Abstract

Work ethic is a universal cultural value that reflects an understanding of the purpose of work and life. Hadiths offer not only spiritual teachings but also practical guidance on honest and responsible work behavior. In the face of globalization and technological disruption, Islamic values derived from hadiths can provide a moral foundation for a productive and integrity-based work culture. This study is important in strengthening spiritually grounded work ethics and addressing the lack of moral value internalization in today’s professional environment. This research employs a qualitative library research method. Primary sources include the Qur’an and authentic hadiths from canonical collections such as Sahih Bukhari and Sahih Muslim. Secondary sources consist of scholarly literature discussing Islamic perspectives on work ethics. The analysis involves takhrij al-hadith, examination of the sanad and matn, and interpretation by classical scholars. These were further analyzed in light of Herzberg’s Two-Factor Theory, which distinguishes between hygiene factors and motivational factors in job satisfaction. The findings reveal that hadiths encouraging hard work, forbidding laziness, and promoting self-reliance are authentic and valid as legal and ethical references. This supports the view that work is not only a social obligation but also an expression of faith and self-actualization. Consistent with Herzberg’s theory, these hadiths demonstrate that job satisfaction is influenced not only by external conditions but also by deeper moral and spiritual values. Therefore, these Islamic principles remain highly relevant in shaping ethical and professional behavior in the modern workforce.

Abstract

This study aims to explain and also prove the hypothesis regarding the effect of total asset turnover (TATO), debt to equity ratio (DER), current ratio (CR), and net profit margin (NPM) on profit changes in coal sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2020-2021. The study uses quantitative research using purposive sampling techniques, the population is coal sub-sector companies and a sample of 32 financial reports from 8 companies in 2020-2023. The analytical techniques used are descriptive analysis, panel data estimation methods, classical assumption tests, t-tests (partial), F-tests (simultaneous), and coefficients of determination (R2). The results of the research that has been conducted, it can be concluded that total asset turnover partially does not have a significant effect on profit changes. The debt to equity ratio variable partially has a positive and significant effect on profit changes. The current ratio variable partially has a positive and significant effect on profit changes. The net profit margin variable partially has no effect on profit changes with. Simultaneously, the variables total asset turnover, debt to equity ratio, current ratio, and net profit margin influence changes in profit.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the differences in financial performance between PT Ciputra Development Tbk (CTRA) and PT Pakuwon Jati Tbk (PWON) during 2019–2023 based on liquidity, profitability, solvency, and dividend policy ratios. A quantitative approach with a descriptive-comparative method was employed. The study utilized secondary data obtained from the annual financial reports of both companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Financial ratios were analyzed, including the Current Ratio (CR), Return on Assets (ROA), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), and Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR). Data normality and homogeneity tests were conducted, followed by Independent Sample t-Test and Mann–Whitney U test using SPSS version 26 to identify statistical differences. The results indicate no significant differences between CTRA and PWON in CR, ROA, and DPR, but a significant difference in DER, where CTRA shows higher leverage compared to PWON. These findings suggest that the key distinction between the two companies lies in their capital structure rather than profitability or dividend policy, reflecting different financial management strategies within Indonesia’s property sector.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Return on Assets (ROA) and Return on Equity (ROE) on firm value, with the Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR) as a mediating variable. Firm value is measured using two indicators, namely Price to Book Value (PBV) and Tobin’s Q. The study was conducted on companies in the industrial and mining sectors listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) over a four-year observation period. The approach used is quantitative explanatory research, employing the Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis technique to test both direct and indirect relationships among variables. The results indicate that ROA and ROE have no significant effect on firm value (both PBV and Tobin’s Q). However, ROA has a significant negative effect on DAR, suggesting that companies with higher profitability levels tend to rely less on debt-based financing. Meanwhile, DAR shows no significant effect on firm value, whether measured by PBV or Tobin’s Q, implying that capital structure does not serve as a mediating variable in the relationship between profitability and firm value. Thus, the increase in firm value cannot be explained through the mechanism of capital structure in industrial and mining sector companies in Indonesia. The implications of this study suggest that internal fundamental factors such as profitability and capital structure are not yet the main determinants shaping firm value. External factors such as commodity price fluctuations, macroeconomic conditions, and investor perceptions of financial risk are presumed to have a greater influence on firm value. Future research is recommended to include additional variables such as firm size, growth opportunity, and good corporate governance to enhance understanding of the dynamics determining firm value.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan dan membuktikan hipotesis mengenai pengaruh inovasi pelayanan, e-word of mouth, dan kualitas produk terhadap kepuasan konsumen di Sate Siboen Kediri. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif, dengan teknik non-probability sampling dan pendekatan incidental sampling. Besar sampel ditentukan dengan menggunakan rumus Lemeshow, karena populasi yang pasti tidak diketahui, sehingga diperoleh jumlah responden sebanyak 96 orang. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa secara parsial variabel inovasi pelayanan mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Variabel e-word of mouth mempunyai pengaruh tetapi tidak signifikan secara statistik. Variabel kualitas produk juga menunjukkan pengaruh tetapi tidak signifikan secara statistik. Secara simultan inovasi pelayanan, e-word of mouth, dan kualitas produk berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05 dan nilai F-hitung sebesar 94,630 > nilai F-tabel sebesar 2,70. Besarnya pengaruh ketiga variabel bebas terhadap kepuasan konsumen ditunjukkan oleh nilai koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 75,5%, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 24,5% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

Dalam era kemajuan pendidikan, tantangan dan peluang terus muncul, dan salah satu paradigma pendidikan yang semakin diperhatikan adalah pendidikan inklusif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelami lebih dalam konsep pendidikan inklusif, menggali pentingnya membangun pembelajaran yang mendukung kesetaraan dan mengimplementasikan nilai-nilai kearifan budaya di dalamnya. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif dengan studi kepustakaan. Pembelajaran inklusif yang menggabungkan kesetaraan dan kearifan budaya melibatkan berbagai strategi, termasuk penggunaan metode pembelajaran, kurikulum yang responsif terhadap budaya, partisipasi orang tua, dan penilaian yang beragam. Dengan menyatukan semua aspek, guru dapat menciptakan lingkungan pembelajaran yang mendukung kesetaraan, menghargai keberagaman budaya, dan memungkinkan setiap peserta didik untuk mencapai potensinya secara optimal.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to examine how Attitudes (X1), Subjective Norms (X2), and Behavioral Control (X3) influence Investment Interest (Y) in students at the Faculty of Economics, Uniska Kediri who have undergone Capital Markets School training. This research uses a quantitative research method with a descriptive approach, by selecting 100 respondents through random sampling. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire administered via SPSS version 22 software. The process of data analysis encompassed various procedures such as instrument testing, classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression analysis, T test, F test, and coefficient of determination. The findings of the study indicate that Attitudes, Subjective Norms, and Behavioral Control exert a noteworthy impact on Investment Interest among students enrolled in the Faculty of Economics at Uniska Kediri.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of price perception, product quality, and promotion on consumer purchasing decisions at CV Happy Jaya Plastik Kediri. The research employed a quantitative descriptive approach using a survey method. A total of 96 respondents were selected through purposive sampling, consisting of consumers who had made at least two purchases. Data were collected using a five-point Likert scale questionnaire and analyzed through multiple linear regression using SPSS version 25.0. The results show that both partially and simultaneously, price perception, product quality, and promotion have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Among these variables, promotion has the most dominant influence, indicating that well-targeted promotional activities can effectively increase consumers’ purchasing intentions and decisions. The coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.781 suggests that these three variables explain 78.1% of the variation in purchasing decisions, while the remaining 21.9% is influenced by other factors outside the model. The findings of this study are expected to serve as a reference for companies in formulating more effective marketing strategies aligned with consumer behavior.

Abstract

Financial management is a person's way of managing their finances, starting from planning, budget design, methods of saving funds, controlling expenses, to risk protection. The goal is to achieve economic stability in the future. This type of research is qualitative research with a phenomenological approach. Data collection techniques using participatory observation, non-participatory observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this research show that the behavior that occurs is that some of the informants have recorded their income and expenses every day, save regularly in the form of saving money, prepare emergency funds, and participate in social gatherings. They consider social gatherings to be part of saving. The most important management of family income is for consumption needs, then for children's school financing needs and social needs.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh faktor kualitas produk, promosi dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada kayu cilik kediri. Populasi dan sampel yang diambil adalah konsumen atau pelanggan yang pernah melakukan pembelian di kayu cilik kediri. Teknik analisa yang digunakan adalah uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas, uji heteroskedastisitas, analisis regresi linier berganda, uji t, uji F, uji koefisien determinan (R2). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kualitas produk secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, hal itu dapat dilihat dari hasil uji t, nilai t kualitas produk sebesar 0,000< 0,05. Promosi secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan nilai t promosi sebesar 0,039<0,05. Kualitas pelayanan secara parsial tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan nilai t kualitas pelayanan sebesar 0,623>0,05. Secara simultan kualitas produk, promosi, kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, hal itu dapat dilihat dari hasil uji F, nilai F kualitas produk, promosi dan kualitas pelayanan sebesar 0,000 < 0,05. Nilai koefisien determinan (R2) adalah sebesar 0,797. Hal ini dapat diartikan bahwa variabel bebas (kualitas produk, promosi, kualitas pelayanan) dapat menjelaskan variabel terikat (keputusan pembelian) sebesar 79,7%, sedangkan sisanya diterangkan oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti
