authors classify it into two, namely fixed cost and variable cost. It is hoped that the Tour Package that the author designed can be applied to the Taman Eden 100 Tourism Object and attract many visitors. Keywords: Packaging, Potential, Tour Packages
